This place is awesome! Super comfortable and cozy pub that feels super authentic. Intimate seating, and it can get busy! The shepherds pie (its really cottage pie!) is amazing. Full of veggies and gravy, its the perfect stick to your bones dinner. Great beer, and big portions. Definitely worth a try!

I had Bangers and Mash my wife Had Guinness and Beef Pot Pie. Bangers nothing to brag about soft and mushier than they should be. Pot Pie small amount of beef and crust under cooked. They did not live up to there reputation. Staff very attentive and pleasant.

Attended a lunch buffet after a funeral. Great service and a way above average buffet and choices. Salmon, roast beef, and other offering were above my exspectations. If I lived in the area, I would definitly consider dinner there.

Had a pretty good lunch experience here. The staff was very friendly and inviting. Ordered the chicken kebobs over rice pilaf and it was tasty, portion size was just enough. The whole place is decorated and gives you the traditional Irish "feel" when you walk in. Seems to be a popular spot in Worcester. Colleague had the quinoa salad which was fresh and also tasty. Would definitely come back next time I'm in town! Overall bill for two was $28 for Lunch.

I had a terrible cheeseburger. It was mid-afternoon when I visited. Cheeseburger tasted like it came out of a steam table. No natural juices whatsoever! We ordered two cheeseburgers with coleslaw we got two cheeseburgers with french fries. They did bring the coleslaw. Next time for the $28 plus tip I go to McDonald's

Food is always good but took way too long. Service was so slow and it wasn't busy. Took over 2 hours and at the end, the just gave us the bill, no offer for coffee or dessert, but did offer to table next to ours. It is one of our favorite places, but this was not a good visit.

This was a good experience. The atmosphere and seating was comfortable, the food and drinks were good, and the staff was super friendly. However, there were a few minor mistakes during the evening that prevent a 5 star rating. Specifically, the drinks took awhile to arrive and then arrived incorrect (but was rectified immediately), the temperature of my vegatable medley seemed different than the rest of the food on my plate, and the scallops we a tad overcooked. Overall though, I would love to return and try a few more of the drinks and menu items.

We made reservation on a Tuesday evening at the last moment. We had a large group and they were able to accomodate us with a private room. The service was prompt and professional. The menu had something for everyone. Everyone enjoyed the food. The portions were generous so a few had leftovers to take home. I do not live in the area but I would definately return.

I have been going to O'Connor's for almost 20 years at this point and I just love it. The food is super good and the perfect thing on a cold, winter night. The service is always very good (if a little slow). I would suggest sitting in the bar area as it has a more lively atmosphere and service tends to be a little quicker

My Dad just turned 96 years Young we loved the food. The reservations was a room for 5 it ended up big enough for 10 people. Try the chicken or beef both were Huge and Tastie. The grill cheese was not your mother's it was ten times better. The Steak was also cooked to perfection and peppered pecan chicken was to die for..

This restaurant was recommended by the concierge from our hotel. There was about a twenty minute wait to get a table on a Saturday night. This told me it was a popular place. The food was very enjoyable and the waitstaff was very knowledgeable. I started with a scotch egg. Nice! My first one. I had fish and chips as a mains. Much better than I have had elsewhere. Great beer selection. Would recommend.

Food is delicious! Great service and staff! We had our wedding here and it was a great time had by all. Much thanks to the restaurant's event coordinator with all her help making the day a success! A sizable lunch buffet (add on the color tablecloths and napkins, and customize with your own flowers/centerpieces) with served beverages, salad, and get a wonderful cake (or other dessert) selection from the local bakery the restaurant uses. GF and veggie friends were able to order off the menu for meal options. Our guests commended the food and service.

Ordinarily dining at O'Connors is a great experience, but not on a holiday. The people next to us got seated after we did and got waited on & ordered almost right away. We waited for a while, a good 15 minutes possibly more and still no one came by so finally we thought we'd better go find someone and inquire about it. My impression of the situation was no one had been assigned to wait on our table. So we waited a little bit longer and someone finally came over and waited on us, so it seemed like things were going good but then they switched waitresses on us. I got the feeling that we just got dumped off on another waitress because when I observed what was going on with the other customers around us they saw their waitresses a lot more than we saw ours and they were very attentive to their customers. I don't blame her, I doubt it was her choice. Now the food. It seemed like it took a while for that to show up too. The immediate center was hot, all the rest of it was lukewarm and before I could finish it it was all cold. In addition to the drinks we also ordered waters with lemon and a couple of salads. One salad showed up with the meal and a short time later the other one showed up.The waters showed up halfway through the meal with no lemons. Now you might say maybe we were the only ones this happened to and you're probably right but this was Mother's day and we were expecting a enjoyable meal for our mother. Now would we ever go back to O'Connor's, most definitely. Would we ever go back on a holiday, no.

