You have all the feddbacks of people who are purchasing the products of Taj India (Restaurant) in Massachusetts.
Currently the firm receives a score of 4.2 stars out of 5 and this score has been calculated on 262 reviews.
You must have seen that the average of ratings that it reaches is really high, and it is founded on a very high number of feddbacks, so we can think that the assessment is very reliable. If there are many people who bothered to rate when they've done well with the business, is that it works.
As you know, we do not usually bother to set opinions when they are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Restaurant corresponds to the category of Indian restaurant.
This place is worth the money! And if you have the chance, try the tea at the buffet, it's very good.
Best Indian food. Good environment. Good service.
The food was really good, great atmosphere, good service. Seems to be a popular spot in the area, worth checking out for sure!
Yummie expensive but yummie
Really good buffet.
I eat, sleep, breathe Indian food. This is the very last stop I would make. Unfortunately the food was never great. Always reminded me of the microwave Indian cuisines at Walmart. :'( This MAY be a better place to go if you are non vegetarian. As I was reading how great some of their meat dishes are. But as for vegetarians... Not the best.
Ate at the lunch buffet. Staff was friendly, atmosphere was good. The food was all tasty, my friend and I tried every kind. While possibly not up to par with standard order food, it trumped typical buffet quality. I would certainly visit again to eat the buffet and try dinner.
Rite off main street! Easy to find with ample parking on site and on street. Can't beat the amazing food either!!
Went to this place for dinner . Horrible food . Terrible service. The server hardly knew about menu and lacked customer service. Waste of money.
Nice buffet. Good food.
Always excellent!
Really good food, reasonable prices, nice atmosphere.
I have eaten here several times with my family, very kind and accomodating staff. The food is so savory and delicious, and the masala tea is my fave out of any other Indian establishment!
Went on a Saturday for lunch, had the buffet. They did not rush you and the food was good .
Very tasty. Great service!
Absolutely delicious. I tried a bit of everything and all of it was yummy. Looking forward to going again!
It was awesome we will go back
Affordable lunch buffet with nice options
Nice restaurant for South Asian food. Lot of variety in nonveg. Veg ppl might be disappointment with buffet as it has very few veg items on the menu
I was recently on a business trip in Manchester and stopped at the first Indian restaurant I could find. Had a great meal and enjoyed the service but walked out with out my ipad. I did not realize that I had misplaced the machine for a few days and I was not sure where I had left it. I called the restaurant and the manager said he would check and call back. The next day a received a call that the had found the ipad but by then I had already returned to CA. The manager was very helpful and agreed to box the unit up and I had FedEx the next day. Will forward to my next visit to NH so I can stop in for another great meal!
Food was awesome, great atmosphere.
GREAT FOOD!!! great service. Will defiantly be coming back!!!
Excellent! Good food and service.
The food here for their buffet was fresh and tasted good. The only complaint I have is that I ordered and mango lasse that they never delivered to the table, but it also didn't make it on to the bill, so it was fine.
Good service food is also good
Great place for Indian food, buffet is absolutely perfect for folks who want to sample different dishes, give it a try and you'll be back.
My fav spot on Manchester! Give then a try
The lamb curry and garlic nan were delicious! I will be back again very soon! Also enjoyed the dal shorba soup.
Food is OK. Staff is often inattentive. The place is almost always mostly empty when I've been there.
It took twenty minutes to get a refill on my water. Very unnecessary. The food was great though.
Awesome food and the servers are very attentive
Absolutely delicious, cozy atmosphere, and great service. Almost as good as the Stranger's Bar. I make a point of stopping in here whenever my ambassadorial schedule allows to treat myself to lunch. 10/10, would recommend to other World Assembly representatives.
Only $12 for a buffet, many delicious options and it is the best indian food I have ever had! The staff is friendly and attentive. It is also very elegant and classy inside. I Highly recommend this place!
Best Indian restaurant ever! love this place and highly recommend it to every one!
Food is spot on What little I know about India's cuisine. The cocktails were huge
Got extra spicy shrimp video vindaloo and it's popped off pretty good. Took it to go cause the buffet had just ended I doddled getting there to my regret. Some day I'll make the buffet and eat myself blind.
Best Indian in New Hampshire for sure. They space no expense with their food, ad their decor doesn't lead on to how good the food is.
Great place for Indian food in Nashua NH, just off main street. Usually slow the times I've gone any way. Nice clean decore with great food. :)
Phenomenal vegetarian Indian food! Palak Aloo is my favorite dish. Garlic naan is amazing as well. Highly recommend!
Best Indian food in the area by a country mile. It's not even close.
