We went to a BonChon while attending a convention in Virginia. We loved it so when we saw that they had one in Las Vegas we wanted to go there again. The taste of the chicken was the same but the wings were half the size of the Virginia restaurant. We bought the large combo thinking it would feed our family but when we got back to the hotel and opened the 2 boxes, we all had a good laugh and went to pick up more chicken from Cannes.

Always great friend chicken. The drumsticks were nice and crispy, the sauce is flavorful. Our favorite is the soy garlic. The sides are also excellent. Surprisingly addictive cole slaw that balances the wings. Other food is decent, so I wouldn't visit if I wasn't ordering chicken, but at least there are choices for others.

Awesome chicken. Perfectly fried, juicy, crispy, and the flavors are soo good. There was a wait for a table, and there was an even longer wait for the food. But the staff was very friendly, apologized for the wait, and brought us sides to munch on while we waited. Even though it was busy, they kept checking on us and asked if we needed refills, etc... Definitely worth the wait.

Just got Bonchon for the first time. It was amazing. We got the house rice, spicy wings, and potstickers. Everything was delicious (a little spicy like mouth burning) but it you can take the heat the food was great. Will definitely be ordering food from there again.

It's been better in the past. The front desk/hostess desk was pure chaos. They seemed either overwhelmed or confused and it led to a build up of angry customers in the small lobby. I was there just to grab my to-do order, definitely glad I didn't stay to eat. The food was unremarkable for the price. I might give it another shot but I'm in no rush to head back.

Great for the chicken wings! I don't know how these wings stay crispy after being refrigerated, but I enjoy them. I love spicy food and their spice definitely has a strong kick! Usually when I order them, I'll get half regular and half soy garlic. Good place to meet with friends for beverages, I love that they have soju.

I thought this place would be good, but the chicken is just ok. I asked for some of the hot sauce that was on the chicken to be put on the side and they flat out said no. Apparently, they don’t give sauce on the side for fear of it being recreated. It’s not good enough for that effort anyway. All in all, I’ll never be back. Lastly, it was expensive which added insult to injury.

Not a bad first impression. They are still working on the patio, it would be much better to have that outdoor seating because the inside is not that big. Everyone seemed really nice. The place is new so no need to comment on these things, but it is clean and well put together. Food came out fast, really fast. There is a bar, with stools, that can make this a nice place to stop by after work for for a bite and a beer. From what I tried, everything was good. Most likely coming back for more.

Their food is good, but I just had a pretty bad experience. Ordered through GrubHub at 5pm and put in for the food to not be delivered until 6:45 since I was waiting on my fiancee to get home from work. To be safe, I even called the restaurant after placing the order to make sure the food would not be delivered before then. They confirmed over the phone that this would not happen. Then 6pm the delivery guy is at my house. I had to send the food back. I called the restaurant. No sorry or anything from them, just that they decided to send it out sooner because "it is busy," I asked how long it would be for them to remake and send the order, they said 2+ hours! At this point I asked for a refund ($50 of food, mind you). Instead of being apologetic and taking care of it with GrubHub for me, they told me that I need to call GrubHub myself to get my money back. They lost a long time customer. Not cool.

My personal experience with this bonchon place is ok compare to other bonchon franchisees. I give three stars because of size of chicken wing I ordered here. They are usually known for bigger size wing and drum compare to other competitors. The size of wings are smaller than other locations.

Absolutely phenomenal service and delectable eats. My husband and I came on a Friday night. We sat at the bar because it was so busy, but the bartender Eva (super kudos!) was attentive and helpful. We had the Korean tacos for an app (so worth it! The beef is wicked tender!) And bibimbap for dinner with spicy chicken. After reading reviews, we will be returning for fried chicken.

First of all I loved Bonchon and was so excited that they finally reopened but since they just reopened the food lacks its normal flavor. The customer service here is the absolute worst, we paid $51 and we waited 40 minutes to get our food to go and when we finally got it we checked the bag and the order was wrong. We ordered the large chicken fingers but instead we got the medium chicken wings. We went to the host and asked for them to correct the order so she grabbed the manager (the Asian lady with the light brown contacts) and instead of being nice and help make sure we got what we wanted they were talking down to us saying it was our fault and that we were lying. All we wanted was to get the food that we ordered and did not mind waiting but the fact that they were so rude and demeaning turned me away from this place.

