Friendly, fast and efficient. I was taking a chance walking in at 9:55pm right before closing time, but they assured it was all good. I got the chicken and broccoli combo with fried rice and an egg roll, 2 additional egg rolls and an order of pork lo mein. Was ready in less than 10 minutes and when I got home everything was just as I ordered. I even made a special request to have my chicken and broccoli in white sauce, which was exactly how I wanted it. Service and quality is best in town. Definitely recommend.

For many years I have ordered from no# 1 but after finding a long black hair in my boiled dumplings, I am reconsidering ordering ever again. This shows that the kitchen staff is not standard.

Can I get lo mien, I would like that as the meal, and with eggdrop soup on the side, the larger bowl. Also I need two eggrolls, and can I get a few extra packets of that soy sauce? Okay, but this place is seriously really good, eat there, or I'll kill the spider in my back yard... EAT THERE!

I like the food there they have a few things that I can't find anywhere else, But It seems that everytiime I get the Chicken Chow Mein the vegetables are soggy. The Vegatables are suppose to be tender but crisp. It all depends on who's cooking that day on whether or not the food is gong to turn out right or not. It's one of the few Chinese places that deleiver.

The girl at the counter has a bad attitude because i told her i did not carrots in my rice . I ordered General Tso Chicken. They used some old chicken that was fried very hard. No egg roll or soda for the lunch special. Food was Trashtastic!!!! Needs a negative 3 stars

After an hour of waiting for one small order. I called the restaurant back and the staff who answered the phone tried to tell me i never placed the order even though i indefinitely did. Even paid with my card. After i hung up the food came in s Red Dodge neon with the driver smoking a cigarette with my food on her lap. Will not be ordering from here again.

Ordered lunch from here was 10 mins away 6 miles and we were on a job site they didn't give forks, then when we called back they gave us a attitude and asked "you have no forks in your home" I do believe that was irrelevant. Never will eat here again

This is the only Chinese restaurant I've ever found where the make Hunan Tofu absolutely delicious, and they consistently make it the same way each time! I love it! The won ton soup is awesome here too.

Food is aweful, service is bad and the place is dirty. The dog food is better looking than the food they serve. Just look inside the bathroom and stain in the ceiling. Why are they still open are we that desperate!

I love this resturaunt! We order delivery every other Friday and we are never disappointed! Tonight when the delivery driver brought my food I was putting my son to sleep. She was so polite! I really love this business because you can tell they appreciate their customers.

Its alright if you want something to eat while you visit gamestop. I suggest going to Chipotle or 5 guys, which are just down the road for better food.

Got the lunch special to go and it doesn't even come with an Egg roll?? ? Didn't even put napkins or utensils in the bag nor does it come with a drink. I know this is the only place near this location but come on people this is a RIP OFF and some disrespect. Not to mention you can get the same priced lunch special with Drink and egg roll just about anywhere else so don't waste your time here. Not to mention I was told to wait 10 min as I stood there and saw food on the counter....I wish I could give this place no stars and next time if I'm ever desperate enough I might go back for the Crusty Buffet that they don't switch out unless it's the container is empty.

Moved to hagerstown 2years ago and this place is always delicious and NEVER disappointing, the online ordering is super easy and convenient. I highly recommend this place!!!