You cannot beat their lunch buffet. It is perfect for people new to Indian food who would like to try some different kinds of dishes.
Very good food. Not overly creamy, so my wife and I felt comfortable after eating a 2-plate lunch. Buffet was hot and fresh, but we would have liked two different meat options. The Masala tea with dessert was a really nice touch. Excellent chana and veg curry for those who do not prefer meat. Decor is newer, fresher and cleaner feeling than other Indian restaurants in the area. Full bar may be important for some. I would definitively come back. Nicely done!
Yum yum in my tum tum
Excellent. Great atmosphere
Excellent Indian Food. Great quality and Authentic Indian Taste. They also have good catering options.
Great lunch buffet with plenty of options, and prompt service.
A good restaurant at good prices
Very nice buffet with plenty to choose from!
Really great! The place was empty but I have no clue why, such a great value with really good food. Try the kulfee... it's an pistachio cashew ice cream pop and so good!!
Decent quality.. can’t beat there lunch hour buffet. $10.00 Quite place off street parking lot.
Good food and service.
Just tried Indian since a very long time ago and was welcomed with a taste like no other
tasty food with good tea! the staff could be more polite.
Had a great vegetarian lunch. For NH, this is pretty good.
Wow! What a fantastic flavor experience. Great service and food quality.
Fabulous food!
Excellent food and service :) Goat curry was really good.
Great spicy food and service.
Laid back, great food
Food is not very good
best buffet
The food was very good, and the venue itself was very fancy. The price is not bad either. If you do go dress a little nicer as it is a classier venue.
Came here a couple of weeks ago to treat my mother to a nice meal. It was fantastic. Very nicely decorated, very friendly and polite staff, and the food, delicious! It was so good that I invited a bunch of friends to lunch today. There is 11 of us, and again, fantastic. Some ordered from the menu, others enjoyed the buffet. Another great time with fantastic food. Thank You Taj India of Nashua!
LOVE THE BRIYANI!!! BEST NORTH INDIAN STYLE!! definitely not made for south indians cuz its impossible to please them.
Food was ok. Taste was a little bland. Not a repeat restaurant for us.
Great Indian food. The lamb here is phenomenal every time, and love the mango ice cream
Lunch Buffet... Enjoyed it... better than a few Indian places I have tried... definitely will be returning soon
Tasty food, and also pretty inexpensive. Nice dining area, and the waitstaff is attentive but not nosey. Lots of vegetarian options.
Very good and decently priced. Not too busy for a friday evening meal.
Good Indian food. Hot was actually spicy (instead of being toned down for an American clientele). They had a nice selection of dishes to choose from. The service was fantastic.
If I could them more stars I would. Great menu and options for vegetarians and meat lovers a like. Only place around with pujabi naan and its WORTH IT.
Did not like the food at all, not worth the value. I have eaten much better biryani in other restaurants.
Amazing Indian food for an unbeatable price
Small shop, excellent choice of spices
Service is great, and the food is nice. If you've never had Indian food, this is a great place to start! If you've had Indian before or have it regularly, I'd suggest considering some other place too. Food's great, but I feel it can be …
My family enjoys the food at this restaurant very much. The sauces are full of flavor. The meats generally tender. The naan is fresh. For food is one of our favorite restaurants in Manchester.
Inconsistent/Unreliable food and service. I've only ever ordered spicy and it will either be mild, spicy, or inedibly spicy (and I enjoy spicy), depending on the day. On a couple occasions there was a 1/2 in layer of oil on the top. Visited in person once and had the worst service of my life. They argued that the buffet was closed when the sign said there was another hour. Threw down water 1/2 way through the meal and didn't come back to the table. They will randomly close in the middle of day when attempting to call in an order. Why do I give them business? Because it's far closer to us than the place on Amherst St and my husband often gets it. I would never go in person again or present it as an option.
Great food and a small buffet. Fantastic and authentic tastes. Loved everything I ate, just wish there were more options. Probably can't be more options though, because it seems lightly attended. Which is a pity, because this place deserves more. I only tried the vegetarian option the day I visited, and the spice levels were perfect. Don't forget to try the rice pudding and masala tea at the end of the buffet. They are great, and well worth your attention at the start of the meal, not just the end.
Food is top notch Indian. Service has always been terrific and decor is lovely. More people should come!!
I guess this the worst buffet I had till now in USA. They have very few options for buffet compared to whatever I have seen in other restaurants. I am very surprised after my experience that how they have got this good rating. This is not only my view but my friends too thought the same with whom I went. For example they had single dessert option and that too rice pudding which was also not good I taste. I guess good rating is result of lots of non Indian must have given it. One can argue that their buffet costs only $9.95 per head. For me that one is also too much for what they offer.
