Um what can I say that's positive about this place....NOTHING!! The Korean lady who was managing the register was extremely rude to us. First off we stood in front of the register where she was standing and ignored us for a few min. Then gave us an attitude when we ordered....she got mad at us because we didn't speak Korean...are you serious? The worst part was when we paid for our meal and she threw the credit card with reciepr at us over the counter. Took every bit of me not to chew the hag out infront of everyone.

Found a dead cockroach in my sausage. Called the heath department in next day. Nasty, dirty, worst service. Thrown my refund and act like nothing happen.

I've been to Seoul soondae in Centreville va and had a great dining experience there. This one is completely different. The lady at the cash register was inexplicably rude. She got my order wrong and I simply asked to have my food changed and she yelled at my wife and me. She would not accept that the order was wrong and told me I made the mistake and nothing could be done about it. The food is also below average especially compared to the other location. Never coming back here again and I recommend not even trying to eat here.

I’ve been coming to this place for a very long time, especially because my dad loves their soondaeguk. Everyone complaining about the lady working the register - she’s actually a nice lady hahah but I think she definitely comes off rude if it’s your first time. It’s her personality and you’re only dealing with her for ordering, since everything else is self service. Food’s worth it in my opinion. #3, #7, and #10 is my go to items. #10 (Bossam) is a lil expensive so I only get it on special occasions.

Their service is bad, they talk so much that they forget about orders. I had wait more than 30 minutes to get my food. They realized my order when I walk to counter and ask for my food.

Service is awful but if you can get past that, the food is half decent. I always get the potatoes and pork stew, but this time I got the spicy pig feet. Was pleasantly surprised that there was not as much bone and was packed with good flavors. I was about to order but totally ignored. Ordered elsewhere until she finally acknowledged me.

Great service, it’s an over the counter restaurant, how much can you expect? I only come for soondae guk combo. I used to live near the Annandale Seoul Soondae. Always loved soondae guk. This dish isn’t for everyone, but if you love hardy Spicey soup. This dish might be for you. Even though this is the only place I know of that sells this soup around the area. I still think it is worthwhile for my craving. The soup comes out piping hot, all amenities are given, I am happy after the meal. Many thanks for those that have invested in this establishment, or else I’d have to drive an hour away! Traffic sucks, soup is good! Thank you

Best soondae gook. That being said, the cashier has been rude as always. Seems to always be having a bad day. One of the worst customer service. Only thing that’s been dragging me to the place for over 10 years is their sundae gook.
