The food here was disgusting. Everything looked old and they don't have hibiatchi. The server was rude. One lady insisted on cleaning the wall where my table was while I was eating. Once I asked her to wait until I left she started cleaning the seats. Very rude

The staff was very rude , food was very disgusting , the seafood pasta was so sour I could puke , they're chicken was very dry and not to mention old and hard , I also witnessed them saving old fruits and desserts and putting them in a fridge , I'm highly disappointed and I feel sic to my stomach , they're bathroom is very dirty as well no tissue no soap and urine on the floor and toilets , and don't even think about eating they're sushi they spray chemicals all around it and it literally smells like bleach , the soups are very old with a date of 02/15/18 do not go here

The food had been setting out and was dry. Piece of sweet and sour chicken was so hard that I couldn't cut it. The servers stood in a huddle waiting for us to leave. We finished a plate and went back for seconds & they almost ran us over to clean the table. Then realized we were going for more & stopped. As we did leave they swarmed the table and starting cleaning it as I was finishing my ice cream. I had part of my fortune cookie left and was eating it went to take a drink & she had stuffed a napkin in my water. Just rude and not good food. Do not eat here. Not worth the price by a long shot.

Every dish I tried was cold, even the garlic bread was cold. Even tried simple dishes like the cut up potatoes, but they weren't fully cooked AND they were cold. I was afraid to try any seafood. For $13 a head this should be much better.

Good solid variety, similar to the much-missed Peter Pan buffet in Fairfax City. Soda or tea included in the base price. Lots of competently fried foods, basic Chinese/American, sushi, nothing exotic that I noticed. I'll be back, even though it's a pretty fair drive. It's a good feed of fun food.

News Flash: COUPON OFFERS online to print...whether you're a trucker or a just like being served by Trucker Women! I plan to eat there again. My budy printed his coupons from the Google Maps posting saying he was turned on by the Fresh Soup Server Trucker Woman. Truck Stop! This place is along the trucker Pike and isolated part of the shopping center, after going in I could see more of this image. It may have been the woman serving at they fresh soup counter giving the trucker image or a green dresses running giving that trucker image. For $13.20 on a Sunday Night the food was very tasty and nothing made me sick like Flying J's. The soup trucker lady did make good meatball soup and asked if I wanted it spicy or not. At the buffet I found a fish assortment to be proud of, for example the salmon was dry and cook the way I like it. The seat that was assigned to me was like a racetrack on both sides of the table near oversized women with behavior of truckers problems so there was always a commotion. Oddly enough I did not hear any 18-wheelers screech to park at a large window behind me. Guess the food here again was a pleasure since I haven't eaten here in a number of years because it seemed to be serving more fish than I care to eat with management changes.

Rip off $14 per adult and food is not good at all. Definitely not worth the money. The food is old nothing fresh. The service was bad as well, they came every 20 minutes to refill drinks and take the plates. It was my first and last time here would not recommend this buffet to anyone. Be aware!

Nice mix of foods. I love seafood, and their options were numerous and tasty. I also adore Asian food, and there was plenty of variety to sample. It was a good value. I believe $13 was the weekend rate, and this includes served drinks. There were a number of soups as well, but I filled up on the seafood, so didn't get try the soups, which looked very good. If you are into veggies, they had several all vegetable dishes which I loved.

They make you pay and tip before you eat, never have I left a tip for service before I received the service. Won't be coming back.

I have never experienced such a place that have no regards to the customers. Food was absolutely horrible and they literally didn't care. I have been to numerous buffets in my lifetime and this place was the worst of all. I feel sorry for the guy who took my payment because he was actually a very nice guy but they must fire their cook first off and give their waitress a lesson or two on how to communicate with customers. Their understanding was horrible and I gave up trying to get my waitress to understand about just giving me water. I am very puzzled how such a place can stay in business with bad food. I hate to give such a review but don't go in a place blind like I did expecting half way decent food because you think all buffets are the same. Trust me they are not. This place is the worst in the md dc and va area. Believe me!!

Immitation crab sushi is no sushi. The fish looks good but tastes horrible. Servers remind you to leave by giving fortune cookies after your second plate. Melon is hard and testless and there are not many other fruits. You don't even get what you pay for.

Great variety & pricing! The service isn't anything special, nor is the sanitation of the bathroom. However the amount of food for the price is certainly worth paying. On weekends it's more expensive and more busy. Has American, Chinese, Japanese & some Korean dishes - in my opinion the sushi, kimbap, & pearl rice soup were the best quality dishes available.

Just like most buffets it can be rather right and with a continuous effort made at getting food it feels like Thanksgiving. The food is well maintained from what I could see and their staff is good mannered. Cleaning can be difficult with the lack of space to do so which is how I found myself shattering a clam shell in the process of eating. The place is good and the host was willing to give me pointers on learning Chinese so that's always appreciated.

