Great Food! My party highly recommends the brisket Ruben, pulled pork sandwich and the half chicken. Sides: collard greens, apple slaw and the fries were really good. Favorite sauces: Carolina Q & bourbon molasses. There is a parking lot, street metered parking and another lot out behind. Enjoy!

you would think after a whopping $400 Bill, that this would be a ten star rating. the food was good to me, ribs, chicken, and brisket. side of barbeque beans, Mac and cheese, and collard greens. the Mac was scrumptious, collards were outstanding beans flavorful. yum yum. everything was pretty good but. some things were not hot enough that's the reason for 4 stars. drinks were great, perfectly blended. I say that I would return for that 5 star rating the next time.

Had food here once and it wasn't bad. Has a nice outdoor bar area with good service but the cocktails are all 9+ dollars and my drink was completely garbage. First cocktail of the night and had to throw half of it away. Please work on the pricing and quality of your drinks and without a doubt, more people will frequent this place for afterwork drinks.

Excellent ribs and chicken. I had the ribs and they were cooked perfectly with a rich smoky flavor. My wife had smoke 1/2 chicken also well flavored. Service was attentive with out being intrusive. We will be back.

Parking in the neighborhood is... Um... Complex, but please don't let that discourage you. The restaurant has a lot that holds about 10 cars, plus on street meter parking. Around 7pm on a Thursday night we entered the clean, modern interior, and were met, greeted, & seated immediately. Menu was straightforward. Prices were reasonable.

I have been here a bunch now, and for some reason I cant find myself ordering anything but the brisket and slaw. Not because everything else isnt utterly fantastic, but because the brisket is just THAT good. Its always packed, and they dont do any sort of reservations for small parties, so get there early and enjoy the good beer list.

The food is ok but management is awful. Little while back I had called and wanted to make a reservation for myself and my pregnant wife (to cut down on having her stand around), the manager said that they only do reservations for parties of 4 and up. I informed her of my situation and she basically told me go elsewhere. Few weeks ago we ordered some food to go and by the time we got home it was all gross and saugy as the chef decided to lay the sandwiches on wet pickles. GROSS. This last weekend we call for a takeout and ask them to separate the food and voice our concern about the past order. They tells us not to worry. Upon pickup same story as last time. I bring it to managers attention and he tells me he’ll remake the food. That’s great and all but kinda defeats the whole call ahead purpose. Didn’t even come to his head to comp the meal after knowing that last time our dinner was ruined.... terrible

Small restaurant in Worcester that does have a small parking lot. BBQ food is great they have a nice variety of sandwiches and different smoked pork, ribs, chicken and other foods that are prepared gluten-free as well as regular. they have three different types of barbecue sauce on the table from sweet to a little bit spicy to mustard flavor.They have a full bar with lots of different draft advertised.

Good BBQ. Portions were good with a nice bark and great flavor. We ordered takeout and I was pleased that sauces were served on the side. The ribs were good and not too much fat since most had been rendered. Price was OK. The atmosphere was also OK but as I said, we did take out. Parking was tricky. They do need to learn how to slice brisket. It should always be against the grain or you get long stringy pieces.

There were 7 of us. And they very easily accommodated us. The food was great I had BBQ mac&cheese it was delicious and very filling for being an appetizer. If someone who didn't eat a ton were to get that it could easily be an entrée. The service was good our waitress seemed to be very busy. She was attentive. The drink I order was a mule special. It was ok quite sour for a mule. I was not the biggest fan. But there beer selection was great. All in all it was a good dining experience. I would recommend it.

Friends of Ours Recommend the New Restaurant. The Manager/Kara Was Professional and Polite! Already Had Review the Menu Before Arriving. Ordered Two Meals with Sides! 1/2 Rack of Ribs-Sides Were Apple Slaw/ Mac and Cheese. Beef Brisket-Sides Were Apple Slaw and Collard Greens. The Food Was Very Good. We Graded the Ribs and Beef Brisket 8 out of 10. The Apple Slaw is a Home Run! It's Freshness adds a Nice Touch Between Bites of the Barbecue. The Texture of the Collard Greens We're Right on Point with Taste and Not Geasey. The Mac/Cheese Had a Curst on Top and Creamy underneath. Had a Issue with the Order! The Manager/Kara Was Very Professional and Understanding and Took of It. I Will Be Back Looking Forward Trying other Items on the Menu! Especially the Deserts!

Found this little place while I was visiting my girlfriend at WSU. We went in not expecting too much, but we left amazed. Portions were large and the food was delicious. My girlfriend ordered the ribs and they slid off the bone as they should. The pulled pork was amazing and full of flavor, as were the mac&cheese and mashed potatoes. Now this place is a go-to for us.

