So much for upscale. thought this would have been a better experience given the cost. like they say "everything that glitters isn't gold". they were slow to take the dirty plates, had to ask for drink refills. it was a weekday evening, wasn't busy. then you has other customers putting food back on the buffet after it had been sitting on their table. I'll stick with the low budget buffets!

$23.00 for Dinnee Buffet and drink. No Blue Crabs. Sushie, buffet, hot sour soup(best I've ever had) and a cookie. Very good for the price. I'd hv a 5 star if the waitress wouldn't use a broom to sweep around my table. I asked her to stop sweeping because she was stirring up dust. Stopped. Suggestion is get the push sweeper that's enclosed.

There food used to be better, the staff changed a lot too. The staff they have now watch you eat like a hawk, and pick up plates while you're still eating. Then they rush you out by putting mints on the table. Its just as rude as it is humorous. Soon as thoes mints hit the table, i go and get two dessert plates. Its pricey eating here to begin with so my family and i would like to enjoy our food.

The waiters that we're in fact Asian need to learn customer service skills and apply them. You don't rush people to make up their mind about what type of drinks they want. You don't snatched receipts from the customers because you forgot who paid or had a particular drink. The end.

I Dont expect too much from hibachi style places but everything was pretty good. The first thing that jumped out was the price 20 buck for a single entry without a drink even. But the food was good, they offered steamed crabs and raw oysters which I assume comes at a hefty premium so it was certainly fair. The employees who worked sushi counter and hibachi were all nice enough and pleasant, the ladies bussing tables and refilling drinks less friendly and sporadic appearances to say the least. Wouldn't hesitate to go again if asked.

This restaurant is phenomenal. $10.99 on weekdays, more expensive on weekends but the quality is superb. They have hibachi, sushi, American food, fried food, lots of seafood, and even a Kabob corner. I love their beef ribs!

I was actually looking in my bag to leave a tip,but after the comment I didn't leave anything!!! Please address this behavior in your business!! .

Gross overpriced food. Cashier messed up so we had to pay in 3 transactions then the server accused us of only paying for 1 meal when we paid for 3. I had both receipts and she still couldn't understand. Was very embarrassing. $25 per person for boiled fish and dry shrimp. They also bread the shrimp with the shell on.

I have been eating here for years. Recently I became very sick after eating here during lunch. I had sushi which My date did not. I have gotten sick in the past as it was brought back to my remembrance after days of vomiting. I no longer plan to eat here. I threw up before I left the restaurant the manger did give me my money back. He said food poisoning takes 45mins. To 3hrs. To kick in OK well it's been 30 minutes and I was fine until I started eating this food.

Abysmal service. Had a table of four people and our iced waters were filled up zero times in one hour of dining in. Our plates were never taken away when we left the table as a group to get more food, only taken away when we sat back down after some time of sitting back down, making us have to combine plates to save space for new plates. The food quality is also very meh, but it's average and as expected for the price you pay (we went for lunch for $10.99 per person). There was also plastic cooked into dumplings we had.

I enjoy eating @Tokyo Seafood Buffet because the food is fresh and nicely seasoned. This is a place where my friends from school & I eat here about four times a year . It is a great location to travel after a tough school day. It's equal distance for all of my friends ,& an easy travel to our homes. We sit & eat plates of food while sharing our school experiences. of the pass & present. We even sit @ the same table. It is a great place for us to unwind. Thank you the good food & service.

They have a very vast variety of things to choose from. Sushi and Pho bar too. They were out of blue crabs that day, just my luck. The "waiter" never came by and checked on us nor did he offer drink refills. My BF had to go to him and ask, the whole time we were there he was on his phone. I would give more stars if the service was better. The cashier and the manager on duty were both very pleasant.

I have mixed feelings because I have had mixed experiences. At times your service has been amazing and the food has been divine, at other times, both have been mediocre. When it’s on, it sizzling. I think the lunch experience for outweighs the dinner experience. Dinner is this buffer it’s highly overpriced. If I am going to spend that much, I want to go to a nice full-service Restaurant where I’m less concerned about buffet issues .

So today I stopped by with my mom and brother. Sat down to eat @2:20 when two minutes later was told by the host that at 3:00 they would be turning over for dinner and that the food would be switched out. And that if we wanted to eat the dinner items that we would be charged $8.99 extra each for the dinner. But why would you allow your costumers to come in at a certain time pay their money with only 30 - 40 minutes until your about to turnover. Then try to charge extra??? That makes no sense to me. It's an all you can eat buffet and if the company knows that after a certain time that turnover is coming. Then people that are coming in that time frame should be notified and aware of this before paying your money and risk the $8.99 upcharge. Not as soon as you sit to eat that you only have 30 mins to eat or your food is limited. So basically I paid for one plate of food and sweet tea. No I will not be returning to this establishment. Wish it could have been a better experience.

I just called this place to make a reservation for 20 this Sunday. There is a manager named Gene apparently. I asked him if we would still have to wait. He said probably. So I said what is the point of making a reservation then. He said I dont know why are you? I said because it says on the website to rsvp. He said we only hold the seats if you come in person and make a deposit and only then the group would not have to wait. So I said fine, I can go a day early and pay the entire amount if thats the case. So just to clear things up based on what the manager said, I asked him again, "are you sure there is no waiting period if I go in person and pay the deposit?" He said there is no garauntee and that itll all depend on how busy itll be. I said why do you keep switching up your words? He said well the tables can be dirty but if you guys want to eat on a dirty table, go ahead. Once he started being extremely rude, I recorded the rest of the conversation. Im going to make sure this Sunday that the owner/ supervisor hears how the manager treats their customers.

