It is a no big deal restaurant. Strega is way better than this. 1 hour and a half for the food. The steak of the kids came in rare although we asked for a well done. People were waiting for hours. The food no big deal. Will never come back again. Lesson learned. Dong bother and even try them.

My wife and I really enjoyed our meal here. Wonderful salad, cassoulet, side of broccolini for me; 12 oz filet mignon and side of broiled (? - I think) carrots for my wife; with a sublime Pauillac between us. A really enjoyable meal, perhaps a bit salty so a star off for that, but the service was excellent and the atmosphere pleasant so we will definitely be coming back.

Stopped in for dinner, ended up having apps instead. Had the shrimp cocktail, bacon cave cheddar potato skillet and a pear endive salad, all of which were very tasty. Service was very good. I found menu options limited and could use more description. There bread which I imagine is fresh made daily was good, however the only option it comes with is a house made honey butter which I find appalling and therefore the bread goes in the trash :( I asked for plain butter not available I was told) even olive oil with herbs would've been nice. I will be back and bring my own butter.

The restaurant has a great atmosphere, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The service was great, the portion sizes were just right, and the steak I ordered was cooked perfectly. The food is definitely worth the price, and I will recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a quality, upscale meal.

We had a special celebratory dinner here that was all about opulence and excellence. They did a great job - everything was perfect! The classical items were classical and the nouvelle items were inventive and flavorful. Their wine list is very good, and they allowed us to bring some special wines as well. The bar is also very good - you can even get a traditional absinthe!

Wow, finally a French restaurant outside of Boston. I took my Daughter there for her 15th birthday and the food was beyond our expectations, it was fantastic! The staff were knowledgeable and very attentive. Thank you for bringing French cuisine to the South Shore!

Celebrating a friends 66 birthday bar was not. Yay but it took 15 minutes to be acknowledged. As we were leaving she asked us want we wanted. Very poor service. Won’t be back nor refer people here

Duck was under cooked, even for medium. Too many flavors, some not complimenting each other, on same dish. Beautiful tasting carrots, first time tasting chicken in white beans (not a fan!) but beans were made from scratch. Good food, not really bold and straight French flavors, but they do call it modern. Wine was A+

Great food, great atmosphere. Don't usually eat the entrees because I get overwhelmed with the great apps. Always over eating on them. I did have the duck one night, nothing more to say but perfect. I usually go once a week sometimes twice. The owner was very accommodating in stocking my beverage of choice after my first visit. (Woodford Reserve) I have recommended this restaurant numerous times, but now my only concern is I'm going to lose my quiet gem. Hopefully there will always be a place at the bar for me.

Lovely place. Very tasty. It does seem salty, but I think it's just a high grade salt, not table salt. I say this because I was expecting leg cramps and high thirst later which I did not get. I would actually love to work here, it's really memorable food! Exactly what I'm after.

Fantastic, welcoming service, fast presentation of well prepared food. The menu has a fun selection of tasty choices that take you off the bumpy mainstream road. The bar is cozy, friendly, and well staffed. The atmosphere is pleasant and very comfortable. I ordered the escargot: very good, unshelled, over polenta, fried quail on creamy mashed potatoes with a AMAZING red wine sauce. The quail was perfectly done! My entree' was the swordfish: Fish perfectly cooked. Very thick cut (2") on a bed of slivered, charred Brussels sprouts (too much veggie char=bitter that took away from the fish). Overall > Well worth a visit. Can easily become a favorite spot!

“PATRONS AND OWNERS HEADS UP!” As residents, we were hopeful. Maneuvered thru group of smoking, socializing teens congregating outside restaurant blocking entry. Entry & exit face dirty, cluttered windows & sidewalk of attached 7 Eleven and public parking lot. 7 Eleven's less than appealing appearance & activity is a simple fix ~ owners can easily locate Entry/Exit at the more privately accessed corner door at bar entry. Lacks ambiance. Simple fix for owners ~ add attractive entry planters + colorful window flower boxes to distinguish restaurant and create a cordial welcome. White table cloths, fresh flowers on tables, ambient lighting, no TV during dinner, lower music volume, soften music selection, eliminate wait staff congregating idly at end of bar. Swordfish good, scallops disappointing (tasted pre-frozen). Hopeful feedback is informative for both owners & prospective diners.
