The food is awesome! Always satisfied when I come here!
This is some of the best Indian food I have ever had! Great flavors, and the selection at the buffet was phenomenal. If you have never tried Indian, you owe it to yourself to give this buffet a shot - you will definitely find something that you will enjoy. And if you have already experienced the flavors of the subcontinent, Paradise Biryani Pointe will renew your affections for the tastes of India. This is a buffet you don't want to miss! Be sure to stop in. They have a very convenient hours for lunch and dinner all week long. If I lived closer, this would be my go-to place!
Lunch buffet is amazing. Many options and tastes great. Service is just as amazing and very attentive. I look forward to lunch time just to come here!
We ordered Biryani it was good and Gobi Manchuria was bit dry could be better
Good food. However, they eliminated the lunch buffet and now offer lunch and dinner specials of Veg. and Non- Veg. Thali.
I work as an airline crew member and travel the world on a regular basis. I rarely have come across Indian food as good as this. I love spicy food and my go to dish is the Chili Chicken which is just amazing. The restaurant is under new ownership and the service is great. They do whatever they can to make sure you are satisfied. The new owners take pride in the cleanliness of the restaurant. There are three Indian restaurants on Mendon Road, all within a three mile radius. Don’t bother with the others. This is the one you want to try! Without hesitation, I highly recommend Paradise Indian.
The buffet was really nice and the food met our expectations. The new management seem very hospitable and responsible.
Food is very delicious, staff are customer friendly and professional. Definitely would recommend, this new management deserves growth in this area.
Best food ever! GREAT staff even better management!
Awesome!!! Had a really nice biriyani after a while. Friendly staff, service is a bit slow though. Biriyani here is one of the best we had till know. They have buffet as well but have mostly seen takeouts. Takeout parcels are neatly packed and clean. One thing we noticed is that the biriyani lacks consistency as the chicken pieces sometimes have got more batter on them than meat. Its the only one thing we always find odd here. Hope they do read all the reviews and consider improvements. Restaurant has ample parking and is easily accessible.
used to be a good place..now the food taste is below par..prices are increased and the food isnt worth the price.people complained sick after having food here few occassions.i would better pay the same price or even more and travel some distance for good food rather than having here. after all health is everything and you dont want to spend your money and time on such food.
Worst food .. not up to the restaurant standard ..highly disappointed ..
Taste on ala carte was ok..
Visited this place 6 time in the last few months. Delicious food, friendly staff and the new management is changing things around in providing excellent service. We are ordering food for our parties from here too. I would definitely recommend for family dinners and catering orders
Did take out. Decent quality. They can make it very spicy if you want it.
Pathetic treatment. I was in real good mood that this guy destroyed. Did not greet me when I walked in. I ignored. The sign said "Please wait to be seated". There were plenty of seats but he did not offer me to sit. After waiting for a while I sat on a chair myself. He did not ask for order. When I asked to get me a biryani, he acknowledged but did not do anything. I thought he was not interested since I am alone, so I told him we are a big group that works at Staples, can be deliver. Instead of showing interest, he said "Who works on Saturday?". That was it. I walked out. Saw him being real nice to white customers.
Tasty food nd good service
Awesome South Indian food with spiciness corrected according to our need
Best Indian food ever had in Rhode Island. I would like to suggest this place especially if you are a biryani lover. Don't miss the mango lassi.
It's nice to see under new management where they maintaining almost the Indian cuisines, I am very much impressed with the change in management and food .
The food was very bad .All the things I ordered were disappointing . Not done .
Food was good. Lot of choices in the lunch buffet.
Waiter was rude and obnoxious. I was so grossed out I couldn't eat. Ill never go back.
Awesome food with good ambiance. Would like to visit again.
Authentic Indian food; I visit weekly for Indian food cravings and excellent staff and service. I highly recommend this restaurant and must try dishes such as Chicken lollipop, Butter chicken, Chicken tikka masala, Garlic Nan, all tandoor items and biryanis as well. I tried everything from their menu and everything tastes so delicious.
If u are looking for authentic veg biryani this definitely not your place.....worst biryani I had here. And when I complained that I ordered for spicy biryani I was offered green chilli along with biryani......
Their biriyani is the best!
Great tasty food, really liked it.
Great place for Indian Food ...Really loved this place!!!.Food is very tasty here... The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive.Definitely recommend this place.i will visit again and again
Delicious biriyani food. Good customer service
Decent place...good food.
Tried their buffet on Sunday afternoon. The spread was ok. Except for Gongura chicken curry, everything else was ordinary. The dessert was gajjar ka halwa.. it was horrendous! The staff was nice, that was the only saving grace. I visited this place again and tried the A-la-carte menu. I tried the kebab platter, I was immediately blown away by the soft succulent meat with tasty finger licking masala. I found the apollo fish outstanding, which was crispy fish pieces in a sweet and spicy sauce. We also had some biriyani which was amazing as well. I would totally recommend trying the A-la-carte menu rather then buffet. I am definitely coming back!!
Nice place to eat south indian style curry.
