Got seated as soon as we walked in, met the waiter within 2 minutes, instantly got drinks and rolls. The wait for the food was a little long, but they were crowded and it was definitely worth the wait. Drinks were good, rolls were great, food was even better. NYE was my first time visiting and I definitely plan on going again.

The have very good food and a lively atmosphere. There is an entertainment center attached with lots of things for the whole family. We are always happy with the food and the service. Fresh hot rolls and sweet whipped butter are the beginning of a great meal.

Best regular salad around with so many ingredients. Love their ribs, potato skins, steaks. They have a giant 40oz. porterhouse steak. Great dessert choices; especially the chocolate fudge sunday; glass goblet chilled and outside covered in fudge, rolled in crushed peanuts (optional) then filled with vanilla icecream fudge and a brownie.

This place is so good! Wish i had gone one more time before i left Baltimore. They have this one steak served with horseradish sauce or something like that and omg, let me tell you! It is SO GOOD! Ive never had bad service or a bad experience. The volume of the TVs and music is low enough that you can actually hear the people at your table. Definitely on my to do list when i visit Baltimore.

Delicious food. Had the 14oz NY Strip rare with sauteed onions and mushrooms. Steak was done perfectly and very tasty. Service was very good. High ceilings so it can be a little noisy but that is from the sports theater. Highly recommend.

Seriously the BEST steakhouse in the area. A hidden jewel. Super great atmosphere, unique special dishes almost every day. Fantasic bar area with huge screens and even a midway games area for kids and parties. Never had anything here that was bad. Arguably the best pork chops in the Baltimore area too. You wont be sorry you came. Nice rewards program too!

Steaks we're tasty and cooked to temp as requested. If I ask for rare or medium rare then cook it that way, so kudos there! Bread was good. Service was fast. Venue is very loud so conversations are held at a yell. Booth was wiped down with stale water so the whole booth had a sour smell. I would have asked for another seat, but the place was packed and we had already waited 30 minutes to be seated. If you're looking for quick service and good food this is a good place to go. Kids liked the game room. The bar area has viewable TVs from every angle. I'd select somewhere else for date night, but I'll keep this place in rotation for larger family dinners.

We always have an awesome dining experience here. The food is always hot and fresh and they have something on the menu for everyone. My Husband and I really enjoy dining in the sports bar. Please try their chili, one of the best that I've ever had. My Husband loves the delmonico steak as well, the seasonings are impressive. The staff is always pleasant and they truly have the best bartenders. Our recommendations are the Mai Tai & Bahama Mama

Food is always good and service is great. Tonight my husband got chicken and I got the pork chops. So out of the ordinary neither meal was quite done. Shawn K. Was our waiter and he was so apologetic and it wasn't his fault. Things happen. He went right into action and before we knew it, Jess T. The manager was coming over to the table. Between the two of them, they went above and beyond for us. I can't thank them enough for the way they took care of everything. In todays society people are quick to point out the bad things, but I believe in pointing out the good, and they deserve high recognition for friendly service and making sure we were satisfied. My experience last night was barely two stars but over the years I've had mostly great experiences. It seems like the place is slipping. Obviously frozen salads, gristle in the steak, my baked potato was hard as a rock and inedible. Companions was fine though. Very friendly service. For the cost I expect top notch, not tolerable.

I order a salad from this restaurant twice a week for lunch. It's typically spot on. Today the dressing wasn't up to par and Lena called me within 5 minutes of me answering their text review (as a rewards member, they send me a text after my visit asking for me to score them on a 1-5 scale). She asked what the problem was and offered to make it right. Great customer service!

OK, it's difficult to describe a place that would rank four stars based on it's multiple settings (Arcade, Sports Bar, Steak House) that feel independent of each other.. Then add GREAT food and drinks. This five is a ten!

Great place to meet up with some friends or co-workers for happy hour. There's a decent wine selection and a few cocktails in case you're not a beer drinker. The staff is extremely attentive and the wait time is fairly decent mid-week. The menu is one page (front and back) which I prefer as it means there is more preparation put into each ingredient as opposed to places that have larger menus and often cut corners to make sure everything can be cooked within a certain time.

Went here to celebrate a promotion, meet frie ds on various occasions, as well as just have dinner out. It's a great spot, up front you can get into some action with drinks, sports, and trivia, or in the back you can just relax and eat. Great food, ok prices.