Delicious Korean food in a great atmosphere when eating in restaurant. We love the wings, potstickers, and salmon avocado ball. If ordering delivery, be sure to add an extra 45 minutes to an hour because it basically always comes that late. Definitely not the place to order from if you want food ASAP.

I read mixed reviews about this Bonchon location regarding wait time and service. My family and I had a very good experience eating here Sunday afternoon. The server was very friendly and attentive. The food came out reasonably quickly and the portion sizes and quality of food were both very good. Probably one of the best chicken wings I have eaten in a long time. The atmosphere was less than desirable but family friendly. The price is probably the main reason I couldn't give them a 5. I still recommend giving this place a try especially for the wings.

Went yesterday with my sister for dinner. The potstickers were sweet & crunchy, my fav. We also tried the Korean Fried Chicken which was a hit by the way. We got the wings sweet & spicy. I tried the plain Udon soup, I’d recommend asking for it without the mushrooms, it was the only thing that I could’ve done without. My waited & waitress were dolls. Checked up on us to see if we were okay. We went somewhere around 6-7pm and it wasn’t busy at all but did start to pick up by the time we left.

If you haven't had KFC (korean fried chicken) then you are missing out! Definitely worth getting if you are new to it. However it is on the pricey side for how much food you actually get thus -1 star. Certainly glad to have some legit KFC in LV, though!

For the best wings in Vegas go to BonChon! The wings here are so juicy yet very crispy on the outside. How do they do it?!?! LOL me and my co-workers go here all the time for lunch. If you haven't tried it try it now and recommend to everyone. The workers here are very nice and give you a courtesy call if you do a pick up order and they always ask how your day was, which goes a long way. You guys are amazing!

Tried this place a week or so ago, and already came back a second time. The first time we tried a bunch of things to know what we may like. The second time that was all figured out. Rib eye tacos and non hot chicken strips. Aces and will be a regular place to go. We had the same waitress both times, and I wish I could remember her name. She was very helpful with food to try and her descriptions of it and she could not have been nicer. She was a fantastic.

Lowell's best kept secret! My wife and I came to Mass to visit family and friends in her hometown and while we well here decided to try something new. Best decision we have ever made. The staff was friendly and seated us right away. Our server Nara welcomed us warmly, was very patient and understanding being it was our first time dinning here. She made awesome suggestions for us to try off the menu and never got frustrated over our indecisiveness as to what to try. You would have thought we were at a drive thru... less than 10 minutes to get our food. Definitely one of our best highlights of our trip.

When i found out that Bonchon was already here in Vegas, i was happy amd excited to try this restaurant. We are frequent customers way back in my home country. I can say the food is really good. But i just want to share my disappointment and frustration when came to order to go food. After i place my order, a couple was next to me and they also ordered to go food. And so i was sitting with them waiting for our orders. It so happened this couple was a friend of the owner. Because the owner came out to chat with them and exhange pleasantries. So finally the owner came out and was the one who gave their order which is to go like my order. I notice that my order was less than what they ordered. So how in the world that their food was served 1st compared to mine wherein i was the 1st one to order and to arrived there. I was really frustrated with the way handled their ordering system. This restaurant doesn’t treat their customers FAIR and SQUARE. I could never imagine that the owner itslef displayed this kind of customer service in my face. After getting my order, I was able to talk to the owner and exprees my disappointment with what he dis. And he cant explain any futher all he can say is sorry. But clearly this owner doesn’t know what customer service is. I don’t recommend this place in Vegas. Zero stars.

Went here a few nights ago, Friday night, with my family and service was horrible. Waitress didn't get our drink order, just gave us water, and when we did get our drinks, took forever to get a refill. She got my food order wrong and charged me for two for the same dish, instead of such substituting for the same price. No sorry, no manager to assist when I asked for one, just gave me a number for me to call. Plain and simple, epic fail. Never coming back!

