We've gone once before and had a great experience. This time we were a party of 9, the food was great but the waitress wasn't very friendly. She pushed us out very fast & it wasn't because they were crowded. There were lots of open tables. Our next adventure will be at a different renue.

I can't rate this place very highly. From the fake asthetics to the immense amount of waste and trash created by this place is too much to ignore. This restaurant must seat over 100 people and they use plastic utensils and styrofoam everything, plates, bowls, trays, etc. It's like they decided what people want from a traditional BBQ experience and made a giant restaurant. The barn you sit in is fake, it's not a real barn. The tables are nice but they were made to look like love edge boards. I'll give it to them the decor was cool. Outside you are greeted by Chicago blues and when you walk in you hear the top 40 pop songs. This place really isn't BBQ, it's BBQ for Instagram people. They feed you with a shovel wrapped in plastic, and they appeal to the masses. The food was actually really disappointing. The chicken was dry, the mashed potatoes tasted like nothing, and the selection of BBQ sauces was pathetic. Have you ever been to blue ribbon BBQ hello? If you can't get the sauces right you don't deserve to call yourself BBQ. Please please please use real plates and forks and knives. It's a giant restaurant you can't handle washing dishes. It's different when the BBQ place has like 5 tables and there simply isn't room to wash dishes.

Ordered 2 pork sandwich kids meals for my twins through Door Dash. Only one came with the side even though it was the same meal. Had to split the little bit of french fries between the 2 kids. I ordered the chicken Sammy which came with a side pickle and about 8 other pickles on my sandwhich. My bread was thoroughly pickled. Ate just the chicken. BF's chicken wings were good though. Driver said you were super busy tonight. Food was just okay. :(

I went to eat here when doing a collage visit with my daughter on 3/23/19. The restaurant was pretty busy when we arrived for lunch after our collage tour. When they went to seat us we were taken upstairs ( that’s were the bar is ) I proceeded to tell the guy seating us that my daughter was only 16 he made it sound like a big deal if we wanted to wait for a set in the restaurant, after we sat down I looked around the bar and SHE WAS THE ONLY TEENAGER in there so a nice lunch turned out to be a day at the bar with my daughter I really hope the owner reads this and I wouldn’t eat at this sh!t whole ever again what a bunch of idiots what next car seats on the bar,,follow up I have emailed them and THIS WAS THERE RESPONSE “ I'm sorry you were not happy with your visit. We seat all ages everywhere in our restaurant. A very large percentage of our families actually request to be put upstairs. I apologize if you were uncomfortable and that there were no other younger guest upstairs when you and your daughter were here” they offered a refund I told them I lived three hours away and they could stick the forty dollars you know where they also told me it is common to seat family in the BAR SO ON A SATURDAY AT LUNCH TIME WHY WAS MY DAUGHTER THE ONLY TEENAGER IN THE BAR REALLY I HOPE THE OWNER OF THIS SH!T WHOLE GETS TO READ THIS AND THE PERSON WHO CONTACTED ME FROM THIS SH!T WHOLE AS WELL THIEFS

We have gone here a few times now. It's good if you are in the mood for BBQ. There is a wait at peak times but they do take reservations. We sat in the basement level this last time, with some storage and open utility areas exposed where we dined. No frills. Our waitress did an excellent job, was very responsive. My friend was a little intimidated by her tattoos and choice of clothing, as long with the state of the decor, but I reminded him we are eating at a RIB SHACK. The brisket and choice of sauces was good, the Cole slaw not so much.

Visited with my family. Offensive sexist humor on signage, decor, and employee uniforms that were degrading to women. Chicken wings were cold in the middle. Side dishes were unseasoned. French fries were cold as well. When I say the food was cold, I don't mean it had cooled down to room temperature. I'm talking refrigerated. Very disappointed all around. Won't return.

Excellent barbecue. Everything was well cooked, the sauces were tasty and the portions were generous. The cornbread was delicious. There staff was friendly and the service was super quick (although we came in right before the kitchen closed, so it wasn't busy).

