The place is known for its good vegetarian indian food. I mostly had the lunch buffet on weekdays. The spread was really nice, with a lot of South Indian staples like idly, dosa etc. Overall, it should satisfy your indian food cravings.

Noel Kuriakos

Their paper thin masala dosa (dosha if you are Malayalt) is just amazing (thanks to the Malayalee cook!!). Service and staff are eggselent. Have to go back to try more of their vwg options!!! Soooo yummy.

Manohar Yenkar

Nice South Indian food.

Madhusha Sarathchandra

Loved the sunday buffet. I had south Indian food after a long time and tasted so much authentic. Specially idly and Wadei. Good service too. Even they are busy, always comes around to check with us to make sure everything is fine. Recommend Idly, Wadai and masala thosei.

Delicious dosas - the crispy Paper Masala and the spongy Rava dosa are my favorite! I've been coming here in the past 10 years since I was a student at UMD and my go to dosa spot. Introduced my hubby and father-in-law to dosas here. Very authentic. The Dhai Puri - indian version of Nachos with crispy crackers smothered in Dhai or yogurt and sweet brown mehti chutney topped with savory Sev sprinkles was tasty. Go for the dosa combo with 3 pieces of Idly and Medu Vada. Although soft Idly was tasty, I prefer the crispy Vada. The dosas are a generous portion and perfect for sharing! The Rava dosa peppered with onions, chiles, and cilantro was bursting with flavor. The traditional Paper Masala dosa is ginormous at over feet and always on point. The spiced potato masalas are tasty and great for soaking up the flavor of the crispy crepes. The Gulab Jamun with Ice cream was a sweet ending to our meal! Of the flavors, Rose was my favorite while the Vanilla paired the best with the Gulab Jamun. The friendly service gave us dessert on the house! As you may expect from the area, the restaurant isn't fancy and no frills. Always looking forward to coming back for dosas bursting with flavor. Totally worth the trek from McLean.

Nitin J.Sanket

Amazing vegetarian South Indian food.Thali is highly recommend :)

Bala Subramanian

An excellent South Indian style pure vegetarian restaurant. Daily all you can eat buffet which is a good value. Clean rest rooms. Parking is congested most of the time.

Debra Olson

Delicious vegetarian Southern Indian food buffet. I understand that the weekend version is much larger, but the weekday lunch is quite good with many options too. The food is fresh and good, and very filling. The staff are quite attentive too.

Sn Piramanayagam

Excellent place for South Indian vegetarian food

Srikanth Vavilala

Food is decent, but definitely not South Indian. It's more like North Indian food. Pretty crowded place. For the price you could probably get better ambience and better tasting food, somewhere else.

Julie McFadden

Delicious, clean and great variety

Elisa Ferrante

Well, now that I have found this place, I cannot wait to go back and try more of their menu. We had dosai and Upatham and they were absolutely delicious. We clearly looked like tired parents with a cranky toddler in tow and the staff was extremely kind and patient with us as well, which we highly appreciated. Between the great food and the friendly, efficient service, I know this will become one of our go to restaurants!

Laljee Godhoo

Best vegetarian

Karthick S

We were on a trip to DC and found this restaurant. Food was delicious. We really enjoyed the food. Thank you! Looking forward to your branch in Seattle Area :)

naval batra

Authentic South Indian food good taste and ambience near Washington dc

Julie Fennell

The buffet (especially on weekends) is pure paradise for vegetarians and even non-vegetarians. I've been eating here at least once a week for six years, and I never get tired of it. Friends from out of town always beg to go, often joking that they're coming here as much to go to Woodlands as to see me. Stuff your face with amazing vegetarian food. You'll be glad you did.

Payal Gandhi

Loved the buffet! Amazing food and authentic taste of India. Dosas were great!! Would go back for sure!! Staff is great too

Aravind Thyagarajan

Good vegetarian Indian restaurant

Erikka Gluton

Great Indian food. Excellent service and the have great meals. They offer different prices the menu is good. Overall the place is very nice.