The food was excellent! All items had the authentic Indian taste. I can boldly say that it is definitely not a toned down American version of Indian cuisine. Got to meet Mr. Reddy who was attending to us with a million dollar smile today. He was very friendly and eager to know if the food was to our satisfaction and was keen to hear our ideas for a even more better reach in the neighborhood and beyond. From what I foresee, this business establishment has a great potential to be the leader of Indian cuisine in the USA. I recommend this restaurant wholeheartedly! Peace,
Must try their fry piece chicken biryani and majestic chicken..
Stumbled onto this place accidentally... so obviously wasn’t expecting much... but, the food turned out to be much better than expected... Great food, new finding.
I strongly recommend this restaurant. Nice food with good spice levels.
Amazing food and Mango Lassi.
Everything seems premade. Nothing authentic about this place. Definitely my last choice if I was desperate for Indian food. Meat seemed soggy and fatty. Tried it 3 time's, 3 time's me and my wife got sick. It's just not worth it. And that's sad because I love Indian food. But no I would never recommend this place.
Staff not up to the mark !! The person taking the order has his insights more than the customer !!
Tasty food .. visited couple of times
Chicken Biriyani is kickass! very friendly owner n staff! u can adjust spice level to suit ur taste. u want to keep going back for more! :)
Serving was dead slow and taste was not upto the mark. We have waited for 1.5 hrs just to get One small order
Great food at a great price! Well greeted by the employees and good ambience. Love the Natukodi Biryani and Goat Sukha!
Indian food is ok
The meal was awesome and taste was superb and authentic ..have fun at this place and be sure to come empty stomach
Great food and exceptional customer service. Nice ambience. New management is doing great job. Definitely recommend this restaurant.
Love their lunch buffet!
Food is really good here. It's a bit on the expensive side. Seating is not the best. Ambience not ideal either.
Best in Boston! I ordered natu kori koora , onion kulcha n mutton biryani here. I would give a 5/5. They barely add any garam masala n yet the food s great. Not just great on your tastebuds but good on the stomach too
Reminded me of mom's biryani from back in India. All the dishes I ordered were yummy and made to taste. Would recommend this place 10/10.
Great food. Love the goat masala, goat biryani and my special favourite of tawa fish fry.
Amazing desi cuisines!
Food is delicious and servers are courteous
Wonderful meal!!! Great service! Delicious and authentic! My husband who is from south India loved it so much that after two bites, we ordered one to go. Can't wait to go back!
Buffet is good. Goat Biryani recommended.
Always my best place when i think about food.
Nice family pack biriyani. One star less, due to delay in delivery by half an hour even after pre ordering.
Very good place to eat. Buffet was great. The staff is good in remembering the preferences and are very friendly too.
I always try the Lunch Buffet here which is very mild and yummy. The new management is very responsible and customer service is highlight, they are getting the liquor too onboard shortly. A nice place to go for All ethnic people for quality and tasty food...
In love with food at this place. Great service too. Visit once here, I am pretty much sure that u gonna visit again and again...
Best Indian cuisine surpassed all my expectations. Thanks to the cook. My favorites are chicken biryanis and yummy chicken lollipops
Worst unlimited dosa event ever. Dont ever go to this restaurant as you have to pay for the dosas which someone else is eating Coz they only serve the people they know... The old management was better, this new management doesn't know what is customer service... stay away!!! SCAM....
Food was decent. Had Chicken Fried Rice and it was yum.
THE place to go to for biryani in greater Boston, nothing comes close. We have had the nattu kodi and the hyderabadi dum varieties, both chicken and lamb, and both are excellent. The family pack is great value for money. Oh, and don't forget the chicken korma as a side, you'll be pleasantly surprised.
Not as good as the original stores in jersey, but really good nonetheless. They get 5stars for their happy hour special for 30% off certain entrees from 5 -7 pm Tuesday to Thursday.
Buffet is awesome and price is reasonable. Bt last friday they charged me $17 for buffet. Lol
This has the best afternoon buffet in the area. The number of items is not huge but each of the preparations are very good. Be it veg or non veg, the items are made with care. I have had buffet in Mayuri and Dharani as well. I would rate this no1. Apart from the buffet, the biriyani is very good too and I have tried it on many occassions. If you want buffet, give this place a try.
The food is good but the service was really bad, he could barely understand what we were asking for our orders. He brought us warm sodas and messed up my friend's order. At least my order was correct.
Very bad management.... and expensive. Worse food.
Do visit if you are biryani fan
Biryani was alright, gobi 65 was chewy and dry
Best hyderabadi biryani in town. Our entire team likes the food here.
Very poor service
Under New Management I feel this is the best place where we get real taste of our regional food (South Indian menu). Service and reception are excellent - They deserve 5 star. And Am waiting for the new ala carte Menu which I think will be ready by end of this month.
Went for a Buffet..waitress was very welcoming..you can hardly find pieces in Goat biryani and the rice is made of both regular and basmati rice..i will definitely not call that as Biryani..
Great food, one of the favorite place to eat and the service is very excellent,we can visit all the 7days of a week
Food is not good. Norwood paradise is far better than this place.
Best authentic Indian cuisine. Highly impressed by the service & enjoyed the tasty food. Thank you Saager Redi for your hospitality & efficient service.
Everything is awesome.. with great quality..