The food and service are always great
I didn't dine in so I cant speak to the service but the food is excellent! I got the mild lamb saag and the flavor is great. Large expertly cooked chunks of lamb and enough food to have it for lunch tomorrow too.
Lunch buffet is amazing
Delicious and reasonably priced
Great food and service.
Service is great, and the food is nice. If you've never had Indian food, this is a great place to start! If you've had Indian before or have it regularly, I'd suggest considering some other place too. Food's great, but I feel it can be better each time I go here. I highly recommend coming during buffet hours if you're tight on your money and want a good selection of items.
Food is amazing! The staff were very professional and it was clean. I mean best Indian food in 7 years.
We love this restaurant. The food is always fresh and delicious and service is good. Plenty of parking, including a parking lot and on street.
Lunch buffet wasn't great. Arrived around 1:30. Food was cold. Shrimp dish had two pieces of shrimp in the entire full tray of sauce. None of the items were replenished while there. Staff stood around talking to each other instead of servicing the buffet. Meat was dry. One bonus was the spiced rice pudding, which was delicious.
The vegetarian food wasn't that great, if you are going in for some authentic indian then it really depends as I really didnt like it that much. But you can give it a try.
Great food great service
Excellent fresh made to order meals haven't tried their Buffet but we'll be back.
Awesome good with excellent quality and rich taste
Tasty food, nice decor, friendly staff
Decent food. Good service. We tried weekend buffet it was okay. If you are in the area and craving Indian food then Taj India is your place.
Stars only for the ambience and fresh food. But this is not authentic Indian cuisine it's really toned down to an almost bland affair.
The only bad thing about this place is its location. Unfortunately it is somewhat off the beaten path. But this place is amazing.
It's really just OK. Decent introduction to Indian food for those new to it, but we used to have a better place downtown (now closed). The granite topped bar and eclectic decor are quite interesting. It doesn't look like an Indian restaurant. (Well, it looks just like the restaurant that used to be there, Unum.) Update: downgrading because the last several times I've been there (buffet lunch and dinner) the food tastes like leftovers. Inexcusable.
Best Indian food, great staff.
A total delight. Best Indian food outside of India.
My family enjoys the food at this restaurant very much. The sauces are full of flavor. The meats generally tender. The naan is fresh. For food is one of our favorite restaurants in Manchester.
Great spot for Indian food. Highly recommend the chicken tikka masala.
Most excellent Indian food. Nice staff and cozy spot, but the food here is what steals the show. Be cautious about ordering too hot, as the level of spice is made to order.
I give it a 3
Authentically delicious, Attentive service, and open environment.
The food and service were great!
Best of Indian in Manchester. Everything is really well done. The service is evan good. Not your typical Indian restaurant.
Great Buffet with lots of rotating options!
Food was delicious. And they had complimentary tea available.
Great if you like very spicey food. Although they are unable to accommodate anything between no spice at all and very spicey indeed. The staff is pleasant otherwise and the atmosphere is beautiful
I was craving for Indian food and then I found Taj India they have the best Indian food in the town I have never had this kind of amazing delicious Indian food in my life time thank you guys for your delicious food and excellent servicing I will be definitely come back soon
The ambience is awesome. The waiters are so good at service. food is really yummy and that's what people call it Authentic Indian restaurant in the whole NH. A really lovely place in the heart of Manchester to go with friends and family. I would definitely recommend all to check-in and have the best Indian food.
Lunch buffet has a good selection and was very flavorful.
Great taste & very helpful staff.
Chicken Mango sooooooooooo good and naan bread too.
Delicious spicy buffet. Reasonable price and nice decor. The Mango Chicken was especially tasty.
Taj India here in Nashua NH is always so good, I swear every time I get delivery I end up sitting just enjoying the delicious smell of the food for a while before eating.... great masala, great vindaloo.... the coconut soup actually makes a really great dessert of bedtime snack. The breads are great... AND when getting delivery you can even order of an extra container of the tiki masala sauce without the meat or whatever vegetable ( or the sauce from any of the curries) to put on anything you want. I highly recommend this restaurant. also you definitely can't beat good Indian food for durring allergy season for two reasons, enough flavor to taste even past the stuffiness.. and if you get a spicier dish like the regular vindaloo it majorly helps clear your sinuses.
The food was okay. Not great. Not bad. Service was on auto pilot. We were not asked if we liked it, if we needed anything else etc. I had to flag down our waist to get drink refills.
