I got moldy toast, and when I asked for it to be replaced, it took 10 minutes and they brought me more toast with mold. They gave some excuse about their bread distributer, when all they had to do was look at it to make sure they didn't give me moldy toast AGAIN. I wish I could give 0 stars.

The food was great. I ordered a skillet with bacon and cheddar and it was exactly what I wanted. I also had some of their cinnamon roll pancakes. They were not as great as I hoped, but still ok. They were not very "cinnamony". I chalk this up to it being very busy. Overall the place was packed and hectic but the staff did what they could to take care of everyone as best as possible.

The wait between getting a table and getting my order was more than what I would usually put up with but my wife insisted we stay. Then my orange juice was served warm and to top it off my pancakes were slightly burnt. Not worth driving 15 minutes to wait an hour for over priced breakfast. I wish the food matched the pleasantness of their employees. Such a shame

They are CASH ONLY. Good stuff. It's like going to grandma's house and sitting in the kitchen, having waffles. It's a clean but modest atmosphere, the staff stopped to talk to the kids, the patrons are very friendly. It's nothing fancy....it's what I might have made at home....but, for a neighborhood place, it is home-cooked and comfortable. They have historic pictures of Attleboro on the walls and the Beatles on the radio. Dig it.

Mold on me and my fiances toast. Asked for skillet and got an omelette. Almost a whole onion in my food which was gross. By the time I picked out all the excess filling of the omelette, I was left with barely any egg. Slimy spinach. Something floating in my apple juice. Disgusting place. Ended up being 29 dollars for me and my fiancé. Ridiculous. Won't ever come back here again. Had to walk out while my fiancé paid before I freaked out.

The special i ate was delicious it was a skillet with sausage, caramelized onions, and kale. However the price was a little on the high side. With the price of food, surely they have money to update their decor. The staff was friendly and attentive and if you don't mind paying a few extra dollars I would say goo for it

Love this place. They stay open long so I can still get a good breakfast if I wake up at noon. Their specials are always cool and actually worth getting. Free wifi. Very nice staff. Would recommend to anyone who likes breakfast foods.

I’ve ordered one of the stuffed French toasts from the specials menu every time that I’ve come here, and they are always to die for. I rarely finish my meal when I go out for breakfast, but I have never left food on my plate here! If you’re not much of a sweet breakfast person, family and friends I’ve taken here love the hash. The staff are friendly, helpful, and hardworking. I really can’t say enough good things about The Breakfast Place, so go try it out for yourself!

Many great meals here. My recommendation, never order off the menu. Order off the specials board. And if you do order pancakes and the like, do yourself a favor and get the Crown Royal Syrup. The staff is friendly and the food fills you up (and I'm a big guy).

Best RECOMENDED GLUTEN FREE not sensitive or even regular breakfast spot around the area. My girl friend is CELIAC and had no problems! place made her smile. I know the kitchen manager and he's very well informed on cross contamination;they have a special arra for gluten items. The plates are huge man you'll be full until dinner time lol. My favorite breakfast restaurant of all time. Great locally sourced food with excellent service. The space is small so you may need to wait a bit on the weekends for a table. But the wait is more than worth it, and they even allow access to their coffee to those waiting for a table.

Everyone was extremely friendly. The food was fantastic and cheaper than expected. We went there for breakfast twice while we were in town. :-)

Had a tremendous experience at The Breakfast Place. The food was delicious and service was top-notch. Had a slight delay with our orders and our server went above and beyond with taking care of us. My husband and I had the Philly cheesesteak omelette and pumpkin bread with fig jam - would highly recommend both. We’ll be back!

Would give less than a one, if I could. Tried based on someone's suggestion and the write up on their website. Definitely a "one and done". Feeling cheated out of $50. Place itself is very worn and not very clean -- cracked vinyl in chairs and booth, ceiling fan dirty, etc. Staff was talking about marijuana and its many uses (I know it's legal here now, but not a family friendly conversation). Also used an offensive word quite loudly, one used to describe people who are challenged (r-word). Lastly, the food was less than mediocre. The homefries were not good at all -- too spicy and not a good spicy. Spinach seemed to be frozen and left a sort of "film" on my mouth. Definitely not recommending and definitely not going back.

Great place. The spot is small and tight, and if you get there during the breakfast rush, you'll probably have to wait for a table. The food is very good and they source a lot of their ingredients locally. The prices a higher than the average breakfast diner, but you are paying more for fresh, local ingredients. They do accept credit cards.

