Had a relaxing dinner outside on a beautiful evening. The menu and food is great and the people are super nice. Usually have burgers, but the cod with risotto was wonderful as was the cajun chicken pasta. The outside seating is casual and private - feels like a secret beer garden! Really nice good dining and drinks with great service. Try it, for sure!!

Once I had a doughy pizza. Another time I had a wet, soupy pasta. Another time a decent yet over cooked burger. Too bad. Has potential.

I really want to get behind this place as my first experience here was awesome but the last 2 times the food has been below sub par. The apps were fine (mac and cheese fritters, buff chick wings) but our pulled pork pizza was dry, barely any cheese with a hint of BBQ sauce. The Moroccan shrimp dish had all the potential in the world but the "jumbo" shrimp were not even seasoned. It was over cooked and the cous cous was inedible. The cookie sundae which is really hard to screw up, came out luke warm and the cookie was hard as a rock. The service was attentive and friendly but this dinner which ran us close to 100 bucks left much to be desired. This pains me because I want to love the biltmore but only 1 star for the service.

I want to like this place more than I do. The atmosphere is outstanding. It's very loud, and could use some additional sound baffling unless you enjoy yelling across the table. There are a lot of things that are good, and could be pushed to great. The dark beer selection is OK, not great. I feel like with slightly more effort this could be a place that I'd go back to all the time.

Terrible service; came for my husband's birthday. We were served 1 beer and three waters over the course of 1 hour in a near empty dining room. We ordered a salad and ribs, that never arrived during an hour wait. Other tables were seated and served before us. We walked out.

The food is great, but the service is always terrible. They try really hard but somehow it always seems they are in the weeds with the front of house. 20 min to get an acknowledgement and a drink order taken, by then we were ready to order. The food all came out in a flash but then had to chase down water, silverware, don't even think about a refill or dessert. Hard to justify going back after 2 experiences like this, but the food is great so I'm rooting for them to fix their front of house issues.

We just got home from or second trip. It was good enough the first time to come again! Calamari was delicious and we loved the atmosphere! This time, not so much. The chicken poppers we're over fried and the burgers, though not necessarily overdone, tasted charred. Plus it's expensive! Not worth the money. But hey, try it, you might have better luck!

Never been to a business that doesn't seem care about their customers so much. Their food is consistently wrong. I live two minutes walking distance from this restaurant, so after a late work shift, I prefer eating out instead of cooking for myself at 10 at night. I order simple meals, usually burgers. Which by the way they're advertised, it seems to be their main focus on their menu. The fries are almost always old and stale, or under cooked. The burgers are typically done in the same fashion, under or over cooked to order as well as the toppings not being correct. I get these meals to go because I'm generally tired from work at this point and want to relax at home on my couch. I've made my complaints both in the restaurant as well as online via their FB page through messenger. They have an auto response that claims they'll reach out soon to talk to you about your message but they never do. The bar staff unfortunately have to suffer because the kitchen staff doesn't run the food out. So the bartenders get to listen to the complaints, while the kitchen staff is left to keep messing orders up without any repercussions. Tonight, I ordered a margherita pizza. One of the easiest items on the menu, dough, mozzarella, tomato and basil. What I waited twenty minutes in a dead bar for was a regular cheese pizza(dough, sauce, cheese) that was then topped with sliced mozzarella and two pieces of tomato. It wasn't as if there was a lot of food orders, everyone in there either had their food already, or wasn't eating so it wasn't like it was a goof up from being busy. I'd suggest going elsewhere. You'll find better craft beer selections, better food and superior service at any other local restaurant. The employee turnover rate sure tells a story about the business.

Great food, great beer, great service! We are regulars and have been coming to this location long before it was Biltmore & Main and these owners are by far the best. It's the hot spot in town. I'm docking a star primarily because we aren't huge IPA or pale ale fans and the beer list primarily caters to them. But there a few options for the rest of us and the fun, community atmosphere is the main driver for hanging and eating here.

FIRST TIME TODAY, WILL NEVER GO BACK. Arrive at 8:20pm with my husband and son and there were 2 people in front of us at the host area. One of them told us. " I don't know where the host is, because I have been here for 20 mins and I only have a question. And nobody has come to ask me if I need help" so with my husband we decide to walk to the outside setting area, and the waitress there told us that we need to see the host first. She did not even apologize for no one been able to help us or even said I can help for sure. She just told us, you need to get back there and see her. At that point me and my husband we leaved. Made us feel not welcome.