One more good indian restaurant in Providence..new management made quite a number of changes to the menu and the food tastes wonderful now!!! Must try place if you want to taste a fry piece chicken biryani and chicken 65. Don't forget to order Mango lassi
Decent place for biryani. Tried the buffet menu which has veg, chicken, mutton or fish options. Pav Bhaji is piping hot. Do not be under the impression that this is equivalent to Paradise Biryani of Hyderabad! But overall, not disappointed.
Please don’t get mislead by positive ratings/ reviews. There was a change of management recently and everything else turned out to be a nightmare. **hell**. Waste of your money, time, well-being and health. I ordered butter chicken and the chicken was undercooked. This entree got replaced by super burned chicken which still was undercooked (the chef just burned the outer coating of butter chicken thinking that might get cooked the chicken!). Naan was disgustingly butter dipped/ God knows what I couldn’t figure out in. It took them a good amount of waiting time to show up my food and the worst was they best seller ‘Biryani ‘ which I think is a scam here! The quantity of biryani became half from previous manager and you can clearly see the cross contamination between biryani’s (I asked for boneless biryani and I got few chunks of regular chicken biryani in my food). Horrible experience.
Seems friendly not sure how good the food will be, waiting! Rated 4 star without tasting the food. Sorry, you don’t want ever even trying this restaurant once in your life time. Such a terrible restaurant, has no taste, no flavor, Biriyani soaked in oil and the meat is not tender either (natu kodi Biriyani).
They serve cold buffets on Sunday's just so you know. And the waiter/server acts like a sychopant around goray customers and doesn't even bother to acknowledge desi diners.
Ordered Hyderabadi Biriyani and Kadai Chicken. They were very tasty and well cooked.
Excellent food, excellent price, excellent people. Definitely worth it, especially for the buffet.
If you are looking for really delicious food with a family and do not want a lot of fancy stuff around... This is the place to be. I myself visit there with my family for dinner. The staff is very very courteous and do take feedback in a constructive manner. They are good at remembering your preferences as well. Definitely worth eating here. I give them 5 STARS.
Delicious Biryani. Friendly staff and overall will recommend the restaurant
For ever in love with their biriyani both veg and non-veg!!
Love the pepper chicken fry, goat fry and goat biriyani. Awesome flavors.
Paradise Biryani Pointe, Norwood is our favorite place for Indian food..the taste is consistent which we like about it..they make it as per the requested spice level which is great.. ambience is good in this particular location..our daughter and son love the butter chicken and butter naan here..we love the mutton sukkha..1st choice for our family whenever we are craving for some good, spicy,Indian food!
Good food and fast . We went for a pick up and the food was ready when we went. The staff are friendly.
Awesome food... Special Gulab Jamun
Great service and excellent quality & yummy food.
This is one of the nice turn around story that left me pretty pleased. I visited this restaurant about an year ago, almost on the first day few days. I was very appalled by the lack of organization and medicore tasting food. I didnt even review this place at that time and it was struck off from my list of regular restaurants to visit. But man, how things have changed in a matter of one year. This place is apparently under new ( or consolidated ) management, and the management is bent upon making this place a hit. And a hit, they surely are becoming. It is hard for indian restaurants to compete in Cumberland area, because of Godavari restaurant. However this place definitely gives Godavari, a run for their money, and in a way they are even better than Godavari. Wednesdays nights are biriyani nights, where they have 6 varieties of biriyanis, 3 veg and 3 non-veg. I was quite surprised to see Avakai Biriyani. All biriyanis tasted awesome. Also Chicken 65 and Chill Chicken were heavenly. Weekdays there is lunch buffet. Buffet is not as extensive as Godavari, but they still have plenty. What's more, unlike Godavari, at this buffet, almost every item is done with care and tastes good. At Godavari, it is a hit or miss. They are delivering to places as far as Cranston also. Overall, this place is highly recommended, if you are an Indian food enthusiast.
Liked the food after a long time. Good job team!!
Very disappointed for not keeping dosa varieties. No separate menu for kids. Service is very poor. We were served with the main dish first and appetizers came last. Idly served with chutney and sambar is very pathetic. No salt in chutney and sambar is very watery( water and tumeric powder only).
place is ok, decent buffet , expensive comparitively
Very bad food They gave me goat biryani with burnt up goat and was terrible Not recommend this restaurant at all
Over spicy food and taste is also not up to mark
Biryani taste has been improved a lot. Naatukodi biryani is good. :-)
Excellent Biryani,Wonderful Place to try Indian food in Rhode Island.
I visited this place a day ago with my family and have tried the food at various events across MA, we decided it give it a try. When we walked in, we got to choose our seats and the waiters were attentive and were kind. The food was very good and up to standards even though it was a Sunday night. Overall, the exterior may not be great but the food is good.
Thanks paradise biryani pointe for the delicious food.
The new management is doing very good and very responsive. I loved this place
Naatukodi biryani and paradise chicken fry was my all time favorites. No other best biryani other than paradise in Route-9
My all time favorite paradise, Great food and friendly staff.
Good food and service
Loved the fried goat biriyani!
Good spicy Indian foods...Biriyani speciality! Liked the weekend buffet...
