Good food , but not timely. Called 1hr 30mins ahead to be sure our food would be ready on time and it wasn’t. All we got was “I’m sorry, we had a lot of orders “ just another excuse not a Thank you for having patience or we appreciate your business thanks for waiting, nope just excuses. If you have all day , then call ahead the day before for a lunch pick up order

We came here for lunch. This was a pleasant lunch. I had the Primavera, and it was absolutely delicious. The staff was very friendly, and acommodating. Next time I visit for business I will definitely be bringing my co workers here.

What hasn't been said??? We now live in FL and when we visit up here for a week we can't go back home without eating here 3-4 times. Riccardi's linguica pizza!!!! You take them for granted when you live nearby.

Grew up on this place, used to love it. The quality of the food has dramatically decreased since the Fairhaven store opened. How do you order a roast beef sandwich and get more cheese than meat. One piece of roast beef on a sandwich isn't considered a roast beef sandwich.... just saying. Used to love this place

If you are looking for the best Italian food---look no further! Riccardi's makes the best pizza on the planet---crispy thin crust, awesome sauce and great toppings! Some of our favorite dishes are chicken parm, eggplant parm, filet of sole, chicken marsala, veal scallopini and pesto. Yumm! We also love getting Riccardi's for entertaining--they are extremely accommodating and very professional. We wouldn't even consider going to visit our snowbird friends in Florida without a suitcase packed with an assortment of Riccardi's pizza, their amazing lasagna and ice. You'll always be invited back if you appear with Riccardi's! :)

Best Italian food around. I've been going since before the additions to dining area, approximately 30 plus years. They're shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese mix is the best, hot or cold. We love their thin crust pizza, and the best part is the sauce.

Don't even bother. Not even sure what this was, but it wasn't pizza. Maybe it's Portuguese pizza. Been to Italy, been to Sicily, been to the North end of Boston, this is not something I would call pizza. It's more like sauce on a pita bread crust, flat bread, tastless, burnt around all edges and completely inedible. I took hit home to not embarrass the waitress and it went from the trunk of my car to the garbage bin on the sidewalk. I was afraid my dog would get sick.

Best value in town! Besides being one of the longest standing Italian restaurants in the area, it's one of the best. Casual dining with warm atmosphere, excellent service, friendly staff and reasonable prices. Our favorite luncheon spot, no wait seating & cheap lunch portion meals. Try the chicken broccoli & ziti! Good variety of wines/beers & desserts! They do a tremendous take out & they cater too! PS. Box top coupons will get you a free pizza after 10 visits.

Was a little weary trying to get good Italian food in new Bedford, primarily know for Portuguese... But was more than pleasantly surprised by this place! Staff was good, food was tasty and well priced. I will definitely be returning here. There's a whole lot to like. Great sit down atmosphere with a (gas) fireplace in the middle of the room too.

By far the worst so called Italian place I've ever eaten. Garlic bread is skimpy... Picata sauce is supposed to be on the meat and pasta not the pasta on the side with red sauce... Seriously no Italian place does that. It's a pretty simple to the point dish... Forgot food when we ordered... Way iver priced for frozen not fresh poor quality food. I am a chef so I can very easily tell the difference. There is many scratch kitchens around far cheaper and better quality and service.

Very unhappy. Ordered party platter of sandwiches 2 days a head of time. Go to pick up order and after waiting 15 mins was told 1st they can't find my order then after more time passes they don't have my order. They say we can make something different, no I want what I ordered, well they can make it up but will take an hour. Had to go back again to pick up order and all I got was a sorry. Not happy.

Never order a chicken parm sandwich they purposely overload all your sandwiches with garlic so bad the mosquitoes won't even touch you . I'm assuming they gave me the free salad because they already knew that they screwed up my order. It was not even edible. I am officially boycotting riccardi's especially in New Bedford it's garbage.. this is not the first time I've had a horrible experience. I'd give a ZERO if I could.

Riccardi's has been a staple in the area for decades. They have the restaurant on Hathaway Road, take out, and also a catering part of the business. The food is very good quality and consistent over the years. It is a family restaurant and the clientele is loyal. They have even branched out to a second location in Fairhaven. I was there a couple times this week and l told the person at the counter that l have probably been coming there before they were born. It is one of the few things food-wise that has remained consistent throughout the years and has stayed due to it's popularity.

I have been coming here since I was little. I have always loved the food and the workers. They are always nice respectful and hard working. I would certainly recommend here. I have cousins in other states who visit and they always bring a pizza home from here every time. It's my favorite restaurant. My favorite meal is the garden vegetable soup, a linguica pizza and the spumoni ice cream. But ive tried all the desserts and most things on the menu and have always not only likes the food but loved it. Can't recommend this place more

If you're thinking pizza, pick up a frozen one at your nearest convenience store. From a pre-cooked crust punctured with factory made holes, to a very strange Italian sausage, the whole thing was a mess. I've never had a pizza so poorly done. The dog did seem to enjoy it.

Hate to say it but this establishment was unpleasant. The service was poor. The light above the table was so bright and low i unscrewed the bulb and ate in the dark. Waited 5 minutes just to get a waiteress. I only saw her once. The good was very bland. My Alfredo was a step up from jarred. The pizza was decent. The decor and atmosphere is horrid. I think this place could deff use Gordon Ramsey and an overhaul!!
