This Restaurant belongs to the category of Diner.
Service excellence, food typical diner affair.
The food was amazing. I got a omelet stuffed with corned beef and hash was absolutely delicious. My gf got crab cake Benedict. She loved it great flavor, it was rich and taste fresh. The portions were perfect. Wanted to go back before we left but seemed to be a line out the door. But we highly recommend it of you are in Boston for a visit.
Top of the list for "Must" dine ! Awesome service, Great food & best of all open 7/24. Midnight munchies "they have you covered"
Everyone is so nice and the food is amazing, very worth the price. it's not even that expensive it's just a bit more than you would expect. one of the cooks is really beautiful shes Brazilian and I have a crush :/
They use to have good food. What happened?
Great place for breakfast any time.
If u want bad service and bad food go here. I waljed in about 10pm and it wasnt busy. No one served me for ages, i had to stsnd up to get the menu. Then when the food arrived. I decided to pick at the meat abd stopped picking as i d8dnt think the meat was fresh.
Great old style diner with good food at a fair price.
Quintessential Bostonian staff. Quick to get you in but late night there will be a line out the door. If you sit down, you're required to order food. Got the platter with breakfast potatoes and two bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches and really enjoyed them.
Parking is a bear but the food is excellent. Great service. Great french fries and gravy. Never had that before.
Ehhhh, basic is good, and that's where we're at. Early airport run meant the pickings were slim. Found parking out front, and headed in. Food was fine, eggs & bacon. The people watching was kind of bizarre, but not in a bad way.
Breakfast was delicious. The only thing that was kind of off putting was when we 1st came in we were sat right in front of the bathroom door in the corner in a little tiny table with 10 other people pretty much elbow to elbow.. We had to move it was a little crowded but it is a diner after all. We really couldn't eat as people went in and out of the door, kinda gross. So we moved to the counter seats. My friend was here from N. Carolina and I wanted him to have a great Boston experience. I grew up in Boston so I know it's pricey especially in downtown. But I wasn't expecting to pay $45 for French toast and a veggie omlet it was definitely delicious but not really worth $45 plus tip...
This place is consistently good. Granted, I only ever order the hash and eggs, but they're damn decent hash and eggs. The service was a little off the last time I was there, but it's a counter diner, not a 5 star restaurant. The counter is a little tight, so don't go when it's busy and they won't give you a table. The next best diner for the money is Mike's City Diner and frankly, that's an experience.
Really Great breakfast and nice coffee. Great place for breakfast or lunch open 24 hours.
Open all day and serves great food. Been here multiple times and enjoyed it everytime. Can be quite a bit busy at times but it's worth the wait. They even had PAX themed food during the time the convention was running. Didn't get any of them but it was a nice touch.
I called in today to place an order for a Turkey Burger with Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato and pickles on the side. The lady who answered my call knows who I am as I am a regular. She took my order down per usual with no problem. My spouse goes to the diner fifteen minutes later to pick it up and leaves. Upon opening the container right away you can see the pickles are missing. For some reason this always happens-out of lets say ten times we order you will be lucky if they remember to add the pickles three times at the most. Anywho the burger came with NO cheese. They charged for the cheese but did not put in on the burger. I called the store to complain. I have never done so but today was it as it is happening too much to often that something is always missing. The phone is answered by some guy, I tell him what the issue is and he gives me an attitude and tells me, today is my last day I really dont care something is wrong with your order. I asked him what his name was, he said Vincent and then I told him well put someone on the phone who does care for my order. He proceeds to mumble under his breath he doesnt care. The phone is answered by the lady who takes my order everytime I call in. She is always nice. I wasnt calling to get my slice of cheese or the pickle but to tell them hey try to pay a little extra attention to orders as this is becoming kind of annoying that I order something, pay for it and in return do not get it. She apologized for Vincents behavior. I wouldnt have ever written this review but because Vincent wanted to be so rude, well here you go. I wouldnt want someone like him working in my diner either....
