The food was decent, but it took soooooo long to come out to our table. It also arrived cold. We had to ask for refills, napkins and silverware. Sat at a table in the bar area and it was freezing and loud. Either they need better management or more employees.

I really like to go during lunch for the lunch specials. $9.99 for a good choice of food. The menu has changed from what it was a month ago and the sides menu now has an up charge for the soup and the Marsala/mushrooms sauce . Service was a bit to slow for it being so empty but the food was good and our server was very nice. I hope they can get better at the service time and keep the doors open!

Consistently good food. Service can be off occasionally but this is one of our go to places for a good steak and baked potato. Warm bread with whipped butter and a glass of wine could easily be a meal.

They are probably only packed because they are the only game around that area. My steak was good but poorly seasoned. Our waitress was not focused and didn't listen too well. The only redeeming quality was the greet staff.

My server was GREAT!! She was so friendly and helpful and though we got one of the AMAZING deals on the early dinner special list, my steak was cooked perfect and it was tender and juicy. The rolls were soft and fluffy too. Delicious dinner for a bargain.

We sat in bar at small table someone gave us. Ryan served us and was great for one beer n natchos . He got off work and NO one ever checked on us again. We got up and went to bar to order . BAD service. Had to fend for ourselves. Finally went to bar to order a Buffalo Chicken . Do we had 4 beers, natchos, a buffalo chicken. Watching Final 4!! We are from Texas and you probably don’t care but it’s was SAD. We left No tip. Happy RV’ers from Texas

Once your food arrives it's very good but getting to that point is a process. I waited over an hour for a to go order only to have it wrong, the manager stepped in and got things together but it happens on a regular basis. I keep going back because the food is very good. On the latest adventure we had to ask 3 different waiters for mustard, 3! Finally someone in my party went to the bar and got it themselves. The bread when provided is hot and tastes like Grandma's hugs after a skinned knee. The $7 burger tastes like a $15 dollar burger, I will repeat the food, once it arrives, is very good. Go there to catch up with someone as your conversation won't be interrupted after you order, by the time the food comes everyone will have run out of topics to cover. If you are going by yourself there are 3 options, people watch at the bar, bring a book or watch a full length movie with bonus scenes.

Although service was great , the food just keep going downhill. We keep trying this place giving it another try, however it just keep getting worse. We went in at about 9:30 and the place was pretty empty, including the bat area. I ordered a chopped steak. It was dry and nut seasoned well. My mushrooms were cold cold cold. My husband ordered a cheeseburger. The meat was not seasoned at all. It's too bad because I believe it is just this Location that is going down hill on the quality of their products.

Nothing to complain here. Great food. Servers are always courteous and attentive. We don't even have to ask for refills or extra because they are really taking care of you. Nicely located and almost always busy on weekends but great food and ambience. A little too loud for little ones but they do have an outdoor area where you can sit. Food on time and done right and correctly as ordered . Coming back a must

The food is appropriately priced. There are plenty of good deals on the menu as well as daily specials and happy hour selections. Drinks are a little weak so stick to straight liquor with mixer not the mixed beverages. Steak was decent for the money didn’t really have any seasoning but again a good purchase (I ordered the surf and turf my lobster was cooked well by the way), and I love the all American salad and dressing. There are a lot of young people that work here but the service is really good. Also This place has a really good atmosphere you can sit on the patio or inside at the sports bar or the regular dining area. If you appreciate this review please don’t forget to like it

I have been going to this restaurant since it opened. last night was VERY disappointing..... waitress didn't seem to care about us..... even though it was us and one other table top that see was working. food has dropped in quality and taste. the place was pretty empty and it took an hour to get food. didnt even have crab dip (which is on the menu) part of the whole reason I went was cause I wanted their crab dip. oh well maybe someone will step in and do something.

Restaurant has a nice ambiance. My first choice from the lunch menu, the (salmon) salad was unavailable, but the yeast rolls and service were very good. My colleagues were very satisfied with their lunch orders and several decided to purchase a carryout dinner! The waitress was very nice and accommodating!

Food was really good. Service was very slow and it wasn't even that busy it took 15 minutes for a waiter to even come to our table and ask us if we wanted to drink, but many of them passed and when we made eye contact they looked away. Side salad was huge could have been a meal by itself. I really enjoyed the filet kabobs. If you have the time to sit then I recommend.

This place is your typical watering hole. I wouldn't go there for any kind of steaks or meat of any kind. I have had the steak and chicken in varying styles and found them to be dry. If you want a drink then go here but if you are looking for a good meal, run for a real restaurant please!!! Their sides are even tasteless.

Not terrible. Service was great, food was decent, prices are reasonable. The problem is the beer. Everything on tap is corporate. That is bad enough, but all of the bottle options are equally bad. There are plenty of locally produced quality beers available, and this place has goose island and sweetwater. Frankly, I dine at places that serve decent beer.

