Terrible customer service....will never purchase from again. Ordered online and our son went to pick it up. Our son gave the name for the order and they acted like they didn't know what he was talking about. I forwarded him the confirmation email for the location with the name he had given so, he re-approached the counter with the same name and they finally took his payment. Right after they placed the order on the counter in which he proceeded to take, only to tell him he needed to pay so he said he already did and they didn't believe him even though they were the ones to take the payment. He luckily received a receipt in which he had to get from his pocket to confirm payment he just made to the same people. This process went on for about 15 minutes mind you so, when he got home with the pizza, it was no longer hot.

I've always liked 3 brothers. Went their for my friend's birthday today, and we brought in a party of 15. We had reserved about half of the restaurant. I ordered their "$5 Sub of The Month" which this month(June) was a meatball parmesan sub. There wasn't enough meat for the amount of bread they gave me, but it was still really good. My food came out within 5 minutes of me ordering it. It has a nice atmosphere, but only one person bathrooms. Their Italian ice is amazingly good, I recommend the chocolate or the cherry flavor.

The 3 brothers need to have a meeting because business is terrible, you’ll think it’s a dike that owns it .... cheese steak didn’t have any steak... more cheese if anything .... the wings were dry and uncooked ... and over priced could’ve went somewhere else

Let's just say it is OK. Had a Chef Salad Supreme. Salad was kind of dry and a chef salad should have eggs. Oh well. This my 2nd time here. Don't think I'll be back. The 1st time I had a steak and cheese sub was not good at all. Had no flavor. Had to add salt and pepper. Maybe their pizza is good, but I'll never know. Good luck.....

My wife brought home some of their baked ziti last night. It was soggy and bland. If you fashion yourself as an Italian restaurant, you really have a lot to learn. So disappointed.

Very unprofessional staff. The guy in the back who cooks has a nasty personality. Unfair to customers and unhappy person. Gets your order wrong and then yells back at you even if it was his staffs fault. Not coming back to this location.

Had a sloppy piece of lasagna hidden in literally a pool of tomato sauce. It's great to have enough sauce to keep a lasagna from being dry and also giving it a nice flavor but come on guys, it is like Three Brothers doesn't take any pride in the food they cook. Wings were very small and one was a half of wing.

Although my husband loves the calzones, everything else was greasy. White pizza had about a 1/4 cup of grease run off and that was a small. Fries were inedible, swimming in oil. Expensive for junk you can't eat.

The food was decent even though the waitress didn't have a clue about chicken cutlets but the cook knew, apparently they call it something else in Maryland but New Yorker Italian restaurants specialize in chicken cutlets

Order BBQ wings and chocolate cake. From Doordash and what was delivered was poorly put together. The wings not great and small with old celery. The cake wasn't good and small portions for the price. I will never eat here again.

0 Stars... I went in there and ordered a sausage & green pepper calzone, paid $10 for it and waited at a table to dine in. It came out to me & I noticed that all of the sausage in the center was stone cold. I brought the plate up to the counter and alerted the cashier to the problem. She handed it to the cook who started to take care of the problem. I went back to my seat. The cook brought it out several minutes later and placed the plate on the table. It was obviously microwaved... Soggy, droopy, mushy. Just like any baked product that comes out of the microwave. I wanted that fresh baked crispiness and crunch to the dough, but now that was all ruined. Dissapointed, I got up and left... appetite ruined. Never going there again.

Only about service, well phone service. So don't think this is about the actual food. Normally I don't do these but it was just interesting. I had Just called up for a order since I'm from out of town and it's good rated. And barely talked, had to ask if it was the pizza location. Asked for specials and kinda got a answer but no description of what came with it and just silence.

This Laurel location is a little upscale from the other 3 Brother's restaurants but not too much. You still order your food at the counter and it is delivered to your table when ready. Same great pizza and Italian dishes. On this visit I had the Italian Boat, pizza dough filled with meatballs, sausage, mushrooms, and cheese and served with sauce. Pizza can be bought by the slice or the pie and they have some of the best subs around. Fountain drinks are Pepsi products and are refillable. Service is good, the food comes out quickly, but this is not a fast food restaurant.

We had the special of the day..which was a med size pizza one topping. 10 hot wings 6 cheese sticks. The wings cheese sticks and sauces come out first all was hot. First time having the old bay season on the wings. Great will be getting them again. When the pizza came out it was nice and hot and gooey best in a long time will be getting it again too. Hope next time we go that the food as good as the first time

This 3 Brothers is a disgrace to one of the orginals. I worked at NASA in the 90s and the 3 Brothers in Greenbelt was the best Italian food in the area. Today I ordered a chicken steak & cheese sub. I get a regular roll, I ask for wheat with non-ripe tomatoes, lettuce, onions, chicken & a little cheese for $7.99. This is on the website menu for chicken steak & cheese sub: Choice of Italian or wheat sub roll. Chicken Steak & Cheese Sub Chopped chicken grilled with sweet peppers, mushrooms and onions with lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo topped with provolone cheese.

I would normally give them 4 stars because I visit here once a week or every other week and they deliver to my job 2 to 3 times a week. The reason for the 2 stars I hope was just due to a bad day. I ordered my food ( just wings ), and after being told 15 minutes it took 54. I think she forgot to submit my order, even as I sat at the counter looking at the 3 ladies on staff chat it up. I asked about my order twice and was told " not ready yet". After I finally recieved it none of the three could explain why it took so long. Hopefully just a glitch.....

I found this on restaurant finder. So I called and I decided to drive over here. When I got here the place was clean..friendly. I ordered spaghetti w/sausage..I don't like the sausage..(it doesn't taste like Italian sausage..yuk) and I ordered the ravioli with meat sauce..the food is OK..it just depends how hard you want to grade them for authenticity.. Overall the food is good..its my own personal opinion.I was really expecting a great Italian food.but its so-so..not what I was expecting..but if your hungry you won't leave here starving..I give them a 3 stars for being alright. I'm also not from around here.I'm from down south..my husbands grandmother is from New York. She's a full blooded Italian.. Her food is awesome..hands down..nobody complains about her cooking..her lasagna is awesome..but what to expect?? She from New York..

The crust is one of the blandest crusts I've ever had, could probably use a bit more salt in the dough. But otherwise, it's the closest approximation to good pizza in the area that we've been able to find. Also, they need to start delivery.
