So when I want to place an order I just go up there and hand them my menu or I'll have to wait ages for them to come around.Our favorite spot for Chinese and sushi in Lowell. The takeout is very reasonably priced. We don't normally go and sit in the restaurant, as it's only all you can eat when you sit inside.

I used to recommend this restaurant but my last 3 experiences here have been terrible. The restaurant has intentionally shorted my table at least 1 sushi roll at each order and the rolls that were served were not what were ordered, filled with crunch and imitation crab meat instead of the salmon, tuna, etc that was ordered. This has happened not once, not twice, but three times. It seems that Foody Goody is serving different food than what was ordered in the hopes that its customers won't notice. Well I noticed and no longer patronize this retaurant or recommend it to anyone I meet.

Super upset with Foody Goody. They took over an hour and a half to deliver my food (during a non busy time), wouldn't offer anything for my lengthy wait, and offered no apology. Will not be ordering from here again.

Sushi was good but we waited over an hour to get it, and there was only 6 tables with people including us. I was literally falling asleep in this place waiting for our food. Under staffed only 1 sushi chef. No way I will be coming back to this place. Should of went to maki maki for 6$ more. Worst time ever. Would of rated 0 stars if possible.

I like this restaurant a lot but it's terribly short staffed. We got here at 9:10pm and it's now 9:40pm. My brother just got his combo plate and my bf already finished his plate. I got a sushi roll and I'm still waiting. They close at 10pm.

We went on a slow night and somehow service was still super slow. Had informed someone over the phone we had someone with a shellfish allergy when before we arrived and when we arrived as well. We ordered a plain salad and it came with crab on top of it. At first we could not figure out what it was (carrot...? radish...? It was oddly coloured.) but after one taste it turns out they tried to serve crab on top of a salad to someone who was allergic to shellfish. Also when the sushi came, the salmon was super icy and basically had the texture of slush in your mouth... super gross!

We call for pick up or delivery often. The young lady that answers the phone is always pleasant, answering my questions and I never felt rushed. Not like other fast food places. Food is tasty and the portion is big. Reasonable price. Great customer service. Update: 4/11/18 We finally went and dined in. We did the all you can eat for $20. It was totally worth it. The sushi and the food off the menu. If you go somewhere else and order sushi. You'll pay over $20 for two rolls. We ordered 6 rolls, and other food off the menu. The only complaint I have is that the service was slow, only 1 waitress and the food took a long time to come out.

We came here on a weeknight around 9pm, not too late. The hostess sat us immediately and we placed our order. The sushi came out first, and it was good. However, we only received half of the main dish items we asked for, we couldn't find the waitress until almost closing, at which point they rushed out the last dishes, which was chicken that was still pink and chewy. Not worth the $20 for a late night dinner, they might be better during the day but I won't be going back.

The food is not good here. It’s poor quality and not authentic. The restaurant wasn’t very clean. The staff were nice however they were not very attentive. This place is not worth the price, you’d be better off spending less and eating better food at fengshui. Just my personal opinion.

4.5 stars. I love their food! Especially the sushi! Love the buffet. A really good deal. But the food can be slow to come out. Really slow. I think they only have one sushi chief. But the kitchen in the back is also really slow too. I think it depend on how much people are they. In my case, there was one table with a family of two, one with 6 people, and our table of two. But overall, I love this place :)

Went there on a Friday night and it was dead. Got the all you can eat for 20 dollars which is a good price. Half the Edamame was overcooked and half was under cooked. Other than that the food was good My biggest problem is that I waited over an hour for my sushi, then when I finally got it, I only got half of what I ordered. When I asked if the rest was coming, they said I can order more when I finish my food. I'll just pay the extra 7 dollars at 7nana

This place is literally God reincarnate. I walk in a hungry sad, usually hungover, somber boy, but once I get a sip of that succulent wonton nectar, I get a rush like no other. You know that feeling when the love of your life walks into a room, and you feel an explosion of happiness just knock you off your feet so hard, that all you can do is smile at the warmth that is true love? That's how I feel when I see a fat plate of Godzilla and spicy tuna grace my presence. Do yourself a favor and come here.

Food was ok. Hit and miss. Some items were very good. Others bland and tasteless. Will say everything seemed very fresh and cooked to order. No mixed drinks which meant no mai tai's, which stunk Warning to finish what we eat at the all you can eat buffet or will be charged full price plus 30% was very off-putting. I don't know anyone who goes to a restaurant with an all u can eat buffet that maliciously orders hoards of food with intention to ruin the owners financially, but these folks know scads of 'em apparently

Foody Goody has dome decent and great tasting food. However, their Customer Service is horrible. It happens everytimd I go there and I make sure to wait double the amount of time before I come pick up my food. They told me 15 minutes so I gave them another 15 before I came. Then when I got there it still wasn't done so I went to qait outside in my car. I was the only one there as well and when yhe food was done they didn't even bother to at least be courteous to bring it to me or apologize for the time. Good food but horrible restaurant experience.