Beer and breakfast in what's probably the literal only 24 hour spot in Boston. No alcohol after 1 am but where else are you gonna get food when you're stuck with no MBTA available? Worth it.
Really nice please very friendly servers and the food is very well made . They had a live band and they really made the place come alive
Blueberry pie with ice cream and whipped cream. Fantastic.
Upon walking in, we were able to grab a booth with no problem, though it quickly filled soon after. Service was great and I liked the atmosphere. They make your food quick but it doesn’t miss on the taste! I’ll definitely return
Great food. Nice price
Nostalgic atmosphere. Blueberry pancakes, hash, banana bread all delicious! Sent apple pie back (overcooked, very dry) and cook took it personally - made rude loud remarks for us and everyone else to hear. Mostly good food, mediocre staff.
Quite busy in the morning, they seem understaffed. Food was good and the people cooking the food were efficient- we watched them prepare each dish with suave. When we left there was already a queue at the door.
It was the only Diner open 24h. I love the breakfast!
Great food, but terrible service. They overcharged me $10 for items that I didn’t order nor eat due to a “computer system error.” When I inquired, they lied to me that I will not be charged the extra. It took them 10 minutes until they put in my order and 20 to get me a glass of water. I am usually not one to post negative reviews online—I want to be as supportive of local business—but I did not have the best experience at the diner.
Went here recently to grab some chow before work. It was around 5am so plenty of bar seating which I assume they want you to eat at. Service was quick, and food was of decent quality. Eggs, hash and sausage. Can't go wrong...until the server/owner (not sure of her name, older) wouldn't shut up. Loud as hell. Cooks were very clean and kitchen looked spotless. Aside from the thick bleach smell (which really isn't that bad in a restaurant). She just needs to turn the volume down on her voice. Regardless, decent quick food. Prices are on par with the 24 hour gig.
I hate that I didn’t like my experience. Since the time we walked through the door, we were told what we couldn’t do. Couldn’t sit at a booth, couldn’t move down from the bar section we got, couldn’t order our coffee before our food. The food was mediocre at best. Almost everything that I could see came in frozen bags thawed and either fried or grilled. The service was sub par. The waitresses were cursing in front of all the customers with other coworkers. What’s sad is I truly wanted to enjoy this place. Yet, I found myself completely let down by high prices, low quality ingredients (even for a diner), and poor service.
Over priced, but pretty much the only 24 hour diner in town. Pretty cute.
My favourite breakfast place in Boston. Our waitress was excellent.
Place was empty. I asked if I could take a table because the seats at the bar were super cold and the woman that seem to be the supervisor was very very rude saying the tables were for 3 or more. There is 6 tables at this place, 5 of the tables were empty and the other one was being cleaned, it’s 4:17am. They just lost the opportunity to have me as a daily customer and of course I will tell it to anyone that ask me about the place. I’m a driver and I’m always recommending places to my passengers. I will never recommend this one. Bad actions that only brings the business down!
Late night staff is efficient and know their jobs!
The food was great with generous portions, but if ever in Boston again, I won't be back. My experience was ruined by incredibly rude staff. My personal waitress seemed to be the only nice one on staff - all others had a huge amount of attitude and managed to sour my experience even though they weren't even waiting on me. I actually heard one of the waitresses say to four customers who asked for water say, "You really want me to walk all the way over there and come back just for that?" I would have just left if I hadn't really wanted to try the lobster benedict, which was absolutely delicious.
Very bad customer service, hostess didn’t seem to care less about the people coming in or out of the establishment. We had to wait outside for a table for about twenty minutes and all we got from her was a ‘here’s your menus’ and ‘what do you want’.. when we got inside we were seated at the bar which was fine except the staff were almost on top of us shouting to each other about their personal life details which we did not want to hear about while eating our food..The food was fine except our drink order was wrong, also it was hard to eat with the overwhelming smell of cooking oil .. wouldn’t recommend
Loved the guy running the kitchen!! He was the best!
