The food is excellent. By far, the best Chinese food from Westside Market to Arbutus. Fresh ingredients, cooked to order and perfect portion sizes. The downside: the owner, Irene, is a bit rude. Also, take cash unless you want a hassle in paying for your food.

This is a takeout/carryout place. You shouldn't eat here. The waiting times are GREAT and short! Irene is snappy and intimidating but if you're respectful and pure of heart you will succeed. Portions are decent too.

My experience was terrible , I called to ask a simple question the lady repeatedly hung up on me, so once I took a trip to the store and waited in line patiently for my order to be taken no one took my order until about 15min in time and they had bad customer service ,they were very rude and the food was far from worth the wait '

I love this place... Irene is so friendly(always w/ a smile) and knows all the reg. customers by name. The food is great always fresh, make to order and fast. I will travel across town to come here. Great food, fair prices, and fun,sweet,happy attitude. Love it!!! The bad reviews on here are just pissy people who just need to find a reason to be haters, people who hate there selves and their life so they feel better putting others down and making their life's misserable.

Ordered bourbon chicken and it was red. Took it back was told they ran out of bourbon sauce and gave me BBQ seasoning. Horrible. Traded for chicken wings n rice. Won't be going back there.

The Black community dose not own business in their communities. The banks played a part in this discrepancy. The majority of these businesses are own by recent immigrants. They work so hard and I repect them, but the employees and owner of this business are nasty and arrogant. They are building their business on the patronage of black people that they have no repect for. Black people have to spend their money where you are repected as a human being. Stop patronize this business.

This had to be the worse custome=s ervice i have EVER experienced. The little old lady at the counter had to be the rudest person that i have encountered in a very long time...her attitude was horrible and she was very curt and impatient with the customers and to top it off my general chicken was very hard. I will NEVER return here again. Just because we live in what is considered to be the "hood" does not mean that we are to be treated like animals. Save your money