Lemme put it like this. This is some life changing stuff. 1 of the 4 Hidden gems of Lowell.(find the rest you leeches). The foody isnt actually goody. It's amazeballs. You come here hung over for Sunday lunch it's 15 dollars of some of the best Asian food ive ever had and best low price sushi ever. I come every week and it soul leaves it's body and I reach euphoria on and Astral plane of wonton soup and spicy tuna. If you wanna feel a warm embrace equivalent to that you mothers. It's like saying I love for the first time. Everytime. Get it together, and when ever you are in the moody grab some foody goody.

BEST CHINESE IN CENTRAL MA!! My wife and I live a half hour away, and we will ALWAYS come here for awesome Chinese in a beautiful setting. I have pretty extensive food allergies, and this is the only place I have been able to enjoy Chinese without getting sick after. They always go above and beyond for us. Tonight we were on a time crunch and were able to call and order ahead. By the time we got there, the table was set and our food was ready. The server (I think the owner) even checked out my GF soy sauce and said he is going to try to get some there for me so I don't have to bring it with me. Their fried rice is absolutely awesome and my favorite. My wife gets a combination plate and it is always on point. Seriously, come check this place out. It is definitely worth the time and little (and I mean little!) extra cash!!

I can't stop raving about how good this place is. Best price on high quality sushi out of all the sushi places I've ever been to, which is a good 30+ from Worcester thru Boston Up to Portland. Their was only one waitress when I went yet my group still got their orders taken and delivered rather quickly. I will definitely be eating here again, hopefully soon.

Every time I've ordered something from here I've been completely satisfied with the meal. And, with the exception of egg rolls, I have yet to try something a second time, so I'm trying the whole menu slowly but surely. Nothing has disappointed me in the slightest. And while the restaurant is a nice place to sit and eat, unfortunately most of my orders have been delivery so I've only been inside a few times. If you do go in, they do have an all you can eat option. You choose your dishes and they make them. If you want more you just order it. Including sushi, sashimi, and even dessert. I highly recommend them.

Though the outside may seem sketchy, this place is a diamond in the rough. All you can eat sushi? Yes please! Well known amongst umass lowell students. This place has an excellent atmosphere. The food is also terrific. I'd highly recommend the sexy girl roll! Despite the amazing food this place is usually not very crowded, so you can have a pleasant and quiet dining experience.

Huge selection on the all you can eat menu for $20/head. It's like a buffet but they bring you small plates on the dishes you pick each one hot and fresh just for you. Select from sushi, chinese style appetizers, several noodle and rice dishes and several entrees. This place is a bargain.

Used to go all the time. Went yesterday and had the worst dining experience of my life. They had a party of eight so we're completely unprepared running out of sushi rice had to wait over an hour for any sushi. Then didn't even get half the stuff we wanted and two of the sushi rolls we did get we hadn't asked for. The sushi we did get came at random times on multiple plates. We watched the one sushi chef run to the kitchen at least three times to come out with whatever rice was ready. So anyone who want sushi I recommend you drive a little further to Nana 7. More sushi selection and more than one chef. If you do go here make sure there is not many people dining. They cannot handle high volume then charge you full price for horrible service and really delayed food.

I've got a couple of times and every time I've gone I had zero issues with the quality of the food and the service. They have a great all you can eat deal $14.95 before 3 PM if I remember correctly. Sushi is delicious along with rest of the food. Red Bean ice cream is a great end of meal dessert. Another time I've gone here was to a party which was completely rented out, but I must say since everything was fresh right out of the kitchen everything that had on the buffet was outstanding. We also got an entire sushi plate that I just couldn't stop grabbing from.

I can only rate this on their Chinese cuisine because I'm not much of a sushi fan. It's a hit or miss kind of place, sometimes you're lucky and get super fresh food, other times it seems like they saved my food from someone elses' order earlier on in the day that was never picked up and re-boxed it for me.

New to the area. I love chinese food and i hate trying new places but i had no choice. I first tried Green Bamboo which was recommended by my sister. My best friend and i made a few comidations to the combos that we bought it came out to over $30. I did not like their crab ragoons and the lobster sauce was watery. Today i tried foody goody and let me tell you, this food is awesome. House rice heaven thr crabragoons are great and the spring rolls are on point. Definitely recommend this place! Will let my roommate know that we finally found our go to chinese food restaurant!

I got orange beef. Didn't come with a salad or soup. Just some rice. Taste was not that great. Some of the meat Was tough. The Pepsi was flat. The area it is in seems sketchy. Didn't feel real safe parking here.

I had no choice but to give a rating of ONE star if I could rate it ZERO stars I would bevause I ordered food from this place and the food tasted amazing until it was coming back up because the food must of been undercooked or not handled properly because my friend and I both got food poisoning! Never ever again will I order from here . Not only did I have to suffer from food poisoning but I called and told them what had happened and I asked for a refund and he told me NO. Bad business rude to customers and not sympathetic towards someone who got sick from their food considering I should be able to trust that they are serving me food that is safe to eat! I was trying to be civil and just settle it with a refund.
