Just about the worst pizza I've ever had. The pizza was expensive and as soon as it cooled down, it became very difficult to chew and the ends were hard. There were alot of flies inside the restaurant and the temperature was hot as if there wasn't much air conditioning. I wasted my money there.

I have never walked into a papa gino's receiving the warmth and service i received here in burlington wednesday night sept. 11 2019. Management definitely knows what they're doing here. Five stars - definitely coming back.

Papa Gino's pizza is always consistently good. They run a special for 2 3 toppings pizza for approximately 21$. Great deal for lunch and then snacks later. Check this one out

Ordered pizza tonight and asked for pepperoni and extra cheese (always have to ask for extra cheese for it to be decent at this location)and he repeated the order correctly back to me. What we actually got was a pizza with a whole lot of pepperoni and NO cheese! This was the last straw, never going back!

Yay for the Patriots Meal Deal! 2 cheese pizzas were good for the kids, but everyone really went crazy for the chicken and cheesy bread sticks, with caffeine free root beer for the kids. We did takeout and they were doing a brisk business so we had to wait a while. My husband has a problem eating their pizza (digestive issues after) but doesn't have a problem when I make frozen pizzas. He has no trouble at all with their chicken or cheesy bread sticks. Papa Gino's, so many people want you to stay!

I loved this place!! We have had so many great pizzas here!! Then I got the worst pizza made by the manager!! He was ignorant at best when I went up to demonstrate this piteful pizza!! He is miserable and his name is Frank... the employees don’t shine and look happy here anymore! I’m heartbroken I used to brag about this place!! Sad

I gave Papa Gino's for stars because I love their pizza and it was very good here. However the restaurant was manned by teenagers and the one taking my order had a terrible time getting it straight and pricing it for me. I was on the phone for a while. When my daughter stopped by to get them they were starting to put them in the warming tray from which they sell slices!

Great New England pizza chain. Being raised there I have yet to be disappointed Menu also has various Italian fare although the traditional thin crust is delicious.

I've been here dozens of times over the years but this last visit the place was filthy. The place was practically dead (only 2 other people eating) and the tables were dirty, the floor had junk all over it and the mens room was something you'd expect to see in a dive bar in Malden on a busy Saturday night. I'll definitely think twice before going to this location again. I hope the food prep area was in better condition than the rest of the place.

The general manager Frank was in the store and it was absolutely abysmal, boxes all over the front counter, dirt everywhere, floors were absolutely trashed with garbage and good waste all over it. My god, frank, if you have a fully staffed restaurant you can afford 3 minutes to spot clean the place.

First i have loved papa ginos since i was a child. This location however is just frankly terrible. Im sitting here now staring at this sloppy soggy disgusting mess they served me calling it pizza. I asked if maybe i can get sone slices that arent soggy through and with less sauce. They told me nooe thats how they make it and thats how it comes....real nice so basically if you come here they will serve you a basket of old soggy pizza slop and tell you thats what you get..well this location just lost my business and that of my entire office building. Ill drive the half mile extra to another location

I have been here for 1hr and I am still here waiting for my order.. Just a handcraft rustic pizza takes an hour to make.. I totally disappointed and will not advice any to be in the same situation as me.. Worst ever...

I go here all the time and LOVE their pizza. The staff are nice and they often bring the food to my table because they know I don't hear well. No place is perfect, and we all have bad days.

My god papa ginos, i have since lost all respect for a great family company to which i have been a regular for 15 years to. the food may be good sure, but now since all the stores closed and new mangers come in, no one smiles the same way. i have been treated extremely poorly by a select member of mangemt since then, and i have seen the same member of mangment yelling at employees over mole hills when and then the new manager left his business cards out i saw when i went in today, no more hiding your name from me. what is going to happen frank? im sure the employees in ur business really enjoy ur attitude with them. im surprised to see the regular members of staff still on site. ppl dont quit bad jobs, they quit bad managers and i dont know how their not quitted. the mangers who used to be there all the time had my upmost respect. also glad to see some old employees back but theyre good doesnt outweigh the bad i have seen. i am sorry papa ginos, but i can no longer in good faith dine at your restaurant until the mangment situation has been resolved. only eat here if you want to see zombies at work and wish to be subject to chaos from manger frank, and tell the new manager that he has lost my business sincerely a concerned customer, bonnie t. fritz