Saurabh Bhalla

MOST CHAOTIC PLACE EVER! STAY AWAY! We drove 30 mins to come here just to have the rude manager tell us go somewhere else to eat as they are busy today. They didn't even talk to each family, but just shouted at the crowd to go away. They didn't lose those customers for that day, they lost them forever! PS: This was 45 minutes before closing. And they wouldn't even let us take out.

H M

Huge disappointment. The coffee was mediocre. The dosa lacked salt and did not taste great. The vada was hot, but again lacked seasoning. I would not go back again.

DayalSharan Sokhey

Great for vegetarians. Woodlands is a well known and established brand. I have been eating at woodland in New Delhi, India, ever since I could remember. This place did not disappoint either. Excellent south and North Indian cuisines. We ordered Chana Bhatura and Poori Bhaji. Desert was vanilla ice cream and Badam Halwa. Service was fast and friendly. The waiting staff was patient and attentive. They have kids menu as well. Plenty of parking.

Ajith Joseph

One of the worst food experiences I have had. Ordered paneer masala dosa was neither tasty nor fresh, same with idle and vada and it seemed like un fresh. However I have to admit their masala tea was awesome. Puri was also good. Customer service could improve too. Would not prefer to go back unless the experience gets better.

Vicky Pohlen

Excellent food, and a fabulous price

Stephen Sachs

Nice place good food

Shailesh Sharma

They have the best dosa and paani puri in town

Sarang Mahajan

The place serves best Indian food I have had in us. We were in Dc area for 3 nights and went to this place everyday :). Well crafted menu. Kids friendly. Offered non spicy food for my kids. They too loved it.

Lalit Jha

One of the best Indian vegetarian restaurants in Washington DC area. Offers a wide range of Dosas

Cici Shannon

Tasty food, big menu, mediocre service. The veggie makhani was great. Pass on the tomato soup. No substitutions or additions were allowed when we ordered.

Vipul N Shah.

One of the best vegetarian Indian restaurant.

Hunor Szathmari

If someone really wants Indian specialty, it's the perfect choice!

Matt Miller

The best indian food in the area. Even if you're not vegetarian, it's better than all the other meat restaurants

Terrie Rada

Nice vegetarian restaurant, but spices were toned waaaay down. When I go for Indian food, I should be crying! I got three different curries, and I could have fed them to my grandmother! I don't think they even had chilis in them at all. Disappointing, but edible.

PARAG JOSHI

Nice Variety of Indian Authentic Food.

darshi malkan

Great South Indian food restaurant. Pure Veg. Weekend buffets are good. It includes chaat items. All the dosa are delicious. Rasam is good as well.

Rajesh Subramanian

This is the best place in all of Maryland , Virginia and DC for vegetarian food. Food is fresh in comparison to other cookie cutter indian restaurants which keep using the same spice base for all the stews like (Kootu or rasam). There are atleast 4-5 varieties of stews prepared fresh even though its a buffet. All the pooris , dosas and idlis in the carb category are also fresh. There are 2 deserts in the buffet menu , and it is very well priced. They don't charge if your kid is less than 3 years old.

Lydia Prentiss

I've been coming here for years. Check out their weekend lunch buffet which let's you sample some of everything! Was strangely and inappropriately rushed last weekend. We had a check on the table after 15 minutes- before my friend even came back with his second plate! The manager actually waived away the waiter when he tried to refill our glasses. You'd think we could get ONE water refill! Was it because they were busy or because my friend was black?

Armando Rosario

Woodlands is amazing. It's more of the type of food someone would cook in their home for you in India. The prices have gone up slowly over the past few years but that's expected. The regular menu and the buffet items seem to be identical and things like dosas if unavailable during the buffet can be special ordered at your leisure.

krishnapriya yeri

I wouldn't give a single star, but in order to post I'm forced to give atleast 1star. The taste was absolutely hopeless. Instead of bisi bele bhat they gave us sambar rice and for them spring dosa is cutting the masala dosa into 4 pieces. It's not at all worth. I don't reccomend this restaurant at all!!