Exceptionally great food and pleasant service. Located down town so it's easy to find. They deliver when I'm lazy. They have really yummy dessert too.
Except for the ambience, nothing was good. Pakoda was made like bhajji and vice versa.. Raita was sweet. Biryani had veggies which were cut like you find in Sambhar in big pieces and had paneer in it.. overall a very disappointing experience.
Food is top notch Indian. Service has always been terrific and decor is lovely. More people should come!!
Delicious but it can be expensive.
Buffet on Thur Friday sat and sun. Food is good, although not that much different from other Nashua Indian restaurants. Great service and friendly staff!
Good place. Buffet is a good deal. The sweet and spicy shrimp is amazing
Despite the fact there was a television mounted on the wall in the main dining area - which is usually a bad sign - the food was surprisingly good. Decent spice/heat, sauces weren't overly oily, and the naan was good. Take down the TV if you want to improve the ambience, owners!
Delicious. You haven’t lived if you haven’t tried Indian food. The staff was super friendly made me and my family feel welcomed.
We are huge Indian food fans. We were very pleased with their food!
Definitely one of the best Indian food in d area .. Curtious staff and great ambience
Great service, food came out very fast, food also came with the expected heat ordered. Flavors were okay, but not great. The garlic nan and samosa was very good.
Good lunch buffet.
Excellent lunch buffet. Plenty of good dish options available and well stocked. We'll definitely be back.
Food was amazing and staff there were really friendly. Specially, sova was really nice and sweet. She literally helped us with everything.:)
I had lunch here the other day with my co-worker and the food was pretty good! We both had Biryani, chicken and shrimp and both were good! Huge portion though!
Had the channa masala. It was standard with a good amount of spice. The rice was perfect and the staff was very friendly.
Very good food... not many good Indian food options in Nashua.
Always great chai tea here! Dessert downfall.
New to Nashua but not new, their Manchester location has been open for some time. Very good quality Indian food and friendly staff. Go with a lot of people so you can get multiple dishes to share. If you've never had Indian food start with Chicken Tikka Malasa (Chicken in a tomato cream sauce), Saag Paneer (Cheese in a Spinach based dish, vegetarian) and garlic naan. There are two other options for Indian in Nashua: India Palace on Amherst st (similar menu) and Udupi in south Nashua (South Indian vegetarian only food, has a very different selection than this place!)
Four of us went out to Taj India and had a feast, ordering five entrees plus some other goodies. Nothing here was bad. The decor was nice as was the atmosphere. The drink selections were middle of the road. The staff had a tendency to hang over the table a bit much but that may be of their culture. Overall we had a very good experience and I would recommend this place to be the Indian cuisine of choice in Manchester.
Biryani is good!!
Good Indian place near my hotel the Radisson, Ate three times in seven days, Food good.. Prices reasonable. Will visit again for sure.
I never thought of biryani would be like tomato rice... but the prices are very high... the person who served us the food, not at all responded to us even we called him couple of times ... service was too bad.. we will never come back to ur restaurant again
Good food, pleasant experience, nice wait staff willing to educate without condescension.
I love the lunch buffet on Sundays, it's reasonably priced and all the food is incredible. They also have the ingredients listed above the items which makes things easier for people who have allergies or special diets. There is always multiple vegetarian options as well.
Taste good and good service. Tried lunch buffet and there's a lot of veriety and like the desert too.
Quality clean and comfortable restaurant with a small-ish lunch buffet but very good food, salad makings, high quality classic Indian dishes, with a bit of spiciness, and both ice cream & rice pudding for dessert
Super delicious
Good place for Indian food in new hampshire... Very difficult to find good Indian food in Concord
It's a nice place with good ambience. The quantity and quality of food was good.
Love the food!! Great service. The staff is so helpfully and friendly
Good food, quick.
First time i went there today....very impressed and very good food....
I really say it's not worth it I am from North india and food not even 20% taste like Indian food. Totally bland. On top of that service is poor. I waited at least 10 minutes to asked by server. Then no napkins. We have to go to bar and ask for it. Finally when food (5 dishes &Naan) came, no serving spoons. Again go to the bar and ask for spoons. And if someone think obviously you from India and having food in America, my American wife who from here and been plenty Indian restaurants, she have the same view.
Such a good meal and the service was wonderful!
My favorite Indian buffet. Killer onion chutney! They put out garlic naan in the buffet - you never see that!
Owners are nice and give you personal attention.
Great food (large portions for each dish)! Very friendly and coordinated staff!! Would definitely return.
Food was delicious and the service as well. Very clean and a pleasant atmosphere.
