Good food but they need to work on managing the staff better. Everytime I come here the hostess is confused. They tell you it's a 10 minute wait and it turns out to be a 40 minute wait. I'll try again.... I hope they get it together over here.

This place is amazing!!! The food is out of this world good, and the prices are very reasonable. It's a very small place - cash only - and there's usually a wait for a table. But it is well worth it. Friendly wait staff, great food, good customer service. You really need to try this place! :)

Totally mediocre breakfast. I think if you are coming here for pancakes you will be all right, your kids will probably love it because it's just a huge pancake with sugar. The eggs, hasbrows and toast seemed microwaved. Left smelling like fried food.

OMG! I don't know what these folks are trying to pull. We got there and the wait was a average for a breakfast joint on a weekend morning. But the nerve of them to have a spacious dining room so you don't feel packed in, unbelievably odd. And then, in a reasonable amount of time they serve you food that is way too tasty and almost too much to eat, REALLY! THEN, you get the bill and it is reasonable? That is just INSANE!!! They are making all the other breakfast options look really bad. I have (egg)shell shock. I highly recommend you only go there if you want a GREAT breakfast experience!!!

Went here around noon on a Monday and there were only 2 other people there. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. They have awesome specials, so make sure to check them out. THEY HAVE HASHBROWNS TOO! Their pancakes are fabulous and I highly recommend, they’re humongous

Wow, these folks know how to do breakfast right. For a small place they are big on options. Omlettes to of course pancakes and french toast. I have been twice now with my son and the pancackes are awesome..as he for sure would say so. And the muffins..wow. Gave 4 stars just because i have only been 2 times but so far 5 star treatment and breakfasts'.

Excellent & friendly service, seated immediately at 8:30 Sunday morning. It’s quite spacious inside! Quick, hot and delicious food at reasonable prices. Lots of variety on the menu. Tons of pancake options like S’moreo, Magic Bar, etc. The kids are going to love this place! Very unique flavored coffees (hot and iced): Nutella, mudslide, Jumpin Joe Frogger, biscotti, snowball, etc. Can’t wait to go back! Tips: parking is available at the Sr. Center on weekends. If 0 stars was an option I would be using it. Owner is a disgusting person with the personality of a peanut at best. Watched as all of the tables around us that sat down after we did got served and then Waited over an hour for our food and after expressing our disscontempt with the ridiculous wait time the cook/owner TOOK the food away from my party and I. She began violently yelling and slobbering over our plates saying “we can go wait somewhere else” and that “she does not have to serve us” after wasting nearly 2 hours of my time and not being served or treated properly I am appalled at the service I received at this facility. Will not be returning or referring this place to anyone, can find much better food at better prices in many other shops in the area!

Great local spot for breakfast! They have a great selection of flavored coffee iced and hot. Always good specials that are different every day. Some people rave about the stuffed French toast although I haven't tried any of the variations. Something for everyone here. The home fries are better here than most places.

Awesome small dinner! Our food is always cooked perfectly from BLTs, burgers, pancakes, eggs to the beef stew special. The prices are very fair as well-$6 for BLT and home fries, $2-3 for kids food, $4 for grilled cheese and home fries. Can you tell we eat here a lot? Lol. The staff are all friendly. We have had to wait for a table a few times on Saturdays but it's worth it! *The only slight downfall to mention is they only accept cash

Some of the best breakfast food around. The whole family loves it. All kinds of delicious pancakes, omelets and other breakfast items. Much more spacious than the old joint but still gets packed. Like any breakfast place, be prepared to wait during peak breakfast times for a table and for your food. Coffee is good! Pricing is average and service is usually good but they could use more help on weekends it seems both on floor and kitchen.

This place is amazing!!! Absolute BEST breakfast in Worcester County, and the staff is so friendly! Was very sad to see them leave Grafton...but definitely worth the drive to Upton! Can’t say enough about every dish! Always cooked to perfection, and I’m very picky about breakfast! REAL freshly prepared home fries, NEVER FROZEN, and never a brown spot on the eggs from overcooking. PERFECTLY cooked bacon...every time. I already can’t wait to go back!

About my experience at Stephanies: Coffee service was immediate even though it was very busy. Coffee was great, leaving me wanting more, & i did. Eggs were some of the best i have ever had. Home fries were interesting. Breakfast menu was filled with a vast variety. Nice atmosphere, very friendly. Service was impeccable, with a smile. 2 servers checked on me, i felt like royalty. lol. I was left feeling stuffed, which is good. The price was great. Even though i live three towns away, i will be back every chance i get.

Highly Recommend. Big food and big smiles! Excellent western omelet, it’s huge with plenty of ham, pepper, and onion. French Toast is “Texas Toast” style....and it’s available in many variations standard as well as stuffed with goodies. The staff is awesome, always a friendly smile, and when you become a regular, you will be greeted by name and asked if you want “the usual”. Stephanie the owner is always in the restaurant and cooks alongside her daughters. If something’s is not quite right let her or any staff member know and you will be taken care of immediately. Finally pricing is reasonable, it’s a great value! Check it out! It’s where breakfast and lunch dreams come true!

Food was extremely overrated as to what these reviews said. There's barely any parking and the inside was so cramped it was almost painful to try and sit in one of the booths. It seems like these reviews are just a bunch of locals boosting up the place as there is no where else near by. Not worth the hour wait at all.