Shivani Parikh

Always nice to visit an Indian restaurant abroad! Good food. Good ambience. Great staff! :)

Vijay Chandrashekar

Extraordinary vegetrian lunch buffet. Very courteous staff and fresh hot food. Authentic south indian sambar rasam and vegetables.

priya ravindran

We ordered parotta, gobi manjuri and mutter paneer.I got the reference of this restaurant from a friend .Two of my friends and I went ..none of us liked any of the dishes .I also felt like vomiting

Ramya P

I have been here during my visit to virginea in 2016 and again now in 2019. From the ones I tried- all the tiffins are very tasty especially mysore masala dosa, onion dosa, Masala wada, Vada sambar. Veg tali also comes with variety of curries and dishes having great taste. Desserts at this place are very awesome. Servicing is also very friendly with clean and neat ambience. Overall great option for south indian vegetarian.

Brady Decker

One of our favorite Indian buffets. 100% vegetarian, always several vegan options. Unique and different dishes all the time, and so delicious!

Palak Patel

Quantity is very less with compared to price . Not even authentic taste for South Indian as well as North Indian food For foodie people this is not worth restaurant.

carlos dela cruz

Vegan friendly! Very delicious food. Seems a little pricey for the amount given but we both left satisfied and with a small amount to take home. Helpful and friendly staff and it did not take long at all to get attended, get our meal, or even the check at the end. Highly recommended. Also, I was comforted knowing there were several Indian families eating there while we were visiting.

Peter Papura

I wish I lived closer! Excellent for Indian lovers and vegetarians!!!

Marc Stone

Delicious and reasonably priced

Dave K

Delicious, even as a non-vegetarian. I literally have friends who drive up from NC purely to go here.

aniruddha k

Good combination of food at the buffet but most of the food was quite bland. Dosas had good texture. The paneer was a disappointment. The rasam and sambar are the best highlights.

Daniel Smead

Great food, service and atmosphere.

Jayna Shah

Awesome experience anyday!

Beth Leanza

Buffet has everything Indian (and Sri Lankans) like!

Johnny Ivanovich

The food is extremely flavorful.

Ramya Raj

We were here for a weekday buffet. My husband was a regular here during his college days (few years back)and couldn't stop saying all the good things about the food here. But,this time we were not very satisfied with the experience. We arrived at around 1:00pm. The food-Few of the items weren't warm enough. The South Indian dishes Idly, medu vada, dosa(brought to your table),milletbath, sambar were exceptional. Masala vada was not cooked in the center and was a pass. The chat was mediocre and only bits of it was left(At 1pm) and was never refilled. The curries-4 varieties were not upto the standards. The most disappointing things were the paratha-which was cardboard like and not edible,Plain rice-underdone and like needles. Well the two main things with which we scoop the curries were terrible. Finally the desserts-Payasam was good and sheera wasn't great. The decor specially the seating definitely needs a upgrade. Servers always had a straight face and didn't see a smile on anyone's face, but they promptly took away the used plates and refilled the water. Price-11.50$ per person (including tax) for a weekday buffet.

Rakesh Arya

Good Vegetarian food... Buffet on Saturday and Sunday

Rakesh Pandey

Absolute peace of mind for vegetarians at this place. I love South Indian food and their preparations are excellent. Wish we had many more restaurants like this.

PARTH BORICHA

Great veggie Indian food especially kanchipuram idli, uttapa and gobi manchurian. Service could have been better.

KRUTHI BHAT

We happened to find this place while we were looking for pure vegetarian indian restaurants. On the way to Washington DC from NJ. I felt the service is average. Taste of the food is good. But they really need to improve on the service to customers.

