Fantastic, generous portions of food and great service. Would highly reccomend both the Kitchen Sink burger and the Plymouth burger. We came here with a large group, which might have been a little unusual for the small restaurant, but the staff was very accommodating. The only downside of Boston Burger Co is how heavy you feel after eating so much.

Yum yum! Very good! I went with build your own burger and I was very pleased. The crisps and sweet potatoes are fantastic! I enjoyed the onion rings, but they were quite greasy and bland. Our waitress was very kind and patient. Worth learning her the good tip!

The burgers are excellent. Large and packed with an assortment of tasty extras, depending on which style you pick. I had the "hot mess" and while it lived up to the mess part of it's name it was also delicious. The milkshakes are also really good here, but practically a meal of their own. My wife and I have split one in the past, each getting our own burger and have found that to be enough food for the whole day.

Great food! The menu was a bit overwhelming, but I really enjoyed the interesting flavors of the dishes. I was particularly impressed with how well the shakes were presented and decorated! My only complaint was that service was a bit slow and my waiter rarely showed up. Rare enough that I just got another waiter to get the bill after about 30 minutes. When I walked in from my table outside, he was servicing a table all the way in the back, so maybe the wait staff's system could be improved.

Make sure you're hungry when you go. Great food (and a lot of it) limited but good drink menu. The best kept secret is Samantha the waitress. She was an absolute delight to have tonight. She checked in consistently, and was always able to procure requests in the blink of an eye. We had complicated orders and she did a great job handling all of our needs with a smile on her face. What really stood out to us, was how she has the ability to be in an incredible rush, but the second she stops by the table, she's the perfect image of calm. Her ability as a waitress was amazing, and made this visit fantastic.

Very good place. We got Nachos, and burgers. The place was packed, but our server was one of the best we've ever had. We brought our 2 young kids, (5,4) and although cramped, the place was fine for them.

A very good burger restaurant! The variety of burgers here is insane, and they're mostly all super appetizing. Kitchen Sink burger was pretty good, as were the fries and clam chowder. However, the Patty in my burger was a bit dry, which was disappointing because I asked for it medium. However, the food was still overall delicious and I recommend this place if you're in Boston looking for a good burger!

My friend and I plan our trips around cool places we want to eat. We chose Boston based on a popular family's burger joint with a featured TV show. Boy, we missed the mark! (get it?) The place we came for was good. But Boston Burger Co was a game changer. We went 2 years ago and have taken many food trips since. Every single time we say "well I don't think it beats Boston Burger" - BBC is the standard by which all other places are judged. The burgers were great, the atmosphere was 'wicked cool' and the freaky frappes were incredible. We ordered multiple items and shared and there wasn't a single thing we didn't love. Follow BBC on social media if you want to torture yourself and hate whatever food is in front of you. The city was great but this place alone is worth the trip from Georgia!

Nice place with original burgers that were very tasty even if a little bit too large, which discouraged us to try the frappé dessert that looked very nice ;-) The place was crowded but hopefully we got a seat and hopefully the service was very fast! Finally, they have nice beers over there and, according to the menu, some proposed beers change frequently, a reason to go back there! I recommend this place to have an original burger in a nice street!

The burger itself was average. Tasted ok but overcooked. What made this place memorable were all the various toppings for the burgers. I got one that had habanero bbq pulled pork which was the TRUTH! I could've just eaten a pile of the pulled pork and called it a day.

They have a ton of options for burger toppings. But 3 out of 4 of my party thought the burger was somwhere between not good at all to just ok. Would rate them far below five guys or fudruckers. Service was also pretty slow. 3 stars is a little on the generous side.

We came here with great expectations about their burgers and we left totally disappointed because of the service. We ordered a diet coke and we need to ask again for it 3 times to get the drink to the table. We ordered also a Nacho Fries and came to the table totally cold with all the cheese ruined. By the way I have to say that the burgers were really great but the service didn't help about thinking on a second visit.

Burgers are pretty standard TBH and so as the fries and the wings. Really nothing out of the ordinary when it comes to food for sure. Shakes on the other hand are really large and full of extra things making them picture perfect for us the new kids on the block that like so much posting pictures of standard stuff. Will i come back, likely not cause food was pretty standard for sure. Service was excellent.

This place is really underrated. They have good options for veggie burgers and the servers are very attentive. The place is lively during the evenings. There’s also beer on tap. The food portions are quite large and a meal here is definitely filling. 5/5.

