We go to Carmelas, they have some Gluten Free Food. Maybe think about adding more options for more gluten free food, that tastes ,like Normal Food Some of their Gluten free food, has No Taste to it. I am not sure, if they have a Separate area, for cooking the gluten free food I have Gotten sick,sometimes when eating there. Some people have a Severe Gluten allergy and can end up in the hospital

Went to Carmella's last night for dinner by myself at the bar -- which is never a problem. Everyone is congenial and familial. Great food, great service. One of my all time favorites!

I just want to thank everyone working @Carmella's Friday afternoon. We were the party of 20 at lunchtime. The staff was so accommodating and attentive. Everyone enjoyed the food and the atmosphere after a rough day saying our final farewell to my father-in-law. Thank you for the great service and we can't wait to come back under happier circumstances. Great job!

First time eating there. Very nice prices reasonable. Happy staff. Great service. Food was amazing. Portions are very big. What I really liked is they have two prices for each entree'. Three of us are bariatric patients and had the choice of ordering a smaller meal which was still big. Definitely will go there again

Took advantage of the prime rib Thursday special with 2 baked stuffed shrimp. We both had the same thing. Cooked perfectly. The broccoli was good and fresh. The prime rib was excellent and plentiful. The baked potato perfect. The parmesan bread with dipping oil was delicious.

Just got back from Carmela's in Kingston. We went with another couple and we were all pretty satisfied with our meals. Our waitress - yes waitress - not server, was good. She took our food order, brought it to our table, and minutes later came by to ask how our food was. Sounds good, right? The only thing is she did all this without so much as a smile, or even one unneccessary word. It was as if a robot was taking our order and delivering our meals. I swear I've felt more warmth from a hardware store clerk when buying a box of nails. Trust me, I'm not one of these people who think waiters and waitresses should fawn all over them, but a smile and making them feel welcome would help to make a dining experience pleasurable.

Had the chicken pesto panini. The sourdough bread was toasted too much, but everything inside panini was delicious. Got onion rings with it and the breading fell off of most of them.

My family stopped here on a whim, and I’m so glad we did!! We all loved each of our entrees so much! We got the chicken parm, lasagna, chicken picatta, and pasta pomodoro. Everything was so delicious. 10/10.

We found this restaurant on the way to Cape Cod. It had good review, so we tried it. Really glad we did. It's nice to be on the road and have the opportunity to eat good food, not fast food. Carmela's is the perfect stop! It's a cozy place with standard Italian fare that's well prepared, clean Italian. This seems to be a local place because the waitress and host knew everyone. But they didn't make us feel like tourists and were just as friendly to us. Our waitress, Ann was sweet and even made great suggestions about other restaurants in the area that was our destination. If I lived in the area, I'd be a regular at Carmela's.

Service was very attentive. I had the baked ziti with sliced meatballs. My wife had the fried seafood platter. Both were very delicious. For a casual dinner, I'd recommend sitting in the bar area. There are both tables and stools that can see the ample TV's behind the bar.

My husband and I have always loved the food, and the service! We've gone on weekends and week days. Food is fresh, authentic, and service is excellent! I've been dressed up, or we've been on the motorcycle! Ask questions from your server if you don't know what something is, or if you want to change! Enjoy!!!
