Terrible service, didn’t even get to try the food, the person at the counter completely ignored my family and yelled at the nice woman in front of us in line. She was very rude and ignored us when the woman was finished and went outback to yell at the person back there for not cooking enough food. Also out of over half the menu. We ended up leaving empty handed and angry.

Excellent service and great food! Got the pulled pork sandwich and was not disappointed, the pork was very tender and the fries were cooked well. They have 4 homemade barbecue sauces to choose from and they all go great with both the sandwich and the fries.

Don't bother. Just don't. Three attempts with this place .Each time WELL within the hours of operation, the place is either closed or they're out of food. Prices are high too, but tbh it could be the best q in the world and it wouldn't matter IF YOU CAN'T GET IT.

Really great brisket and pulled pork. The mac and cheese was good and so was the coleslaw. I lived in Texas for many years and have a high expectation when it comes to real BBQ. I would say by far damn Yankees does a great job at making quality barbecue at a price you can appreciate for the work and time that goes into this type of food. The restaurant itself was a cool and clean atmosphere that just oozes barbecue restaurant of the north. My only complaint is that while dining in the dining room there was few customers at the time because it was not a peak hour and no music or TV were on in the dining room. It felt very quiet and eerie. I will be going back for more! The food is outstanding, it is my opinion that you can tell the quality of a barbecue restaurant and their confidence in their meat based on whether or not the food comes with sauce on it already. I can say with certainty that damn Yankees gives you your meat without sauce but has a slew of options for sauce on the side. Great brisket, keep up the great work! Also service with a smile is always a plus, great job for the cashier

This place went in where back porch bbq used to be which I was so sad that closed down. My sister tried to order a combo “deal” advertised outside on a sign but was charged separately for each item. It was lunch time on a Saturday and right after she ordered, they ran out of fries. I got the ribs which had barely any meat, and were covered in fat that I couldn’t even eat. The baked beans were a combination of kidney beans and some other type of beans you wouldn’t normally expect as “baked beans.” And the cole slaw tasted like there were apples in it, totally not what I would expect from a traditional slaw. I was VERY disappointed with my meal. However my fiancé had the brisket which was fine, and he got the sweet potato casserole and Mac & cheese on the side both of which would have been a better option. Unfortunately he did find a large piece of egg shell in his corn bread though. Sorry to say we won’t be going back here. So some things might be alright but if you are craving ribs, Bub’s BBQ down the road is what you are looking for.

Our waitress was great Saturday, the skinny red-head. And the homemade sauce helped this review. We ordered 2 meat 2 sides. $25! What we got was a urine-sized sample of meat that was 3/4 inedible fat. The meat was dry and bland. The MAC was bland. Beans were good though. Very disappointing.

Had wonderful, meaty rack of baby back ribs that was on special that afternoon. Great smoke flavor and a tangy texas dry rub. Did not really need either of the two unique and excellent sauces: bourbon sweet and carolina style.

Went for the brunch. Very limited selection and many dishes were empty, and it was a long wait for the refills! It's also JUST breakfast items, none of their signature BBQ items. All 3 of us thought it was overpriced.

How about juicy tender smoked brisket! New business with solid BBQ meats. If you smell the smoker crossing the tracks stop in. The inside is wood shiplap, is clean and actually quite pleasant for eating in. Asian BBQ wings are delicious! Located between route 5 &10 and the South Deerfield common. Try it

Waited for our food for well over 40 minutes. This would not have been a problem but it wasn’t busy at all! Not sure if they are smoking the meat for 12 hours after someone orders it.

This was amazing! The place prior was good too. But the meat was flavorful and tender. I had gotten the brisket and ribs with macaroni and cheese and beans as my sides. Oddly the beans are my favorite and normally I don’t care for beans but they had such a good flavor to them I wish I had just a bowl of them. The ribs were practically falling off the rib and had good amount of meat on eat. Definitely worth it!

Good ! We had the smoked chicken wings, brisket, sausage platter, greens, Mac n cheese. The brisket is excellent. My only dislike is that the chicken wings still had plenty feathers, major turn off. I look forward to trying more.

Got a Brisket Sandwich today that was fantastic! The meat was cooked to perfection. It is very rare that a sandwich stands out as something exquisite but this one did. Used the extra meat on the sandwich to put in my cheesy macaroni and cheese. Fantastic decision. It gave it a little more flavor and saltiness. Ordered and walked out within ten minutes. The only thing that would prevent me from coming more often was the $13+ Price tag for lunch. Well worth the money because it was something extraordinary but hard to justify all the time.

What can I say it was damn good! My wife and I shared both the Burnt Ends and the Yankee Noodle Wrap with fries and everything was cooked very well. By the way, I really recommend the wrap, I just love having brisket with mac and cheese