Great outdoor tiki bar. It's kind of a small outdoor bar but it's a great place to have a drink on a nice night, live music on the weekend. We went on a Friday night dinner time only about a 25 minute wait service was a little bit slow but friendly staff. Mama four people all the plates we had were excellent. I had the Chinese pie very good.

Great BBQ, the QQ Sampler was great with enough leftovers for tomorrow! Interesting BBQ sauces, the most interesting was the Carolina Vinegar based sauce. It was recommended for the Pulled Pork which was yummy, but I found another good combo in using it on my Fries.

Went for Oktoberfest and wasn't disappointed. Garden area in the back was perfect for the event and the beer selection was good. Will be heading back to try their famous barbeque!

Decent food and drink, especially if you like BBQ. I like that you can choose from a variety of sauces, but some of the cuts, especially those used in the shepherd's pie are pretty fatty (I prefer lean cuts). Service is usually pretty good and fun atmosphere. Typical beer and drink selection, no dedicated focus on craft brews. Parking on site and usually busy on weekends.

Amazing experience! Came here with 4 people and got the meal that comes in a huge shovel!! Lots of good meat, cooked perfectly. Lots of delicious kinds of BBQ to try. Baked beans 10/10. Highly recommend!! Place is a huge space with 3 floors, and a big outdoor seating place. Food and drinks came so fast despite the place being super busy! I am definitely bringing more people here!

I had big expectations from all the highly rated reviews. The place looks nothing like the picture! It looks more of a biker bar feel with a few tables. Aside from atmosphere, it is after all a BBQ place, there is paper on the tables instead of cloth and they handed my friend and I crayons to draw on the table top paper. (I am 30 and my friend 23) So I did think it odd to give us crayons at our age. We got the hush puppies which were pretty gross, as they tasted as if they were originally frozen and heated up to serve. I got the Pulled pork sandwich which soaked the bread bun where I couldn't pick it up and eat it as it was falling apart. The pulled pork itself didn't have much flavor, very bland. I don't know how they have the fave reviews, especially the ones that say they have been all over the united states and this is one of the best places. Better than Georgia, Missouri Tennessee and Texas? I highly doubt that. Anyway, conjecture aside, I wouldn't go back.

What an experience! Great BBQ here and a fantastic atmosphere to accommodate that rustic feeling. Get your food served on a feed shovel and really make your group feel like animals!! They have several sauces you can use right on every table. They have paper table cloths so your kids, or some adults, can color right on it!! They have a great outdoor seating area too!! Not a place to drive by to check it out, it wouldn't do justice. The parking lot is the only issue here. Still, go check em out!!

Food was very good but not great. I prefer ribs a little smokier and a little more tender. They serve spare ribs and not baby back if you are interested. Service was super fast and the staff was very friendly. Sides were very tasty, especially the chili. Choice of sauses was nice but not labeled.

It's a little forgotten in the Manchester area in my opinion but it offers a nice BBQ spread worth making the trip for. Parking can be a little tight and challenging but once you're inside there are a lot of options for seating and dining. I am looking forward to going back for some brisket and Pecan pie.

Food was superb. Ashley, our waitress, was attentive and present without being overbearing. Party of 4, started with the onion rings which had a nice coating and a unique sauce. Ordered the Feed Bucket, because why not?!? Didn't come close to finishing it. Plenty left over for another full meal, and we are big eaters. Some of the best corn bread I've ever had. Will definitely return after I recover from my food coma.

This is my favorite BBQ Whole to eat at when visiting collages with my daughter. We love to sit in the bar area, which is a cool old barn with lots of neat airplane models and rock and roll memorabilia. The BBQ is great and the house brew is great too. Highly recommended!