Yummy n tasty food ever I had
Delicious Hyderabadi biryani compared to other restaurants nearby. Service under the new management is good. I have been here for dinners and was never disappointing. Their biryani buffet on Wednesday night was good. Looking forward for stopping by for weekend buffet.
Best Buffet ever...
Beautiful, delicious food that is well worth the trip from Boston since there is nothing like it in the city. We are always finding an occasion to go.
The staff were all very friendly, and more importantly, the food was on point. The coconut rice was superb, as well as the vegetable pikoras. I can’t remember all the dishes names, but I left feeling stuffed (I ate too much food—which says a lot about me, but also about how good the food is)! Definitely great value for an all-you-can-eat buffet. Can beat it anywhere in Cumberland! And perfect for when you want some nourishing vegetarian Indian soul food after a long zen meditation retreat at the Providence Zen Center. (There are meat dishes too but I cannot personally attest to them.)
So expansive for chicken biryani and only half a egg lmfao
This place used to be great under previous management. With the change in management/owner, things have changed for worse. Both the food and service are below average.
I'm stocked, excellent food, super fast service, a lil too spicy.
One of the dirtiest Indian restaurant I have been. Lunch buffet was decent but area wasn't maintained well and food was running out. They have hired college guys to maintain the restaurant and hygiene is least of their concerns. Will not go again.
Desi indian flavor can be tasted here.
Not good options for vegetarians. Tried in lunch buffet.
Pleasant ambiance + super tasty food +great service = rare combination, this is what we get here. Thanks paradise biriyani point for awesome experience
Food quality and choice and options are negatives. Not worth of money
Goat curry (South Indian style) was amazing. Even in Southern India you won't get that tasty goat curry all the time! Hats off to the cook.
Awesome biryani almost always not have been disappointed till now. Buffet is limited but the food is good which liked and sweets are good as well.
Amazing food
Nice place to try Indian food ...mild.Their buffet has lot many options.
This place has changed completely under the new management. Their service is so much better and the food has improved as well. I will definitely come back and recommend people to visit.
Only one manager taking care of all the tables makes the service incredibly slow during crowded hours. And he can rude, he walked while taking our order to the next table. Food is above average.
Great taste, feels like my home food. I strongly recommend to visit this place. You will never had this type of taste in other restaurants. Goat and chicken curries and biryanies are extremely good. All other menus are also very good.
Pros: Great buffet spread. Food tastes great. Service is fair. Good veg and meat options (not just chicken and paneer all the time) No waiting Con: Buffet schedule is by day of week. (Eg same buffet menu every Friday) Might be on the spicy side for some
A small but delectably good buffet. Biryani to die for. Excellent tandoor dishes. And usually great service makes this paradise amongst our too 10 favorite Indian restaurants in Massachusetts.
We have been to this restaurant about three times since it opened few weeks back. The customer service is amazing. The staff is really friendly. The food just takes you on a ride to India. Anybody who wants to eat a scrumptious Indian meal should come to paradise Cumberland. Buffets and ala carte both.
I never give review but this place made me to do A gental man varoon helped me to choose the food. Very nice and clean restaurant Food was amazing. Chicken tikka platter was so delicious and price is also very reasonable.
Best Place to eat Delicious Indian Food, especially Nattukodi Chicken Biriyani ......definition of mouth-watering
Nice place for dine in or takeout for authentic Indian food.
Food here is amazing they will even adjust the spiciness of the food to your choosing so you don't have to worry about ordering anything to hot. I recommend try8ng the butter chicken and chicken Korma but anything you get here will be delicious
This is the worst buffet I ever had in my life. Its worthless. They don’t even refill until last piece was finished. Biryani is rice without chicken...worst in PlaNEt. 100% not even worth 1star.
Paradise chicken fry and Andhra fish fry is a must!
Good Indian buffet with a lot of tasty options, vegetarian and non.
Food is good . But very expensive $$$ for an Indian restaurant. There are better restaurants with similar menu and better price .
Just left without food. One guy managing all orders and its beyond his capability to manage.
Tried in friend sons birthday. It is delicious
Good for change indian food. Biryani is special.
In an area saturated with Indian restaurants Paradise stands out far and above it's competition. First off it's clean, bright and staff is friendly. The lunch buffet for $10.79 with tax cannot be beat. The food is excellent, great variety and very flavorful and fresh . I highly recommend this restaurant to all! You will not be disappointed. The owner gave me a complimentary Mango Lassi as I was leaving to enjoy later. Very nice.
Great food, this would be a 6 star review but they dont give us the option. More desserts would be my only suggestion, some gulab jamun or something. Highly reccomend!
Worst biryani I had in my life. Ordered Egg biryani yesterday it was jus plain boiled rice with boiled eggs. Why should somebody order BIRYANI to eat plain rice.. totally disappointed!!!! This is the second time I ordered after new management came. Unfortunately both times biryani was not good. Paradise Biryani as name says is famous for biryanis and surprisingly this main dish is the worst here. Would never order again and not suggest to anyone to visit Cumberland biryani restaurant.
Really good and spicy.
