First time and enjoyed very much. Sunday lunch was upped a notch with acoustic guitarist who's vocals were right on♡ Had to try out their burgers as I heard they are really good...True Story! Kept it simple with one tradional cheeseburger medium rare and one smokey bbq patty brisket burger $$$ if you are looking for apps, drinks and burgers/entrees. Clean, hip atmosphere...outside seating available too♡

Plan B Burger might have some of the best burgers is Massachusetts, I kid you not. I can’t say I’m really surprised. People have been emailing and messaging me non stop to try this place out, and they really have lived up to the hype. There pretty expensive, but it’s definitely worth it. Furthermore, their parmesan fries are absolutely amazing. They have a nice satisfying taste to them. Now, I have to give them 4 stars because although their fries and burgers are the best around, I can’t say the same for their onion rings. I know some may find it a bit petty to bring them down to 4 stars based on their onion rings,but an appetizer like onion rings have to be on point, no excuses. I could understand if it were a special, but their not. Onion rings are the most common appetizers on you’ll find on a menu, especially at a burger restaurant. They are oversized and taste awful. Do not order those. They really taste like fried uhaul boxes with onions in the middle. I’m sorry, but it’s the truth. I’m not sure if it’s the batter, but something is off. They taste strange. Other than that, I recommend eating here, and will definitely be back. It’s a very clean restaurant, and the customer service is exceptional.

Sriracha fries came back with no seasoning. Second time they were barely seasoned. Third time, WAY over seasoned... waitress was standoffish. Then it took forever to see her. Check took forever even after we asked for it. She passed us 3 times!!!! I can take the places or I can leave it..honestly, I've been here enough times to where it's not a bad place. But I'm just going to leave it. It's never been an amazing place.

Worst burger I've ever had. Table of eight on a Saturday night. Last one to get their burger and it was raw. Sent it back and waitress asked if I wanted it a little pink or no pink . I said I dont want it raw, so could you cook it all the way through. Burger came back just as rare or raw as the first. Waitress never checked back to see if it was okay. I'll never go back. Poor service and terrible food.

First off , let me start by saying they give you pickles at the bar.... PICKLES!!!!! That alone should get 10 stars. I ordered a cider beer and traditional burger and everything was PERFECT! Presentation, temperature and most importantly customer service. I'll def be back!!!

Best burger ever! First time visit and loved the open fun feel of the space. Our server Leandre was outstanding! Personable, informative and service beyond the expected, he made the experience even better. I had one of their huge selection of burgers which came with a large serving of thin crispy fries. The burger was fresh, juicy, flavorful and cooked just right. My husband loved his Jamaican jerk salmon dish. The drinks came quickly and were good. For a casual but good meal this is the place.

Best burger I’ve ever had. Tasted like REAL meat!!! So juicy, flavory, cooked to my liking. When I say I want a burger cooked well done, most places usually leave them medium rare ugh! But this place cooked it just to my liking. As someone who doesn’t like pickles I wish they gave something else as a starter but hey, the burger was fantastic. Definitely will be back again, our server was on top of refills too which is hard to get at most places.

Not sure what happened as the Plan B in West Hartford, CT is really good. My experience in here was absolutely abysmal. I asked for a pink patty, my burger was well over done, dry and tasteless. The fries were cold and soggy. My girlfriend's burger was cold. Definitely never going back to this location.

WTF is this? My unappetizing cheeseburger. Where is the cheese? On top of the lettuce. Plus they gave us undercooked buffalo wings and my husband’s double cheeseburger was actually two tiny sliders side by side. I regrettably didn’t take that pic fast enough. My husband gave it back to the waitress. I gave mine up too. New Year’s Eve dinner ruined :(

Unfortunately, the burgers here are more talk than flavor. I ordered the brisket burger and it was a lot of meat, but it didnt pack a ton of flavor. Plus, the fries came out lukewarm at best. Not to mention, my wife ordered the Tavern burger which came out literally gushing some sort of grease & blood mixture. Gross! I will say the manager corrected the issue when brought to her attention. The burger was remade and new fries were brought out. But ultimately we expected more from a " " burger joint.

Very poor food and customer service. My wife and I each ordered a burger, both were over cooked, and her pretzel roll was stale. The waiter took my wife's back to be re-made. When she got her second burger it was bad as the first, over cooked and very dry, on a stale pretzel roll. When she showed the waiter, he did us a "favor" by taking her meal off the bill. No Manager seemed to be on duty, and the young waiter didn't even attempt apologize as my wife left hungry. I ate mine, but the burger was also dry and over cooked. A very disappointing experience and very poor customer service at this restaurant.

Great selection of burgers, both traditional and nontraditional, as well as lots of sides to choose from. My chicken burger was delicious, but had to be disassemble in order to eat it as it was too large. The fried avocado was perfectly done and confetti corn maque choc was authentic and tasty. The fries were a bit on the cold side and not as tasty as the rest of the food. Good vibe overall and would definitely eat here again.

