We just had a great first experience here! The staff was kind, prompt, and extremely hospitable. So kid friendly! They treated us like old friends. The food was brought out quickly and tasted delicious. The omelette I ordered was perfect. This was our first time here and I wish we lived closer! There were different options from usual places....such as my steak bomb omlette.....the coffee was hot fresh and perfect....the service was quick and very friendly! We will have to visit our friend more often so we can go back!

The employees are phenomenal but the owner is absolutely horrid. A cook in the open kitchen she berates employees at every opportunity and blames them for customer dissatisfaction with the food she is preparing. If you like good food it’s a sure hit but mostly a strong miss if she’s in the kitchen. Make sure you get what you pay for too because she takes shortcuts whenever possible but it shows up on the receipt for you to pay for anyways. Stay away if you want to support that employees should be treated with respect.

Very disappointed, have been here a few times but after today won’t be returning!!! Karen our waitress took for ever to take our orders, customers that came in after us got their food way before us!!! Finally got food after almost everyone else was taken care of!! Then asked for check, Karen ignored us, took care of someone else’s order and took phone order!! Another person that worked there got us our check . Karen is not a good waitress!!

Only went once, about a year ago, with husband. First customers thought the door., no greeting, waitress busy behind counter, after about 10 min, she came over, not with the coffee, and said “ Whadda ya want” nice. Food nothing special. Never gone back and We live in Stoughton. Go to Percy’s in Middleboro. Worth the ride.

I went to beantown with my 1 year old son this AM and had the best service ever. A cook saw me and my son and came from the kitchen to give my son some fruit. The waitress was kind and attentive to my sons needs. I love this place and what they do for their customers. They treat you like family and that is why I return again and again. Thanks for the great customer service and go small business!!

I live close to the diner. So in here more than I should be. Lol. I love the western omelet. The meal size can feed 2 people who aren't starving...lol. You will so get home fries and toast with the omelet. This is why it could feed 2. Please come early so you can choose what seat you want. Holidays are crazy. The wait time always depends on the person who has already been seated..lol

My favorite place to get breakfast in the area. The service is always nice, quick and responsive. Not to add the take out is always punctual and just as good as eating there. The food is really good made to order every time. I highly recommend the western wrap or any of the eggs benedict but I've always been satisfied with anything I've eaten there.

First time coming here, everything seemed great-besides the service. Then the food came, it was delicious but after being half way through and finding a hair I lost my appetite. No one apologized for it, the server never even acknowledged it. Mean while another couple with a baby came in, and they needed a high chair, the staff made them center of attention telling them they were in the way, needless to say they left. This place is disgusting, never coming back !

I am Karen Riek’s friend and when we came this time the food came out very slowly, I ordered a hash and could tell what parts of the hash were touching the frying pan because it was over cooked. I think that they should get another chef/assistant chef

Service was friendly and fast. Food is pretty normal breakfast food. I ordered the Beantown Toast. The plate of 4 triangles of French Toast came out first and was thick Texas Toast, it was fresh and hot, sprinkled with powdered sugar. Everyone else at the table got their food and then several minutes later, the rest of my meal came - eggs, bacon, and home fries. I ordered the eggs over medium, but they were definitely over easy and some of the home fries were undercooked. Our daughter ordered the corn beef hash and enjoyed it. She said it was made from scratch. I guess I am just very picky. The food was ok, but nothing special. The prices are very reasonable and the service was good.

Totally forgot about reviewing this place and for good reason. I am not one to trash a place; some people work hard despite their co-workers' poor performance and attitudes. It is my intention to always be fair because peoples'livelihoods are involved. In t;his particular instance, i am wholly unable to attest to the food at this establishment, as my guest and i never made it that far. We came into the dinner and sat in a booth and proceeded to read the menu. We patiently waited for service. We continued to patiently wait for service. Still, we waited. We were not even acknowledged. We joked about our potential invisibility, BUT .. Still .. Waited patiently. We thought maybe we came curing a shfft change .. But then reasoned that 11:30am is an odd time for a shift change, but still we waited -- clearing our throats loudly and, eventually immaturely -- we grew giddy. All the while, we established eye contact with waitstaff whom kept congregating near the kitchen entrance and those whom occasionally floated about. It became a freakun' quest. We were determined to be served. Well, we have to hand it to you, Beantown; you broke our spirits. We got up and left at the 38 minute mark. You won that little war of attrition .. But .. We will get you next time, by gum! I'm teasing .. there is no next time. To this day, we laugh about our experience and take great pride in our patience. On a positive note, the place was clean and the food smelled good.