Worst place..... Ordered appetizer karvepaku chicken three times Every time the dish was different When I asked why it is different answer is “you ordered over the phone so item is different” Not worth your money
We were a group of 6 afternoon 2 biryani and 3 buffet. Cashier assumed its 4 buffet and two biryani and would not belive us ... we had to convince him. Was really rude and insulting standing at the counter and explaining... never going back..
Below average experience, they serve you canned food from the Indian grocery. This is not the first time I experienced it. The price is also high for the spread they have in the Buffet.
Huge bug in the Chicken Tikka Masala! Doesn’t look like I can attach a photo—but it was bad!
Foods are really good but the most important thing is the behavior. Too good and impressive. High recommend. Saw some negative reviews on food and behavior.. not sure what more those people expect from such a nice and delicious restaurant. I'm super happy and got the destination to make my taste buds satisfied..
We reached here at around one hour before closing time and restaurant was out of veg options. Hence we had to drive to some other restaurant nearby. There was enough parking available though and staff was nice and well behaved. Would like to visit soon if I'll be around this restaurant.
Amazing food. I checked all the reviews for Indian resturants in the area and I decided to bring my whole family here. Everyone was so pleased with the food. It was delicious. We had palak paneer, butter paneer, garlic naan, chicken tikki Marsala, samosas, and dal. Everything we ate was perfect. And service was fantastic as well. I highly recommend.
Was pretty surprised how good my biryani was. Even had the half boiled egg, lime, a slice of red onion, raita and the a important shorba. Definately happy, too bad im so fsr away.
Great food, great service.
Ordered biryani over phone and staff told it will be ready in 15- 20 mins. We waited there for more than 40 mins to get regular biryani. And response from the staff is rude not at alll expected this kind of behavior. Better to skip this restaurant if you don't want to waste your time on waiting.
Always dependable , very convenient for lunch buffet as right on route 9 . The buffet menu may be limited for vegeterians but the food quality is consistently good
Ordered biryani and chilly bajji last weekend. Biryani was so good. Very very tasty.. chilly fritters was really really spciy. I didn't mind but my friend couldn't eat it ;) lots of parking available. Nice customer service. Overall a good experience.
Great Andra food particularly the biryani
I've only ordered once so far, I got chicken tikka masala. This is the first Indian restaurant that took me seriously when I said very spicy and it was everything I wanted. I definitely plan on going back next time my tikka masala craving hits.
Delicious food. Very clean place. Friendly people!
Ordered a large tray of chicken biryani and there were barely any chicken pieces in it. Try to avoid.
A bit overpriced for the quality of food and staff acted indifferent.
The food is AMAZING
Buffet is so good when compared with others indian cuisine in its surrounding. Buffet is only for lunch and on selected days.
Doesn't love upto the expectation...
Food was not that great. Courteous staff though
Go as early as 12 and taste the hot tandoori chicken it's a hidden gem of their menu ... really good food and amazing ambience. ... i have recommend goat sukka and chicken 65 with butter naan or as an app ... and its halal
I have been to this place twice and both the times had good experience. But we Visited today for buffet and Half of the food tray from buffet were empty at 1pm. We waited long and followed up for no of times to get it refill. I think change in management might be the reason. Food Taste was average. Overall It was very average experience in terms of food quality and service.
For a biriyani lover like me, this is a really good place. Would have liked a better choice of vegetarian Curries though.
Not the best, decent food
Best place to eat biriyani. Highly recommend this to everyone.
This is the best Indian food I have ever tried. Awesome place! Would definitely recommend it.
Very bad service, they prefer only Telugu people. Even though we ordered food 1hour before they served food to Telugu people who came 40 minutes later than us .
Bad staff bad food
This is our second time catering from Paradise in last 2 months and we are extremely satisfied with the food , quality and quantity. At first we had about 25 people and this time it was about 100 people. We had both veg and non-veg dishes. Excellent service and Special thanks to Mr Sagar who personally came to deliver and setup things for us for this big Diwali party. Thank you guys!
I ordered chicken biryani , it taste like color rice and when I call back no proper response. Better to order in Godavari rather than ordering here. Don’t dare to eat in paradise .
Liked the goat avakaya biryani here!
Worst buffet food which I have ever experienced. Most of the items are were not freshly cooked. Especially the Naan bread, idly pakkoda, pappad. No deserts.. No fruits... and No salads... They charged $15.11 with tax. Complained about this and they replied they will accept the feedback.
Had bad experience and thought must share for others ..usually don’t giv reviews unless it’s bad. I ordered a to go and given stale fish !!! . As we opened and started having the dish it started giving foul smell . Beware and cross check with the restaurant people about the quality of food before you order here . We are working people don’t have time go and return back the mess they created wasting further time.... really bad experience toremember
We tried goat Biriyani and it was awesome! Both taste and quantity. Better than the other two Indian restaurants around here.
We have only ordered Biryani (Chicken) from here and it has had good flavorful rice, well cooked chicken and accompaniments. Our go to place for good chicken biryani. Though they do sell wide assortment of other dishes but we are still stuck on Biryani
Tasty food. Wednesday buffet is really good.
The food here was so delicious and service they provide makes us to visit frequently. I would like to recommend this restaurant best one to have indian food .
Very good food reasonable priced
Waste food.. New management again...
Super taste.. Great place to visit.