We went after the basketball hall of fame and I expected not much. The burger was fantastic on its own. The decorations they offered were a wide variety. The kids beef-burger and chicken-burger meals were 2 tasty sliders (each), so generously portioned. The kids ordered carrots and the veggies were fresh. The fries and tots were hot and tasty. The ice tea was clearly just brewed and served unsweetened.

Service was good. On the other hand my mom and I both ordered pink burgers, but we got well done. Since they are a burger joint we expected it to be the way we ordered it. It was not the waiters fault. I saw her write pink down while we ordered. We got about $12 dollars off.

I've heard good things about this place and was in town so I figured I'd stop by. Had the bacon smokehouse burger and truffle fries. Both were delicious. Service was great, very quick. Nice atmosphere. Would definitely go again.

The craft beer menu here is okay, not quite as many local options as I would like to see, but a decent selection nonetheless. We got apps with friends which were reasonably priced for a higher end burger joint. Our waitress was extremely friendly and made the experience for us. You could tell she was swamped and she still made time to come over and make us feel welcomed; we even had some inside jokes by the end of the meal.

Great place to hangout with friends along with their food and drinks. Love their whiskey smash and their late night menu items. Lights are oddly positioned in the bar which might make it a little difficult to see the tv sometimes if you're watching a game. Really cool ambiance. This place is def one of the happening spots in Springfield. Dishes i'd recommend are their burgers, jalapeno poppers, wellington bites.

Plan B. Went at 5:30 on a Friday nite. Food was amazing and service was good. For hamburger rare as legally allowed to be served and it was delicious. The sriracha fries were okay they were curly fries with a dry seasoning spread over it. I would recommend the handcut fries with the Sriracha seasoning spread over it.

Fair to good. We all had burgers. I would think that if that is primarily the menu, then I do t get why you can only order burgers two ways...they say "a little pink" or "no pink," but what they mean is very well done or something else. My "a little pink" had virtually raw spots in it. They did of course fix that and with a new burger, but unfortunately a very well done one. Mixed drinks were good and service was also good. I'm a little confused by how it is decorated....

This is our go to burger place. Absolutely amazing the burgers are perfect and the truffle fries are awesome. We also tried the fire cracker cauliflower this visit and it was so good. If you haven't tried the food here you are missing out.

It is good that they offer late night food. However, I had to wait for over half an hour for an appetizer when there were only 5 other tables. The service was some of the worst I have ever experienced because the wait staff were more interested in socializing. Male waiters should be expected to keep long hair back and away from food and should give the same courtesy as female waiters. One make waiter snapped a towel on a female's butt and was clearly distracted.

My friends and I had a girls night out dinner at Plan B last week. As a first timer I was absolutely delighted. Our server was fantastic. The cocktails were refreshing, our pretzel app was delicious, my 'Shrooms Burger' was out of this world. Requested medium-rare and it came out medium rare!! Sooo good! We finished with a dessert, the skillet cookie. Everything was delicious, the atmosphere is very relaxing. Even though there were plenty of tables full, it somehow feels private. Very easy to converse and forget there's other patrons having dinner and conversing too, might be because there's a very open feel to the floor. Fantastic night out, and I will definitely be coming back!

Springfield is a city in Massachusetts. I am here visiting family for the long weekend. I have 2 sisters one lives in the town of Ludlow and the other in the town of Feeding Hills. I took the Amtrak train from Boston Back Bay Station to Springfield. Then I hooked up with my sister and nephew. We had lunch in town at a place called " Plan B" that is adjacent to the Basketball Hall of Fame.

Went with some co-workers after work late on a Saturday night as kind of a end of the season dinner and drinks. Food was good wait staff was very accommodating with such a large group (About 25 of us). But here is the my biggest complaint it was a 21+ time and we have a few coworkers under 21 if for some reason they decided to come we would have taken our very large group someplace else. You might want to consider not having 21+ times when dealing with large groups. And another thing what kind of bar has a western speak easy theme and plays trashy music.

I went to Plan B Burger Bar in Springfield, MA with my husband and we were asked to be seated outside. The waitress then said that there are no seats available at the moment. I asked her how long the wait was and she then said there is really no wait because every one will be staying to watch the fire works. I then said okay well I will order to go, we then placed our orders. As we waited for our food, we over heard this waitress who's named is Mariam tell another couple that they could be seated in 10 minutes. Very disappointed my husband asked her why we could not be seated but the other couple could. She then gave us a bogus story about how there were no seats before, but they are unavailable now and being that we made take out orders we no longer had the opportunity to sit outside. At this point my husband asked to speak to the manager. When the manager arrived she told my husband and I that there was strict policy on ordering to go, then asking to be seated and that she'll allow it this time even after I already explained to her why we had ordered to go instead of dining in. By that time my husband and I felt very offended by the treatment from the waitress and the dismissive behavior from the manger, we decided to get a refund and leave. My husband and I were already hungry and were looking forward to finishing our 4th with some tasty burgers but lost our appetites. P.S. I don't recommend this place to young African American couples, being that you may get a bogus excuse about why you couldn't be seat over another interracial couple.
