I like this place. Mediterranean sandwich is my go-to food here. The shakes are ok and so a less star. They r quick..the place is clean...price is reasonable...I dont need more...potbelly chips are a must have...spicy but goooood.

So good . They make the best chicken salad salads ever. The nicest and friendliest staff you will find. I can't remember the general manager's name but she is very nice and does an amazing job . Everything is always fresh tasting and the restaurant is clean-looking . Never disappointed. If I could marry a deli this would be the one !!

My food was sloppily thrown together and it wasn't even what I ordered. I ordered a turkey club and it looked like someone had already chewed the meat up and spit it on the bun honestly there was one tiny piece of bacon like literally a half an inch there was no lettuce tomato nothing and unfortunately I ordered online and took it to go and didn't realize it till I got home. Im not sure what they gave me but it went right in the trash.

The food tastes great. But the prices are high. I got a ham and cheese on flat bread and it was expensive. The sandwich was very small. And wasn't all that filling. The shakes are also small and pricey but taste great. I would recommend it if you don't mind paying a lot for very little food.

The number one sandwich shop in the area in my opinion. Though the sandwiches do run a bit small in size they are huge in flavor. Get the pizza sandwich! Don't question just get it.

This afternoon I went to the Braintree Place mall to go to Qdoba, the parking lot was extremely icy. I got out of my car and was afraid I was going to fall, I tried for a minute to get off the ice and I could not make it. I was about to get back into my car and just leave when a young man from Potbelly’s came outside and asked me if I needed any help. He held my hands and helped me off of the ice so I would not fall. I have not eaten there but I am giving this place 5 stars for that young man going out of his way and noticing that someone needed help and he came right out to help me. I was extremely appreciative and also in shock, I was not expecting such a kind gesture from someone in a store I wasn’t even going in. Thank you to that young man for helping me today. I will be trying this restaurant in the future and I hope to see him while I am there!

I was in Mass. for one night before going to the airport, and decided to get a sandwich from Potbelly’s at the Braintree location. The service I received was fantastic, a wonderful gentleman helped me through my order and the sweetest young woman ran the register. I was so pleased to have such a nice first experience in Braintree. The sandwich was also amazing; I cannot stop thinking about it! I cannot wait to come back and order another sandwich. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a great bite and quality service! :)

I've never felt compelled to write a review before until my experience with the Braintree Potbelly's earlier today. I was out running errands and placed an order for pickup online. I picked up my sandwich and realized when I arrived home that my order was incorrect. I called the shop and explained what had happened. The person I was transferred to (I'm assuming it was the manager) was extremely apologetic and offered to have the correct sandwich delivered to my apartment. The replacement sandwich arrived sooner than expected, maybe 15 minutes after I spoke with them, and they had also sent one of their delicious oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. I appreciate when a business goes above and beyond to make things right. In addition, the sandwich and cookies were delicious!

I have been to potbelly near porter sq in Cambridge and it was good. Big sandwiches and good price. This Braintree location seems to have less filling in the sandwiches though so it is smaller. Food Tate’s good, staff is friendly, and plenty of seating. Music is way too loud to the point it becomes annoying. I don’t want to stay at the restaurant for long.

I visited the Braintree location by the Mall this afternoon. There were two associates on the floor and neither addressed me. To be honest they almost seemed upset to see a customer. I am not sure why because it was dead in there. Only 2 customers who were at the same table. The associate stocking the chips was especially cold. Ironically the back of their shirts say "If you don't have a smile on I will put one on". Needless to say that did not happened. Also note if this is your first time they are a little pricey and have size is small. No footlongs here. Lol. 9 inches is the largest size.

I love Potbelly's sandwiches - nothing beats a Big Wreck with double meat; and they are a hands-down winner over any other chain sandwich shop. Evertime I head to Boston, a stop by Potbelly's in Braintree on the way home is nearly a guarantee. Plus, ordering ahead with the Potbelly app was easy and convenient.
