Computer system was down so it looked like a huge mess. They refunded my online order very quickly, redid my pick up order when I got there. The food still got to me super fast, and it was delicious & cheap! Did great the accommodate me even when it was obvious they had a lot of craziness going on at that time. Great place!

I just order some brunch from this place and it was terrible. I ordered for delivery through Grubhub and when my food arrived it was incomplete. I had ordered French toast sausage eggs and home fries and the sausage and home fries were missing. When I called the store to figure out what, all they said was call Grubhub. They didn’t acknowledge that they had messed up the order or that I was displeased with their service. My food came at a very reasonable tone but the order was just incomplete. You can imagine my frustration. Grubhub comes with tax and fees and for the restaurant to be so careless about their customers food just rubs me the wrong way. I would just be wary from ordering online at this place because they make mistakes often and if you aren’t there to correct them you’ll just get frustrated.

Real clean , and cozy diner feel . Food is great and quick and I had the most friendliest , sweetest waitress by the name of Carla. She made me feel right at home. I never had to ask for anything , she was already refilling my coffee and placing napkins on my table before I could even ask. Great attitude , energy and atmosphere . The cooks greet you as you walk in and out !

Grille 705 offers great service and delicious food. I went there with my two sisters, a niece and nephew. I ordered waffles, an egg, crispy bacon, and coffee. Oh, I had some of my sister's grits and they were good; I was not expecting the cook to be able to prepare grits to my liking, but they were actually pretty good. My food was prepared as I had asked and it was very good. When I come back to town, I will visit again.

Nice spot to hang out with friends after work or any other time. Usually very busy at night. Has descent menu including a veggie burger for people like me. And is open till 12 midnight plus till 2 a.m. on weekends.

This place is great, I went there 2 years ago, I was on a vacation, and me and my family loved the place, and went there pretty much every day. The people who worked there, made us feel so welcome and home. I still remember one of them took our family picture, and her and the ower talked with us. It was so nice. I want to go back so much. The food is usually alright, the only thing is they never put everything you need in your bag. For instance you'll have grits with no butter or home fries with no salt and pepper. My friend asked for a sausage omlette with spinach and when he opened it there was no spinach.

Amazing diner. Great customer service and a deliciously cooked breakfast! Came with my best friend on my visit from NY to Boston. Order the eggs, waffle, and bagel. The bagel I wasn't too fond of (Being from MY, I'm a hard bagel critic) but the eggs were cooked to perfection and the flavor and fluffiness of the waffle made me want to take this place back home with me! Thanks Grille 705. Will be back!

The home fries? Pretty solid. My burrito was quite large but the eggs were a little wet. Really nice wait staff and cute little shop. I'll be back for lunch for sure. But again...The home fries? AYUUUUHS please!

A very simple Place. It's serious breakfast and probably lunch. I ordered eggs Benedict with grits. Not only that they look mediocre or worse. They had a disgusting after taste. After I left, I Experienced stomach pains, nausea and diarrhea for several hours. I am amazed how a restaurant could butcher such a simple dish. My son who ate one of the eggs experienced the same distaste and pains. It's certainly using the grill and I'm not sure it's even a restaurant. I have no intention of returning to whatever this place is. You couldn't pay me or or offer a free meal to have me return.

Good food, friendly staff, reasonable prices. Surprisingly large area. Service is a bit slow in the mornings since they're mobbed with all the local construction employees coming in for breakfast, but it's tolerable. Would definitely have breakfast there again, and even lunch based on the menu.

This was my 2nd visit to this eatery. I had a hot beef sausage omelette. It was good, but I especially like the light and tasty buttermilk pancakes. Home fries were very good, but coffee was weak and watered down. The waitress needs to be a little more friendly, however, all things considered, we will visit again.

Unfortunately you are required to pay an 18% tip included in the bill. When you give this place your credit card there is also a request for another tip on top of the first. So read your bill very carefully. I am a 20% gratuity proponent and always leave that percentage or more without being Manipulated. However, I went to this establishment twice before without careful scrutiny of the bill as did several friends. I recommend that others do not imbibe at this place unless management contends with this issue.

A very affordable place for breakfast in south Boston. The service was quick the waitstaff was polite and attentive. They even drew a map for us, so we could walk downtown. it was a nice fall day & the exercise was refreshing.

Food is horrible and for the expensive price it’s not worth it. Last draw was when I ordered food and I was sitting in the restaurant in the sitting area where they cook and I seen one of the cooks picking Joan nose while cooking and then pulled the toast out of the toaster, well let’s just say I was done ! Got up and got my money back how gross. Rude service from the woman that work there and the man at the front now is a complete jerk. I told h his cooks should wear gloves and not stand there and pick their noses and tells me that no one wears gloves now and that if I didn’t like it I could go somewhere else. That I will do this happened April 19th 2018

I went with my brother who ordered a very large meal and yet it all came very quickly. Their menu is primarily breakfast items but they have a large selection of wraps, sandwiches, and salads as well. Many vegetarian items! If you're making frequent visits to the BMC, it's within walking distance. It's a wonderful stop that offers a simplistic yet comforting setting.

This is a great place for breakfast if you would like to dine in. Don't order delivery. They constantly mess up the order and then they are unwilling to come and correct their mistake if they're busy. I ordered a salad today, and paid for the extra dressing which they didn't deliver. I called to complain that I had no dressing, and was told the driver was busy and that he couldn't come back. This sucks when you're starving at work and you order delivery, but can't get what you've already paid for. This happens often....what a disappointment, and it's also bad business.

Always Top Notch for breakfast there early bird special is great you can get two eggs any style bacon or sausage toast hash browns and grits all for less than eight bucks between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m.

A decent diner. Staff are friendly and the food is good. I have eaten here several times. I appreciate the fact that unlike other local Diners (mikes, etc) 705 is wheelchair accessible. This is not gourmet but with the passing of Charlies there are not many places to get a filling inexpensive meal in the city.