This sports bar was just OK for me. The bread was pretty great but the steak & potatoes could have been a lot better. I would eat there again but I wouldnt order a steak. It did not have enough flavor for me. The flavor that made it better was the Blue Cheese Crumbles on top of the steak. The french fries were tasteless. I would have rather gone to Outback Steakhouse.

Visited here a few times, but this last time I had to write a review. The food and customer service is always great. Waitress was very attentive, and the 1/2 price burgers were awesome. Had a little issue towards the end of the night, and the manager (HECTOR) stepped right in and took care of it. He was very pleasant, and never hesitated to help, problem solved!! We will definitely continue to visit this location.

The bar has 12 projection screen TVs and a good selection of drinks on tap. Some of the screens don't fit the entire picture, but others are fine. The grill is right by the waiting area so you can watch them cook while you wait. Food was good, those who had burgers thought they were a little undercooked. Fish and chips were crispy, but cole slaw wasn't that flavorful. Steaks were good, bread is good, deserts were large. Overall a good place to go for watching sports and enjoying a good dinner.

This place is one of the worst places I've ate at. I ordered food with my family and the food was ice cold and under cooked. The steak, which you would think a steak house could cook a steak was rare, not medium. Even touching the steak you can tell it was under cooked, and I don't cook steaks all day like these guys. The female manager (young looking) was terrified to talk to us after we sent food back, actually made us more mad that she had no clue what was going on and was more interested in being on her phone. Keep it up All American, you'll be a vacant building soon enough.

I love great steak! When I came here for the first time that’s exactly what I was looking forward to eating. Instead what I got was a mediocre steak. I traveled 20miles out of my way just because the restaurant had steak in its name. Customer service was awesome and huge TVs everywhere. Will be a great place to hang out with the girls or chill by myself. Nevertheless, I am disappointed in their steak.

So going into it I had high hopes of a good meal because I rarely run into a bad steakhouse. We started things off with artichoke dip and it came out looking more like artichoke chowder. It tasted okay but definitely looked like it was pulled out of the fridge and popped into the microwave for 30 seconds plus it came with a tiny role to split and we barely finished 1/4 of the bowl before we ran out. Next the main rolls they serve came out and looked great until we bit into one. We expected a fluffy roll but it was just full of hot air. Now onto the main dishes, I had the prime rib and it was really good. So I’m betting their steaks are solid as well. I got the mashed potatoes (made with red potatoes which taste weird to me) and the bacon potatoes au gratin which were pretty good. My sons got a hotdog and chicken tenders and fries which were all pretty good as well. My daughter got the Mac and Cheese and wasn’t impressed. The worse was my wife’s, she got a cheese burger cooked Medium and it came out on the edge of raw. She couldn’t eat it and was afraid to send it back so she just ate her fries and that was it. All in all, go there for the steaks but I wouldn’t try anything else.

I have been going to this restaurant for the last year and have had no complaints, besides dry meat from time to time. I normally wouldn't write a review like this but I arrived for the SECOND time THAT day to All American Steakhouse, this time with my girlfriend, and the service as well as the food was awful. And it seems to be happening with more severity every time I go. Im not sure if things are going downhill for them, but the quality definitely is. My $14 French dip came out dark brown and dry, a very well done temperature. I have never had a French dip from them, and I have never had.french dip that was any more done than medium form anywhere. I asked for it to be taken back and for a medium rare prime rib, and was told they could not do that for sanitary reasons. That scared me slightly. They offered to take it back and bring me something else, that item did not come out until my girlfriend and I had finished our beers and she had long ago finished her entrée The beer they brought me out had a gnat in it, that I didn't notice until halfway down, I'm not sure if I swallowed any additional gnats before I noticed that one. They apologized and brought me out a new smaller beer. They still charged me for all the above food and drinks, and it will be a while before I ever go back. I made a comment to the manager, because the service surprised me, but I was met with rude comments and a terrible attitude. 0/10 Would not recommend. I will let you know if it is any better next time, if I decide to go.

If I could give zero, I would. We visited the All American Steakhouse located at 5594 Ashland Community Square in Manassas Virginia. My husband and I came in for lunch around 1:20 PM on September 25. We ordered a Cobb salad and Jambalaya. While our waiter did return to our table once to see how our meal was, he never returned to offer us dessert or the check. After waiting more than what we should have we asked the bartender to give us change so we could leave what we thought would be enough to cover the bill. The bartender acted as if she was being bothered by our request to make change (she was sitting in a booth on her phone). We informed the bartender our intentions and asked if she was able to pull up our check in which her reply was, "No, I can't see other orders". We left $25.00 on our table and proceeded to leave, passing the bartender, our waiter and the Manager, without a word from any of them. As we are driving we see the manager come out of the restaurant. She did not wave at us or appear to want to speak with us but we stopped to talk with her anyway. Instead of inquiring of our dissatisfaction she told us we did not leave enough money to cover our $31.00 bill. We told her we never received one, if we had we would have paid the proper amount. We gave her $6.00 in which she took and proceeded to walk away. No, "I'm sorry for your experience" or "What can we do to make sure this does not happen again?". Nothing. I then asked for her name and as she is walking away she informs me her name is Deliah. We have never experienced something like this before. We have never had to guess the amount of our bill. We have never had a manager give total disregard for the situation. We have never witness such poor management. I am in absolute awe that an establishment can remain in business when there is such a lack of interest in their customers and dissatisfaction.