I am a road warrior and I eat in many different cities and places. Indian is a favorite of mine especially at lunch time as many offer a buffet and you can try many different items. Their lunch Buffett I believe Thursday’s and Friday’s so I didn’t get to experience it. The biriyani was seasoned excellent with just the right spices. The seekh kabob was delicious as well. As nice treat for those people in Nashua or if just passing thru as I was.
Amazing food and service... I HATE regular spicy Indian food, this is anything but that. The food is made using the most flavorful combinations that is guaranteed to please any pallet. They use high quality ingredients and don't take …
Warm, cosy atmosphere, polite and capable wait staff, and tasty food.
Excellent food and very pleasant atmosphere. I don't understand how one reviewer could describe the food as bland--everything we ordered was authentically flavorful, and we've been eating Indian cuisine for decades. Highly recommend this restaurant!
Amazing food, wonderful atmosphere.
Best India food in this area
Good food, poor customer service
Very good vegan selections.
The absolute best choice for dine-in or take out
Taj has some great Indian food, I assure you. If you're not a big eater I would split your meal with your friend. Portions can be rather large depending who you talk to. Food has never disappointed though with great amount of choice on the menu. No bar, nor too much on the beer menu side of things if that is your route, though still a great place altogether.
Yummy food
I take my family for a weekend lunch buffet every weekend! Good food ready to eat when you arrived, good waitress who assist to you on your arrival, and it is simply a great place to go for lunch or dinner with family, friends and colleagues! We love the food and it is spicy how we like it! Check it out when you are in town!
Delicious Indian cuisine
Amazing food. Just amazing food. Tried the buffet. Was indeed tasty food.
Great food (large portions for each dish)! Very friendly and coordinated staff!! Would definitely return.
The owner was friendly and we enjoyed our experience here. The potato (Aloo) samosas were spot on along with the Naan and the Chicken Jalfrezi (Jal Faregi). We also tried the sheekh kabab and the biryani was a bit spicy. Overall an excellent place for food, will come again.
Tried chicken biryani it was worse than a fried rice. I felt like they gave us left over food.
Cloths and table cloth were dirty, service was perfunctory. More importantly, the food's just not very good. As a Brit, I know my Indian food and I've had better in the USA. Avoid.
Food was delicious and the service as well. Very clean and a pleasant atmosphere.
Great dining experience. Large portions and friendly service. Will definitely go back.
Best Indian in town. Get the Punjabi naan!
Total number of items are less compare to usual Indian buffet but taste was really good. Equal number of choices for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian
The worst Indian restaurant and I'm telling this being an Indian. It's not hygiene neither tasty but it's expensive and don't put your lives in risk guys trust me it's such a waste
Amazing The food is always fantastic. I usually sit at the bar and the other patrons are always friendly and like to interact with others around them. It's an all around amazing experience.
Great food, this one and the location in Manchester have the best Indian I've had in New England.
Delicious. I always order enough to take some home.
I gave a 4 bt in ma heart it's a 5 ,excellent customer service
Located right on Elm Street the food is awesome try the lunch buffet the prices are really good the food authentic the wait staff is awesome highly highly recommended
Tried their lunch buffet. It was pretty good. I would try again as it is my understanding that the selections change.
Outstanding meal. I'll have to try the sister location in Manchester again.
Good place
This is some of the more delicious Indian food I've ever had! I love the lunch buffet. Great food, prices, and service. I wish I could come more often. :)
Don't know the basics of restaurant business. Does not deserve even one star.
Great food. Excellent, friendly service.
Excellent Indian restaurant. Fantastic portions, friendly staff, affordable prices and the food is really delicious--better than many other Indian places I've tried.
Delicious authentic Indian food!
Buffet or menu during lunch. Food was good and you can choose your spice level. Limited parking in the lot, some on the street
The food was amazing and the service was fast. Definitely going back.
ordered lamb kebab and that food was like everything but lamb, dont know I have been in many Indian places and mostly order the same food and this was very unusual, personally I would not order again the same food in this place
Enjoyed the food and service was good.
Food & Fun
Taking up business in the building that used to house Unum's Taj India is one of two, with the other being in Manchester. My wife and I got takeout yesterday and were very impressed. Their menu is a good size, with a good selection. We ended up getting a Naan stuffed with coconut and spices, chicken tikka masala and a fish madras. All were very good and very flavorful. The restaurant itself looked, and smelled, very nice - Unum's was always a little "different" in terms of decor for the type of restaurant it was, and an Indian restaurant actually fits very well in there. They have a full bar, and hopefully we'll be able to head back and get the dine-in experience soon.
Selections were prepared with just the right amount of spice and flavor. Naan is on the buffet as is chai tea. No tandoori chichen today, however.
