Great food. Absolutely delicious. We sat at the bar area celebrating a win. We were traveling and in the area for a few days. Service was the worst I had ever experienced anywhere. We had to ask for everything we wanted: refills, place an order, etc... And when it was brought to us, it felt like it was thrown at us. But the locals who were there were treated much different. Kind of sickening! I would never come here again and don't recommend it at all! Totally drained the energy.

Restaurant was not clean inside or outside. Building is in disrepair. Railings inside were sticky and the stairs were unswept. Meal was ‘ok’. Chef got one meal wrong. The pizza seemed under cooked. Pizza wasn’t even hot when put on the table. Had much better experiences at other locations. This one is crossed of our list.

We had our rehearsal dinner here last weekend and everything was amazing! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the food was great! Not an immigrant friendly restaurant. My wife and I (27 & 28) were refused alcohol service because they do not accept foreign passports or documents as valid forms of ID. Let’s be honest there is no corporate policy stating that you cannot serve foreign nationals with official documents this comes down to a bigoted decision by the manager.

I thi k they changed up the recipe. The Chicken Gratinati used to have cheeses now mostly mozzarella very stringy. Not hot at all and not a whole lot of chicken. Disappointed! Waitress was nice.

Haven't been here in a long time. Food was better than I remember. Had the chicken picatta and it was cooked perfectly. Staff was friendly. It was a busy Sunday, early evening. Only complaint was that our server never offered refills and twice forgot to bring me another napkin when mine slipped under the table.

I am updating my review from four stars to one. My last three visits to this location have been dismal at best. The food is no longer good and service is extremely slow. The final straw was this last visit. I was there on 12/30 with my husband and one year old child. We were told there were several large party reservations so there would be a 20-25 minute wait. Fine. When we were seated, there was a table for four that was empty right next to us and remained empty throughout our meal. All of these things mentioned above are things that can happen. Not a huge deal. Upon ordering our meal, I informed our server that my son had an egg and milk allergy. We got him the broiled chicken and broccoli off of the kids menu. Almost 30 mins later, our food comes out and they bring out breaded chicken on a plate with broccoli. When I mentioned it to the food runner, she went to get our server. Our server took no responsibility and stated that she had noted it as an allergy, but it must have been the kitchen's fault. My child who is now starving has no idea why his plate of food is being taken away. At this point, we're waiting and appeasing. Five minutes go by and nothing has happened, the plate with breaded chicken is still on our table. Finally, the food runner comes back and asks if our server had come by, and upon hearing that she hadn't, takes the plate, goes straight to the kitchen and doesn't come back until she has a plate with broiled chicken on it. When our server finally comes back to our table, she proudly states that she made "them fix the situation" meaning the kitchen. I had plain view of the kitchen and she had not spoken to anyone in that area since this had happened. Needless to say, we slipped the food runner a small tip. I'm pretty sure my son's plate was contaminate with either egg or dairy because he has a tell tale rash on his face and we are really careful at home. I'm really upset by this and will not be returning.

Ordered online and they forgot part of our order telling us “no you didn’t also have a salad” when it was clearly on the receipt. So they rushed making a chicken salad and undercooked the chicken. Oh and to mention it was a kid’s chicken salad. Probably will not be going back.

We stopped in for a quick lunch. I was surprised that they actually had a stop watch on the table and we were guaranteed our lunch in 8 minutes. Our waitress took our order and left. We were unsure if we had to start the watch or she did but I told my daughter to go ahead. We got the cheese board as an appetizer and that came, along with our drinks in a timely fashion. Our entree though, came a minute or two later after that 8 minute mark. We mentioned it to the waitress and she wasn't sure if it qualified because she'd forgotten to start the watch herself. She went and asked her manager who said, yep, we got our entrees for free. So they were taken off our bill. We just paid for the appetizer and our drinks. With all that being said, I really like the layout of this restaurant. I had been there before and was seated in a more closed off dining area; this time we were seated on the other side of the cooking area...it's open air cooking with a prep table in between the cooking areas. It was filled with light and not too noisy. I was pleased by everything..service and the food. :)

Great service & nice atmosphere. the food not so great. Chicken Marsala served with a brown gravy no trace of marsala what so ever. Chicken parmesan lacked flavor, red sauce extremely bland. I recommend going for their bread and oil dip and wine.