Wanted to try this place out since I've heard good things. The host was nice,friendly and smiley we had a very short wait. Decor was great However we were sat right at a table in front of the bathrooms my friends chair kept getting hit with the door and it was just a little offsetting to us but other tables were dirty. It took over 10 minutes to get greeted the server looked unfriendly almost annoyed also told me they don't serve any frozen drinks I find that assured since there was a full bar it looked. Food took a bit but it was steady so it's to be expected on a friday night. The fried pickles were good my meal was okay. Server never came back to check how the meals were but walked past us several times. The biggest concern i had is plastic silverware and Styrofoam plates it felt tacky and has drastic effects on the environment I'm not sure if its due to not wanting to do dishes or rollups but I expected more from a place with such great reviews

Average BBQ. You can't even smell the restaurant from a block away. And the take home box didn't fill the car with that heavenly aroma we all love so much. Pulled pork - bland. Ribs - same. Brisket - tender but weak flavor. Collards - not wilted down and then sauteed in bacon fat, or something, so bitter. Baked beans - surprisingly good and flavorful. Choices of sides were limited and don't include fried okra or other 'Southern' delights. Raised in Texas, so yeah, I'm spoiled, but I'm giving KC's a hard pass.

This place never disappoints and the service is outstanding.I just dont have anything bad to say. The collard greens are good and are not bitter like other places i have been to.The ribs are nicely smoked and tender. The brisket is fantastically delicious and the 34oz rib shack Pale Ale just blends everything together to leave you unable to walk out. This is definitely a 8 out of 10 places i would suggest you to visit if your in the New England area.

Fox "News" on every screen. Would have walked out if not for having to meet my in-laws here. Prefer my food establishments without propaganda from either extremes being blasted at me. Also, area with a bar is not kid friendly even during lunch. Bunch of people already had couple hard drinks in them, so language used and topics required me to distract my kid, so she would not hear it. Food was OK. Sauce selection is good. Pork is good, chicken could benefit from stronger smoke.

KC never fails to disappoint when it comes to the meats. In all truthfulness I haven't really gotten anything else besides sitting at the bar and getting a combo. Recently did go for lunch however, and learned they do have cheaper lunch specials. We did do a walk-in with a group of roughly 10 or so. The service slowed a bit noticeably from what I was used to, though we did not call in beforehand so it is our doing in that regard.

Been going here since it opened. A lot has changed visually since then, but the food quality has remained excellent. They have added some smart choices to fill out the menu for broad appeal, but the BBQ itself is still done incredibly well. The brisket and pulled pork have great cooks on them, but the ribs are a thing of beauty. If you are looking for authentic BBQ, this spot will do you right.

Very disappointed. I came in tonight to have dinner at the bar and was told that the bar in the main dining room was closed. This was a little after 7pm and the main dining room was almost empty, however, there was staff behind the bar. All the bar stools had been pushed into the corner and just presented an unwelcoming atmosphere to any customer who would have walked in. I was told that I would have to go upstairs where the bar was extremely crowded and loud because there were two games on and the bartender also let me know that I would be lucky to find a seat and she wished me luck. I have always enjoyed KC’s but I think I’m going to have to find another rib place that understands that this is the HOSPITALITY BUSINESS!!! Big fail tonight, guys!

The menu is what got me. It was extremely hard to choose from because it was kind of unclear. I ended up with the BBQ sundae which is a odd concept. It's pulled pork, beans, and slaw layered. It was a bit ghetto how they brought it out, it was in a deli cup. On a styrofoam tray which seems to be what they do for all of the dishes. Some of the things that we saw on other tables looked cute but for somebody who's unsure of the feel of the restaurant it was very confusing to say the least. Prices were a bit up there like $13 a meal.

My initial thoughts were this looks like a neat place; unfortunately that was about as good as it got. I got seated - next to the kitchen (I assume). My waitress gave me my drink promptly, but that's where my experience fell apart. Next, I ordered my food and it took what seemed forever; it was the middle of the afternoon there were not many people. While I waited, someone from the back started yelling fbombs. That didn't persist too long, and someone did come out, but didn't apologize to everyone, but only to the table behind me. - it's not incumbent upon me to ask for an apology. Do the right thing and apologize to everyone. My food finally came out. The presentation looked fine, but it took a really long time for mediocre tasting food (chicken, ribs and sausage) to get served. It is barbecue... It's already cooked, it shouldn't take fore than about 5 - 7 minutes to put a plate together not 20 or 30 min. When there's hardly any customers.... Nevertheless, I will suffer through the wait though, to NOT be served Ice Cold cornbread and ice cold barbecue sauce. Any reasonable person knows you dont serve those 2 items that way, it was absolutely disgusting. Warm/hot cornbread and at least room temp to warm barbecue sauce is the only way to go. In the end, this place needs to learn the fundamentals of barbecue, seasoning, cooking, and a professional working environment, because they don't, and it shows.

