Terrible customer service they hung up on us when we called to ask why our order was taking over an hour and a half. We called back and were hung up on multiple times. We will never order from them again. It’s 2 hours later and we still have not received our order.

First off they had my address wrong so when the food showed up, the delivery driver was completely rude and just didn't care. After a hour of waiting my spareribs were so damn fatty I had to spit most of it out and everything was extra greasy, I'm all set with this place never again

Great fresh food. When you go in the kitchen is right in front of you. You can literally see them cook, which makes me more comfortable since the food will be made fresh. Their food has good all around flavor.

I got a grub hub from them. This place mess up my order. Then cussed me out and blocked my number. Had to call grub hub to get my money back. Worst experience ever. I work as a server I treated them with respect and kindness. They treated me as trash.

The past few times we have gotten Chinese from Homwin, the order has been completely wrong. The wait is over an hour usually and we live 5 minutes down the road... the food is great but the service is what made me give them 1 star. If your order is wrong they don't offer you anything in return...and you have to wait an additional hour to get the right order... this is the 5th time in a row this has happened. We used to love ordering from this place but we will not be ordering from them again. It'd be faster to make our own at home! So disappointed.

This used to be our go to restaurant. They have since fell off. Quality of food is horrible and customer service is nonexistent. Not to mention if you try their delivery service I personally guarantee you that it will be at least an hour and a half wait after you place your order and the food will be cold and greasy. Save your hard earned money and order from another Chinese restaurant. This place has lost is touch and going down. Check out their location in person and you will see what I mean