I love this place. It may seem crowded, at times, but they always find room for more. Great food, large portions, reasonable prices and super staff; what more could you ask for? The biggest pieces of fish, in the fish tacos, than anywhere. Shepherds Pie that you can't jump over. Every bite is delicious.

We started out with 2 appetizers. God I wish I remember what it was called but the pictures will do it all the justice in the world. But basically it was the most flavorful Potato wedge, with cheese bacon and everything else that makes life good on it. We absolutely decimated the appetizers. I'll have you know they weren't small either.

I would give this place 6 stars if I could. From the moment you walk in the place has a warm and cozy atmosphere. Our waitress was extremely nice and suggested to us a great appetizer that we ended up loving. The dinner portions were very large and we all had enough for leftovers. I especially liked the sweet potato fries which were perfectly crispy and tasted perfect.

The seafood dish my husband had was very good, Easily Worcester's best Irish pub. I was a little nervous about how big O'Connor's is since I've seen many times how a big space can ruin any attempt at creating a nice pub vibe (looking at you British Beer Co)

I would write 5 stars but it's just so hard to award "perfect". Otherwise, I will say it was close to perfect. We held my mom's birthday party there and I must say, the service was absolutely perfect. Even with a well packed party crowd, the crew of O'Connor's never missed a beat, never missed a drink order, never missed a darn thing. This was a wonderful experience. The food experience is always good with exception of bad Waitstaff service. It is the second or third visit in which the same waitstaff displays a lack of courtesy, politeness and friendliness while servicing us!! Needless to say, that outstanding customer service and professionalism is crucial in the hospitality industry. "Quality of service" needs to be improved so that your business don't experience potential loss of Great clientele.

This place was good... However, this place was not up to par when I was here this time past. My French fries were undercooked, and my parents' vegetable medley was over cooked. The waitress showed a lack of detail when taking our order, and left us unsatisfied with her performance. We could also hear what was presumably the owners wife or one of the hostesses in the background spouting foul language and being foul.

The building itself is beautiful inside. There were 17 of us. We wanted to pay for our own but they won't do separate checks with a big crowd. Not good for senior citizens. I had a Reuben. It was good, not great. I thought the corned beef was but too thick I only ate half. Everyone at my end of the table wete satisfied. Many of them had fish and chips. Went to the bar to get a glass of wine and waited at least 20 minutes for the bartender to get there It's my opinion.

Ive been here a couple of times recently and the food is really good. The portions are huge and you can get full very easily. I have enjoyed the times that I have eaten here. Very hearty food so this definitely is not for a light eater. A lot of your typical Irish and pub fare with a couple of very modern dishes thrown in the mix as well. Price is a little more than most in the area but you are getting what you pay for.

We wanted to try this place for a while. It is nice, and the parking lot was full at 5:30 on a Friday night. The decor inside makes it feel like you have walked into an Irish Pub. The menu had a wide selection, and some gluten free options. I wanted the pork chop dish, but they had none left, so I chose the fish and chips. Not quite like Poppies in London, but still good. Not greasy, and the batter was light. The dining room was busy, which is always good for a restaurant. So go, relax, and enjoy a night at O'Connor's!

Great for events! We hosted about 30 people in the private dining room in the back. Great location, great staff, great food. PDR is closed off from the restaurant area with doors. Though rather busy, there was only minimal noise from the adjacent bar area at 6-8pm, not enough to cause a problem with our presentation. The doors closed it out rather well. We did use a microphone as the room is fairly large. Great overall experience with this venue.

Took a little long for the food to come out of the kitchen. Staff was very nice.

This is a very nice restaurant to anything you could think of. if you want to have a family dinner, a coworkers reunion, a business meal or just a place to have some drinks in the bar with some friends and watch a game. I love the Irish ambiance and the staff has always been lovely (and I come here a lot), It is one of my top recommendations when someone ask me where to go to have a lovely dinner in the area.

Amazing restaurant. We had just finished a 7 hour road and we were hungry and tired and looking for a place where we could relax and have a good meal. This place was a fabulous choice. The service was very good and the food was terrific. You must try the beef pie but be ready to either stuff yourself or you might consider sharing it with somebody. It's huge and delicious.

A hidden gem! Fun and friendly staff and a seemingly endless amount of seating. Their menu is extensive with everything from a beyond burger to beef pot pie. Also, one of the few places that we've found that serves Murphys beer which is a real treat. We dined with our two toddlers and found the kids menu to offer many, many options! Everyone left full, happy, and with plans to return.