First off the staff was rude , disrespectful and very unprofessional. The kitchen closed 45 minutes before the buffet closed. The food selection and taste was the worst that I've every experienced at a Chinese buffet or any buffet for that matter. The crab wonton had a sour taste, it was so sour I had to spit it out in a napkin. While the employees were putting away the food , I seen one girl wrapping up the unused fruit and veggies then placing them in a frig, so they could possibly be re-using food . If I had to bet my life I would bet that they don't put out fresh food all the time every time. I was highly disappointed in my experience at WIN BUFFET . I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR AT WIN BUFFET. the win buffet has the feel of a business getting ready to go out of business. It's sad and a health hazard.

Because it's one of the most popular restaurants in the universe. Many of those dishes are famous to enjoy the ingredients they make. At home, they can't try to cook just like they did. It's only regular basis. In public, it's a reflection of quality when individuals dine in for pleasure. It's special there. I'm not new to this. (For real?) Yes I know about this very well. This buffet is a Chinese and Hong Kongese eat in and carry out. In order to enter the buffet, everyone must purchase for stay ins to the cashier point. He/ she/ they can pay for it to the cashier before they're going to eat or get in, find the best table to sit, enjoy the food and pay later. Those are 2 options. Indeed. It cost $13 for one person. 2 is $20. For carry out such as to go take food with them, it actually cost $15 per ounce. (How?) At the cashier point, they have the (food degital scale machine) it tells them the results of how much they must purchase before they leave. They can pay by cash, debit, credit card, or different bank cards from all over the country. [Example] only if its light, it can be cheap, $10, $8 or less then that. If is heavier, it can be expensive like $15, $20, or $30 bucks. Even if they get 2 or 3 square containers, it can be a valuable prize. witnesses are friendly. Usually they're girls there. They're young adult ones. (Are they ?)Yes they are. They take plates when people finish their supper each sets on the row. Sometimes they try to ask customers if they can get their plates from them while they continue eating or haven't finished yet. However, they see a empty one in front of them or at the side. They question themselves of (its it okay to take it even if he's/ she's / they're not done yet?) They go for it and got it. But many times they don't ask them if they're finish or done. However, they just take it without asking questions. Because they wouldn't bother them for that. It part of their duty. If customers are done and left the table, they clean it up to make it very convenient for the upcoming customers. Not just that, the service too. They sweep the floors once they're not around or show up yet. (Why?) Because it's their job to make sure the area is clean so that they don't have to be embarrassed about it. After they enter the buffet, the food is located on the front and in the right corner. Bathrooms are located on the near end where they have too many boxes stored. On the left, there's a bathroom ahead. The sushi bar it's on the left side where they have cooking section. They also make shop in front of them. They have television on top of the ceilings . They usually let people watch news not shows, movies, music videos, sports channels, cartoons, or kids programs. (Really?) Yeah. They do play music inside. More often Asian entertainment then American or different music from countries. Chinese song they play. Yes they do. Asians work there but they have Spanish people work there. (Are you serious?) Yes. I'm sure about this. Several times it can be less busy there but when tourists come, it gets busier then customers expected. They're Chinese and Hong Kongese tourist like to come and enjoy their buffet there. Most of the times it can get packed. Only holidays can make it happen. I arrived around mid afternoon. The food was cold and stale. The restaurant seemed run down and dirty. While walking towards the restroom is smelled like a fish market. Not much flavor to some of there selected items. Ive decided to give one star because of the managers attempt to reheat and replace some of the cold food that I mentioned.

It was the worst buffet I have ever gone. Although I don't hate foods which are not yummy, I made some leftovers. The workers were so-so. FOOD ARE AMAZING NOT CLEAN.. There is a sign that the workers should abandon the left foods in a specific time, but that's a lie. They love to reuse their foods! Unless it is peek-time, I do not recommend you guys for your health and your stomachs.

I have tried this place twice. I would say it's your average Chinese buffet. Semi warm food that's dry as can be. There are alot of fish dishes, a few chicken, and beef dishes. I can't remember if there is a hibachi grill. I gave it two chances, never got sick. However, wasn't impressed enough to go back.

first time visiting and found it to be clean well stocked and a friendly welcoming environment. the food layout is huge and tastes just as good as it looks. A sushi bar and grill add to the already well stocked buffet. the desserts are worth saving room for and they have an excellent ice cream machine. The tea is a very pleasant brew both hot and cold. The soda is from a fountain machine so its crisp and fresh. the bathrooms were clean and stocked. the parking is plentiful. the price is good and made better with a coupon and Mil id. its nice to be respected as a USArmy Retiree

Súper expensive for the lack of food variety. Paid 27.00 for me and my wife on a Monday, 230pm. Sushi bar had only 5 kind of sushi. The Food was not fresh and no meat variety. I have rated one star to the Buffett in Alexandria but definitely this is a less than one star. Good to know how bad they was so I don’t ever come back here again.