Recently I went there for breakfast. Now I haven't gone in quite some time but the first few times I did go to this restaurant it was jam packed and super busy but they managed it well. My recent experience wasn't so great also being that it wasn't busy when I did go. When my friend and I first arrived. We walked in and waited by the door like a couple of lost dogs. No sign to suggest waiting to be seated. No waitress/server came to greet us and suggest seating. We actually had to walk in further to ask someone if it was okay to sit where we pleased. (Kind of embarrassing if you ask me). Upon finding a table to sit at the waitress quickly asked us with we wanted drinks not really seemingly interested in working. I mentioned I wanted coffee and then she quickly turned to my friend and he mentioned water. Before I could even say I wanted iced coffee sh was off and running practically. (Mind you the place wasn't that busy at all. Actually the slowest I've ever seen it). Now correct me if I'm wrong. If you have the option of hot or cold at your establishment wouldn't you ask which one I'd prefer rather than just assuming I'm going to want a piping hot coffee in the mid to late summer? (Umm it's already 80 degrees outside). That's fine and dandy I let that go. There's also another waitress who's half an mess tank top too big, breasts practically falling out of her shirt. Just not presentable at all. And the other of them are trying to manage tables simultaneously. In any food establishment I'm pretty sure if you start to serve one table then it's designated as YOU'RE table. Your guests that YOU'RE serving. We order a slice of banana bread just to start since we we're really sure what we wanted to eat yet. As we began to eat the read the waitress then comes back to ask us if we are ready to order. Umm, we literally just began eating this bread. She didn't give us any time to think at all. So we said we weren't ready yet. After we finished the bread she then asked us again. That's fine. We order our breakfast choices. Mine was specifically an egg WHITE omelet. His was an eggs Benedict. 20mins later I'm receiving my breakfast from the waitress with her breasts flopping out of her tank top. Still no eggs Benedict for my friend. Under no circumstances in any food establishment ever should anyone only bring out ONE meal when there is more than one guest. EVER! Period! I'm not sure what they were thinking. How incredibly rude! Not only did I wait but our original waitress brings out his plate and then makes it known that I was "a sweet girl for waiting for my friends plate before I began to eat mine". Say whaaaatttt?! At this rate I'm furious with the kind of service I'm being faced with. Not only did she only bring out one meal but mine was NOT an egg WHITE omelet. Had the waitress payed more attention to our order and maybe written it down correctly, or had the cook not been wearing headphones while cooking, or quite possibly had there been more order and less chaos then maybe just maybe I wouldn't have had such a terrible experience here. Like I stated previously the line of this place used to be our the door. It wasn't busy at all when we came in and I realized why shortly after seating myself. The service was terrible from the start. My meal was made incorrectly. Waitress seemed disinterested in working. The other waitress was a mess and completely unpresentable. Not only that but the bill came to $30! Since when is breakfast that expensive?! I'd understand if the service was exceptional and the food was spectacular and not improperly made, but this was nothing even close the initial experience of this breakfast place I had remembered about two years ago when the lines used to be out the door! Poor service! Would not recommend anyone to come here. I brought my friend stating it was good and I looked like a fool coming here because this place has definitely lost its touch.

Disappointing. Our favorite spot (Goochies in Plainville) had a huge line outside so we headed over to try out The Breakfast Place. Heard so many great things about this place but our experience was pretty bad. When we got there, everyone was waiting outside so I assumed there was a wait - no big deal. But when I went inside there was no one to greet you at the door and it was unclear on where you go to "put your name on the list". There is no "greeter". To get your name on the list you have to bother the very busy wait staff. We waited 25 minutes for a table, then another 10 minutes for someone to come and take our order. The pancakes were extremely dry and our scrambled eggs were also dry and over cooked. Oddly the home fries were under cooked, almost raw and the bacon was also under cooked. Also, the waitress was very confused. Every time she came out with a plate or a drink she didn't know who's table it was for and had to shout back to the other staff to figure it out. Also, while we got our food relatively quickly, I noticed that others who were seated well before us had not received any food yet and looked very angry - especially when we got our food first. Seems very unorganized and the food was not great. Also, if there's always a wait then maybe they should get a bigger place.

I love that this place is Gluten-free and the waitress Angela is absolutely amazing, you never have to ask for a refill of your Tea/coffee if she is on. Prices are high for a breakfast food and large up charge for gluten-free. Overall I enjoy the atmosphere and I am known soon as I walk in the door they immediately bring me my tea with honey. Being a celiac I have never left there sick, which is a definite plus.