Mayank Bhatiya

How come it has this good rating ...we had really bad exp. food was okay and waiters attitude was really bad..I would not recommend this place

R Ravi

Visited last weekend and enjoyed food here. The ambience is good and sufficient seats available. There is absolutely no wait time in spite of busy weekend for our dinner. Ordered typical South Indian dishes like idly vada and dosa and found very authentic. The spice levels were perfect for kids. The sweet lassi was best compared to other restaurants we tried in the past. Service was prompt and we didn’t see any delays. We’ve sufficient parking lots in this area and no difficulties faced. Overall had a nice dinner experience with perfect taste and customer service!

Madhav Pathak

South Indian Food is the best thing of the menu. Good quantity

Ishwar Hebbar

Best Indian (south Indian in particular) food in Washington DC. Weekend lunch buffets are the best!!

Aalap Shah

The moment you enter the restaurant, the aroma tells you everything about the place. Delicious South Indian cuisine - especially the lunch buffet. Wish their dosas were better :(

Satish Haryadi

They try, but a long way to go. They have to improve on the decor, and quality of food. Felt like I was in a small time hotel in India.

Arun Mahajan

Very nice food and treatment.

Catherine Moore

Spent 3 months in Bangalore and missed the food like crazy until I found this place. Best South Indian food ever!

Sravanthi Mamidi

Very nice vegetarian food. Place was very clean, it's little bit expensive but worth to visit.

Subramanya Jois

Great South Indian vegetarian restaurant. Coffee is awesome..

Gayatri Shenai

Went for dinner. Place was empty. When we ordered they brought all the courses together- food was lukewarm and not hot. Have heard the buffet is much better but have never tried.

Esther Kieserman

The Indian food at Woodlands is amazing! When people come in to town we take them there because it is that good! It's usually packed with large parties of families enjoying an awesome meal together. It is all vegetarian but you don't miss the meat for a minute! They also have a few vegan options. Highly recommended!!!

Sunderraj Purushotham

Rassam is as good as Payasam. One is hot and the other is sweet.

Jayant Vodela

Excellent vegetarian

Rajam K

We love this woodlands more than the one in Virginia. The food here is tasty and the price is reasonable. Service is excellent.

Daryl

Very good lunch buffet here.

Marcella Ortiz

So flavorful and delicious! I especially love the morning all you can eat buffet. So many vegetarian options. One of the best Indian restaurants I’ve been to around the DMV area.

Cynthia T

Always the best Indian food, fresh, well prepared, and so tasty that you never even notice your whole meal is vegetarian! Charming and clean place. Our favorite.

Christina V

Great service! Regardless, our table ordered a malai kofta and a channa palak and unforunately both didn't have much flavor. Wasn't the channa palak supposed to be spicy?

saumya singh

So happy to eat Indian food in the US.

Hriday Unadkat

The food at Woodlands was great! We went for the buffet and thoroughly enjoyed the food. The food service was quick (no food really ran out since if it did, it would quickly be replaced). The restaurant really cared about their vegetarian audience; most of the food was vegetarian. The buffet price was economical too. The only thing that I would recommend is an update of the ambience, which is fine currently anyways!

divita mathur

Good place to get a quick indian meal.

Krishna Das

Food used to be much better a year ago. Sad to see this restaurant not maintaining the same food quality.

Harish Bhatt

Great authentic Indian food

Kandice Briggs

Sooooo good! Try it out sometime. You won't be dissapointed

Josh Bittinger

Woodlands is probably my favorite restaurant in the DC Metro area! I was introduced to Indian food here and have been going back for the weekend buffet for years. I've gone to several other Indian food buffets, but have been sorely disappointed by the lack of variety. At Woodlands, there's something for everyone and everything is so tasty!

Youthika Chauhan

Excellent food! Very authentic. Great service!

