At first walk in a slight musty smell. Staff very friendly. They have a variety of foods even for the pickiest eaters. I had a party of 9 (3yrs, 12yrs, and rest adults) and we were seated quickly. Food was fresh. The decor was unique with late 1700 early 1800 tools. Overall I had a great experience with my dining at Paul Revere Smorgasbord. Would recommend to others who visit the OC Boardwalk!

Not bad bang for your buck. However, service needs improved. When I first walked in, hostess was on her phone and I felt like I was interrupting her. Drink service was very slow as well, had to flag down a different waitress to get drinks. Most of the food was good, but some was dried out and had been sitting. Prob wouldn't come back.

Several items on the buffet were out & never refilled. Bathrooms weren't clean. Not exactly a great family experience while we were on 4th of July vacation. We had a party of 4 adults & 4 children who ended up leaving hungry & having to be fed again after fireworks!

Although some of the food wasn't the best, this is by far the best value on the boardwalk. I have to give it 5 stars after having to overpay for OK food at most of the other restaurants on the boardwalk. The peel and eat shrimp was great. It was better than the dried out shrimp we got at Mug and Mallet. The fried chicken, ribs, and buffalo wings, and clams were really good. The italian dishes were pretty salty, but not bad. The wife and kids enjoyed the desserts as well. I'll definitely come here every time I am in OCMD.

I went to this spot last night with my family. The prices were good, no complaints about that. The service was good also. The food was barely to par, there only a few good selections, the rest of the food literally looked like it had been sitting out since they opened. Desert bar was great up until they ran out of Vanilla ice cream in both machines. Everything was a bit moved around, the dinner was in the main entrance, but the desert bar was in a completely different room. As for the smell, it was musty like other people said, it almost got worse the longer you stayed inside. The booth I was sat in was pretty run-down, the light fixture looked like the glass hadn’t been cleaned since the 1700s. The bathroom was disgusting, there was what looked like a flood by the urinals and in one of the stalls there was feces on the seat and floor when I opened the door, pretty disgusting... I would not recommend coming here if you are trying to go all out at a buffet. Instead, go to the bonfire because all of their food is good and fresh. What I would recommend to the owner is to have Gordon Ramsey come in to do an episode of Kitchen Nightmares and give this whole place a remodel.

The food was pretty good, we did find a semi rotten strawberry but we do understand they go fast. The service was amazing and they were very kind. When you first walk in it smells a little musty but the restaurant itself is in a basement. It's over all a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone! The only downside is that they are only open Friday through Sunday.

Great place to dine on the Boardwalk! Everything at Ocean City is overpriced, but you get your money's worth here! Saturday nights are $20 for adults, but kids 4-11 are $10, and kids under 4 are free! That's a huge deal for families. Plenty of seating too. Great wait staff, very friendly. We will definitely be back!

Food was delicious! Pot roast, mashed potatoes, mac n cheese, the salad bar was great, and the DESSERT bar was good! Our server was very friendly. Some of the stuffed pastas were old by the looks of them, but keeping them good on a buffet might be difficult. Soups weren't labeled, getting a "ticket" was confusing, and figuring out how to walk the buffet was odd, but otherwise we'd be back! Definitely good if you want a wide range of things, especially homestyle.

You get what you pay for. $20 not to bad ...I had peel your own shrimp, clams, chicken salad. It was good. Service is great. The desserts we're very sad ...fruit flies all over the watermelon. If you walk to the rear to use the bathrooms beware the musty mildew mold smell will kill you. ....we been going here for 30+years.

This place was one of the most utterly disgusting resturants I have ever been in. It was cheap, so we thought it would be a good idea. We were wrong. This place had incompetent staff that barely did anything except refill drinks, which tasted watered down. The buffet was deplorable and everything looked old. Now it's advertised as a seafood buffet, but they have no COCKTAIL SAUCE. The waiter told use to use ketchup. What kind of seafood buffet doesn't have cocktail sauce? The tables were sticky, they had the audacity to cut cookies in half so you wouldn't get a full cookie. Do not go here unless you enjoy being ripped off and food poisoned

Have you ever wanted to eat a piece of every creature mankind has ever dared to deep fry? All at once? Do you like a themed restaurant that really halfheartedly has committed to a nonsensical theme, and even then halfheartedly might have been too much of a commitment for said nonsensical theme? Wish that I could give it a zero star! Everything was horrible. Carving station attendant had long hair that was not tied back. Deep fried food was way over cooked. Corn on cob was brown. Stuffing was burnt.Ribs were bone dry and slathered in sauce. Boiled hot dogs on carving station. Nothing was finished on our plates. Save your money and go elsewhere. $64 Down the toilet . We went elsewhere to eat afterwards. 3.5 stars,my a $$.