I had higher expectations especially for the prices. I know what quality and tasty Korean fried chicken is but this did not even come close to the standard. I asked for extra dipping sauce and the waiter said they only had ranch. The chicken was not spicy and I thought the soy sauce chicken was not worthy. The other thing that was a major annoyance to me was listening to Brittany Spears and Back Street Boys the whole time. For me I'm not into this type of music. Needless to say it was a bad date with me and BonChon. I hope they improve there menu and music. Also drop the prices because I have honestly had better chicken at Popeye's. This was my honest experience. I won't be coming back. I cringed paying for a meal I did not enjoy at all.

Just opened the first week of August 2016. Had the spicy and sweet chicken wings placed via phone order. The staff was gracious enough to call me back when it was ready!! I've had Bonchon in Virginia and was very impressed. **These wings take time and rightfully so** Google a video on Korean wings and you'll see why. Chicken was kind of small but I think that is due to a nationwide chicken wing crisis currently (kidding-no insider knowledge) I will be back later this year to see this place has improved. Staff was awesome. So glad to see Bonchon growing nationwide.

I have dined in at the Lowell, Ma location many times and although the cost has gone up by $4.00 for the 10 piece soy garlic wings I typically get the taste of the food has not changed and remains unbelievably good. I would also suggest getting the seafood rice as well. I dined in today (08/09/19) and the server was fantastic (regrettably I did not catch his name). I have also gotten takeout at the NYC location but it's not as good as the Lowell location.

Amazing!!!! It was relatively empty on a late Saturday afternoon and the service was quick and very friendly. The prices here are very reasonable but can get out of hand with the addition of table share items and alcohol. Their crispy fried chicken is flavorful and amazing! The seasonings and sauces they use are fabulous, the outside perfectly crispy, and the inside moist and tender! The dumplings, seasoned fries, and my favorite - chicken katsu, are spectacular! Everything we ordered was fairly heavy and fried, excellent weekend drinkingl food - but they do have a lot of healthier alternatives! Can't recommend it enough!

I had planned to visit Bonchon Chicken when I went to LAs Vegas for vacation because Bonchon is very famous Korean franchise restaurant and known for crispy chicken wings. I ordered half spicy and half soy sauce wings, Tteokboki, Kimchi fried rice & Bulgogi Tacos. All of my choice were fantastic! Specially chicken wings are very addictive. I will definitely go back there again when I visit Las Vegas next time.

If you have no tolerance to heat do not get the hot, you'll be in pain. Consider yourself warned. We got 2 different kinds of chicken, they were both good, crispy on the outside, but not dry on the inside. We also got pork buns as an appetizer and I wish someone told us the pork is very fatty. It didn't taste bad but it's a weird texture. The service was very good, our server was very attentive and nice. Overall good experience, would go again.

Unfortunately our 7 lunch orders came out one by one (with the exception of 2 wraps) in the span of 1.5 hours. There were 2 other tables there at the time. The owner of course was polite, apologized and offered free lunch on our next visit (which was appreciated). He said one the servers called out on them and since they had just reopen it was still kind of a soft opening. I gave 3 stars because the food was great and the owner made up for it, but the lack of communication between server and kitchen really messed up the rest of the experience. I'm sure in a few weeks they'll be running like a well oiled machine. I say, give em shot because it is great food!

Solid option. I tried this place with a friend on a whim because Korean fried chicken sounded interesting and there aren't too many Korean restaurants around. First, the place looks great. Nice and clean and with a trendy look. Seems like a good place to take a date. The menu is small. We ordered the spicy chicken wings, the bi bim bop with chicken, and the japchae with bulgogi. The food was actually very good. First, the wings were very spicy, something I wasn't expected. Most of the time, when a restaurant says spicy, it's usually only a little bit. These wings were pretty hot. Similarly, the sauce the bi bim bop comes with was also really spicy. So, if you like spicy food, that's a plus. Japchae was not also very good. Portions were large as well. Would eat there again.

Wings and things are excellent here. The crispy salmon avocado salad is also a great supplement. Although the flavor choices might seem slim it's really all you need sweet or spicy and both are excellent. Comes with the perfect amount of food to keep you satisfied for the rest of the day.