Brisket to die for and much to my surprise the corn bread was very good, not one to enjoy it I did it tasted like corn bread but it was moist. The dirty rice was also good it had a little kick to it. Our waitress has worked there for 10 years ,we enjoyed her she was fun

I love the brisket. Their BBQ sauces taste great and fun to try the different flavors. Their homemade coleslaw gets 2 thumbs up. The mashed potatoes are o.k. but do not taste homemade. Staff is super attentive and friendly. Atmosphere is relaxed and the premises have always been clean.

We got there a little late so the place wasn't too busy. The man who sat us was a gem, made us laugh in just the few minutes we saw him and I waitress was very prompt and kind. Appetizers came out hot and a decent time before our meal. Food was awesome. We came here looking for something different than our usual girls night dinner spots. We were happy with everything. Great food, large portions. I can't wait to go back and try something else. Thank you KC's.... :)

Another great Mother's Day brunch. Everything was on point. What have given 5 stars, except for the fact that we called and were told they were not accepting call aheads or reservations and got there to find that they had changed that, so had a 45 min wait when we should have been able to get right in.

This place isn't bad for BBQ in NH. The brisket was a little dry but the last place I had brisket prior to going here was in Hutto, Texas so I was definitely spoiled. There's really no comparison.

This a BBQ in Manchester. It has been open for a long time and the quality of the food and attractive staff is the reason why. Food was amazing and seeing them load up the smoker with the next days meat was a treat on the way out.

If you want phenomenal BBQ as authentic as the first smoked brisket than this is the place for you. 2 smokers outside, an amazing staff and the food is just. MmMmmm good! Will definitely be taking more trips to come and eat good food ❤ 1000/1000 will reccomend everytime

Pretty great barbeque. The mashed potatoes and dirty rice aka rice pilaf mixed with chile are fantastic. The fried pickles are very juicy and satisfied myself and others despite our initial trepidation over the choice of spears instead of chips. The brisket along with all 4 sauces were great despite the meat being a little fatty. The cornbread was pretty plain.

Excellent array of sauces. Great atmosphere and watress was attentive and on point. Beef brisket was tender and delicious, sausage was nice and spicy, and the ribs were excellent and peeling off the bone and were even better with the hickory sauce. Great portions fir the dollar. Home made bbq beans and a nice mac salad were really good and made it an awesome meal. All in all, one hell of a BBQ stop.

New to the area and was starving after a long day of moving. The perfect place to get your fill of quality meats smoked well. We got the "Pladda" and really enjoyed tasting most of what is offered. We liked the environment. Moose on a rocking chair. Brian our server was attentive and friendly. I will also add that the Maple Bacon Walnut ice cream was by far the best ice cream I've ever got from a BBQ joint. Will be coming back and looking forward to trying the wings.

Went to KC’s for dinner tonight around 430. We were surprised there was almost no one dining in so there was no wait to be seated. I had a coupon for buy one entree get one up to $12 off. Christina, our server was fantastic! She took our drink order as we were sitting down and brought them over before we were even settled. Our food order was taken quickly as well. The food came out in about 10 mins, was hot and delicious!.”Christina was unsure of how to work the discount, so the manager assisted her. She returned with an adjusted bill removing my entire $18 entree, saying the manager thought we were nice. Our bill for 2 was under $30! Thank you for the great service and great dinner!

Went to KCs at peak dinner time on Friday night. Even though it was busy they got us seated very quickly, which I appreciated. We sat in the bar area and had a couple different servers helping us. Both gave excellent service with a smile. Yes, the brisket and sauces were awesome. But surprisingly I was most in love with all my sides! The cornbread, Brunswick stew, macaroni salad, and onion rings were all SO good. I can't wait to come back.