The food was AMAZING! BUT! As a server, I have to say that our server was awful. Went in with myself, my boyfriend, and my daughter and he (I can't remember his name), was miserable. No effort put in, whatsoever. I understand having off days, or working a long shift and being beat...but he sucked. No knowledge of alcohol, the girl that dropped our food off literally pointed out and described the three sauces wonderfully. He never checked back in until we were done, and when I asked for waters...seemed pissed. He brought boxes and one slipped - I caught it - and he said to me "you got that, or what?". I play with guests about things like that, and would have probably said the same...but only AFTER providing excellent service. I'll go back, but I will refuse to have him as a server if offered. Go for the food, but don't have high expectations of service.

6 in our group, but it was early and not real busy. Waiter was slow. He seemed more interested in the other patrons over in the bar. Had to actually go find him to ask for more drinks. Brisket was very fatty which I thought unusual, normally it is more lean. Ribs had a good flavor, but was surprised the "cellophane" type membrane was not removed. Again, flavor of the food was tasty, but was hoping for a little higher standard overall. Total for 2 appetizers, 6 meals, 2 rounds of drinks & tip = $210.00. I'd like to try it again in a couple months to see if things change.

Fantastic service and great prices! Bartenders were both attentive and polite. My bbq mac n cheese is delicious every time. John Daily drink is my favorite. I definitely recommend! Erin was very knowledgeable and helpful.I had a brisket combo with mac and cheese, cucumber salad and corn bread. The brisket was about half fatty and half lean and went well with the BBQ sauces that they had placed on the table.

Dinner with my wife and in-laws. I had combo with brisket, ribs and chicken. Sides of beans and mac and cheese. Everything was great. Every one else had sandwiches. Only real complaint was the bun that the Cuban came on was too hard and chewy. Perhaps they should ask when it's ordered. French fries were very good. Service was excellent. I see a return trip.

Let me start off by saying this is the first review I have ever written and do not normally complain about poor food or service; I just accept it and move on. Ordered the nachos, gumbo and combo platter. The server was very quick and attentive. As far as the food; The nachos were good probably the highlight of the "meal" no complaints. The gumbo was a larger than expected portion size and was fairly tasty. Although it was barely warm and the rice was exploded/mushy. For the combo platter I ordered pulled pork, ribs and brisket. Everything on the platter was dry and room temp. Since I am not a complainer I tried to justify it in a few different ways but after a second taste of everything it was just not good. Brisket should never be as dry as this was, and the pulled pork was the worst item on the plate... actually needing to take a drink to swallow it. This was the straw that "broke the camels back" for to me needing to call the server over to send the food back. The floor manager promptly and politely came over and asked me if I would like them to send out another plate; ( To which my thought was; "You cant smoke a new brisket in 15mins, so if you sent me out the old/not good stuff the first time why would i want another plate...?) I requested one of their specialty "Frinkle" burgers since the rest of my family had finished their meals. I did this again really trying to be be semi polite as I did not one of "those people" that just wants to make a scene and complain. The manager brought the burger out very quickly (within 5mins). I ordered the burger medium it came out mid-rare (again did not care at the time, just shut up and at it at this point to really leave ASAP since my family was done eating.) To the point of why I am writing this review; Not only were the signature items so poorly done that i could not just let it go but to add "insult to injury" they didn't even comp the replacement burger after that.... (despite this i still paid 60+ dollars another factor that contributed to writing this... I've eaten in better places in and around Boston that are cheaper). Finally on a personal note; I took my father out for his birthday and my mother out for mothers day got a, bad meal basically didnt eat with them, paid top dollar for it.... never mind enjoy it. We will not be back.

Love this place. A bit on the pricey side but the atmosphere makes up for it. The food is excellent, all the main staples of a BBQ joint. Brisket is good and tender, so is the pork. Ribs are hit or miss. Sometimes they're really small and dry, sometimes they are larger and tender. All the meats don't have BBQ sauce on them - they come separate. You can choose one of their three sauces, or mix and match which is great. Sandwiches are good as well, and more reasonably priced. Also the sides are good. Cornbread, apple slaw, mac and cheese which is delicious. Overall highly recommend. Parking is limited but you can park on the street and pay with a credit card if there's no room left.

This is a great place to stop for a beer and a bite to eat. I usually get the brisket stack which is great. Today I had an oyster po’ boy. It might as well have been an oyster platter with a sandwich underneath it. Not complaining at all - it was awesome. You get a lot of food for the money and I haven’t had a bad meal yet. Highly recommend!

Checked this place out based on others reviews. Practically inedible. The pulled pork was tasteless and wasn’t even properly “pulled.” Huge piece of cartilage in the meat. The ribs seemed like they were steamed. Soggy and poor texture. The chicken was mediocre at best. The beans looked and had the consistency of paste. Disgusting. And the cornbread tasted like it came out of a supermarket box. One and done. Good beer though.