The quality of the food and the service has vastly improved at this Bertucci's. I like Bertucci's but ceased going to the Norwood restaurant a couple of years ago despite it's the nearest one to home. Thanks to your email coupons I gave this location another chance and was pleasantly surprised. Good going!

Must have been understaffed on a Sunday evening as we waited double the time we were told despite multiple empty tables in view. Once seated we waited a long time for our waiter, longer for our drinks, and a second wait staff person eventually noticed we had not been given the usual rolls. The food was good, our waiter was friendly but clearly running from table to table trying to be everywhere at once. Perhaps Sunday at 5:30pm isn't the best optimal time, at least not at this Bertucci's in this day.

The place was empty when I went there for lunch. I had a coupon. During the weekend, the cost of the meals even during lunch is the full price. But the service and the table setup is the same as the luncheon service and set up. I would think that's if they would charge dinner prices they would have a better table setting. The booth they set us in had a terrible odor. I moved to another booth and told the waitress and hostess. I suggested they speak to the manager. Nothing was done. The smell And I don't want to use the word was unsanitary. My salmon was about $20 and my partner's meal was very small for the prices paid. The rolls were very hard at the crust. Fortunately I had a coupon otherwise taking everything into account I would have been more displeased. As I said before the restaurant is attractive with the renovations, the service was good but I'm hard put to say that when you pay dinner prices for lunch and you weigh everything together, I just don't think it's worth it. And as I said before the rolls and the pasta are made a white flour which is not healthy. One would think that It is common knowledge and they would have a choice of healthier food but no. So but for the coupon, I would probably I'm not recommend this restaurant I'll probably the others that serve the same food.

The pizza has alot of layered texture and pizza balance. Its Pizza for those who are into cuisines and gourmet . The sporgie pizza is my fave, ricotta on pizza is fantastic, just for that gets 5. We had reservations for our group. We did have to wait about 20 min past our reserved time, but they put us in a quieter, more spacious part of the restaurant. Our waitress was kind and paid close attention to everyone in the group. Highly recommend this place.

UPDATED: Ownership reached out very early the next morning, expressing their willingness to learn more. Sent a detailed email, with broader explanation of facility cleanliness, service, and poor food handling and preparation. No response;crickets. I was initially impressed that they responded so willingly and quickly, but even after having offered my personal contact information, nothing. Again, it goes back to my original post, ownership must not care about this particular location. I'm left wondering what it is about this site, that allows them to care so little? ORIGINAL POST STILL HOLDS TRUE: Buyers beware. One star is too good for this restaurant. The owner must be permanently on vacation. The place is absolutely filthy, with a sewage smell emanating from the bathrooms, non-existent staff or customers, there are NO customers, and all of this negative atmosphere is nothing compared to the ill-prepared, expired ingredients that even the best service or staffer couldn’t spin. It is obvious that ownership doesn’t care, and Bertucci’s as a company, doesn’t care. How can a chain allow this? It’s honestly beyond my comprehension how anyone in good faith charge for what they’re serving. I challenge ownership to contact me, hiring me, and watch this place turn around and be profitable. You are absolutely wasting your prime location and the good name of a great Italian chain.