Really wanted seafood but our favorite restaurant had 1 1/2 hour wait so we went to steakhouse. We still got seafood and were quite impressed. The appetizer of coconut shrimp was delicious. I got scallops which were cooked to perfection and melted in your mouth and my husband got salmon and shrimp that was really good and we had enough food to have the next day for lunch.

My husband and I took our kids here for family fun night for the first time yesterday. They had wonderful specials that we to advantage of: half- priced drinks, half-priced games, and ten dollar fajitas. I really love the stuffed poblano peppers appetizer and the red sangria! Our waitress was super nice and attentive. My kids loved the games and got decent prizes!! It was a super fun night out. We'll definitely be back and would highly recommend!!

I was here for a birthday party and I had a lot of fun here. It's not the best seating for large parties, as our group was split up in two tables that were not next to each other. However, the wait staff was very attentive and the food came out rather quickly. The food itself was very good, I'd recommend the old bay wings and the fish and chips.

My husband and I visited this place for the 1st time in a few years this past Sunday early afternoon. They were not busy. We both ordered steak, I always order the 6 ounce Filet, I specially told the waitress there is always an issue having the filet cooked med/well and it’s most always cooked well done. The waitress told me she would let the cook know. The salads came out and they were nothing like the delicious salads they use to serve. The steaks came out and mine was WELL DONE!!!! I let the waitress know right away that the filet was over cooked. She said “What would you like me to do about it?” I said “I would like a steak cooked med/well” The manager came over about the butterfly filet “I let him know the waitress never mentioned anything about butterflying the steak. “No, I don’t want the steak butterflied” “OK, I will have them cook you another steak” “I will handle it personally” I waited and waited, my husband finished his meal. The waitress came and asked if I wanted everything in a to go box. It taking longer because the manager is taking special care of it...lol! The steak was finally delivered by the manager in a to go box. I opened the box and cut into the steak and it was well done again!!!!! Are you kidding me??? The manager says “I will take your meal off the check” We leave the restaurant I look at my bank account online and they charged us for everything! My husband called them and was told “Well you will have the credit for the meal in 2 to 3 days” WOW, really??? We will never go back there or recommend it to anyone else!!!! Terrible!!! It’s zero stars from me!!!

This place was always my family's go to for great steak in a casual atmosphere. The food is amazing still but the place has not run the same since the old GM Tony left a couple of years ago. Lots of issues with slow service and kitchen issues. I will say the rolls are still worth the trip.

Nice evening at a nice restaurant. A bit pricey but they often offer deals, specials, and coupons online or in the mail. Take advantage. You won't be disappointed. Our meal was timely and hot from apps to entrees. One minor mishap w/ our entrees, but it was an easy fix and done quickly. 3 for dinner w/ a $10 off coupon, $60. Not too bad. As far as the game room, skip it. Most of the games are aging and broken. If you're going for the meal and entertainment, go visit Dave and Busters. If you just want a good steak, wings, ahi tuna app, bowl of French onion soup, chili, fresh sides, or perfectly portioned deserts; you're in the right place. I Usually have great service and even better food. However, this time, the bar tenders walked by me and looked at me for over 5 minutes before anyone asked me what I would like to drink. I ordered the nachos and the cheese steak. The nachos we're soggy and had liquid in the bottom of the plate. The cheese steak was full of fatty meat. I hate to give a bad review because, things are usually great here. I hope it was just a bad day for them and not a reflection of things to come.

This was a second chance visit cause our last time there was a mess a few years ago. Sadly, nothing has changed. They brought out the wrong steak, took 45 minutes for drink refills and the gratin potatoes were actually fresh-from-the fridge cold, which even the waiter described as ridiculous. Texas Roadhouse has them beat by a mile - until there’s new management that has their stuff together, not going back.

