This was my first time at this restaurant and it blew my socks off! I have been a long standing cook and also frequent many restaurants in Boston and outside suburbs. I have never had such a delicious sole dish...EVER. The fish itself was beautiful and cooked perfectly and the curry sauce and accompanying vegetables were delicious.The portion was HUGE, I had shared a charcuterie plate and salad with my dinner companion (do not regret both were excellent) but had a great lunch the next day! I cannot wait to return.Our server was lovely, attentive and knowledgeable. Oh and my son's drink was fantastic-a cucumber mixed cocktail that was so refreshing!!!

Fine dining in Marblehead. The curry sole was just the right combination of spice and savory. The squid ink pasta with seafood was excellent. All the plates were served professionally. Some of the cocktails on the menu try too hard but it has a great bar overall and the weekday is a good time to dine at the bar, many happy hour specials. We topped the evening off with gelato and did not go wrong.

I celebrated my 2 year anniversary here last night. Thank you to the whole team for making us feel so special. The service and hospitality was warm and welcoming. The lighting is a warm and dim my kind of romantic. We got the Steak Frites and the sole. The dishes were honestly perfection. I gave my compliments to the chef for mastering the creation of both steak and fish, surprising combinations and beautiful presentation. Thanks again for making my night unforgettable!!

We took my parents to this restaurant because (1) my Dad was paying for it and (2) I had heard about it on the TV (WBZ?) where they said that the renowned chef had moved out from Boston to the 'burbs. That is all I knew about it. My husband has a hard time spending more than $10 for an entree, so this was my chance to try it. And boy, were we happy with our meals! It did take a while for our food to come out, a little longer than we thought it should, but the wait was definitely worth it. We ordered the Sole, the Kale, the Skate and the Pasta and Seafood dishes. Every single one of them had distinctly wonderful sauces and the flavors and textures were exquisite. We did not order desserts, so I can't comment on them, but they sounded great. This will be the place I make my husband take me to for my next birthday without a doubt!

Hands down, the BEST mussels I've ever had. Everything else else was great and the atmosphere was beautiful, but as someone who never turns down an opportunity for moules frites, these was perfection. Do not miss!

This is a very classy place with great food, excellent bar and beautiful surroundings. It isn't the last expensive place around but the quality is evident in everything they do. The staff is wonderful and as a bonus they have $1 oyster specials everyday from 5:00-6:00!

We were there this evening and had a fantastic meal provided with impeccable service. 5 Corners is consistently the best restaurant in the Marblehead/Swampscott area. They have the best brunch I have ever experienced. The Bloody Mary's are done to perfection. Our dinner tonight was tremendous. Their Chefs specials are the area on the menu to focus on.They are gourmet in quality and very yummy! If you are in the Marblehead area I would highly advise dinner or brunch here!

Went for dinner last night without a reservation and even though they were packed they still found us a table within 5 minutes. Every aspect of this establishment is top notch. The service from the hostest to the bus boy, bartender and server were execptional. The food was high quality and prepared to perfection. The drinks and desert were fabulous. I will deffinatly com back to Marblehead if not only for 5CK! Keep up the astounding work, and thanks for helping to make my aniversery that much more special.

Large picture windows along the street-facing booths, pendant Edison bulb lighting, velvet curtains to warmly insulate from the outdoors, separate bar space with subway tile backsplash throughout prep space -- to say nothing of the food! -- this is the nicest restaurant in Marblehead, centrality located and featured. The food is delicious and beautifully presented. The service is nearly as good. Definitely enjoy this place if you're in town and in the mood for upscale meal.

I love the food here, I usually get the Italian/seafood plates are always a good bet, yes they have a burger and it's good but I suggest you be adventurous and try their menu. Usually packed in Friday nights as well but you can eat at the bar if full. One of Marblehead's best restaurants in my opinion.

I was at the re-opening party last night and it was just fabulous! The new and expanded space is wonderfully hip and classy at the same time. Tastefully decorated and with great improvements that bring the sound level down, it now offers a view into the kitchen through an elongated glass window, that allows a glimpse of the artisans at work. And the food is as breath-taking as it always has been. Chef and owner Barry Edelman brought out some of his favorite dishes last night, including his famous skate wing, red beet salad, and the lamb chops. The new menu includes local and super-fresh fare, and you can now either get a reservation on the restaurant side or just drop in on the bar side and sit in the lounge. A new addition to the menu is the raw bar that includes fresh oysters, as well as a hugely increased wine list. You will want to make your reservations soon, because this is (again) the hottest place in Marblehead (and surrounding towns)...

The food was AMAZING! The service was fast and the staff welcoming. We started with 5he Charcuterie Platter, then my husband had the Creste Di Gallo and I had the 1/2 Chicken. Everything was truly delicious and the presentation was beautiful. The establishment itself was very clean and lovely. We got dessert to go since neither of us could even finish our entrees. I wish we had a restaurant half as good within 50 miles of our home town.

Had an excellent dinner here again :-) The food was amazing and I can honestly say that Adam is one of the best bartenders I have come across in a long time. He was very attentive and efficient. It’s like he knew what we needed right before we did! I didn’t have to ask a single time for my water to be filled or for a plate to be cleared. It’s refreshing to come across a true professional. We went to visit this restaurant in the pastor had a great experience. From 5 to 6 they do dollar oysters. The racers are very good quality. My girlfriend loves getting their burgers there because they're extremely very well made and seasoned correctly. I tried their new sole dish. It was very good. The only thing I'm a little bit sad about is they took away their yellowtail app. But they have a good rotation and choices of food.

Easily the best restaurant in all of Marblehead Salem and Swampscott if you're north of Boston it's just 20 minutes north of Logan Airport the owner and head chef Barry is a genius don't forget if he has it on the menu to order the smoke cow's tongue melts in your mouth unbelievable flavor high-end sort of New York Chic atmosphere great bar and dining no outdoor seating but that doesn't matter just fantastic food at reasonable prices can't say enough about this restaurant

Big city dining in the heart of a small town, 5 corners delivers nothing short of excellence in everything they serve. They have both a good bar program with quality cocktails and a nice wine selection to compliment stellar food. The bill is going to hurt at the end of your meal, but you get what you pay for, and 5 corners always delivers a top quality experience.