Neat and Tidy place ...Their Buffet consists of so many items...Friendly and Professional Staff.
Best place to a good feel meal. Thanks for the tasty food and welcoming service.
Great food and friendly staff
great food really good taste same as hyderabadi i liked the weekend buffet it was delicious and dining as well front people are very polite and attentive the old guy mr patrict is doing the best
I have visited this recently around Mar 2018. Looks like it changed its taste. Back in 2016,2017 they are my best and I used to visit every saturday especially for Natukodi Briyani. But this mar 2018, it failed me and this would be my last visit to this location. In fact, I got one near my location in Cumberland, RI which is much better now.
Less items for buffet but taste
Best Biryani in 5 state's. I visit every time I'm in the area.
We came to this restaurant from CT as someone mentioned that this is good. We came to have lunch buffet on Sunday and this restaurant did not disappoint. There were many items and most of them were very tasty. Good variety in the items as well. Staff were hospitable as well. We would love to visit again
The goat biriyani was really tasty. The tandoori chichen is also yummy. Only one star less cause the boneless chicken biriyani 's chicken felt like chilli chicken pieces.
At Cumberland Paradise Biryani Pointe ordered MEDIUM Tray Chicken Biryani($90 charged) and given in Small tray (10/11 L, 7/8 W, 2.5 deep tray). Few days ago when ordered a SMALL Tray chicken biryani at Norwood Paradise Biryani Pointe, the exact same small size tray was provided ($55) and medium tray priced there was $75. I have both trays with me. This Cumberland one literally cheated by charging for Medium tray and providing food in a small tray.
Great Service and the food quality is excellent..
Their naan is very soft, not only biryani but also curries are tasty.its a complete Indian Restaurant. Their lunch buffet contains minimum 25-30 items..excellent service under the new management.
Don't go on weekdays . Ordered veg family pack and it was worst briyani ever.
Tasty Indian food spot with quality service
The buffet food was not ready and even when we went at 12:30.. we just had to eat plan rice and still pay for full buffet price . Very bad service
Excellent service,Food, Quality and very Tasty,Fresh. The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. We especially enjoyed the chicken n goat biryani, the goat curry was great. From check in to check out, the staff is fantastic. Excellent hospitality by Sagar, our teams very happy n would like to have frequent visits for all our project n team lunches n try more varieties.
Food quality is average... nothing tastes like authentic Indian style... goat is cooked without a tenderize and it’s very hard... I would not try this buffet again
Had best indian food, I would surely recommend this place.
Poor quality and taste of food
Tasty tasty food in a no-nonsense restaurant
As the name says it’s Paradise for chicken dishes!! Some of my favorite dishes are Paradise chicken fry, royalla vepudu, off course chicken biryani to name few... I forget that I do eat veg when I go there as their chicken dishes are awesome!! Worth the every visit.
Excellent service. Great food. Last time I had the Tuesday special Goat Biryani. Resonably priced too.
The nati kodi biryani is amazing! love the pepper dry and tandoor chili chicken paradise chicken fry is great, this place has good South Indian food! the 1 star reviews are more likely spam bots
Had to wait for lot of time 30 mins to get just biriyani.. not at all expected from a biriyani pointe at least..
I'm changing my review as per my experiences since last 6 months. Management is pathetic. Guy sitting at reception is a major issue. He lacks basic restaurant etiquettes. He keeps talking on phone and play songs at high volume. No sense of surroundings. Due to their casual approach towards customers, they are and will keep loosing reputation. Once I and my friend ordered single paneer biryani. By seeing us ordering only one biryani for two, owner asked waiter to serve lesser quantity so that we would have to order one more. As we knew about the quantity usually served, we asked waiter why such low quantity and he answered that owner asked him to do the same. This mindset wouldn't help taking restaurant's reputation anywhere but down. They raised prices once they come to know that a nearby indian restaurant is closing for a few months. They charge $10 for delivery within 10 minutes driving distance. I would not recommend this restaurant at all. Dining out should feel good, and if you agree, don't go here. I hope management would stop taking customers for granted.
Lunch buffet, vegetarian food is a joke. Don't even try. Dal, Sambhar and Medu vada were okay. If you are a vegetarian, lunch buffet isn't for you and not worth the money that you pay. Not sure about food containing meat in it. Posted the above review on Google Maps. Got the following response from the management. "Jayanth, we hold ourselves to a high standard, so if you would have brought this to our attention, we would have done everything in our power to make it right. We hope you will come see us again because we think you will find that your experience was the exception, not the rule, when it comes to dining at Paradise Biryani Pointe. We would appreciate the opportunity to have you back soon. If you'd like to discuss this further, give us a call. -The Paradise Biryani Pointe Management Team" I did indeed bring this to your attention that day. There were two employees in the main dining area that day and pointed the exact same thing that I wrote as review to one of the employee. All that he said was "we cooked it in the morning!" shrugged it off and moved on!
Nothing great compared to hype. Biriyani was good. Buffet was average
Great indian food, affordable lunch buffet and a good amount of variety every day
Decent Biriyani but please call before you go because you cannot find Biriynai a lot of times
Paradise mutton fry special n chicken65 are Awesome .....