The restaurant has a sports bar atmosphere with TV'S. They have a television for children shows and an Arcade with games. I ordered the T-bone Steak, loaded baked potato & squash. I've given this place to Stars not because of service or food quality but because of price you walk in and they act as if there a five star restaurant with five star prices when in actuality let's keep it real in the back they have a bunch of 19 and 20 year old kids with one person that knows how to cook who knows how to cook the steaks and cook the fish and do all that correctly and they're charged me $40 for a steak and it's just not worth that type of money yes it's good food yes it's a good establishment yes it's clean okay but it is nowhere near worth the money they charge and money alone is a reason they received two stars from me

We usually go at least 1 time a week. Lately the food is not as good as it use to be. Ordered a 10 oz. Filet came out looking like a delmonico. They had cut it in half to cook it. The Chile use to have a very good taste. This time very bland, plus we ordered nachos with Chile, was terrible. Couldn't find the child and when you did, no taste. It will he awhile before we go back. My husband and his work crew use to go everyday for lunch, but not anymore. I only gave it three stars , just because the servers and the service is usually good.

Had a great time here! Quick and friendly service after a short wait for a table on a Saturday night. Love that they had cartoons on one of the many TVs to keep my child's attention. Food was delicious and I love the attached game room. My whole family enjoyed playing some games after dinner.

Kind of torn with this review...been here 2x, prompt and friendly service, nice atmosphere, love the salads...but I find their steaks blan. They are cooked to the requested temperature and degree of completeness; however, when I'm at a steak house, my expectation is the steak is not to par when you need A-1 delivered to flavor the meal. The appetizers are a bit off as well.

I am not a big fan of loud places to eat and I was also solo, so I ordered carry out. I ordered filet migon with a side of broccoli cheese soup and a loaded potato. I ordered rare steak, but I think it actually leaned to a tad raw. It was lukewarm ( I live within a mile). The potato was hot, fluffy and delicious.the soup was good. The extra bread provided was sweet. Not my favorite. They did fine with the order. Going forward, I guess I would go with med rare, ask for unsweetened bread, and go with a different soup side. All and all I would recommend their steak for delivery

Looked up a steakhouse that we haven't visited and settled for here. Promptly greeted and seated on a steady Wednesday evening. Enjoyed the Steakhouse Nachos for appetizer which were really yummy. Entree consisted of the 'Big Hurt' porterhouse 40oz cut with Broccoli and Au Gratin potatoes. Absolutely wonderful steak and prepared properly. Server David was excellent, too! We will definitely stop back in!

I've only been here once with a party of 18. They didn't have what 4 of us ordered and it took over an hour for the first people's food to come out. By the time those of us that had to order a replacement meal because they didn't have what we ordered, the rest of our party was done eating and ready to leave. So far so good. Will try again. Next visit I will.try a steak. Just ate a burger but I hear the steak is amazing.

Their name really says it all. They have phenomenal steaks here cooked exactly as you order them. Juicy and delicious every time. The restaurant area is more quiet and laid back, whereas the bar area is where all the action is. Arcade is great for the young and young at heart. Something for everyone. Servers are always very friendly

Server was nonchalant and barely came to the table. Ordered the T-Bone steak medium temperature, it came out well done. Sent it back and the new one brought out was well done too. Dont call yourself a steak house if you cant cook steak. Giving two stars; one for good old baby wings and another for the well cooked salmon.

Waited an hour for a table after being told it would be 10-15 minute wait. 8 were in our group. They kept seating some big groups before us. We called before we went to let them know we were coming. But once seated service was good.

Food is delicious. My daughter loves the arcade and being able to play games while we wait for our food. It's priced about the same as any other steakhouse in the area. It has a great selection of alcohol also. Definitely visit this place quite often with the family.

I called ahead about 30 minutes and still ended up waiting around 30 minutes for a seat. I got a 6oz sirloin steak which was pretty good. The broccoli and fries that came with the steak were bland and over cooked. I hadn't been to this restaurant for a few years and decided to go back to check it out. I'd say it's worth going to but I it'll probably be a long while before I go back.

Wonderful service and delicious food. Had a great time, except the area for larger parties is just too small people had to constantly move to make room for other people to get by. They need to come up with a more creative solution for larger groups.

Very disappointed!! Waiter was not attentive at all, took 15 after being seated to even get our drinks ordered, and it wasn’t even busy!! Food was not properly prepared and the broccoli I ordered was cold!! The kids burger was like a hockey puck so my nephew didn’t even get to eat. It was overpriced for the service and food we received! I normally tip 20% or more for service but he got 10% and lucky that I tipped that!! Needless to say my family and I will NEVER go back there again!!!