I came here on a Saturday for dinner ($13.20 plus tax) and they had crawfish, fried shrimp with the shell, fried crabs, fried flounder with bone, fried chicken, fried tilapia, steamed fish, and a bunch of limes in the appetizer salad section which I squeezed over all my seafood. It was delicious! They had other things also but I preferred to stick with the seafood. The sushi selection wasn't amazing or awful either. I really appreciated how they had hot soymilk and chinese donut which is a sign of authenticity when it comes to chinese food. Glad I came!

I highly recommend Wins if you are a typical american looking for a Chinese buffet. This is a medium sized place, the selection of foods is good, and it's all very well prepared and great tasting. They have a good variety of seafood but not an overwhelming amount and they make soup to order. The price is excellent at about $12.50 per person and even though I moved almost an hour away my wife and I still come back because we haven't found anywhere that is as good in the area.

I went to eat here last nigth and is my last time. Not only i been vomiting i also found a piece of scoring pad on my food. Its 3:30am and cant sleep from stomachache and consistently been vomiting. Told the waiter she said sorry and throw the piece in the garbage, told the front desk person said sorry that they he was going to talk to the kitchen staff. Food is garbage and soooooo greasy.

Very very good definitely worth that 1 star. The place was filled with approximately 300 hungry chihuahua, when the hidden certificate in the back stated max of 200. The floor offered free Elmers' glue as if it was a warning not to enter. The beef had a very nice gum-like texture aka Gum Chewing Simulator™ 2015, my jaw became 23% smaller after the first bite. The honey chicken was pure sugar, coated with sugar... Wow sugary!! Other foods had an unidentifiable distinct smell and taste!! I could almost imagine myself sitting on the sidewalk of a Chinese street. Pizza slices were found in the cake section, probably intended to make them cheese cake more flavorful. As my parting gift, I took half of the fortune cookies available. However to my disappointment, the fortunes were filled with grammar mistakes. G8 B8 M8 would never R8 again. PS. Pretty sure any reviews over 1 star is its own employees.

I wanted to go HeeBeen, but they were closed due to plumbing issues. Win Buffet was the closest buffet open that served Asian food. Food was kept plentiful but some dishes tasted cold. Atmosphere is reasonable, but high traffic with some customers and staff who aren't courteous. Not saying all staff are not nice or pleasant. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the food. Decent selection of fish, popular Chinese dishes, and some American fried foods. I'll consider coming back, but I won't be a regular. All in all, I left with a full belly.

HORRIBLE service...the most disgusting quality food I have ever had at a buffet. The cabbage tasted like chemicals had been put in the sauce...when I complained to the manager they refused a refund and laughed in my face and said “the food tastes fine”. Not to mention, a guy was complaining that the food tasted like hand sanatizer/windex while we were getting our food. Their hibachi buffet is NOT a real hibachi buffet and half of the “fish” still had their heads attached...its a sight straight out of Kowloon City (look it up if you don’t know)..IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH, DO NOT GO HERE. The health department NEEDS to check in on this poor excuse of an establishment.

First of all, the service is bad. When it was time to be seated, there were no servers to seat us. We had to find our own table. No one took our drinks, asked if we needed any help, etc. We had to personally ask someone to come over to get our drinks, but she had a dissatisfied look to her face. The floor (carpet) is dirty. Seriously gross. Secondly, food selection was okay, but the quality wasn't up to par with other places that I've been to, which was cheaper than this place. This place was very crowded, but there were many tables so it was okay. My whole family was not pleased with Win Buffet, and we would not recommend anyone to this place.

I arrived after 6 on a Tuesday. Most of the food was old then as they brought fresh food out they emptied old food on top of the new food. So needless to say it was not fresh. But once the chicken legs came out they were hot and freshly cooked. Most of the fried fish was hard, oily and crusted. Service was good and polite. Kept my drink full and plates gone. Staff very attentive. For a week night $13.52 with drink.

What can I say, it’s a Chinese buffet. Not very clean, food is mediocre, even for a buffet. Service was good, drinks stayed filled and server was polite.

No. Just no. The food doesn't even smell good which was bizarre. Worst fried rice I've ever had. Horrible sushi. Free drinks, you say? They don't have Coke or Pepsi, it's this off-brand called Al's. SERIOUSLY??? Then I asked for a different kind of soda and the waitress grabbed my straw from the old cup and put it in the new one with her grubby, plate grabbing, table wiping hands. Really grossed us out. I actually left hungry, from a Chinese buffet. Win buffet? More like lose buffet.

I wish I could give this no stars. The food was definitely sitting out ALL day. I want my money back and I want to Gag myself to remove the garbage I ate. My family was behind upset with the quality of the food. If you're looking for a Chinese restaurant don't go here! Don't believe the 5 stars because I'm sure the employees write those too. This was the worst dinner and we all left hungry. The waitresses also made fun of my dad because he ate 3 plates of food. I ate a fried banana which looked promising compared to everything else on the bar and I took a bite and it involuntarily fell out of my mouth. Disgusting. DO NOT GO HERE DEAR GOD