Food is Good. Not sure what’s wrong with the place always empty
Great lunch buffet and amazing Tikki Masala (my wife's favorite). Every meal on the menu which I have had has been delicious, especially the lamb.
The lunch buffet Thursday-Sunday is where it's at. All the food has been great & it's very affordable. If you've never tried Indian food it's a great way to get exposed to a variety of dishes.
Place is amazing. Nice and spicy if that is how you want it.
I went here yesterday with work friends, there were 6 of us for lunch. It was Wednesday - and the buffet is available only on Thursday and Friday, so we settled down to make some choices. We had garlic nan, chicken Karahi, sag paneer, lamb curry in various levels of spiciness. They were all delicious.
Consistently delicious. I've gone for the lunch buffet and for dinners and ordered take out many times over the last 6 years and it's always, always good. I tend to think it's a bit on the pricey side but you get a ton of food for the money and it usually ends up lasting at least another whole meal. They do a great job here and like I said, it's consistently delicious!
Amazing. Best Indian we've ever had and we've had a lot.
Amazing food and service... I HATE regular spicy Indian food, this is anything but that. The food is made using the most flavorful combinations that is guaranteed to please any pallet. They use high quality ingredients and don't take shortcuts. The pita bread (Roti) is out of this universe amazing. Very nice, attentive service and folks who work there. All you care to eat or take out, a win either way.
I did not like their makhni (butter) chicken, it tasted like a tomato soup with a over powering taste of garlic. Also, the chicken pieces were hard and bland tasting. Naan was rubbery and hard, almost seemed like it was reheated and not cooked fresh. In contrast, the ambiance was unique. I would most likely not return to the restaurant.
Good food, but like many New Hampshire eateries they are afraid to make a dish truly spicy. I had the chicken vindaloo, samosas, and garlic naan. Good stuff, but on the pricey side for the small portions. I'm sure their buffet is worth it though. Friendly staff. Recommended for authentic Indian eats.
Everything on the buffet was delicious. Great variety.
These people were all over the place! Dirty glasses, slow service and non professional attitude of the employees. Food was spicier than expected. However, they serve you a lot of food for a good price. Taste is also not bad!
Had the lunch buffet. Service was wonderful and the food is fantastic. I loved the spice and the sweet in just the right spots. Highly recommend this place.
AWESOME. Super good. We did the buffet, it was fantastic. Will do again. And again. And again...
Great service, big portion . But the food were not authentic. They tasted westernized with extra sugar or extra salt depending on what you order. I will give them a thumb up for their clean bathroom.
it's ok. the Shrimp Vendalu was fine. Small shrimp very over cooked. not much food for $21
Food is very good, service is good.
Order from them every other week. Ha. Excellent food, good amount of rice when ordering take out. If you ask for extra hot you sometimes get extra or additional spice and sometimes it's as if they add/extra capsaicin . Seems to depend on chef. Over all Delicious
Friendly staff, warm interior, amazing food and full bar.
I'm not an indian food eater normally. This is exceptional.
Nice ambience. Lunch buffet had very few varieties. The taste is OK..
Best buffet, attentive service
The weekend Indian buffet is delicious. This is a small mom and pop restaurant where you can tell everything is homemade even on the buffet. Even my toddler loves the food here.
Great hospitality, food was great!
I think their hours are a little weird, they close at 2:30 on a Saturday, but overall it was very good. The buffet was delicious and a great value. They have plenty of vegetarian options and the staff were friendly. I would definitely eat there again.
By far my favorite place to eat in downtown Manchester. Service is amazing, the food is even better. Their Chicken Tikka Masala is to die for, but make sure you leave room for their excellent desserts!
Bargain lunch buffet, classic Indian food
Awesome food always the best Indian food I have tasted .
Awesome Food!
Really incredible Indian food. Language barrier can be difficult if ordering on the phone. I recommend going in to sit down because they have incredible service and the staff are always so nice. The food is really awesome and you can choose what level of spiceyness you want your food.
The lamb was tender and mild, spiced to order....naan bread was buttery with garlic and the rest absolutely wonderful
I can not go to any other restaurant and get steak now. This place has ruined that. The filet has the most amazing flavor! Everything is outstanding. The service and the food do not compare to anywhere else in the state! If you want the best steak in NH this is the place
Great and friendly service, delicious food, clean restaurant and cozy atmosphere.
Not up to mark
I asked that my lamb not be over cooked and they said that I should go cook at home. I then walked out and went to a very nice restaurant around the corner that does not precook their meat and turn it into rubber.