Chinye Amadi-Emina

Loved the meals, nice ambience

Ashish Ranjan

Food is really good. Authentic South Indian dishes. The only downside I felt was the waiter coming up the passing the bill 4 times. So service should be a little better

Brahma Koodallur

There is a reason this place is still popular - unwavering attention to quality and customer satisfaction. I recently ate here after about 10 years. Still as good as I remember it. The area around its location has changed drastically, but it hasn't. You are promptly seated upon arrival. The ratio of waiters to diners is quite high, so it is highly unlikely that you will ever go unattended. I went on a Sunday, so the buffet was on. Perhaps thanks to this, they were getting people in and out fairly quickly. That said, did not see any signs of people being rushed out. I certainly felt welcome to stay as long as I wanted to. The variety of food offered in the buffet was ample. The food was tasty and fresh. There was enough consumption to keep it fresh too. The "Mysore Coffee" hit the spot.

urmi golwala

Jain food is also available that's great...good and cooperative staff ...

Laura P

This place is a local institution well worth visiting. Bring a couple of friends so you can try several dishes, and ideally share them. Tons of vegetarian and many vegan options as well as some gluten free choices (but I am not sure about cross contamination, so bear that in mind). Dine while murals of Krishna and his consort look on in beatific kindness. Service is gruff but efficient and polite. The appetizers, coconut rice, and enormous crispy dosa are not too be missed. A sticky sweet dessert with traditional cardamom chai is a great end to the meal, as is the last sips of your mango lassi (though I like the plain ones best, friends almost always prefer the mango). And it's even affordable and highly transit accessible, located next to the Takoma Langley bus transit center.

Heather Minter

It was one of the best vegetarian places I have ever been to. I recommend it to all of you.

Anang

Bit of a hike for those coming from DC proper but worth it for amazing, consistent, and tasty vegetarian food. Arrive early, and don’t forget the Dosas.

Rashi Garg

Good food and great service! All the staff was very polite and attentive. The food was fresh and authentic tasting. The dosas tasted great, the idli was dry, wouldn't recommend that, my son loves paneer makhani, that was good too. Will definitely be going back soon!

Misha Peter

Poor food quality. Their Pani Puri is “Masala from Dosa and Tamarind water.. No mint water !! Dosa quality is also average. Compared to price food and ambiance are not that good..

Patrick Earle

Best Vegetarian Indian buffet we've ever had. Good variety, and not too spicy.

Puroshottom Pareek

Very nice place for vegiterian peoples. Food is very nice

Casey Brennan

Amazing weekend buffet! I don't eat here during the week, but this is my favorite weekend buffet. I'm also not vegetarian, but I don't miss meat at all when I eat here.

Pinky Kasotia

.Very tasty food and lots of varieties to choose from. Staff was calm and collected.

John Davis

Service was friendly and prompt, and waiter answered all our questions re: different dishes. The dishes we ordered we're each unique and flavorable, and all were delicious. Prices were reasonable.

Prabhat Jain

Excellent restaurant. Amazing indian food!! Purely vegetarian. Prompt and attentive staff. Had a lunch buffet at the place and found the prices also very affordable. Highly recommend

Sweta Pandya

Woodlands is wonderful! We travel over an hour for the food. It's adequately spiced and very flavorful, unlike many other Indian residents we've been to that are over the top spicy. We've ordered off their menu and have been to their weekday and weekend buffets as well. Weekends are absolutely packed, but well worth it. Staff are attentative, courteous and happy to walk around buffet and point out vegan options. Don't be dismayed by the location. Woodlands is a gem.

Amit

Definitely one of the best purely vegetarian place around college Park.

ETL Dev

Mostly south indian items in buffet. $15 weekend buffet rate. Item included idli, alu bonda, uttapam, upma, pav bhaji, golgappa, chaat, dosa, sambar, rasam, 4 vegetable entress, veg biryani, chole, bhature etc. Sweet dish was below average and included sewai and 2 other items. Palak Paneer had hardly any paneer. Buffet did not include any masala tea or fruits or ice cream. Compared to other indian buffet, food taste was bland here.