Great atmosphere and great food. I had the pleasure sitting at the bar watching the show that is making the breakfasts. Loved it!
Good food, drinks, and service. Yum yum pancakes!
Who can’t love a 24hr diner?? Honestly I love this place. It’s smack next to S. Station which makes getting there a breeze and their food is delicious, especially as late night munchies. I love coming here for breakfast and brunch as it’s one of the few places in Boston that makes a good breakfast burrito. Only downside is it’s pretty small so getting a space is hit or miss.
Really popular place in the morning, so maybe you need some time to get a table. Breakfast fast delicious and a lot for a fair price, which was delivered in just a few minutes. Although the diner was packed. Well organized and friendly staff
Food ...great. Atmosphere ...great. Being accosted by someone who is not your server on the way you tip is rude. Total tip for the table was over 15%. I was asked for more money by another server, as she stated, 'we live off this money.' She didn't care that it was our last day in Boston and my friend was covering the majority of the tip. I'll never be bullied for money again, because I'm not coming back to this restaurant.
One of the only non asian spots around thats open late night, theyre open 24/7 i believe. ive had their breakfast, lunch, and dinner and none of them dissapoint. nice large portions and its always tasty and reasonably priced.
Fun, retro diner atmosphere. It's a bit of a greasy spoon, but if you want to go to a diner that's generally the vibe you're looking for! Got a chicken sandwich and a frappe, both of which were good! I wanted to try some "Autumn Water" which was on one of their special menus, but they told me they didn't have it. That's fine, but don't hand me 3 menus at once and then be like "oh sorry we don't have *water*", haha. If you sit at the bar you can watch the cooks make the food, which I'm always a fan of! Adds to the atmosphere and gives you something to check out while you wait. They ask you to move down the bar seats if more people come in and I don't think you can sit at a booth unless you have at least 2 or 3 people. Kind of a weird rule, but okay! The waitresses seemed a little flighty to me. I'm infinitely sympathetic to wait staff when it's busy or if they're waiting on a lot of customers, but it's kind of a different story when you know they can see the entire diner from where they're standing and they'd rather chat with each other than give you the check you asked for. Overall it's a nice place to go if you want to pay for Diner Atmosphere! I liked the food. Service was a little wishy-washy, but overall good!
Open all night, no frills, interesting clientele.
It seems like this place is a well known landmark. Even though they are open late and the food was good - the service needs A LOT of work. We waited almost 40 minutes for chicken fingers, we had to take them to go it took so long.
Food was awesome. Most of the staff was pretty cool. Except for our server. Her name was Aurora. Bad attitude. Ruined my first time experience at this place. May go back but wouldn't want to be waited on by her.
Discovered after a long day trip. Just what we needed. Good food, super friendly staff, authentic diner all round. Go eat! Open 24 hrs a day.
Loved our first experience of an American diner. Huge breakfast portion but we enjoyed the delicious pancakes and coffee. Staff very helpful.
My first diner experience just happened to be in this place. Good food, good ambiance, spotless restroom, and jovial staff. Thank you for making my first trip to Boston happy and memorable.
The waitress was SO nice just an absolute sweetheart and the food was delicious. The avocado eggs Benedict was need to perfect and the home fries were crispy and well seasoned. Already thinking about the next time I’ll come back!!
Most authentic diner we've visited in Boston, and the perfect place to try the impossible burger!
Awesome food! Great atmosphere! Place gets packed on the weekends especially after the clubs let out, but they keep it moving quick.. They take your order while you are in line so by the time you get inside your food is almost ready. The turkey clubs are always fresh and the Grilled chicken clubs are amazing. Last time I went there I added their freshly baked cheddar biscuits to my order, the Chef Anthony sliced them in half buttered them and threw them on the grill then suggested putting strawberry jam on them omg amazing
The food was bland. The home fries are little frozen chunks of potato that they must get from stop and shop, and fry. They almost look like cereal. It was dreadful.
