I ordered pizza last night and ordered it to be light on the bottom it is hit or miss sometimes burnt and sometimes great. I didn't check it when I picked it up, when I got home one pizza the crust and bottom of pizza where overcooked. I didn't want to post this, but has been happening so often, as I go there a couple times a week.

Just picked up my food from mama mias in Hanover mass I asked for a tuna sub with fries there wasn’t any fries with the sub the way I asked them to make it wasn’t correct an I still gave a tip for bs service the tuna sandwich was dry as hell the onions weren’t cooked an there wasn’t any mayo on the sandwich smh only thing was decent was the large pizza I ordered as well with the sub an fries I didn’t receive

I used to visit the original mamma mia in Kingston when I was in high school. So there is a reason all these years later that they have expanded to several locations. They didn't loose a thing in their growth. They still use fresh ingredients and all their dishes are delish! Their pizza has always been number one in my book and it's the one I compare other ones to. They top all the others by far. The crust is always a perfect crunch, the sauce is just the right amount of tart and the toppings are fresh and plentiful.

We have been ordering pizza for take out from here for years every 2 weeks. It has always been fantastic and so close to our Italian heritage ! The last year or so we have noticed a decrease in standard. The pizza doesn't have the amount of toppings it used to and there is minimal sauce. I asked them to make sure there was sauce on it last Saturday when I phoned in my order and I was charged. There was still minimal sauce on it and it was dry. One of the pizzas was black and burnt on one half. It's disappointing as we have been customers for 20 years and have never gotten a bad meal here, until recently.

They have inexpensive bottles of wine. The pizza was slightly doughy. It is small and was fully packed on a Tuesday. I'll try their pasta next time.

Been eating here for years but last couple times food was a little off. Most recently Got the papa’s combo on 7/25 and was absolutely inedible, eggplant parm was undercooked and still has seeds inside from poor preparation, missing meatball completely, and the chicken was chewy and burnt on edges, only good part was the sauce and spaghetti but i cant justify the $15 i spent on this meal to get a small portion of spaghetti and sauce. Very disappointed!!!!

Good pizza and pasta. I love the chicken Marsala and Seafood fra Diavlo. The girls are always really nice in there. Food quality is Very reliable, and they are open pretty late.

Food was adequate. Service substandard. Wait for food was not terrible but not great. When we arrived, after waiting a while with no recognition we were finally told by a woman who was on the phone that we could sit anywhere. We sat at what we thought was a clean table. It hadn't been completely cleaned. No menus so we had to get up and ask for them. We were then told by a waitress who came from the back of the restaurant that she had been busy in the kitchen. When our food was delivered she was talking to another party and totally inattentive. Whole experience wasn't positive.

Ordered Eggplant Parmesan dinner for pick up. Ready on time. Pasta and sauce were excellent. Sadly, the eggplant was completely devoid of flavor. Thicker eggplant slices with fewer bread crumbs would help.

Called in advance for pick up order, had to wait an additional 25 minutes. The girls at the front counter had alot of attitude. The pizza was ok, but not worth the wait or attitude.

This is seriously the world's best pizza, probably because of the home made sauce. It also might be the best food I've ever had as leftovers. Can't say enough how good it is and how nice the staff always are. Been coming here my whole life and I'm not planning to stop anytime soon!!

If you're looking to eat good Italian food do not waste your time going there just drove 35 minutes to get a chicken parm dinner that I took two bites of and had to throw the rest out as my dog won't even eat it I have no idea how they got a 4.3 that food is disgusting oh my God I'll stick to going to Johnny macaronis

Mamma Mias is the best Italian food that one could buy here on the South Shore. I've been loving their food since 1976 when the owners from Italy had the pizza shop in Kingston.

Have been here a few times. Always great service and again tonight no different. The food is delicious and the portions are huge. Even they kids are happy with the food every time. A go to for sure.

It was my first time and I absolutely loved it the pizza was absolutely delicious and their menu from what I saw extends further than just pizza, they also have a variety of pastas, salads, seafood and other items as well

Awesome pizza great prices. Just order the large the price difference is not worth getting a small. Besides you'll have great leftovers. Usually we do take out but I have eaten in a couple of times. The menu food is good. Larger portions.