Poorvaja Ganesan

Dosa is very good

Tharun Reddy

Good taste and ambience

Mohammed M. Sarvath

Decent tasting choice of entrees. However, the ambience of the place, the quality of items offered, and their overall taste does not warrant whatsoever the pricing on the menu which seems to continually increase with no apparent reason. The servers however are very nice!

maniraj N tvl

Good restaurant option for South Indian Vegetarians.

Michaela Aparicio

My favorite Indian restaurant EVER. I love the weekend buffet. So much variety. Service is attentive.

mahendra rao

Not great for either food or service. A bit pricey

Susan Buckhout-White

The dosais here are amazing. The rest of the menu is good as well. Not fancy but good food at a reasonable price.

Parikshita Sahoo

Great place for South Indian vegetarian food. Bit crowded on weekends. However, we didn't face any issue in getting a table.

bhanu kannan

Good place for South Indian and North Indian vegetarian buffet. It is totally vegetarian and good food.

Sudha Agrawal

Being a vegetarian, it’s hard to find a place where you can order everything from a menu. Usually s small section is devoted to vegetarians . This place is awesome. Food is excellent and service very good. We ordered the chola bhatura, and it was very good. The biggest bhatura I have ever seen. It is a “must go” for vegetarians. Their dosa was excellent and so was the malai kofta.

Ketan Patel

Good, quick before evening crowd s. Good food.

Gary Good

The place offers a fantastic range of delicious food. I enjoy eating here. The employees are always very welcoming, rates are reasonable and the place is always kept clean.

Manjri Kanotra

Good food at the lunch buffet. They deliver fresh dosa to your table if you ask.

Binyamin Biber

Fantastic vegetarian Indian cuisine! The weekend buffet is truly wonderful, though best to come at 11am or 2pm - to avoid long waits with the peak lunch crowd. Many vegan items, and staff are helpful, if one needs assistance with ingredients or such. Enjoy!

Mira Marnie

Don't judge a book by it's cover! I didn't know what to expect here but I was pleasantly surprised! Amazing food. Definitely worth a visit!

Sam Thamban

Reasonably priced indian vegan restaurant. Service is a hit or miss. Food is decent.

Mathangi Swaminathan

Amazingly delicious food and quick service. I had the South Indian thaali and came out extremely satisfied with the meal. Highly recommend this place for people seeking authentic homely South Indian food

Arvind Mandra

Nice Indian home style food. Most of the dishes are well made and tasty.

Anshuman Swain

Really good for South Indian cuisine. Everything is vegetarian here, but is pretty good. They offer buffets during afternoon, which is pretty good and cheap for the cost. The a-la-carte menu just also great. The dosa is a must try here from a-la-carte. The ambience is okay, and the service is nice. But it is a must try for its taste and price!

Rahul Ratra

Excellent Indian Vegeterian Food

Khushi Karia

We went on a weekday. Not too impressed with anything except the dosa, which was really good. The pav bhaji was.. Eh. It wasn't mashed and it's not the taste you expect from pav bhaji. The medu vada were too dense and dry.

thari saxena

I loved this restaurant even though I'm not vegetarian. 17 years now and 2 hours drive to get there. But we still visit this restaurant.

Santiago Luna

Authentic and delicious!

AKHIL P

Very bad food for North Indian

clark dhruva e. forden

Being vegetarian, we enjoy the weekend and holiday lunch buffets. The quality of the food is very good and consistent over the years. It is reasonably priced. Sometimes we have ordered snacks at dinner time. The mango lassi (yogurt smoothie) is really a treat.

Tom Richmond

Really great... and I'm not a vegetarian! The flavors and textures are worth a return trip.

