I ordered takeout from here. Pizza and specialty fries. It took a long time to order as they were not answering their phones, I work graveyard and a couple of minutes before my coworker had ordered from there, figured I would order from there so as not to run around picking up food. Pizza was doughy and there were hardly any fries which cost around $7. I gave them 2 stars as they had a wide array of beers that I did not par take in due to work, but the clientele seemed to be enjoying themselves and toasting away at each other. I would suggest a different place for pizza and fries, I can not talk about the rest of their food, but would not try any of it either.

The Monday pizza specials are misleading. The online calendar advertises $3 pizzas, and the printouts posted in the restaurant advertise "half-price build your own pizzas". Unfortunately, none of the promos specify that the specialty pizzas are not subject to the discount, as I found out to my dismay when I received my check. It's unfortunate that my meal had to end with this unpleasant surprise, as the food and service were otherwise first-rate.

As a semi frequented & gigging musician, I found the place to be nice! Sexy waitresses, lady barstaff...nice guys too...tho the stage was, is cluttered & the monitors are not spaced for best optimum cocerage,performance, usage by musicians...atmosphere is good, busy, a bit noisy even on a sunday...The girls are busy, so I can understand some delivery delays of drinks & eats. The open mic sign up needs a wee upgrade. Overall...nice venue ( needs to Rock a little harder ) ! ☆☆☆.2 stars

Yes everyone its time for my evening review not voluntarily i mite add just the fact. That i get these alerts 3-5 times a day living 500 yards away from Players! It sux ur phone going off this many times a day but i make google comments everywhere i go! But i'm forced 2 make negative comments about players! The place sux. If the owner just listen 2 me & heard me out initially we wouldn't have this problem & i would b writing positive reviews left & right. Cauz she thinks she so high & mighty the following morning afta the incident when a 2 person team try & succed in stealing my phone & i get batterd by the bouncer instead of the theives! The following am she just kick me 2 the curb "i don't have 2 deal with this" well i'm sorry when u run a bussiness that's open 2 the public u have 2 deal with issues! So now u deal with me & my post! That conclude this annoying alert 2 rate players sports bar hope all enjoy! Becarefull there please! Cauz she doesn't have 2 deal with it! She just wants your $ no concern 4 ur property or well being! Thank you b safe

Good food. They seemed a little understaffed such that the wait staff took a while to get there. It may be because someone banged in sick. When the wait staff came by, they were nice. They also offer gluten free bread which is one of my main things. Then we went over to play bingo which was being held there. Good times!

I have to share a recent experience. On Friday 6/7/2019 between 7:30 PM and 9 PM I was at Players playing Keno with my son. I played a 5 number ticket for 20 games which was $20. My son played a ticket for 5 games for $5. After my son’s ticket didn’t hit anything, my son played another ticket for 10 games for $10. I submitted the ticket for him with a $10 bill. Once all the games were over, he had $6 coming back to him. We handed the ticket to a female bartender. She came back and said give her $4. I figured it was because she needed ones in the lottery drawer and was going to give us a $10 bill. She did not come back. I called her over and she said we didn’t pay for the ticket. I didn’t know that was even an option. I am 100% certain I paid as I don’t carry cash often and when I do I am OCD about what I have. I walked into Players with a 20, 10, and 5 dollar bills and all were gone. I always pay up front and when I do I put money on top of ticket so the person taking it sees it. I told her she made a mistake and the bartender said no way and that I never paid for my son’s ticket. At that point I paid my food bill and left vowing to never go back. Check the cameras Players!!! I’m sure your lottery drawer was off that night. It isn’t about the money as it is only $10 but makes me wonder what is going on there. Would love to hear an explanation.

Terrific menu. Most sports bars have to much on menu. High quality, perfectly prepared sports bar food, better than many upper scale restaurants. You can taste the love in burgers, wings, tips, pastas, even salads. Great bar, music, both live and streamed. Comp size pool tables, Darts, arcade, outdoor seating, large screens. True diamond in rough.

Mac Attack pizza is bomb. It's a big mac, but a pizza. Unbelievably delicious. There other pizzas are amazing also BBQ chicken, buffalo chicken, pepper hamburger. Whatever toppings or just cheese is the bomb. It's always buy 3 get a free cheese.

Fun place. Bar Games and live bands on the weekends. One of my faves Turkey and steak tips with rice and vegetables. One downfall is that kids are always on the pool tables when I want to play.

This place is great. Why? Very clean, good food, great atmosphere. They have sections with pool tables, dart boards and a dance area. Or you can sit next to or at the bar. They have Guiness on tap too!

Once again here we go with a "wonderful" review of players sports bar in Rockland. First off save your money...if you're not a regular customer you'll be treated rudely and ignored until someone gets around to you secondly don't sit at the bar unless you want to meet miss high and mighty herself.... like I said before save your money we work to hard to waste it on a place like this...

Not impressed. I'm all for a dive bar, but I won't be back. Came to watch the bruins game with friends, and some regulars decided to play music from the jukebox. There's no way for the staff to override the music (which is way too loud and you litterally have to yell at the person next to you just to have a conversation). So while they advertise themselves as a sportsbar, it's really just another dive in the middle of Rockland. The staff is friendly and just as annoyed at the music situation as well, hence two stars instead of one.

Our usual Saturday lunch spot closed, so we tried Players. We enjoy sitting at a bar, playing keno, lunching and trying a few craft beers. Players didn't disappoint. We were regulars just walking in the door. The bartenders Jeremy and Kathy are the best. There's a big selection of taps with many local craft beers included. The menu is varied, but not overwhelming. It's tavern fare but kicked up a notch with interesting flavors. I tested our first visit with sweet whiskey wings and sweet whiskey burger, and they were so good. I look forward to our second, third ...many more visits.

I'm sorry my Google and Yelp follower....I saw and looked at many of your emails and I'm sorry to say this bar does not care about your well being.....there all about over serving and over pricing, so not only did I pay 3 different prices for the same drink there's only 1 bar tender who listened and made it Proper, her name is Nicole. On top of that my food was under cooked, I've been a cooked 15+ years never have I ordered medium and got bloody rare food.....and the biggest suprize I was already cut off by another bar but was able to walk in to this bar @ 9 and not be carded at the door, bartender that looked at my Id spent to long looking at the Id instead of me and it would have been clear I was already over served......sadly to say I'm very disappointed at the new owner excpecially since the owner knows who I am..........I told my mother who also had worked with Jackie and I in the past hopefully I will have a better experience next time and hopefully I can give a better review and better tips..... Very disappointed at the new owners...... try n your staff customer saftey os the number 1 priority if it's not yours then who's responsible for cutting people off ...... :-|

This is a really good Sports bar with a very good, but relatively small menu. All the essentials are there. The quality of the food is unquestionably high and the staff are always friendly and accommodating. Service is always timely and never rushed. The Bar Style Pizza is very good. The space is great and there is a consistent entertainment schedule.

The service was great! Very friendly and hardworking bartender! I tried the pretzel sticks, they were very good. The cheese sauce that comes with it is tasteless! I ate 1 with cheese sauce and took the rest home, I was disappointed. I ate the other ones with marinara sauce at home and they were delicious!