Excellent service, nice place et the food is taste. Good portion!
Awesome little diner, feels like a piece of the fifties stuck in Boston. Outstanding service, great food. Sometimes a wait but it's worth it!
Loved it... It's always busy but worth the wait. Waffles are amazing
Coming from Pakistan, this diner gave me true American essence.
It was great. Cool atmosphere and delicious food!
Best ever for late night dining in Boston hands down. If you don't like slightly loud music and funny folks coming in and out this place isn't for you. Its a lively place.
Incredible classic diner food! We went here for breakfast and the diner special hit the spot. Cute atmosphere and great service.
Very good food and above excellent staff. They made us feel very welcome. Will definitely be returning the next time I get the chance.
I visit Boston almost every month for business and work. This place is probably my favorite place to eat breakfast! You won't find anything special other than regular "American western" breakfast but the vibe is amazing, staff is very welcoming, overall fair price to. Careful on Sundays... HUGE line...
The food was okay. The service was trash. Security was extremely rude. My waitress Madison was very rude and kind of racist. She gave us the check without us asking and when we got up she ran to the table to check the bill, she was acting as if we were going to run out the bill because we’re miniorities. I would not bring my money back there.
Great food...and it's the only diner in Boston that's open 24/7.
Classic diner with prompt service, low key grub, and old style decor. Nothing fancy about the place, but the servers were fun and the food was great for the price.
Decent breakfast options, friendly staff
One of the few pplaces open 24/7. Amazing food, large portions, great place to hangout with friends after a fun night, or a great place to start one
A great place to grab a quick bite. Very good food, not greasy. Thanks for the great breakfast!
Old school diner with classic meal options and friendly service.
The service was wonderful. They readily accommodated a large party on a busy Saturday morning. By time we arrived, I had little time before needing to leave my party to catch a train. Our server had my to go order ready in no time. The food was great and service was awesome.
Great place for a late night bite.
Great breakfast sandwiches, great service.
Traditional style eggs Benedict. BOMB!!!
Best lobster omelette I ever had in my life!! If you're in town you have to check this place out for a something to eat. I'm looking forward to the rest of the menu!
Good place for comfort food and friendly staff at 4am.
Meh. Great menu items, but food comes out nuked/ lukewarm.
The food is good at a decent price
I judge a diner by their home fries. This place had good home fries, so this diner is good.
When in the city especially late night go to South Street dinner for some real good food dinner style.
Absolutely delicious, filling food in a quaint 24-hr diner. Staff is very friendly, efficient, and does their best to accommodate requests. Short walk from the harbor and food is freshly prepared in front of you.
A great spot to grab a bite! I was in need of some grub but didn’t want the tired food from a chain restaurant. I noticed this place was a short distance from South Station which i was waiting for a bus so I made the 5 minute walk. I had the breakfast burrito and it was the size i believe all breakfast burritos SHOULD be and it was at a more than reasonable price. The atmosphere was retro and chill, staff was very friendly and the food came out quick. I definitely will stop by the next time im in town.
Loved this place! Delicious breakfast. This is a small no frills cafe and we loved every minute of it. Staff was friendly and my meat-lovers omlette was amazing! Excellent cup of coffee too! Bring a hefty appetite, the portions are huge!
In a city with so few 24/7 options, South Street Diner is good at any hour.
Great service. Tasty eggs benedict. Will go there again to try the breakfasts.
Great employees and food was delicious. I love the retro decor!