In from out of town for work and saw this place. Sat at the bar and sampled a bunch of local beers before settling on one. Low and behold it was bacon happy hour and free small bucket of delicious candied bacon was placed in front of me. I had the brisket Ruben which was very good. With a local musician playing in the corner, good beers on tap, and free bacon, I could have stayed there all night. When work brings me back, I'm sure I'll have a meal or two here again.

Awesome food! Huge portions! Great piece! I'm so full but everything was amazing so I needed to write a review right away before I sleep it off. I had the brisket plate with cucumber salad and mac and cheese. Every single thing was delicious! Also, no idea how they made the most moist cornbread ever but I could have made a meal out of that! The mac was really good, sometimes bbq has ok mac but this was creamy. The brisket was so tender, and I loved the bourbon sauce to go with it. Everything had so much flavor and the portions were huge! Great deal as well :) Restaurant was very clean and nicely decorated for good atmosphere. All around great meal will definitely come back again and hopefully this time save room for dessert!

They have an appetizer called over the top fries which is fries topped with pulled pork, brisket, chicken, barbecue sauce, melted cheese, jalapeño and sour cream. Heaven! I was pleased to find the pork was NOT dry which is the case at many of the places offering smoked meats. I loved the mac and baked beans too. There wasn't anything I did't like. Had a good time here in regards to food, atmosphere and beer. I really enjoyed my plate of pulled pork (it was enough for two people really) and the local beer selection was pretty good. Also we asked to have our fries come out earlier, and they put them in a separate metal container. There were a lot of fries in there! Finally they have 3 different bbq sauces at the table that are all very good. Definitely coming back!

Pulled pork & brisket were very tasty. Their 3 BBQ sauces were extremely watery & not anything special. Pricey but good portions. Friendly service & very clean.

It's so hard not to just have the pulled pork every time I eat here. But last time I tried the beef brisket sandwich and I was very happy with that decision too.

Let's be honest, BT Smokehouse is the Best BBQ in Massachusetts. But I don't want to drive 30 minutes to be crowded. So what do I do when I want good BBQ? I go here (and not the joke of Westside BBQ). The pulled pork and brisket are great, the sides are great, the drink selection is great, its just a good BBQ place and never too packed to get your meat fix in.

Ate a brisket sandwich and that was amazing every bite took me to the moon and back lol. Food was nice and warm not cold at all sauces are delicious. Anyone reading this check the place out you will be satisfied like me.

Delayed review, but I went on September 14th at around 5:30pm. I was sat by the hostess on the restaurant side and was the only customer there. They had a grubhub pickup person sitting near the window by the hostess, but otherwise, just me. I was within view of the hostess and 3 other employees. 1 busboy, 1 waitress, and 1 other female who I also guess was a waitress. I sat there for 15 minutes with no service. The busboy made a couple trips by me and the hostess was able to see that I got no service the whole time. With the exception of those few times the busboy walked by, he spent most of those 15 minutes by the 2 waitresses on his phone, while the waitresses talked about non-work related stuff. At the end of those 15 minutes I was about to ask the hostess to get somebody to wait on me, because I wasn't even asked what I wanted to drink yet (and I knew what I was going to order before I ever entered the building), but a couple walked in and was sat. One of the waitresses instantly walked over and started serving them. I walked out without saying a word because I was too pissed to even talk to a manager at that point.

This place is really good. We were pleasantly surprised. We are visiting from the south and we have many bbq places to choose from at home. This place definitely ranks at the top. Meats are cooked perfectly. The brisket, chicken, and ribs all delicious. The cucumber salad is a must and the mac and cheese-wow. The cornbread is heavenly...perfect consistency and slightly sweet. This place does things right.

Good BBQ place on Green St. Has all of the expected item and a few surprises. Parking can be a challenge on Green Street and the lot here fits less than a dozen cars/bikes. Overall a good meal at a fair price.

We used Smokestack BBQ for our son's rehearsal dinner serving 90 people. The BBQ was outstanding, all of our guests were extremely pleased. The staff was fantastic and they were attentive to our needs! We ended up donating our left over food to a local firehouse. I love the BBQ and would love to have some right now!

Waited for 20min didn't even get a drink order not even a water 3 waitresses and host walked by multiple times and not one came to our table. Ended up walkin out.(7-6-2019 9PM)

Nice restaurant split into three different areas. On the far right there's an open area for a outdoor bar with the bar on the inside right next to it and on your left when you walk in is the dining area. Both areas are available if you want to eat there the bar has more booths and bar stools while the dining room has more tables and is better if your with a group. Food is very good as well as staff and service.