They serve a wide variety of over the top burgers! We ordered some of the more "normal" burgers and they were all cooked to order, juicy and tasty. They do a great job with chicken too. My boys loved the boneless chicken wings and a chicken sandwich.

We were eating at 130pm on a weekday, the restaurant was half empty but we still had to wait for 20+ minutes.

Thomas place on Instagram. Burgers were to die for. I must hit spot if you're ever in the Boston area. The wait wasn't bad on a Sunday afternoon before the Bruins game at 5. Definitely will come back. Decent draft beer selection too.

Went for the milkshakes and to enjoy my 1st burger in 2 years. Milkshakes we're delicious and filling. Burger was good and cooked correctly but wish the bun was potato or something different. Wish it came with french fries and not potato chips. The fried mac and cheese bites were cold versus hot gooey cheese on the inside. Service was speedy and table was clean. Would go back and try the 420 burger and another milkshake. Went to sleep after eating the burger and milkshake.

Great food overall and decent service. A large selection of frappes and burgers to choose from. When compared with other Boston Burger Companies, this one slightly lacks. The actual real estate of the inside of the restaurant is small, leading to much longer wait times (30min - 1hr). Often times when walking into the restaurant, the person who is supposed to seat you will actually tell YOU to go find seats. If you're unable to find seats you'll be told to wait 1.5 hrs. Pro Tip; if you want to cut the wait time and don't mind eating outside, you can tell seating person that there's an empty table outside, and you'll be prompty seated (assuming there's seating outside)

The burgers, shakes, and fries here are absolutely outstanding. I've tried 2 of the shakes - 1 boozy, 1 not - and they're pretty incredible. All the burgers I've tried are just as good, and they're always cooked to order. You can't make a reservation here which is inconvenient, but I LOVE that you can add yourself to the waitlist by using Yelp!! I did that the other day and was seated super quickly when I got there even though the wait was a half hour. Definitely will be using that feature again. Overall: great service, great food, fun atmosphere! I'll be back here often.

Amazing burgers and shakes. Really, check out their website and look at the pictures. This is definitely not somewhere you want to go regularly (if you even remotely care about your health), but what an occasional treat. We made the trip here while on vacation in Boston and we absolutely did not regret it. Pretty much all of their food is Instagram worthy if that's your thing. Staff and service was fantastic as well.

I ordered The King frappe AND the Big Papi burger. Too much to handle on a stomach full of beer (post brewery), BUT no regrets. I recommend separating the frappe and burger into two different visits, if possible. The frappe was very rich and the burger although delicious, had a lot going on. Overall, a must try!

It's probably one of the most unhealthy restaurants. One shake is probably 2000 calories and my chicken panini had very little flavor and my sweet potato fries were drenched in oil. Not crispy either. The service was good but unfortunately I'm not a fan. It's catered to university students.

We are traveling in town, ordered a take out burger for our son. My husband went there to pick up and found out there is no parking. It took a long time still could not find parking so he parked in a temp spot and rushed in to grab the burger. After back to hotel we only found out it is a completely different burger than what we ordered. Because it's already late we requested them to remake and deliver to save our round trip time but they can not offer the delivery. Very unpleasant experience on a family trip.

With a wide variety of burgers on offer, some really unique ones, you would be hard pressed to find one you didn't like. Peanut butter on a burger? Why not? Top off your burger with a huge milkshake that can be alcoholic. This is not a health conscious kind of meal but it's worth it! I will never know how good the burgers are at this place. Why? My wife and I came in early evening on a Friday. The hostess quoted us a 40 minute wait time. So we happily agreed, anticipating a fantastic dining experience. (Several minutes after we arrived it got busier, and they started quoting 60 minutes.) After 50 minutes, I checked back in with the hostess. She said there were still five more tables ahead and that we had another 20-25 minutes. When I challenged her about the inaccurate wait time we were given, she causally dismissed it as not an “exact science.” At this point, we were far less enchanted, but we felt invested. So we waited some more. Then when we saw several other customers being seated that arrived well into our wait, we could stand it no longer and again asked. The manager claimed we had not been skipped: they were going strictly by the list. She didn’t show any concern about how long we had waited or that we were told completely inaccurate information. Given how busy the place was, we were simply collateral damage. We ended up walking out and had a nice burger at our hotel, the Marriot Boston Long Wharf.

I want so bad to say this is the best burger I have had in my life but sadly it wasn't. I had a specialty big poppi which was pretty good but not phenomenal. I hope to come back soon and try the WTF (see the menu). I will say that the fried pickles, burger bun and burger patty were the best I've ever had. The parking is expensive and not plentiful so make sure you block out time for parking. Lastly, the hostess was very helpful and friendly.