They have great food but the manager is discriminative and racist towards others. I’m not sure if she is the manager or not but she is short and has short brunette hair that she always puts into a ponytail. I have experienced mistreatment at this establishment as a black woman on three occasions. The first occasion was when I came to this diner with my father and we asked to sit at a booth and the manager said that they only allow a party of 3 or more at the booths. We did not question anything until a couple came into the diner after us and sat at the booth and she did not say anything to them. The second situation I went to the diner by myself and I asked if I could sit at the booth and the woman proceeded to tell me that you have to be a party of two to sit at the booth, at this moment I realized that something was off because she changed it from having to be a party of three to being a party of two to sit in the booths. Also 5 minutes after I sat down and got situated a man came into the diner and sat at the booth by himself and she did not say anything. If it is policy that y’all only allow parties of 3 or more to sit at the booth the this policy needs to be enforced on all customers not just towards certain people. The third situation I went into the diner by myself again and I just went and sat at the counter top bc I did not want to hear what new excuse she had for not letting me sit in a booth this morning. I ordered a tea with my food and on this occasion I’ve noticed that instead of giving me a blue mug like I would get before and what everyone else had, she gives me a small white tea cup. I thought it was odd because they have never given me my tea in a little tea cup. I ask her if the tea comes with free refills because it was smaller than the mug and she said no but I can get more water. After she walks away I look around the diner and I am the only one with the little white tea cup while everyone else has the bigger blue mugs. During every one of these occasions I have been the only black person within the establishment and the only one receiving mistreatment.
Going into the tiny South Street Diner is like stepping back into time. I used to take my daughters there as teenagers because it was open at all hours. The layout looks the same, the booths look the same, the counter and it's stools feel as comfortable as they always did. Watching the cooks work the grill is as mesmerizing as ever. The jukebox is a newer model. Prices are still moderate and you can have breakfast at any time. There are still some characters who work there. Maybe in the same way you can't go home again, you can't go to a place full of memories like the South Street Diner without a sense of loss. Enough of that. So, for a big selection of great, real food at a decent price, this is a place for you.
Great time. Good food.
Love it here, always get great food and the atmosphere is so cool
Good food fast and the apple pie mimosa was divine! We had French toast, omelets, sausage, and fruit and everything was good. The server was nice and attentive.
Food: cold. Service:bad they set up a tent with no weights and it flew down the street and the costumers had to hold it down. They made the costumers wait in the cold rain. The food was good though just cold. Just don’t come when it’s raining
Don’t get any of the burgers - they all taste completely frozen, over salted and dry. Hard to eat.
Good and quick food at a decent price. Place tends to get very busy though, so get there early.
Very friendly service, they were also pretty quick! The Texas burger was delicious, and very filling. I'm going to have to come back and try their cinnamon apple pancakes, they looked very tempting in the menu.
Had a fantastic breakfast here that was exactly as expected and wanted. Diner food that was tasty, fast and quality. Check it out when in Boston.
Lots of promise but not very good delivery. Service was painfully slow and poached eggs were hard as rocks. Could be a real winner with a bit more effort from the staff.
This is one of the only place that stays open late the wait time wasn't so bad but the food wasn't good the price was great but I wouldn't recommend only is your starving.
So yummy. Homey street car diner with outdoor seating. Totally hit the spot.
Love there food. The wait on line wasnt too bad. But definitely worth it. The service was great also. Such a variety of different food to eat. Must visit after the clubs of you're hungry
the food was great and so was the service but i don’t like that they allow the cleaning lady to clean WHILE i’m eating. it’s bothersome to eat while smelling bleach. also, my friend saw one of the workers almost fall, so it is also endangering the staff.
Waitresses seemed more interested in talking to each other than coming to the table. The food was good but there's really nothing special about this place.
Great food, good price, huge portions, and Tammy, our waitress, was fun, personable, and great. Love this place. Highly recommend for the food and fun character. Chicken tenders were also A+.
Great service and tasty food. A little cramped space-wise but worth if for the great breakfast.
Super friendly staff, reasonably priced.. my breakfast was delicious (Benedict).. will definitely go back..
Perfect place for after midnight or early morning. Service is hit or miss. They make good cocktails.
