I almost never complain about restaurants but this place is very poor. The atmosphere and drink selections are good enough, but the food is over priced and barely acceptable. The meatballs, for $14 are worth maybe $6 (and I'm being generous) and the calamari was definitely the worst I've ever had (half of the $11 serving was inedible breading). The pork tenderloin was good, but for $28 I expected more than the piece of meat and some sauce. In short, skip this place unless you want to be ripped off...

Clean and quiet. The place was pretty dead when we got there and the waitress told us to seat ourselves. Thought that was weird for a somewhat upscale place...but no biggie. Apps were decent. Carpaccio was really yummy but the meatballs were tiny and ordinary. The burger was really good and cooked perfectly. My wife got the Delmonico. It had a really good flavor and you could tell it was just a good cut... However, what is it with restaurants NOT salting a steak prior to cooking. Am I crazy?? Is this not wanted?? People should salt a steak before it hits the grill. It just highlights the flavor of the meat so much more than salting after. If someone wants a steak with no salt, they should say something. Get out of this funk... Salt. Your. Steaks. People!!! Still, the steak was great. My wife got the creme brulee for desert and said it was the best she's ever had. I tasted it. It was perfect. I might go back. It's far. Personally, it being seat yourself and inside a hotel... It didn't really feel like a nice place. It felt like a last minute place picked by travellers... Maybe I'm just weird. Still, I recommend trying it if not just once.

My friend and I went here for my birthday last night and we were highlyyy impressed. The steaks were amazing and so was our server Christine. She went above and beyond what was expected. The other staff members were very friendly too! Awesome birthday dinner and will absolutely be back.

Wide open seating. Nice fireplace. Had a DJ there playing top 40 on a Friday night that was too loud for the space/environment. American food. Sangria was bitter and taste like it came from a box.

We ordered the Shu Mai pork & the vegetable tempura appetizers. The pork was grilled not steamed, my choice, and was excellent. The tempura batter was a little too heavy but the flavor was very good. We ordered the crab cakes and the chopped wagyu sirloin. The crab cakes were sweet and delicious and although the sirloin was overcooked the flavor was spectacular, perhaps the best tasting sirloin we had ever tasted. I would give it 4.5 stars but you can't so I chose the 5 as the service was excellent as well.

We decided to check out the hotel restaurant because we were tired and it had great reviews. Atmosphere in the lounge is very cozy and the seating was comfortable. I'm always disappointed by lots of TVs in bars but they put them back far enough where they weren't too in your face. The food was ok but portions were a bit small for the prices. We left hungry even with dessert. Host was really great and the woman who ran our food was also very nice. Our server tried but she forgot several things - she also reeked of weed every time she walked by us. It was a mid-week night so they weren't super busy but I do expect my server to not smell of weed or cigarettes while on the floor. We figured out pretty quickly where she kept disappearing to and why she would forget items that we ordered. Otherwise, it's good in a pinch or if you're tired but I'd find another place if I was in the area again.

Yeah, it's on the expensive side but I was staying at the hotel and I didn't have to drive after drinking a few beers. You pay for convenience! Speaking of beer-the selection was above standard for a hotel bar. The skirt steak was surprisingly delicious and the Brussels sprouts are top notch. The bartenders were great! Very accommodating and the know their sports. When you have a great experience you don't mind paying a bit extra for it.

Made-for-you omelets included in a breakfast buffet. Watermelon chunks and genuinely ripe strawberries, blintzes, sausages, bacon, more. We had no idea it was going to be in a hotel and when we got there and saw that, we lowered our expectations but then it was really, really tasty!

The bar staff are great! Really efficient waiting staff and friendly. Our waiter let us know the wait time on entrees which took all of 5 mins after table was cleared of appetizers. We had the caesar salad which had tasty dressing then tuna and chicken breast as the main both cooked to perfection. I wasn't going to eat here due to previous reviews but glad I took the chance to enjoy quality food at an affordable price especially for a business hotel.

Delicious breakfast Buffet & awesome service! We stayed at the hotel for the weekend & had the breakfast buffet both days. $21 adults, $11 kids 12 & Under. Delicious food & great quality. Klaudia was our waitress both days & she was amazing! So friendly, very attentive. She knew what we needed and was very quick to get it to us with little to no wait. Everyone was very friendly but she made our stay that much more enjoyable. Wish there were more waitresses out there like her!!

Boyfriend and I stayed at the hotel and wanted some dinner. The restaurant was incredibly load for how many people were there. We ordered a salad and guacamame to go. We got a 1/4 cup guacamame and a "salad". There was 2 wilted prices of lettuce and a half cup of tomatoes and that was it. It was a 13 dollar salad (no meat). It was ABSURD. can't believe we spent money here.

Excellent cuisine... The Lolly chops were delicious! The Delmonico Steak was even more tasty! Our waiter Michael and one of the managers Kevin made us feel right at home! Look forward to our next visit!

Chopps is ok, the quality of the food is not worth the price though. When you pay steakhouse prices for a filet, you expect the cooking, seasoning and sauces to be on par. (Mine was over-seasoned, over-salted, undercooked for a medium rare. Au poivre sauce was so off: if you pretend to serve French, at least get to know what it taste and look like...)

Good meal. Waiter was a bit of a wierdo, but I'm sure he thought he was being personable. My steak was excellent, but a tiny bit over cooked. Scallops were also slightly over cooked. Crab cakes were very good, very little binder...Just on the outside, the rest was only crab and excellently cooked. Sides were OK...I guess...not bad anyway. My Calimari appetizer was also over cooked. Desert was great. Drinks were fair. Decent place, overall a good meal and night out but a bit over priced concerning the competition located close by.

Great food! I've only eaten at the bar - the service there is great! The dry-aged burger is fantastic as are the homemade tots. The Montreal tots are also great. They have Sculpin IPA on draft!

Great atmosphere. Sophisticated but unpretentious. Food was average as well as the service. Not inexpensive. That being said, we enjoyed our visit while staying at the hotel as we watched college football and played a board game with our two teenage children. I will say the breakfast Buffett was outstanding with a made to order omelette bar. Very good food and good atmosphere again.

We had a lovely night at Chopps!! Yes, prices are quite high but the food quality and freshness justifies it! Our Waiter, Michael, sure made the experience more lovely, by it advices, his stories and his friendly welcoming. The meals were exquisite, we specially loved the clam showder and the mascarpone cheesecake!

Hmmmm... I'm not exactly sure what went wrong at this place, considering that the ambiance & menu look fantastic. Actually, I take that back... I know exactly what went wrong: mediocre food & horrific service. I had the "By Land & Sea" and my husband ordered a burger (which was to be cooked medium). My dish had a tangy overtone in the meat that just flat out didn't work. Felt like an attempt for a resteraunt to push itself toward being more upscale than it is... Fail. My husband said his burger was "good," but it was cooked well done instead of medium. The best things on our table at this point were the chopp salad & the fries that came with the burger. Meh. Cherry on top? Rude service. It was SO obvious that our waiter didn't even want to serve us. It took 35 minutes to place an order in an EMPTY resteraunt. He didn't fill our drinks once, or bring us our food when it came up. From our seats we could see when the food was placed under the heat lamps... It stayed under there for so long, I was tempted to grab it myself! A waitress passed (not ours), and we asked if she could bring our food. She said, "sure" and took care of us after that. Her service was just as mediocre as the food. Overall... We won't be back, and certainly wouldn't recommend it. I think management at this place is counting on travelers business (as it's located in a Marriott) instead of returning business. If you're at the hotel and absolutely starving... Order takeout.
