Something about new england local airports as pretty good greasy spoons. Great place for kids to watch the practice touch and goes. Reasonable breakfast fare, nothing fancy, but well prepared. Counter service available for when tables are full, and outdoor tables in season.

Positives: friendly staff Kid friendly Outdoor seating Great prices Many different options Unique options (lamb omlets, Benedict's, etc) Needs improvement: Food wait time, ordered and then it took 15-20 minutes for food to come out. I got the apple bacon cheddar omelette and although I wouldn't get it again because I just didn't like the combo, it was cooked well. My son got the Mickey pancake and it was huge. Great deal for $4.00 and it includes a kid drink. Will definitely be returning.

As far as airport diners go, this one is great. I came from RI, friends from Maine met here for lunch. Service a bit slow but not outrageous. Nice salads. Nice sandwiches. Pleasant atmosphere.

After being seated and waiting 7 minutes, It wasn't busy at that time. After we gave her out orders & afterwards she came back with our breakfast, only to find out it wasn't made properly. Asked for (3)poached eggs, instead & it came as (2)fried hard eggs instead? We asked where's the eggs ? Her replied was, Oh we thought the Invisible One would take care of it ? Only to find out they Replaced the Head Chef with a up tight Angry used to be waitress. One of the Bus Boys kept

Visited on Father's day at around 9:00. Extremely long wait to be seated and for the food to arrive. I understand that holidays are busier, but the wait for simple food such as pancakes and eggs was way too long. The homefries were dry and the bacon was burnt. Nothing special here.

My fourth bad review ever. Don't get the grilled cheese sandwich with artichoke and spinach. It's chip dip on a piece of bread - I asked for Swiss and they said it was already made so that's my dumb fault. But it's not a grilled cheese sandwich in any way shape or form. I don't even know why it's on the menu. Guys, please take this off the menu or at least cook a freaking sandwich to order. Everything else looked good. Edited a typo and gave the rest of their menu credit.

I went here for breakfast two sundays ago. The service was terrible!! We waited at least 10 minutes for us to be seated. The host didn’t bother to talk to me although I was smiling at him and was standing in front of the two people I was with. I tried to not let this bother me, but I guess it was convenient that I was with a white person. I love Bennies so every diner I go to, I look at their menu and order their specialty Benedict. The waiter took forever to take our order and in the middle of us ordering she would walk away! She did this 3 times! Anyways I saw that they had a lamb Benedict on the menu I’ve never heard of that and immediately got excited. It was awful!! On the menu is says it’s made with spices it was dry and not tasty and the eggs were not cooked correctly. I was very disappointed! I probably should of ordered pancakes. I wanted a refill on my coffee and never got it, the waiter remembered after I paid the bill and was getting ready to leave.

For the past 13 years, on Sunday after church, my family and I would head over to Joe's Landing for brunch/breakfast. Not only was the food good and well priced, but we became good friends with the owner and all the wait-staff. Kids loved going there to watch the planes, and we felt like we were going to a friend's house for breakfast. In 2014, Joe retired, and sold the business, and it is now Domenic's Diner. We have been a couple of times since the change in management, and it has been spruced up a bit, which was nice. The menu had changed slightly, but still was good and reasonable. Today, Father's day, as usual, we went to Domenic's Diner to celebrate Father's Day - again, something we have done for several year's now. They seemed busy, but nothing out of the ordinary. We were seated, order was taken, coffee and drinks were brought, but the food was taking for ever. After about 45 mind, we asked what the hold up was, and we were told they are very backed up today. We were told about another 5 min. 15 min later, we still didn't have food. I got up, went to the counter and stated, "We have been waiting for our food for over an hour" - the response we pretty surprising and un-expected. The owner pretty much just smirked, and stated, "we are busy, what do you want me to do - I am a father too!" Bottom line, he was short on help, and was expecting me to just suck it up since, because he is a father too, I should not get upset. No apology was ever given! At which point, I informed then to cancel our order, just as another upset customer told his waitress to cancel their order as well - their family of 6 had been waiting way too long too. They never tried to offer us anything to get us to stay - as a matter of fact, when we told them we had been coming there for over 13 years, and had never experienced anything like this and would not come back, the response from the owner was, "Good riddance!!". If that is the attitude he has towards his customers, then he is no different that a dog that bites the hand that feeds him - he won't last long. True to my word, we will NEVER go back to that place again, and we will now have to find an alternative place to go after church on Sundays!!

The wait to sit was fairly quick, but once seated our waitress was a ghost. We were looking forward to sitting outside to see some planes, but only got an eye level view of crotch and butts, because apparently we were seated in the waiting area. The wait for the food was exhausting then eating with a standing room audience while being hip checked by people trying to wade through other waiting guests. It made me feel like I was on a commercial flight, tying in the theme. Food was dry and no longer hot when it made it to the table, not to mention once the food came out we had to then wait for silverware while staring at the food. Trade the picnic tables for smaller tables and you'll seat more people outside, and will cut down on guests having to eat next to strangers that help them selves to sitting with them. 30% chance of a return visit.