Excellent food. The staff are friendly, fun and courteous. The owner is very friendly. Always an enjoyable time!
I popped in to grab lunch for a picnic with my loving wife at Victory park, just up the street. The Samosas were near perfect and lamb curry like you would expect from "home". Full flavoured, spicy, savory with melt in your mouth tender …
Love the food. The food are very rich in flavor. The server are very nice. Very clean too.
Good drinks
Food is awesome. Go for the lunch buffet!
Food and service is really bad and long wait for food even if they have 2 tables and test is not good any more need lots of improvement with service and food
Friendly service. The food comes out quickly and is a great temperature. Huge portions for a great price. Get a mango lassi to help temper the spice!
This place is worth the money! And if you have the opportunity, try the tea at the buffet, it's delicious. My own thing is that the Chicken Tikka Masala was a touch too watery. I'll be returning for sure since everything else was awesome, if the chicken Tikka Masala is thicker, I'd totally give this place 5 stars.
Food was tasty, not too expensive, and the portions are generous.
My Missus and I have eaten lunch there several times. It's always good. It's a buffet so the service is more for water, drinks and clearing your dishes. I think the food is excellent. We will be going back again. The only negative is that I always eat way too much!
Amazing quality, beautiful atmosohere, and fast take out.
Just ok
Always delicious. They have been out of stock of the Indian beers for awhile now though :/
Wonderful authentic cuisine.
We went there at 2:15 today and then half way through the meal they told us they are closed now (3pm). Very disappointed because they didnt tell us that when we arrived there
Amazing made to order authentic Indian food. Fast, friendly and delicious
Good weekday lunch buffet.
Not the greatest, but respectably good!
Good food and good service. We took lunch buffet and it was good. The vareity for vegetarians is limited but whatever was there was good
It's a nice place with classy ambiance and decent service, but sadly the food just wasn't as good as India Palace. Also it was frikken freezing in there!
Nice buffet..
As always...AMAZING food and great service. Thank you again, to everyone at Taj India, for showing my out of town guests that we have some great food in Manchester!
The food is too salty. The service is good.
Delicious and Authentic. Their lunch buffet is hard to beat.
Wonderful fresh baked Naan and everything tasted so good.
Fresh, authentic and delicious Indian food. Friendly staff.
I popped in to grab lunch for a picnic with my loving wife at Victory park, just up the street. The Samosas were near perfect and lamb curry like you would expect from "home". Full flavoured, spicy, savory with melt in your mouth tender morsels of lamb. I was in a bit of a hurry and they had my food out quickly. I'll definitely be back to try the rest of their menu and the buffet.
Great atmosphere and good food. Both locations (soon to be 3) serve good and basic Indian food with efficiency and friendliness. The prices are reasonable and the Nashua location offers a much classier ambiance. It's not the best Indian food you're ever had but it's really good and fresh.
Got sick from Mali Cofta...been puking since 4am. Be cautious.
The food is always delicious and the staff attentive. We love having this restaurant in our rotation of favorites!
We have been here many times. Very good food. Dishes can be really hot if you want or not at all. We would recommend this place for sure!
Food was nice, place clean, service in the begging goid, but after, they said, that ve have 45 min, before thay close, in the middle dinner come boy, and ask if we need boxfor take out food, i ask check, and even didnt enough to take my pocketbook, like waiter was staing near me, so they was pushing so much, so 4 star for food, 2star service, so just 3 stars for this place, and food very spicy, i ask medium spicy, but for my level in was
They're absolutely fantastic. They are a regular stop for me when taking friends out for dinner! Their Garlic Naan is the best.
Excellent food. The w/end buffet is an excellent faire? They have take out service as well as sit down meals. Their other restaurant in Nashua is another place you can go to enjoy excellent Indian food. Kids and adults all enjoy their meals.
Great Indian food. I love the garlic naan bread, so good. Great menu and reasonable prices for everything.
In my opinion the food is ok. Parking is not good. Communication was a problem. Otherwise the service was ok.
A quiet Tuesday evening. Food not as good as the Manchester NH location. Taj Special Biryani was not very special with no evidence of saffron. Attentive service. Easy parking.
We always like getting take out from here. Delicious flavors.
Love the food. The food are very rich in flavor. The server are very nice. Very clean too.
So amazing the food is fabulous everytime! Love the buffet, and the friendliness of staff!
Great experiences at the lunch buffet. Food comes out regularly, good variety, and friendly service. Chicken tandoor can be dry at times, but everything else makes up for it.
Very very good food I would definitely go back
The food was delicious and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. We had a group of rowdy kids with us and they never made us feel rude or unwanted.