I've been here years ago... probably around 5 and they really let this place go. Between the musty smell, dirty table and cleaning clothes we were sat down to... I must say, it's hard to believe it is the same place. The food looks like it sat out for a long period of time and the swap out of empty pans takes longer than normal which limits your food choices. When clean plates are brought out, they are scorching hot and almost burned my kids hands... had to resort to a salad dish for them. I must admit that, after this experience, it will be my last time coming here. The atmosphere and quality is just not there anymore.

Waitress was great. Food was horrid. Corn on the cob was so old and dry the kernels were brown and sunken. Beef stew looked days old. Soup was good as was salad bar but everything else either over cooked or dried out. Desserts were terrible and ice cream turned out to be horrible icy ice milk. Would never go there again.

Food was good, fresh & checked by staff continually. Our waitress Lisa was nice & took care of our needs. At $20 pp a much better deal than competing buffets in the area & steps from the beach. Interior done with time period items & dark wood, reminiscent of that era. Not a seafood buffet, it had enough with the streamed & fried shrimp, fish, clams & mussels.

This is a hard one for me, first of it's the start of the season so. I expected a rocky start, we sat down to eat at 6:30 and they opened at 4:30. The food tasted as if it had been there since open and was dry. The place was musty probably from being closed all winter and it was dead I imagine that's the reason for the lack of fresh food. Now on a better note the dessert was amazing and the waitress and manager were amazing and made the rest of our evening worth while. So if you have a problem with the food you need to speak up and they will fix it for you at all costs but if you don't say anything it's on you. And just talk to them no need to be rude.

Absolutely disgusting is just about what sums this place up. I should've asked for a refund but i tried to see if there was anything edible. They had just opened and everything looked days old. The waiter was slow and unfriendly. I watched them dump fresh food on top of black nasty dried up food. The place smelled super musty. I will wholeheartedly say i will NEVER eat here again even if someone else pays. This is the worst food ive ate in a long time i reccomend steering clear at all costs as you just might wind up sick!!!! Id give zero if they'd let me and I'd like to be contacted by a manager if they read their reviews.

They should invest in a few dehumidifiers to take the smell out.. Another down fall is every time we eat there the soda is always flat

In the past we have always loved Paul Revere's, it was the best value Inn on beach. When we went there this time it was two days before closing. The buffet had only about half as much food on it, and the food that was there was not very good. You couldn't even get a baked potato! My husband's favorite thing there was the fried clams and they didn't even have any. My son was really disappointed because they didn't even have crumbled cookies to put on there so-called soft serve ice cream. Such a disappointing experience especially since they put the price up to 20 bucks although they did include a soda, it still was not worth it like it used to be very disappointing!

A must stop if you are down at the ocean with a large group and you want to all eat together. The food is good, mid ranged buffet quality. Restaurant is clean, staff are super pleasant, and the tables arent scrunched so close together that you are on top of your neighbors. It's a great place to have a family dinner.

Only $20 per adult very competitive price for an all you can eat buffet in ocean city. All the food I had was fantastic. My drink was filled regularly and the table service was constant and consistent. 10/10 come here, it’s great for the price. Sadly only open friday- Sunday.

Food was great, I loved everything was fresh, no dried out, the ice cream didnt melt in 20 seconds, the shrimp wasn't dried and slimy, and the chicken didn't taste like chicken flavored gummy bears. I highly recommend you only eat here if you have a lot of toilet time, and if you honestly don't care about your health whatsoever, or of course you have no taste buds.

Shrimp is all breading, crab soup has no crab, crab dip is just cream cheese, I could go on and on. This restaurant is the average overpriced boardwalk shack that you would expect it to be. This is basically an off-brand of the famous “Phillips.” It may be half as much, but the tastelessness of this restaurant compared to the pleasing variety, quantity, and quality of Phillips simply can not compare. If you are looking for a cheaper, depthless place to eat on the boardwalk, then this is the place.

Put this place on Hell's Kitchen! When you're consistently among the lowest rated restaurants in OCMD on TripAdvisor (even below 7Eleven and Subway chains) there is probably a reason why. Owners don't fix the problems of food poisoning, poor quality, mildew stench - they just heap praise on the positive reviews they likely purchase. Please do yourself a favor and go to a real restaurant that follows ethical hygiene & food safety practices.

$100 for a family of 6 and everyone well over ate....so much good food. I highly recommend getting there at 4PM. 15% discount, minimum crowds and everything freshly made. You guys need to let people get their own drinks...the servers can't keep up. Drinks come free with the meal so why not let customers get drinks themselves? My favorite was the clam strips and the hand carved beef with au jus