So I've never wrote a review for a restaurant but I felt this one needed it. This was definitely my favorite place to order Chinese food, never had a complaint before. Always had food ready fast or order to you fairly fast. However I had a delievery order to my work for myself and a few other coworkers. I not only went over the order more than once but they repeated it back to me. They did not give me a time for delivery but give it take I figured they are about 10-15 mins. They also did not ask for a call back # so I was worried the delivery guy would be standing in the rain unable to get ahold of me. I work at a call center so I had to attempt the call between calls. Finally after an hour I get a text from the delievery guy that he's here. I go down with my coworker and we get all our food, once back upstairs come find out they messed up the order, but only mine. I ordered shrimp chow mein and they delivered chicken, normally I'd be like ok but I don't eat much chicken from anywhere other than my own home because I just don't trust it. And being 3 months pregnant I'm not taking any chance of anything either. So I call them back to let them know. Not only does the lady clearly try to tell me I'm wrong and ordered the chicken I still having the receipt in my hand assure her that on my receipt it Cleary says shrimp. She asks me to hold as I hear her arguing with it guess her boss or coworker she comes back on the line and says "Oh so you don't want the chicken" as I tell her again no. She says "well when the driver comes back will send you out another it'll be about 20 mins" I thank her and say ok. So as I waited, which this time delivery was pretty fast. I walk down stairs for the second time to get my food I apologize for having to come back he says oh I need that chicken back. As I look at him not that I have an issue with it because I'm CLEARLY not going to eat it but what exactly do you want it back for? I smile and say ok, so I walk back in and back up the stairs and back down for the 3rd time, and I know I could use the exercise but after almost 6 times up and back down 2 flights of stairs and 3 months going on 4 pregnant I'm pretty tired. I give it to him, and he apologizes that he had asked his manager to please not have to ask for the food back, but I tell him it's totally fine it wasn't his fault and as I said I wasn't going to eat it. Just made me curious what they were going to do with already opened food. Also worried me to eat my own food, however I just felt the need to share my experience.

I hate to give a bad review but it was terrible. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because they were polite. Food was tasteless, the eggs rolls must have been cooked in oil that wasn't heated properly because they were literally soaked the whole was through with oil. The general tso's tasted like it was leftover chicken that was reheated and cooked from the buffet. Never again.

Went there yesterday for carryout and it was alright. Thought I'd go back for the buffet while on break and it was HORRIBLE. Food tasted slightly off, far from even warm, and just everything was wrong. I won't be going back

The fastest delivery service I've ever experienced! My food was here within 20 minutes! I ordered the broccoli cooked in garlic sauce and the mixed vegetables with rice. Delicious!

Ignored the lunch buffet and ordered off the takeout menu. My lunch special was 4 stars on the General Tso's and a generous 3 stars on the Pork fried rice. Rice was mostly pork and flavor free, Maybe the fried rice at dinner time would be better.

If I could give 1/2 star I would. Was told this was a great place for General Tso chicken. Raved about how juicy it was, and nice mild sauce... The 2 orders we got was tough, bland, and hardly any sauce... ordered chicken lomein, noodles were like almost fried and again lackedf flavor.

Been coming here for years! I get Chicken Fried rice with no veg no onion and it is perfect every single time, my dad has had quite a few of their other options and we have never been disappointed. 5 stars!

This is my favorite Chinese Place for the lunch buffet when I'm in Hagerstown. The buffet selection is small, but what they do have is really good, and it's very reasonably priced. The decor is a little off, but as far as store front Chinese restaurants go, it's fine.

I got the lunch special the Pepper Steak and there was very few pieces of steak around 4 small pieces . The steamed dumplings were good. Not enough meat in their lunch special. There was 50 percent rice. It was a disappointment. I am still hungry. Won't order that again.

Horrible!!!! I got chow mein, and it was just veggies, shrimp and rice! There wasn't any noodles at all, and then they tried to tell me only lo mein has noodles! Chow mein has fried noodles and lo mein has boiled noodles, so after I told them that.......the lady asked do i have the fried noodles on the side, and it was a bag of chips that usually is for dropping in you egg drop soup! I'm furious! This is not Chinese! They also didnt give us any napkins!

It's hard to write a review because this place is so personal for me. They've delivered to 3 different addresses for me, even after my number had changed, they knew it was me (the "No Carrot Lady"), just by my voice! That's service! Their food is top notch and, except the spicy stuff, there isn't anything on their menu that I don't like. They have a surprisingly rapid delivery and really, really nice delivery guys! Both the food and the delivery charges are quite reasonable. I hope I've given y'all enough to make your choice! Like I said, we have a pretty special business-customer relationship and I certainly can't be the only one! ❤

If this is what Hagerstown calls Chinese food you guys need to get outside this town. I called in a delivery order it arrived fast that's the only thing good with this restaurant. Ordered 3 combos and they were barely warm and had no taste. It was a very very overpriced. Well at least I learned my lesson not to eat here again.

Food is delicious but buffet stops WAY too early and regular menu is very expensive. What Chinese restaurant doesn't have dinner buffet. On a positive note, they do give large portions on regular menu. Not the friendliest people though.