Honestly, this place was great. I've actually been here twice now and both experinces have been good! Its family friendly, so there may be kids, and you hope the parents control the kids and don't let them run around like they are at a play ground, but I don't fault the restaurant for poor parenting. It is accessible for anyone who is physically disabled. There are bathrooms, single stalls. The variety of seafood is great! If you are going with others and your hoping for non-seafood options, there are a few, but not many and I am not sure it would be worth the cost. But if you are a seafood lover, I would reccomend!

One of the managers there named Gene is the most outgoing, friendly, helpful, funny and professional that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. He knows how to make you feel like family when you enter the restaurant. Any company would be very lucky to have a manager like that on their staff, he is truly one of a kind.

Me and my wife went to this place today and we were BOTH EXTREMELY SATISFIED! We had absolutely NO COMPLAINTS except the price. I have no idea what you haters are talking about. Somebody always has to either lie on a review or always find something wrong. THIS PLACE IS AWESOME. The price is just WAY TOO MUCH THO. It’s nothing that can’t be found at other buffets for way cheaper so I don’t understand why it costs so much. Other than that, everything was well. The food and service and everything. Although it was Mother's Day ,they handled the crowd beautifully. The wait was very short and the servers were awesome. Surprisingly good quality ingredients for a buffet. Nice seafood selections including Blue Crabs. Unlike some of seafood buffet restaurants, saltiness and seasinging of seafood was just right. None of seafood was salty. Fresh Sashimi and Sushi rolls. Good Chinese buffet bars with impressive dumpling selections. It's 5-7 dollars more than other Chinese buffet restaurants, but amazingly good price if you consider the quality of food. I don't know when but this restaurant must have a new ownership. I am planning to take my parent tonight.

So I pay for my food and proceed to the bathroom to wash my hands. One of the waitresses had just flushed the toilet and came out of the stall. She RINSED her hands with water and exited the bathroom. When I came out I proceeded back to the register to get a refund because if she's doing it, it would not surprise me if other staff is doing it as well. I then see her in the restaurant assisting customers table side. I give a 2 stars instead of 1 because the cashier was pleasant and courteous and give me a hassle free refund.

My mom loves to go there. The foods I chose were seasoned well, not over/under cooked (beef/chicken & broccoli, string beans, vegetable medley, shrimp, to name a few). We were there at a time that it wasn't crowded. Also I didn't see insects flying around. I personally prefer the food to be covered due to insects & some people who aren't cautious

Was there for a business lunch. Did very well. Was impressed by the variety of food. The sushi bar was awesome. The staff was friendly and courteous. Since it is within the security square mall area there was plenty of parking. It was a Saturday afternoon, I did not have to wait for a table. The place is clean, airy and spacious. I was most impressed by the cleanliness and size of the restroom. It was very modern and bright with an oriental splash of fabric at the entranceway instead of a door. I will go there again very soon.

In town for a women's football game, visited this restaurant from Richmond, VA. I was very impressed. Though, I could not have fried food at the time, there were plenty of other items to eat. Food was delicious; staff was very polite; and the price was reasonable. I can't wait to return.

I've been to this place a good number of times and it really doesnt disappoint. However, it really never impresses me but I like the consistency and know what to expect. Even though they can get busy on the weekends I never felt like it was so packed tables were hard to come by. The food is typical and the fried shrimp is great. I came here for dinner one time and noticed that there wasnt much of a change in selection of food. The weekend is the best time to come and pay the lunch price. If you come here late during the lunch service, the staff will walk around and put some card on your table asking you not to eat certain things since it's a "dinner" item. Pretty tacky to me. Be sure to leave at tip as well!

First let me say We came for the lunch buffet and the prices were damn near the same for dinner. Anyway, So when we got there the waitress seated us and like at any normal buffet we went straight for the food...When we came back to sit down there was a lady sitting at our "supposed to be table" which was a very unpleasant feeling and overall unorganized the waitress acted as if they didn't know what was going on and ended up moving us to another table rather than having the lady move. Moving forward... when it was the time to turn around for dinner the waitress came to our table and said that we should not eat from the food that is labeled DINNER otherwise we would be charged an extra 4-5 dollars (I forgot exactly how much she said) but it just made us feel very uncomfortable. it was just an unpleasant feeling overall not to mention some of the food looked as if it had been sitting out for hours. Long story short by the time I got home The food had made me sick to my stomach. Could barely hold my bowels.... An overall disaster

Horrible Experience!!! Roaches on the Plates. Even the Host said watch Everything. The look of the Place and the Food looks Amazing. Beware... It's dark in there for a Reason. I will be Calling the Health Department. Asap. And we asked for a refund they seemed like they were reluctant to give us one and the manager was nonchalant about the fact that they had a pest problem.

Chinese buffet, but this one is a cut above, both in food quality, and slightly in price. Great selection, and the salt and pepper shrimp are the best. Been there many times. A few times there was a party in large party room. With karaoke. You can imagine what it sounded like in main restaurant. Wait staff is very professional. All fairly "reserve". Great way to beat the traffic on Interstate 95. Jump off highway, have dinner, while traffic dies down, hopefully.

The price was higher than expected at $44 for 2 people but I was very surprised by the abundant dinner menu. Salmon, crabs (good sized but a little mushy), clams, oysters, shrimp (many varieties), mussels, duck, pork ribs, Korean BBQ and the more usual menu items to boot. The salsd bar was good and a large variety of soups are available. The desserts, usually a let down at an Asian buffet we're very good also . Banana pudding, many varieties of cake, fresh fruit and a damn good cheesecake also. The dinning room was very clean and the service was great I will definitely return to this restaurant .