Ray Weil

Delicious Indian vegetarian food. Many wonderful vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free entrees. Don't let the strip mall setting put you off. Inside you will be well taken care of and fed the best of Indian food buy a caring staff and owner.

Pedro Salas

The food was tasty and we got it quickly. The attention was good as well. We had a very nice dinner.

J John

Good lunch buffett variety for $15

Tirumal Jallepalli

Upma was too oily. The ice cream in falooda was freezer burnt. Both tasted bad.

Nishant Mendiratta

Ok food. Not that great. Expensive for Washington DC area.

Dustin Sanders

Amazing. Came for the lunch buffet and didn't disappoint. Usually don't like buffet but everything was tasty and wasn't over powered. So full, have to be rolled out. :-)

Ravi Narayan

Excellent restaurant, I ordered just Gobi Manchurian with few Chapathis. Initially, it was made with less gravy by the chef as an appetizer item instead of entree item, so seeing me struggling eating the Gobi Manchurian with Chapathis, Mr. Srinivas himself went back and got the entire entree fixed with more gravy. I really appreciate his behavior and Mr. Srinivas

Anurag Paranjape

Average quality food. Had heard about the restaurant by many. No idea what people love here. Food is not bad but nothing is unique or worth remembering. Surrounding area feels shady. Service was fine.

ajaykumar thakkar

Costermer service is no good all my family not happy

Sam Dua

Very nice . Delicious South Indian food buffet. Did not like the North Indian food. Dessert were good too. We enjoyed too.

JohnR Llewellyn

Excellent Indian food, even for non-vegatarians. Authentic and consistent quality. Always crowded and a pleasant atmosphere. Worth making a trip to.

ROHIT KHURANA

Good quantity but poor on quality

Shraddha Rao

I have always been to this restaurant for lunch buffet. They have a lot of vegetarian food options. The dosa and uttapam are amazing. I even love having their pav bhaji. I feel this restaurant is a really good option for vegetarians.

sparsh gupta

Food was okay. Service is very bad. During our entire lunch nobody came to serve. You have to call them if you need anything. They would not even look at you when you are talking and not at all interested.

Rachel Sherman

My favorite Indian food in the area, especially due to the bountiful weekend buffet. I’ve been coming here for over 6 years and the food is consistently delicious.

Ashwin Muthiah

Fantastic south Indian food. It’s exactly what you look for in a place like this!

Aditya Gupta

Food was tasty but the dessert I ordered left something to be desired. We were seated promptly and the environment was pleasant. I would go again for the food.

Mark Sibert

I love how they experiment with different flavors, even bad American tastes, i.e. chili paneer. They do more than the boring salad Indians normally make, which is awesome; but could be creative with salad dressings.

Molly Gavin

Best lunch buffet!

Jayaprakash Annappa

High price, tasteless food. Chutney was surely preserved for a long time and served. Never ever I’m coming back to this place again

David Cox

Love this fresh vegetarian southern Indian food. Amazing Sunday brunch

Vamshi Kumar

Very good food... Tasty and traditional...

Juan Jesús Haro

Very good food with a good variety of dishes including desserts.

Pradeep Kumar

Best Indian vegetarian food. Awesome fresh food. Lunch special. You must try.

balaji k

A truly amazing delicious place for vegetarian South Indian food. We drove from Raleigh , North Carolina to Niagara with pit stop at Washington DC both ways. We were on the lookout for nice authentic south Indian food and found this place. My wife and Mom truly truly loved it. We have had food at several eateries in Raleigh but nothing like this. Poori bhaji , Vegetable uttappam , Coffee are our personal favourites and the taste is outstanding. We will definitely try it out when make trips via Washington

Sarayu Raghunandan

Every dish we ordered had so much soda. Caused a stomach ache even before we could finish eating. Despite asking the waiter if they make fresh vada they serve old, hard ones. Terrible experience !

Jatin Gajjar

Nice veggies place for Indians!!!