I went recently with a group of pre-teens, me being the only adult. They were super welcoming and accommodating with a group that may have been a little unusual from their normal clientele. The kids had a blast, loved their meals and all stated they wanted to come back with their families (I know several of them actually did.). Well done!

First timer. I was there for a meeting. Seemed to be w mixed crowd, even on Valentine's Day. I had the Grilled Chicken Salad. The bread, I could tell, was to die for because one of the attendees only ate bread and drank sweet tea. I could tell by the looks of it as well and by his testimony to its taste. It is definitely a place that I will repeat. The staff was attentive, working together, and it seemed as if they were enjoying their work.

My waitress was very professional My food how ever was subpar I ordered the blue cheese burger with a side of fries. The Burger was delish Fries were cold and I felt as though I Was gives the bottom of the bag beause they were all mostly tiny woodchip pieces. My husband ordered a spinach dip which tasted pre-made with just mostly cheese and a Sprinkle of spinach. After My husband complained about the spinach dip .he was offered an additional appetizer for free but he turned it down . Even though we live just 10 minutes away not sure if we'll be coming back to your establishment again the atmosphere is great the staff is wonderful but you have to be more mindful of the quality of food that comes out.

I have had the worst experience at All American Steakhouse. Never get my order right. I sat for 30 minutes (they told me 15 minutes) at curbside and they still did not give me any bread, butter brown sugar and butter, utensils napkins...Nothing. Poor curbside. They should consider changing their name to Allways Wrong Steakhouse. Patron's Beware!

This was my second time visiting this establishment. I was invited by a friend who lives near by; we are out of towners. I enjoyed my meal which was fish and chips. We also had an appetizer of their seasoned peel and eat shrimp. The food was good. It arrived on time and was served by a very pleasant and courteous waiter. I'm so sorry I don't remember his name. He was very accommodating.

This place lacks consistency which certainly makes it an American! They might have four people at the door to greet you but then not enough servers are people in the kitchen to prepare the food. The wait for food is extremely too long considering how many people are in the restaurant and the food itself is small for portion size and inconsistent on taste temperature and overall presentation.

The wife's steak was overcooked and got sent back and a cooked it right the second time We were a very large party and for the most part only had one server, it was several of our opinions that there should have been 2 servers. After waiting in the My emergency room with my wife, I stopped to grab us some food. My waiter for carry out had my food sit on the counter for 30 minutes longer than necessary after the food was ready because he was too busy socializing with his co-workers to let me know it was ready. When I got home the food was cold. My cup of chili was only half full and there were hardly any french fries with my burger. Do not waste your time or money with this place. Very disappointed.

Great food! Great sports bar for watching events with the 10 - 12 huge screens. Brick walls, glass and "intimate size" make it incredibly noisy, which is only a.problem if you want to have a conversation. I will return. But next time try to sit at the bar seaged next to my companion versus yelling across the table.

Meh - The location and ambiance are great with large screens and sports. A fun place to hang out. The cuts of steak were great but the seasoning was overall bland. You will need steak sauce! The au gratin potatoes were delish but the broccoli was totally plain, no cheese, no butter and no salt. Who eats cooked broccoli like that? The brownie sundae was ok, but not really a brownie, more like chocolate cake.

Limped into town late, in a truck with a bad transmission. After dropping truck off for repair I walked in exhousted. It's like a Texas road house, or Australian outback with prices to match. Aged steaks on display looked good. Was to tired for a big dinner, had chicken fried steak dinner with a wedge salad. Salad fresh and cold with bits of tomato and bacon. Chicken fried steak better and larger portion then at cracker barrel for 9.99.

The food is decent but the service isn't always great, they can be slow and if they get busy they have all the servers attend to all the tables which made them forget to bring a few of our things like extra bread, some sides, and a to go order for after we finished eating

I've never been into location. However I have had it delivered through doordash. Food is always fresh and on point. Everything I've tried has been flavorful and delicious. They do not skimp (like other places) just because it's a to go order.

The chicken in my salad was cooked on the outside but had pink on the inside.. i just ate around it.. servers were really nice, but infrequently visited the table

Great food, great drinks, largest screens for sports. Awesome place! This is not a quiet steakhouse. I don't know how some of these people rate this place a 1 star because they didn't get catchup with their fries or their steak wasn't cooked right,That happens everywhere. This place is really great.

The restaurant is nice. The bar is also pretty neat but the food is average at best and the service is hit or miss. If you live In one of the nearby neighborhoods and like the idea of walking to dinner by all means...otherwise you really arent missing that much.

I went the other week with a large group. They were super accommodating despite being busy. The waitress was top notch as well as the assisting staff. All of the food came out great! The prices as reasonable. Just an all around fun, friendly, laid back place.