I don’t know how to say this I had my worst experience here that I could have imagined. On April 15 th 2019 I went here with my two little ones we had 3 big shopping bags.. The person who was a server I am sorry I don’t know her name, a tall Blonde short hair came for my order, I asked her to give me 1 glass of coke and 1 empty glass as I wanted to add water in my kids cup so they don’t consume to much of coke. When I told this to the lady, she said you want to pay for one and not the other. She started to humiliate us since then.I even asked her to give me lemon as my smoked salmon was burnt and dry. She told me we don’t have lemon and anything you want here. She thought we are some kind a beggars to come in to the restaurant so she could treat us anyhow.After paying her a good amount of tip, so she know’s that we are not some low lying people coming to this restaurant. I went home with bad food and bad services. The moment I reached home I started throw up everything I ate it was the worst food I ever had in North Andover.Thank god my kids were ok they eat regular cheese pizza.

The worst service I have had in a long time. Felt like we were a bother to our, zero personality, waitress. Our pizza took over an hour, and it was not that busy. Then were offered free dessert, no thanks don't feel like waiting another hour. The best Bertucci's I've ever been to with the friendliest staff. We went for lunch on a Saturday and got seated immediately. There were a ton of different lunch specials available that included delicious rolls/oil and a huge bowl of salad. Switching out one side for another was no problem at all and our server was super attentive. This Bertucci's at a convenient location and has plenty of parking available in their lot.

I only like their desserts and Tuscan chicken wings. Everything else is below mediocre. Their shrimp scampi couldn't be more flavorless. Sauce barely coats the pasta and shrimp seems like it doesn't belong to the family. Mixed feelings here... this place gets points for being super kid friendly, giving them the dough to play with etc and having reasonably paced service, but the cocktails that my wife and I had were off. Not sure if we caught a new bartender, or something else... but the cosmo was overpowered with cranberry (it was a dark red color, not the light pink it should be) and although this one is tough to mix up, the Jack and Diet coke was a bit funky, like the soda was off, or maybe the ice was weird, i don't know but it tasted odd. The pizza was standard bertuccis quality, so no complaints there... but next time I think I will skip the adult beverages.

This brand used to be good food and good value. I've been eating at Bertuccis since it opened. My most recent visit, and last one for a long time, was so disappointing I'm very sad for how bad this brand has fallen. My salad was frozen at the bottom. The chicken piccata my son ordered was inedible. Even the simple pasta and butter was not what is used to be. $18.99 for standard entrees is no longer a good value for a family of five. $15 for a glass of run of the mill wine. The only thing that is still good there are the rolls. They've dropped our favorite pizza, the Verdi. Just so dissapointed.

Great Italian chain restaurant that has reliable food... by that I mean if you order something you like in one Bertucci's it'll be exactly the same in any other Bertucci's you find. The food tastes good, they have a light hand when it comes to garlic, and the portions are large-ish. Our waiter was very attentive, the table comfortable, and the acoustics were conducive to actually having a conversation. Bertucci's has an active take out business with special parking fo pick up. The prices are reasonable and all in all it was a good dining experience. We'll be back.

My pizza was burnt, the 14 dollar calzone I got was the size of my fist, the mandatory tip I had to give was specifically for the driver of the delivery... oh wait they dont deliver and that tip went to a place that I will never in my life go back to. -1 out of 10 stars. dont go unless you WANT to be disappointed. UPDATE I tried to go to the site that the robot below told me to and it doesn't exist. That address takes me to Google and says "did you mean bertuccis...etc" and I click on it and nothing shows up except the restaurants main website.... its bull. I'm all set with this place.

Service was slow and the pasta was not good and the chicken they have is not fresh at all its the same type of chicken you get from a salads that's prepackaged from stop and shop. The noodles felt so rubbery for being noodles. Quality over all wasn't good here at all. I do not recommend

I ate here last night. I ordered fettuccine Alfredo. I ordered one plate to go, and one plate to eat there. The plate I ate was fine. But the “to go” plate wasn’t. Although I was charged the full price, as the in house plate, it was half as much fettuccine! And I had to search for the Alefredo sauce! I finally found some at the bottom of the plate! I’m not happy. I will stick to the small family Trattoria in Easton, for Italian food.