Need a place to eat and came across this place. And was it delicious. Had a burger, boneless wings, and a shake. Got the big papi burger. It was massive barely could take a bite but it was delicious. 1) Food (10/10) This place serves amazing, mouth watering and fabulous shakes. You can go with any shake you want. My personal favorite is Nutella. I love Killer Bee Burger and Teriyaki Boneless Chicken Wings. 2) Ambience (8/10) It is good but can be better. The place is too closed and tight. In peak hours it can be uneasy. All in all the ambience and service is good but the food is better! 3) Price ($30-35/person) The place is a bit expensive. Can expect up to $30+/person. But the food makes your money worth while. This place is a definite GO!

I had the Mac Burger that was featured in Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives. It's was one if the best burgers I have ever had, I paired it with a Cherry Cider and Garlic Parm fries, a fantastic meal. there was about a 30 minute wait, but it was worth it. Most of the staff was amazing, one seemed like she didn't want to be there, but I'm going to chalk it up to a bad day

Great service, friendly staff. Burger, Mac and cheese bacon burger, was good but not Earth shattering. The fries, garlic parmesan, were great. The milk shakes , the king, looked amazing and tasted decent but the ice cream was warm which kind of threw me off. I'd try it again to see if it was a fluke or not.

One of my favorite places for burgers. For you burger snobs it may not be the best burger you have ever had but it will be the most unique. I had the Texan burger and enjoyed it immensely. Beer selection is really good as well. Definitely will be back.

Quite possibly one of the best burgers I have ever had. I ordered the All American which has bbq sauce, bacon, blue cheese, and american cheese. The flavors were amazing, and the bun was perfect, not too heavy. The coleslaw was equally as good, as were the chips. I also ordered the garlic parmesan fries; now a word about the fries, one order is PLENTY to share, and if you are a fan of garlic, I highly recommend it. Excellent, quick, and friendly service makes this place a solid 5 stars.

Um possibly one of the best burger places I've discovered on the road. It's rare I ever give anything a 5 star rating. But this place is simply epic with their selection of burgers. I personally choked down an awesome Mac attack burger... So heavenly it brought tears to my eyes, or was I having a stroke? Whatever it's amazing get in there now!

I personally love this place but this time I didn't have a good experience. I took my sister there for the first time raving about how good it is which turned out to be not such a good experience. They forgot our order and we kept waiting for the food to arrive only to realize we weren't going to get it and the worst part is the way the wait staff didn't acknowledge their mistake.

Place was busy. Portions were huge. Service could have been better. After we ordered no one checked up on us. I would have ordered more. One menu item was missing a side. It's really nice that any sandwich or Burger can be turned into a salad. The freaky frappes are huge. We loved the portion size so we will probably be back.

To begin, I'd just like to say that the burger I ordered was DELICIOUS. However, unlike the name would suggest, that burger was not so "Wicked Hot". Good for people looking for a little spice and somethi ng a bit different for their burger, dont expect to reaching for extra water or milk. But again, Dee-licious. Hows that for a complement burger. As for the location, it's nice and cozy inside, with outdoor seating and a small bar for quick seating. The staff are friendly even when the dinner rush is going on. A pricier burger, but for the city not too expensive. Ben says Check it Out.

This place lives up to it’s insane reputation. Normally, a restaurant that reinvents a dish by throwing a bunch of stuff on it is just to jump on a craze or mask decent cooking. Not here. I got the 420 burger, which is as stuff as can be. Mozzarella sticks, fried mac and cheese, bacon and a fried egg on a burger sounds gross. And yet, I ate it all. That didn’t stop me from devouring the larger than life milkshakes is literally topped with another dessert. If you come here, skip the apps and go straight for the main dish. You’ll thank me for it.

This place serves good burgers. The decor is really nice, although being well known it is a small place, and absolutely packed at noon on Saturday. The burgers are tasty and greasy, perfect for some people, but they are immense. The kid burger is 6 Oz and good for most people. The servers are nice and kitchen serves things up really fast. Their Freakfrappes are also a odd offering, check them out if you go. 4/5, would recommend

Boston Burger Co-Boylston is a great place to hang out with friends, get happy hour, order a pitcher a beer, and watch the Warriors play on TV. There is ample of seating and this place never gets overcrowded. Great place for locals to visit!
