I had Chicken Parmesan plus side order of Mozzarella Sticks. Mozzarella Sticks were good. The pasta in the Chicken Parmesan was good plus it came with garlic bread. The Chicken of the Chicken Parmesan was tough and I couldn't eat it. Watress was nice. Would be 5 star if it wasn't for the Chicken.

Food is very good. Only thing, though, the Portuguese steak tip sandwich can definitely use some juice or sauce on it. Been there twice in the past month, hubby got it both times and agrees, the meat is moist & good flavor but in a sub roll, with all that bread it needs some meat-juice of some kind.

Service has gone WAY downhill..... 10 minutes to get drinks then another 25 minutes before I went to get a hostess to inform her that nobody had come back to take our order. Too many drunks that are being over served and no management on floor for almost 2 hours.

I came out a few nights ago with my friend. It was around 10pm. We ordered some apps and a few drinks. The food was ok for what we ordered, but our “waitress” Jillian made it so I will never come back. Terrible. As she would drop off food or drinks.... she would just walk and drop. If that makes sense. Not even stop while doing it. It wasn’t even busy. We were the only people in her section! I would say I’m thanks as she was running away. And then as she was walking in the back she would say YUP. Really! Never in my life have I had a waitress be that rude. If you don’t want to be there, don’t work there and make people feel like they are nothing! She is very lucky she even got a tip. And when I said drinks.... we had one! It was by far the worst server and experience I have ever had.

My waitress Jillian was awesome. Came in on Monday. Very impressed. Kept coming back to the table asking if we needed anything. Very fast and diligent worker. Very friendly and sociable. I will definitely be coming back to eat really soon!

Ordered a sirloin steak medium, (medium according to their menu is pink warm center), took 20 mins until the plate was delivered. I have ordered this same plate many times before and it always comes out well done, like overcooked, and this time wasn't different. Complained to the management and was told they would speak to the staff about it, apparently even the management doesn't seem to care if their customers are happy since I haven't ordered the same plate in a week or so. And asked that they please remake the entire plate. When it finally came out, again, it was burnt on the outside and almost rare in the middle. And this time I found a hair on my plate. Somebody honestly needs to be fired for this incompetency, because what do you do when even the management can't do their damn jobs? They tell you they will speak to staff about the mishap yet no action is ever taken to correct the issue. If this was my business I sure would be keeping a very close eye on the kitchen staff to make sure they know what the hell they are doing. This is a place that has pretty decent service so that is the only upside. Food shouldn't be coming out of the kitchen let alone presented to customers if there have been complaints in the past, numerous times. This place could make a lot more money and customer base if they chose to take necessary steps to fix the problem, i.e. either train your cooks, or fire the ones that can't use common sense. And they are not the only ones to blame, the management is clearly doing a piss poor job of they are letting food out of the kitchen like this. The owner must not care very much if he/she is aware which is exactly why this business will eventually fail completely. I won't be recommending this place to anyone else ever again for food, sure they have some cute waitresses and decent service but the follow through on the food is where they really lack oversight. The only reason I am giving a second star is because the bartender was understanding and had them remake the plate, this time it came out with a hair on the plate and rare in the middle so never again will I be eating here, damn shame because this place has the potential but with no able body management to see it through correctly.

I usually like this place until last night. We sat at the bar right in front of the kitchen. Right below the kitchen you can see straight into the kitchen. The grill cook did not have gloves on which I guess is not a huge deal. I’m sure most cooks do not. However this cook was continually touching raw meat (steaks, burgers) and would then wipe his hands on his kitchen pants which were very dirty. He would then touch more food with his bare hands. I was there for about an hour and a half and he never washed his hands. He just kept touching peoples food with his hands. Absolutely unsanitary. This is unacceptable food safety practice and that needs to be addressed. I will definitely not be going back.

Didn't have ingredients for the house mojito. They charge same price for their top shelf vodka as they do house vodka. Menu prices are not accurate as the waitress said but she ensured they will let the boss know its inaccurate. Place is a joke I wont be returning.

I'm disgusted to even give this thing a star. Waitress there is HORRIBLE!! If anyone ordering by phone goodluck to be disrespected with a stank attitude. A group of our coworkers ordered our food by phone. ( of which the waiters dont like seperate calls due to wanting to be placed under one tab) upon arrival each payed their own but not all goes to lunch at the same time. One of the girl with glasses was very frustrated with the order because it was very inconvenient we came at seperate time. She was getting aggitated and in front of another customer who was dinning. She says " Im going to be very honest with you, if there were 7 parties to be seated and you guys had ordered like this, we will literally put you guys on the backburner to serve the parties and you all would wait for a long time until we finished. The cook was confused". What? Why would this be our problem when we ARE paying customers as well. We called to speak with a manager and of course that person wasn't there. They supposedly had no contact number to a manager or onwer so they decided to put the cook on the phone. The guy was clueless of what was going on. Let me give this place a tip.. Work on Customer Service. Tight spandex with nasty ugly faced attitude will get no where but a bad name to the place! To the young girl who was training..I hope you do a better job than these incompetentes I will never order here again!!

Waiting for a beer we noticed a trump shirt making it own show and as a political statement in the kitchen. I wonder what cooking has to do with politics. Not professional to say the least. This oversea tourist was not impressed. Food is ordinary. Sportbar boring menu, junk food quality but it is priced as standard quality. One star for the good bbq sauce.

Service was good, food was hit and miss but control over drunk customers is poor. Manager gave free shots to already drunk and loud customers. Obnoxious, drunk customers were not put in check. Multiple customers walked out with disappointed look. Fish and chips was pretty good but Portuguese steak was under welding (seasoning and cook was good on meat but sub roll was as plain as could be. Would I come back... probably not unless I had to.

On this particular night my prime rib was very tough I ordered a side salad she asked me after she brought out my meal do I still want my salad I told her keep it! These people are terrible. I asked to substitute shrimp for clams on fisherman platter. Shrimp are less than half the price of clams. I was told I could not substitute. Although the menu states that if clams are not available, shrimp will be substituted. They said I would have to take the clams(which I do not like and will not eat) and pay 5 dollar upcharge for shrimp. Asked for the manager to explain, says it's owners policy to give clams if they have clams. I guess they don't care what the customer wants........

Sorry to say but not a great meal. Asked for lemons for our calamari, was brought dried up old lemons, had to ask for fresh lemons that actually had juice in them. Sauce sent with calamari was marinara, did not go with calimari, asked for another sauce, was brought shrimp cocktail sauce? Caesar salad was like a chopped salad, looked nothing like a real caesar salad, had to send it back. Ordered a Guinness, first was great, asked for a second one and it was half the size of the first one but charged the same $. Told waitress we knew our expectations were not met, but let her know it wasn't her fault, still left a nice tip. Haven't been to Busters in a while, was hoping for a good meal but was very disappointed. Will not go back anytime soon.

My wife and I visit this place many times each year. The pub food is consistently and surprisingly excellent. They have a very extensive menu including: soups pizzas hamburgers steaks seafood. The service is also great and it is well managed. If you are trying to get a good meal and stear clear of chain restaurants..this is your place.

Seated quickly, pleasant staff. Our food came out quicker than any place ive been recently and was delicious. Went on March 16th and they had corned beef dinner. It was enormous but so good. It was our first time and we will be back.