Delicious food served here. Went in for the first time. Ordered a cheese omlette, buffalo wings, grilled chicken club sandwich and the vanilla shake. Everything was so amazing. There's something about these diners, food tastes really well. I highly recommend this place.
Great food, retro looking place in a good way. Wife and I ordered the Boston Creme pancakes and bacon eggs and potatoes. Couldn't finish it all but it was well worth it.
Food ok and service ok. You can not pay in cash AND card, should be just one option.
Nice hole in the wall dinner. Huge portions!
Sat us down outside, completely forgot we were out there. Left after fifteen minutes of waiting.
I'll leave it simple. Awesome food. Go there.
Always stop here coming in from a late flight. Great breakfast and decent burgers.
We visited on our last evening in Boston thinking that we'd finish the trip with an American diner. The place is quite small but offers a somewhat typical diner experience with booths and laid back almost indifferent service. Luckily it was quiet despite it being a Saturday evening so we sat straight down. I'm always a little wary of places where you ask the waiting staff for advice on food and they admit that they've never eaten it, so ended up going for the Texas burger, it was alright, loads of chips (very salty), two patties in the bun, good sauce. My companions had an omelette which they both seemed to enjoy. I'm not sure i'd go back, but i don't regret going.
My favorite breakfast joint in all of Boston, friendly and fast service(shout out to Susan J) and awesome lunch items. Not to mention that its open for breakfast 24/7 so you can call in at 2am after a night out and get those well needed munchies. 6/5 stars could not recommend any higher!
If you order the scrambled eggs and ask for pepper Jack cheese its unlike anything I have ever tasted. It truly brings the spice. The French toast was good and I was full almost the entire day...
Small dining room but good food and coffee. Nice staff too
When I saw "Boston Cream Pancakes" on the menu, I knew I had to come here to refill my calories. A little on the pricey side, but very good service and excellent food.
Good food and people
Great food and service
It was alright. I had heard how amazing the place was and decided to wait in line to see while I was in Boston. It was far too cramped and the food wasn't really to my liking. The staff are lovely though but I probably wouldn't go back if I was ever in Boston again.
I love the South Street diner - the people are very friendly and the food is great - the only 24 hour restaurant in the Boston area! Unless you are a party of three or more you have to sit at the counter but that is just fine and it's kind of fun. There is no parking so you have to figure another way to get there. Seating is very limited and I understand that sometimes there is a wait line that runs down the sidewalk. It's a classic diner that's been there over 50 years. To me the pop music that they play inside doesn't really go with the place, but you can't have everything. Susan is my favorite waitress.
For a first impression, we were warned not to drink out of our water bottle because...well, dumb. Food was good and server was nice. Seating was a challenge. Overall, it was a good one time experience.
A gem of nostalgia with great food and pleasant service.
Food is bellow average manage asked for a tip after the worst service boston has to offer ghetto nasty
Best breakfast food in Boston. If your near south station stop in for a great taste of the east coast
South Street Diner was an awesome experience for my wife and I. I had the breakfast burger with a strawberry frappe and my wife had French toast with a fresh squeezed lemonade. We both enjoyed what we ordered. It was our first time in Boston and glad we made the choice to dine there.
Good.. traditional american diner.. not so expensive..
Bad service.... a group of friends and I try to go at 5AM to eat and we call to make sure they were serving dinner and not only breakfast and when my friend call and ask what are you guys serving now the person that pick up the phone told him they serving two big balls and to go there to enjoy it
Very good food for late night meals
Walked over a mile in the snow on Sunday morning based on the great reviews and checking out the menu online. Unfortunately I expected far more - despite 4 waitresses to 4 customers there was no friendly service and great pancakes that other reviews mentioned. Hopefully I can help you to expect less so you will be pleasantly surprised.