Great lunch buffet! Good variety and a fast place for lunch.
Easy to find location in downtown Manchester with plenty of parking options. Daily lunch buffet is limited on options, but all dishes are hot, fresh and delicious. Affordable prices and friendly staff makes Taj India a Manchester must.
Best Indian food I've tasted since I came to USA. They use highest quality ingredients and the spices are balanced blend. The food is inexpensive and tastes great! The Vegetarian Dinner is a steal deal!
4.2 to be exact. Went for the lunch buffet again. Everything was delicious. The staff is attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is comfortable in a clean surrounding. Considering the cheap cost( $26.00 for two and a Pepsi including tax), this place is a total win. I find a lot of Indian places where the food all tastes the same but not here. You won't be disappointed.
This place is amazing I highly recommend the chicken mango curry. Best place for Indian around.
The buffet is always excellent. Great dishes, naan, and dessert. Be sure to grab some of the masala tea. By far the best spot for Indian in Manchester!
Excellent food
Lots of great and tasty vegetation options. Super flavorful Cost for two entrées, two appetizers, and 20% tip was about $40
Been here several times for dinner. First time for lunch. Excellent as always. Friendly staff and off street parking lot.
Love the dinner entrees here although I didn't love the lunch buffet.
Food wasn't bad but they messed up what I ordered and didn't put it all in. I'm not usually one to leave a bad review but this place needs to improve their service. They didn't check in to see how the food was, give more water, etc. I do not recommend dining in here, if anything get take out.
Buffet lunch thurs-sun.
Food and service we're excellent!
Absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE! The food is incredibly flavorful, excellent portions which are awesome for leftovers the next day and for a great price! I don't know how they make money, but we appreciate great food at a great price. The staff is very friendly and timely! Orders are always perfect! We've dined in and order take out frequently! If you are in a bind for dinner and want a healthy and delicious option without breaking the bank- CALL TAJ INDIA! Don't let them go out of business- we need to keep this gem around!
Expensive, snall portion servings but FRESH and tasty.
Good Indian foods good flavors
Its a good restaurant for bigger groups, the service is great, we ordered shahi paneer and malai kofta, the curries tasted very much the same, other than that its a good place if you are around nashua, nh
Kinda slow, but it's *really* good.
Food and staff were great!
What a great find. As soon as you walked in the Indian spice aroma made me so happy. We got a mixed kabob dish and an awesome veggie dish. We'll definitely be back many times.
Great Indian food, best rice pudding in my life.
Delicious! Great variety and service was top notch!
The food is amazing, seating is comfortable, and waitstaff are very prompt and personable. I love Taj!
This is the 2nd time we had dinner at the Taj India, Nashua. The 1st time we ordered the food mild as I didn't know how hot it would be. It was just okay and felt it was lacking spice but I blamed myself for ordering my food mild. Tonight we ordered medium spice level. That didn't help. We ordered: Onion Bhaji which is an onion fritter. We've had onion pakoras before at other Indian restaurants and they were light and crispy, made with a tempura batter. But these fritters were heavy balls of cake-like batter. They were spicy but not flavorful, not oniony. The chutneys were just okay. Shrimp Tandoori Masala. It was spicy but not with much depth of flavor. It was spicy but almost one-note, lacking that full mouthful of spices. Malai Kofta. The kofta tasted like they might have been made with bread crumbs instead of potato. The sauce was creamy but it was lacking that full flavor. I've had Malai sauces that were spicy but creamy and sweet. This wasn't like that. To top it all off, our service was barely adequate, which would have been a non-issue with us if the food had been good. It just seems like they didn't care if we liked it or not. We won't be going back.
Great food. Nice and spicy. Water could have been more frequent, but very nice people.
Delicious cuisine that I had been wanting to try for a while. If you're a complete novice to Indian Cuisine, the Saturday afternoon buffet is perfect to help you decide what you like. Rather than have to select a meal from a confusing list, your can sample many if their most popular dishes and decide what you really like. It's absolutely perfect for those wanting to take an ethnic food journey with no risk as to whether you will like the food.
The BEST Curries and Breads, excellent service and friendly staff.
Very tasty Indian food. Price is little higher. But I this area this is a good choice for dine-in
Had late lunch there today. The food was overly salty and not very high quality. I've eaten Indian cuisine in multiple North American cities, in Munich, Melbourne, Tasmania, etc and it was one of my least favorite places. I try not to leave negative reviews but I was very disappointed.
Excellent Indian food, the lunch buffet is very reasonably priced and wonderful to try new things if you have never had Indian before.
Same great food as the Manchester location, and even better atmosphere!
