This Uno's in particular has really tasty food with good service. There are late night bar specials with great prices for appetizers. The restaurant was renovated recently and has an up-to-date decor. Lots of TVs behind the bar.

I would recommend this place to anyone. Even Tuesday nights 5_00 to 7_00 pm magic shows are held here. Oh wow what magic. The soup pizza what more can I say. If you hate pizza and soup what your missing. Even at this place.

Sat on the bar side - not busy but service was very, very slow! Had to ask another waitress to get our food which was luke warm (probably sat there for a while). Ordered Miller Lites but was not offered the bucket special (found out about this later).

Their food is subpar at best. DON'T go to their corrupt trivia. You get extra points for ordering certain items. My team and I got every question right for the first 3 rounds and were still in 4th place...

Good gluten free pizza but the service and operations leave much to be desired. Out of my four visits to this location the kitchen has failed to get my order straight whether dining in or take out.

I just got the worst treatment by one of the waitresses at this place. The host was nice and polite. I told him my friend wasn’t going to show up, so it was just me. He told me i could pick any table on the left side of the restaurant. I chose a corner table because i feel awkward sitting in the middle of the restaurant by myself. There we two staff members talking close by, and she saw the host tell me that table wasn’t ready yet, he asked if I could wait for him to wipe it out. The waitress start to yell at him telling him to stop sitting people over there, and that the table wasn’t ready. The same second i asked her if she wanted me to sit somewhere else because it wasn’t a big deal. She said it was fine, and told me to wait. Then the other woman she was talking to (I don’t know if she was a manager, she had a different uniform) came by and told me to sit at the table next to the one i chose previously. I sit down and they start to set up the table (obviously not ready just like the other one). All i cool, i ordered my drink and at this point i’m waiting for about 10 minutes to someone at this place to realize they never gave me a menu. All the rest of the lunch the waitress was treating me like I wasn’t even there. I’m not sure if it was because it was just me (as someone that have been a waitress before, i say that they hate when they get a party of one), or if it was because i chose a table she didn’t like. Anyway, food was good but the staff is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I won’t be coming back to the Framingham location.

The herb chicken with steamed broccoli and veggies was great I liked the combined taste. I was with friends for late lunch / early dinner. The place was crowded but not full. Couple of seats remaining. The service was also good. Mostly the crowd were families. Recommend

Is a good place if you work as a waitress, why? Because you know what to expect from bartenders and servers when they are short with the staff members. Even one of the waitress explained to us how rude one of the managers treat them. Some of the food is good, but 7 years go there were more than just good. Wings sometimes will come raw, so make sure the either request them well done or double check them as soon they arrive.

Would love to point out the Uno Restaurant in the Natick location for being one of the worst food service experiences I have had. Not only just sitting at our table with our food finished for nearly 35 minutes as our waiter continuously walked by without checking on us, asking if we needed boxes, wanted dessert, or the bill. But to then have the manager brought to our table because no one could locate our waiter, to then be charged AND to over hear our waiter shouting about us and the situation to the manager and his peers... Very unprofessional, disappointed I waisted money and time for my birthday with some friends for extremely poor service

the service is very good. The food is alright a little bit better than okay, however I found out Saturday that they don't use real butter they use a butter substitute, a liquid concoction it was very disappointing when I needed it for my very dry mashed potatoes.

Went today, incorrect order and slow service. If I would have bought the Pizza took it home and then ate. It would have still been warmer Update. Went again, better service and food. Guess you should not sit near the bar. Updating from 2 stars to 3

Ugh, will not be returning. My salad looked liked it was left on the counter overnight...it was old. We were seated in the bar area at lunch and it was not crowded but we did not have attentive service. Never even offered a refill on my iced tea.

Unlike other UNOs we have been this one at Framingham has very bad customer service. The food is good though and appreciate the chef. But I am particularly disappointed with customer service from the very start as this happened all the time we went to eat here, as soon as you enter they tried to show you one of the worst seatings in the restaurant either it's way back near the emergency exit board or next to kitchen with all sorts of noises. I had to insist on taking a better spots and the personal gives a odd look as if I don't deserve to be in their restaurant. Next the waiter he was too little off mood on that day, he just throw the plates on the table very arrogantly, lacking every bit of respect. Poor manager he works pretty hard but the outside staff gives him hard time. The UNO at westborough is awesome always friendly chearful and awesome food at any time of the day. Watch out folks.

I usually never go to pizza places, but going out with a group they took me here. Honestly, better than I thought. They claim to have invented the deep-dish pizza, which I tried and was pretty good. Ample serving sizes

This is the best gf pizza I can find in the area. Instead of the typical thin crust that's under baked and doughy, this is fluffy and thicker, while also well cooked. A bit oily, but I enjoy it. Service is consistently good, I come here steadily. Always has one cider on draft, I'd prefer more selection, but one is better than none. Tv screens are a bit more ubiquitous than I'd like, but I find I can mostly tune them out. Benches are very uncomfortable, the backs are far too straight. Not a sexy romantic place, but serviceable for a date nonetheless.

Because of the July 4th holiday, most pizza places were closed, so I was forced to overpay for the worst pizza I’ve ever had. All we could taste was salt, and the meat in the pizza had no taste whatsoever.

I'm giving a 5 star because despite tonight's theatrics I truly Love UNOS and have been since a child....However, let me start by saying I don't understand why waitresses are drinking and working...I've watched several instances where everything known to man was touched ad then food items touched. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! 2nd the food was so far from good... I ordered the crab and shrimp dip..Or should I say whatever cheese rue dip they gave me...NO CRAB 2 BABY SHRIMP YOU COULD BARELY TASTE... I'm upset and wasted $50 on appetizers nobody ate....DO BETTER UNOS

I use to love this place it had great services, friendly people and great food. BUT now they have given my reservation to someone else. I had a waiter who had 7 pens in his pocket who didn't write anything down for a party of 7. 3 of the 7 orders came out wrong. They are sadly understaffed now and the service is slow but I can understand the slow service because of low staff but I still expect food to be good and not rushed.

Service and hosting staff were excellent, some of the best service I have had in a restaurant for quite a while. Food was good too. Lost a star for a salad that had a large clearly rotten piece of greens and a tomato wedge that was quite dry and appeared to have been sliced yesterday perhaps. The lettuce wouldn't have bothered me if it wasn't the only piece of non-iceberg greens in the salad nor would the tomato wedge have bothered me if it wasn't the only piece of tomato in the salad.
