Food was good. However the roach crawling across the floor next to our table really made me queasy. I am glad I had completed my meal before seeing it, as my favorite author said "I just want to hold on to my breakfast long enough to tamp it down with some lunch"

Good food, but waiter doesn't speak English well so it's hard to talk haha. The place is a little small but I wouldn't call that a negative. You should visit and try their black bean noodles or spicy noodles

Came here for their Ja Jang Myun- it was a good portion size, flavorful, and it did not disappoint! Tangsuyuk was also good but the pork was on the fatty side. Service was attentive. The free side dishes were too original and the chicken bulgogi was not that good- do not recommend. Need to come back for their seafood pancake.

#7 on the menu: kang pong gi (something garlic chicken) with ja jang myun (black bean noodles). The orange chicken was more on the sweet side so i want to say it doesn't pair with black bean noodles. Instead, eat it with white rice will balance it out the sweet. Huge portion sizes are my favorite thing about this place. gg

I think this is not authentic Korean-chinese restaurant. The taste's a little different from real one. But I recommend this place. I like their Jajang noodle and Jambong. Especially their Jambong is much better than Jang Won restaurant. Of course there are some food disappointed me.

I used work around the corner, and I wish this place was there when I was work near by. It is not easy to find decent lunch other than junk food. I had a JaJangmean. The JaJangmean tasted like the one when I was kid, and it is not easy to find the place like that.

This place serves Korean-Chinese food, thus the black bean noodles, pot stickers and fried rice options. Very simple but delicious banchan and the staff here are really nice! It's as authentic as it gets!

간판에 쓰여진 자장면만 드세요. Doordash로 배달을 시켰는데 짬뽕은 가격대비 구성이 안타까울 정도입니다. 면은 많이주나 국물이 맛이 없습니다. 불맛은 전혀없고 맵고 느끼한 맛만 느껴집니다. 국물이 맛있다면 구성이 별로라도 돈이 안아까울텐데 양은 많고 맛이없어 참으로 안타까운 메뉴입니다. 볶음밥은 그나마 먹을만해서 별 한개 드립니다.

Korean-style "Chinese" food. A very basic place. Nothing fancy. But the food is tasty and didn't come out of a frozen box. There are some interesting (and delicious) anju dishes for sharing while having drinks. Try the spicy stewed trotters, or the sizzling seafood with toasted rice, or the pressed pigs feet salad with mustard sauce. Very good! Of course Jjampong and Jja-jang-myun is great too.

This is my go-to place for Korean after work it has that home cooking feel to it both in the atmosphere and in the taste of the food. My favorite dish is the Spicy Pork Bulgogi. It's spicy and has that Korean homecooking taste to it. Even though I am not Korean, how would I know what home cooking taste like..lol

My food kang pungi looked like fried chips. It was hard. But the jjang jjang myun was good for sure. It was pretty hot & there was only one waitress working, which is a bad idea. She serviced everyone well except my table. It wa my first time & it was a bad experience. Not coming here again.

Great Korean food. The atmosphere is informal and a bit classic, not trendy at all and that is just fine with me. The little appetizer selections are great with a cabbage kimchi and diakon cubed kimchi that is my favorite. We are vegetarian and we do fine here. The server who seems like maybe also the owner assured me the cabbage kimchi has no fish in it (I'm going alonmg with that but would not swear by it) and the vegetable bibimbap is one of our favorite lunch treats. I have not noticed and table grilling technology so I do not think that style is served here. I give this 5 stars because it is perfect in its own way. Korean TV on during lunch time is a fun bonus.

Food was ok, service was meh. Waited 15 minutes to ask for the check. Idk if she was the only one there cooking/serving, but after she served us our food we didn't see her until the next group of people came in. Couldn't ask for more water or more bonchon. Ja jang myun was decent, but I think I prefer the place near Costco better.

This is my go to place to eat in Rockville. My parents are picky hermits when it comes to eating out but they would go here in a heart beat. Food is always fresh and on point and prices are more than reasonable for the amount of food they give. I definitely recommend their jja jang myun and kanpoonggi combo! Everything else is just as delicious. The lady owner is always nice to us, sometimes separating the noodles into two bowls without us asking. But because it's literally her running the front of the house, service might be slow during peak hours. I suggest going in the beginning or end of each rush.