The best option available for Hyderabadi biriyani near Woonsocket area.
There are a lot of Indian restaurants in the area but consistently this has great food and great service. Will love to go there again and again
Best place in rhode island for indian food. If i crave for biryani this is the only place which comes to my mind. Huge portions with good quality. How can i not speak about their buffet, many options for such reasonable price.
Love the mutton biryani and the drum sticks..!! Definitely going again..
Food was really good. More than we expected
Excellent test for the price
I loved fresh and tasty food
We heard quite a lot about this place. We did not have a great dining experience. It was a week day and there was one person who was showing the guests to their tables, the same guy taking orders, delivering food, bringing the cheques. The food was served cold. Taste was decent, however the service was poor.
Very good taste and quality food all the time available here.
The food is great and the staff are verygood. But the old person who claims himself as the owner is extremely rude and doesn’t seem to have customer service attitude. I visited this place with my colleagues on Wednesday for buffet and took one buffet takeout and the staff gave us 3 boxes and said it’s flat rate $18. But the old person charged us $ 59 and behaves as if he was giving food for free and started screaming at the staff. He was extremely rude and inconsiderate. We had argue with him to get our money back and still he charged $22 which is still pricey for one buffet.. I visited paradise several times in few weeks. But this is the first time I saw this person. If the management continues to have this attitude more people would go away.
Good food varieties and quality!
Super spicy if you ask for it.
Too good for people looking for Indian food, the real taste
There is no NO A/C inside. Worst condition for the employees because of no A/C. No A/C for customers. Seems like very CHEAP management.
Food is average.. have to wait for long for dining and also for take out. Service is horrible.
Nice place for Indian food. Great service.
Nice Ambeince and Excellent Service under the new management. They have the lunch buffet 7 days a week and wednesday dinner buffet of the Biryani. A nice place to go for Indian food.
This restaurant was very clean, the staff was beyond amazing and the food was delicious! You could not ask for a better place to eat.
I am a vegetarian so really biryanis are not for me. But I love their Ulvacharu Biryani. Love it! I know my friends love the chicken biryani here too!
Awesome chicken fry biriyani...best Indian food in the area.
While the food was delicious, the service left something to be desired. I was the ONLY female in the restaurant and was not made to feel welcome by the staff. I felt like it was a burden to them to wait on me. Regardless of how good the food was, I will not be going back.
Lunch buffet was good. Refilling necessary quantity with good taste every time. I would recommend to visit this place. Desserts were good at end by serving Almond milk and kneed.
I went to this restaurant for first time and it was a last minute order before thier closing time. We were very well received by the staff, we ordered naatu kodi biryani and chicken fry biryani. Both tasted excellent with rite amount of spice levels, definitely recommend this for food lovers.
Paradise spl chicken fry is best appetizer served here, if you are not from AP or not so spicy food lover.. make sure you tell the waiter to serve medium spice in the dishes you order. Goat and chicken briyani is iconic dishes ...
I've visited earlier but was not this good, after the new management has taken over this place is one of the best for our family and friends. They serve good food with good quality. They are able to customize to our needs. My kid loves the food. Starters, briyani, fried rice, veg and non -veg items, desserts the list just keeps going... Awesome taste, clean place, excellent service by new management. Keep up the good work. A must try place
New Management is doing great..lovely ambience..Excellent staff.
Great tasting food and service!! Love the Natu kodi biryani and Goat biryani here!!
Really South Indian - Mainly Hyderabadi Style Briyani taste !!! Nice menu and taste .... Good Spicy Food!
Excellent food! Getting better each time i go!
The food here is really good and not too expensive. A go go for anyone who is a foodie and for anyone who likes to explore various tastes in Non Veg and Veg
Ordered Goat sukha and it was just 40% bone, 40% masala nd just 20% meat. It seems this place is over rated and over priced too based on the quality
Best food quality, biryani makes me go often here and nice management, great service.
Boneless chicken biryani is my favorite!
Good food, good service, good people. One of the better tasting indian restaurants I've eatten in, compared to some in providence.
Nattukaudi biryani is just amazing
Good upgrade with new ownership amd kitchen staff.. food is good and buffet is great.. just a suggestion to shuffle buffet menu more often..
Excellent service under new management
The biryani is good ... And also the dal tadka
Great customer services and food. Management is very much keen to talk to customer to see what difference they can make for us. Love the authentic Indian cruisine. Thanks.
bad customer service. didn't like the cashier attitude. he is rude
No control on quality! I had very good food sometimes and quite bad sometimes so its hit or miss kind of deal
Good quality food
I have eaten here often, I love the selection at the buffet. The food is delicious! Management is attentive and welcoming. A must try!
Good food. Good service.
Tried to order something over phone and it was one of the most rude behavior I ever experienced. He hung up before I finished the order and then when called back he said he it was not intentional but he said he don't care if I felt that rude. Restaurant is supposed to be place where we expect guests are treated with respect and be felt like home. I never instigated for him to behave badly.
Amazing authentic food, and great service! Ordered chicken biryani and it was above expectations.
We experienced non-veg Specially motton...it was good n their non veg biryani was too good. Best part of this restaurant is that they put spices in the curry according to your taste...even kids can have that less spicy food. I woyld definitely recommend this place.