This is my first bad review online. Food is good as usual. But I wasted more than 1 hour there on Super Bowl night. And I even preordered online. I think they did not start to cook until I arrive there. These are not the reason I write this review. The reason is, people who also ordered online and whose pick up time is after me are all left before me. I even talked to the manager, he did not explain. Simply saying that “we are busy” is not an explanation. When I finally got my food, the waitress said” have a good night” :) I think you guys just ruined my night. Thank you! Lesson learned—DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! It is just another way to waste of your time.

My husband and I just finished chowing down. We love trying new places and today was Bonchon. First impression was, hrmm a place that closes so early in Vegas??? Are they going to be worth a 2nd try. Upon entering the hostess and many of the other staff eagerly greeted us. Our waiter was fantastic! Probably the best service I've received while living in Vegas. He was friendly, knowledgeable and provided recommendations. He asked if it was our first time as with some folks trying new things is out of their comfort zone and made sure we were at ease. Luckily we try new stuff all the time but the food here was fresh and tasty. I almost said hey this chicken is great but might not be enough to bring me back. Then came the bulgogi sliders

Not a very good spot to grab dinner. Food was ok and the waitress was nice. I ordered the chicken strips half hot and the other soy. Hot was not very hot. Also ordered tteokkboki. Not as good as other bonchons. No hard boiled egg... Another order was the bibimbop in a hot stone bowl. Only issue is that the stone bowl was not hot. No sizzle and I could actually touch the stone! Not sure if I'm going to go back to this location.

Honest rating. I didnt allow all the issues bother me till the the Server Manee failed the 5th time. 1) We are a party of 5, she asked for our order of drinks. It was water, water, water, and diet (3 waters and 1 Diet). Once she got the diet order she left. It didn't bother me thinking she will ask when she comes back. She brings 4 waters and a diet and walks away. I said to myself, I'll take a water, I don't need a sprite, no big deal. 2) When she got our order, she took our menus 1 by 1, and when got to me I said I wanted to order another item. She literally just left. I was ready to tell her what I wanted but she just left without any acknowledgment. Not even saying, do you need a few mimutes or I'll be back for that last order, NOTHING! She walked passed our table 3 times I stopped her to tell her my last item. At this point, I'm still mellow like no bog deal, no one once of frustration. 3) When our meals came out, my brothers meal was spicey and I asked Manee what was his order, she said spicy chicken, my brother said he wanted regular chicken but no big deal please exchange for tofu. She took the spicy chicken and brought it back in a to go box. Shortly after brought out the tofu. 4) When I asked for our bill, every item was charged. I took the bill and crossed out the spicy chicken and asked her to fix it. 5) She wanted to know why and I explained to her that you MIS-HEARD my brother say regular chicken and he wanted to EXCHANGE it for tofu cause he was burning up from the spiciness. She then said, but you ate it. I took the bill back and say, I don't want to pay for the chicken AND the tofu for your error. Plus you made multiple errors and was horrible at the same time but I want to keep it simple and just move along. She asked what do I mean? then I said, ok. Do you know what my drink order was? She said no, I asked her do you know why you don't know? She looked confused and I said, it's because you didn't ask me. Part 2 on different review

I have eaten at this franchise in Norfolk Virginia and Seattle Washington, and this location in Vegas was very disappointing. The flavor was roughly the same, but they did not add nearly as much sauce as they should have, so for the spicy flavored chicken all I tasted was spicy and chicken, not the delicious sweet peppery tasty flavor that it should have been. Not sure if it was just the cooks on shift when we went or if this is how this location does it, but it wasn't how it was supposed to be, and I was not entirely happy with it.

The only time I had Bonchon was in the San Jose area. I didnt realize it was a chain (or at least had multiple locations) until I drove by this location one day. I got very excited because the wings are awesome. The food is exactly what I recall, it tastes so much better than a traditional buffalo wing. The spicy mayo kicks them up a notch too. They have a quite a few Kona Brewing beers available as well in addition to the normal mass distributed beers. Very happy to have a Bonchon in LV.

The staff can be a bit reserved here, and the beer offerings are limited, but the fried chicken is awesome. Go for lunch - get the chicken pieces special with a side of kimchi or house made coleslaw. Really good.

Great food, decent ambience, and fair staff. They have the best chicken wings I have ever eaten--crispy outside, juicy insides. The bibimbob comes in a nice thick ceramic bowl that keeps it hot, searing the rice, for the entire meal. Yum!