I don't typically leave Google reviews but felt compelled to leave feedback on Biltmore and Main. It's a restaurant that has the potential to be great (and has a lot going for it!) but seems to continually miss the mark to elevate it to a 4 or 5 star experience. I've eaten there 6 times (for lunch and dinner), and here are my thoughts: PROS *Great ambiance/hip decor *Fun outdoor patio (for the warmer months) *Friendly Staff *Delicious tater tots and red sangria *Wonderful downtown location CONS *Slow service (during peak AND off-peak hours). My family and I know that if we choose to dine at B&M, we need to carve out a large chunk of time. We were once the only patrons in the restaurant for lunch and it still took almost an hour to receive our meals (no alcoholic drinks and no appetizers). *The food needs some tweaking. Im going to break this into separate points: *One common problem in the kitchen is overcooking the food. Of the 6 times I've been there, my meal has been overcooked all but once. This tends to happen with any grilled chicken meal I've gotten there, and the result is tough, dry meat that is difficult to chew. Once, I heard two other parties remark that their meals were overcooked as well (a burger and a chicken dish), so I'm sensing it's a common theme. A super easy fix that's worth noting. *In general, the food is good, but could be GREAT with little tweaks here and there. Namely more seasoning to the Cilantro Lime Rice (which tends to be bland) and more sauce on the pizzas (which tend to be dry). I think this problem would/could be resolved if the kitchen actively tasted their meals or paid more attention to the little details (such as seasoning or cook time) that make dishes great. I'm leaving this feedback in the hopes that the B&M management sees this. I think they have the potential to be an incredible restaurant and hope that they use this feedback to elevate the guest experience! :)

Beer selection has been erratic the past few times I've been there but a pretry good one lately. The staff was friendly and professional, I ordered the chicken and it was a bit dry but still good, we got the mac and cheese fritters and they were delicious, just wish they came with 4 instead of 3. My girlfriend got the salmon and she enjoyed it, but wanted a little or salsa with it to balance with the amount of rice.

patio needs some major sprucing up. A young kid was showing people to tables, he had to be 14 or 15. He tried to seat us at some very dirty tables outside which, of course, we refused. We chose a larger table because it was one of the cleaner ones. We weren’t given napkins or flatware when he seated us. When the waitress finally brought over the napkins and flatware, the flatware had to be the cheapest I’ve seen in any decent restaurant and Looked dirty probably because it was very cheap. At this price point things should be nice. Food was decent and could be better. This was our 2nd time here because we wanted it to be better. It’s a good location and one of the few restaurants in the area that has outdoor seating. They are part of a restaurant group but it doesn’t show and Based on my experience here I would think twice before visiting one of their other location. Hopefully the restaurant group that owns this place will make some much needed improvements. Lots of potential here.

Nice enough place, but as someone with celiac disease who just wants a beer, they always "just ran out." It's extraordinary how long they have consistently either just run out, or have one left. It's also grating. It's not fun when the bar manager orders one 6-pack a week. Case in point: I went there last night: no gf beer, not even cider. I'm not going there anymore.

Made an open table reservation, came in and we were seated right away, The Bolognese with veal and beef ragout was the best I've ever had. My Girlfriend had the squash ravioli which she thought was very good a great mix of cheese and squash with a hint of Apple. We also got a fried cheese cake with berries very yummy. I hate to say this but you go here for the drinks and the atmosphere, not for the food. This is an elegant place with a cool vibe going on but when it comes to the meals its rather bland and generic with little to no difference compared to other 10 dollar burger types of restaurants. It has a LOT of potential but their menu is just okay. Regardless, you can come here for a beer with a couple of friends and still enjoy yourself.

We came to Biltmore & Main for their Valentines Day special and was not disappointed. The steaks were juicy and delicious. The atmosphere was very romantic and my wife and I really enjoyed our experience. We will be coming back to Biltmore & Main again very soon!

Biltmore & Main is usually pretty dead when I go. Probably for good reason because their menu and options are just so underwhelming. I got a martini here the other day and not only was the martini glass small but the drink was only 2/3 filled. I'm used to places giving you such full martinis that if you pick it up it spills. Sometimes they even give you the shaker to fill up after the initial sips. Not here though. My friend got a sandwich that didn't look too appetizing either. It's such a shame because this area is mostly residential and could really use a nice bar/restaurant but Biltmore is not really stepping up to the challenge.

My skating crew and I come in every Sunday after practice to sit down and have beer - especially after some of us had a stress filled week. We love our girl Karry. She's hilarious and takes great care of us! Last Sunday we came in for our usual beer but there was a minor issue with one of our cards. The manager was called right away to see what happened and not only did he fix the issue, he was pleasant and polite. Great job Biltmore in Maine Crew, Keep up the great work!

I couldn't find the waitress to tell her this was the wrong order so I had to go to the bar. Burger was pretty solid but not that special. Will likely choose other restaraunts in reading over this in the future