This place is what you expect when you hear Diner. This place has been around for quite a while and it is cozy inside. Get a seat at the counter. It's tight but the experience is worth it. Food is what you expect. Diner fare. Tasty and portions are good size for hungry appetites on those frigid days. I gave 4 stars for comfort, it's tight in there, and the coffee refills that morning were hard to come by.
Good food, comfort food. Small place right near South Station with a retro look and modern sheen. Get breakfast, beer and a burger at midnight and as always, tip well.
Best little diner in Boston. Generous food, relaxed and friendly waitstaff, good jukebox, cool booths and amazing design. Can't wait to go back
Most perfect homefries I've ever had. Extremely fast service. Best part: Employees act real instead of generic service industry demeanor.
Waited outside in the snow for a bit, but it was worth it! It’s a “greasy spoon,” and the food is generous and delicious. Super friendly staff. Very reasonable prices. You should try it!!!
Food could be better,good atmosphere,friendly stuff,average prices.
I love this place always quality food & service. The staff was sociable and attentive. Menu is like a cafe in Boston I liked.
Quick after clubbing comfort diner food
nice comfort food, close to south station
Great food and service, love the personalities of the waitresses. Real Boston people and I know about being real, I'm from Brooklyn, Ny
Great place to stop after the bar, good food!
Nice Reuben, but really expensive for a diner in a run down area. Not worth the money.
Amazing atmosphere and amazing food. My wife and I travelled to America to see family and eat Pancakes and this place was the most amazing pancakes I have ever tasted! The wait staff are super friendly, and all at a great price! This is definitely an unsung hero of Boston!
A must go if you're visiting Boston. It has a classic diner feel to it. Loved the chocolate French toast I got and the chocolate frappe.
Patrons queuing outside waiting for a table, sign of a good "restaurant"!
Came here late at night and it was still packed. We sat at the bar and the place was a mess. The thing that stood out to me was the customer to my left asked for water, several times before getting it and the waitress told the guy "if you don't like it, theres the door." I've never seen a waitress be that rude in my life.
24 hour diner place. Good american food available here. Good place to have breakfast .
Nice place, good service
Expensive and only Turkey burgers??? Yes they had Turkey and vegan burgers but they dont have ground beef with seasoning for a regular American cheeseburger. Chili dogs were ok at best
I had a great experience at this location after club let out. The owner is a great great guy and I highly recommend anyone to stop by there.
Went there at 3 in the morning after going to Royale. The food it pretty good. Fun atmosphere because everyone else is In the same mind frame as you. Especially if you go at 3 am. I would definitely suggest it.
Disgusting. Super racist and unprofessional. The manager called the cops on two colored women (one pregnant and the other w a surgical boot due to foot surgery) proceeded on calling them insulting names and was being super rude just because they didn’t want to wait outside in the cold, snow, and rainy weather and said AND I STATE “typical for your kind of people”. WHO EVEN SAYS SOMETHING LIKE THAT?!? Don’t come here unless you want to get racially profiled and hated on.
Pretty good food for the price and late night
Hung out here for a few hours while waiting for a train.. yummy yummy food!
Delicious, inexpensive diner food with friendly service.
It is really nice. It is not a big place. The food is good. The prices are good. It is unusual that a diner is among such tall buildings yet it is also cool for that reason.
Amazing food and service! Our waitress Madison was so nice and fun at 6 in the morning it brought up all our spirits. Will definitely go back if I'm in Boston again.
All I know is this place is THE TRUTH!!!!! Late night or mid-day the breakfast is on point. Get the Diner Special. Its everything you want and need. If you are anywhere near South Station this is the place. This is what a diner is supposed to be.
Friendly staff, prompt service, and delicious food!
Food was delicious! Chief doesn't allow for additions but white egg lobster omelette was everything! Was definitely ignored by waitress who was too busy flirting with the regulars to get her full attention.... our arms were flaring trying to get her attention as she zoomed past us like the roadrunner from the cartoons.....