Best food I’ve had in a while
Ordered goat biryani and tandoori chicken. Goat biryani was a disaster with the meat not cooked properly and no flavor, probably old meat. And tandoori was just average! Disappointed !
The guy misguided us saying Natu kodi biriyani is in Buffet. He seems to be frustrated all the time.. not sure if I can go there other time, they are just running with the brand name of Paradise, would have been great if their staff are trained better and say the truth instead of just making the customers a bait to their buffet which is stupid
Very good food. Consistent over years
We have ordered sambar rice they served both rice and Sambar separately. Sambar was too cold and they charged 15$ for one cup rice and cup of Sambar. Then ordered two plates of punugulu 6pcs per plate charged 24$ for them without chutney.
Great customer service. My favorite Indian restaurant
Generous portion, delicious food.
Bring back Patrick! The place used to be my go to until the staff hit on my wife and the food became subpar. Better options across the street.
Great food and service is super quick
Excellant service! Relaxing atmosphere and great food!
The management here changed recently and Sagar has improved things tremendously. I visit this place at least 2-3 times a week for lunch and have seen the difference. The menu has expanded, the friendliness has improved and in general the quality of the items are much better. They are also experimenting with some appetizers as part of the buffet and I like it. I wish they had BYOB for dinner
Nice Indian buffet lunch!
I love this place. Especially the Nattukozhi biriyani .
All the Biryani's was so delicious. Must and should try chicken fried biryani and Goat Biryani. The best food i have ate after 3 years. Thanks Paradise.
Really amazing food . I had the mutton biriyani and the chicken tikka. Really yum . Even more the service turned out to be so good and friendly . Took care of us very well. I recommend this place for anyone . Try the biriyani.
Awesome biryani natukodi
Awesome south Indian cuisine . Food was delicious friendly staff's over all great service but food is not spicy enough .
Good food and service !
Very good.. best taste.. exceptional
We have visited this restra many times d management has changed and so the food for better ofcourse ..good for buffet lunch
Good food. Service is a little late so take that into account.
Awesome experience. Authentic Indian taste - not for the faint hearted to try the spicy food here. I loved all the mutton dishes in the buffet. Chicken curries were also great. All items were good. Limited choices though and comparatively not much for the vegetarians. Highly recommended for authentic Indian cuisine. Especially, non-vegetarian stuff is awesome. There is plenty of parking. They have a 5% cash discount.
Amazing food and Amazing service.
Great food! Great service!
Biryani is good. Be careful with spicy level, spicy is really spicy. Starters were good too. Service is good and fast. Could have some more options for desserts.
Awesome food and service!!
The paneer tikka had so much color on it that it stayed on my fingers even after washing them. Paneer tikka gets its color from marination and doesn't need color additives. The food was too spicy inspite of ordering medium spicy.
Biryani is very delicious, staff are very helpful.
Worst service. Ordered biryani takeout, said it will be ready in 20 minutes. But they made me wait for 1 hour. This is not the first time this happened. Food is overpriced for the quality.
I am visiting this restaurant regularly from last few months. Awesome job by the new management. The staff is very friendly people and the service is super fast. Reasonably priced food and the taste is really nice. The interiors are really nice and the ambience is very good. Go and try once, you will not be disappointed.
Very good food, lunch buffet is very good.
Worst eating place ... no taste, please don’t waste your time and money ... Ironically the guy @ cash counter asked for tips for buffet
Very good Indian restaurant in the neighbhourhood. Their chicken biryani is the best. Try their chicken 65 and cut Mirchi, its very good Most of the gravies I have tried are awesome and made to the right spice level as per request. Dessert- double ka Meetha is very good.
Had good memories at this place on weekends with my family. Spicy and authentic exactly the way i love. Love you Paradise..
Very good restaurant.. Weekday Lunch Buffet with wide selection of food varieties for $9.99 + tax (promotional, current price may vary) is some thing stands out from all.. Friendly staff and good taste.
A little pricey but its good. You pay for authenticity.
This place has food feels like home. Had paradise biryani in Lowell,Ma and here both are amazing. This place has food that has home made food taste and quality is amazing without oil dripping.
This offers one of the best biryani in town. Good service as well.
They serve delicious food here .but we always go there to eat paneer 65 dish ..and mango lassi
The buffet was too good for the price
Worth every penny
Ordered mutton fried biryani and piece was so stronger than paragon slipper. We asked for tissues and gave us bounty. We asked for onions and he gave us a thin slice of onion. When I complained, old man said he is giving mineral water for free ROFL and come back later to try dosa.
Good tasty biryani in hyderabadi style. Good food with normal rates.
The food here was awesome. Everything I had was amazing and perfectly cooked. I really recommend the lollipop chicken and the paradise chicken they were phenomenal. But like I said it was all really good
Amazing food! I got the egg byranti and asked for mild spice and after delivery I underestimated even mild spice and could not eat it. The gentleman must have noticed and came over asking if I could be made something else and supplied me with the egg fried rice dish which was superb! I have honestly never had such exquisite service, attention and burst of flavor from the food they prepare. Highly recommend!
Great service and yummy chicken Briyani.
