Great place to have a celebration. There's the family style option or you can order from the menu. The food was good. The service was very good. Thanks to our server, Chase. It wasn't my first visit and it definitely won't be my last.

Some of the best Italian food we’ve ever eaten! The marinara sauce is very tasty, the calamari was cooked to perfection, the chicken Marsala (light side - taste not compromised!) and lasagna were delicious! The service from Brian was exceptional! And the desserts - fuggedaboutit! absolutely delectable tiramisu, and a very good cheesecake. Dinner portions and desserts were very generous - you won’t leave hungry! If we ever go back to Boston (what traffic!!! - worse than NYC), will definitely eat here again!

First time at this location . Restaurant serves typical commercial Italian food nothing special about it. The special meal is the draw at $43.95 for 2 with pasta to take home. The associates are friendly and helpful.

Maggiano's is customer focused and a lovely atmosphere with classic touches. Tomas took great care of us and right away asked about food allergies. When I said yes he brought a chef to discuss options with us to ensure a safe experience; what a gem! This establishment clearly cares about the Customer experience and trains their team well. We had a great experience with an attentive, kind, respectful, efficient waiter. We felt cared for as I rarely see a restaurant care for food allergies in this manner. It is refreshing and gave us a wonderful reaction free night to remember. We look forward to returning, and telling others of our positive experiences. If you're looking for a great evening with a team who does it excellently Maggiano's is the place for you.

Service was fast and food was delicious. I am allergic to shellfish and there is a lot of fish on the menu. The chef came out and spoke with me to create a customized meal. I am very grateful for that, not many restaurants offer that feature. Will definitely visit again!

My wife and I had dinner here on a week night and had a great experience. We didn't have to wait for a table and were served immediately. We ordered an appetizer, main course, and desert. All the food was very good and portions were large. In addition to our meals they give free togo pasta, to our surprise this was a full portion of food and heated up really well the next day for lunch. For the type of restaurant atmosphere and quality of food the prices are fair. I would definitely recommend this place.

We had flat bread and chicken parmesan with Alfredo. The staff was very quick and accommodating. The flat bread was devoured by me and my wife in a few minutes. The chicken was the perfect amount of crunch and moistness. Absolutely incredible and we'll priced. (Half portion of noodles shown in image)

I was a guest of my daughter and son-in-law so I cannot comment on the expense of this restaurant but let me "say" I have never had a more delicious, Italian dinner, ever. They offered a "family" style dinner (there were 5 of us) and the amount of food was amazing. And the taste of this meal was also amazing. The desserts were divine as well. I highly recommend.

We are from Ottawa, Canada visiting Boston.This place was amazing from the minute we walked in! Service was fantastic! Food was hot, flavor was great and light. Portion was fantastic. Desserts were so good. I would eat there every night. The Long Island's were fantastic! We had the Rigatoni "D" and my boyfriend had the lasagna. We had to box up the rest since the portion was so big.nwe also split the dessert sampler. SO, SO Good!!!

A traditional Italian Restaurant in Boston. I was Alone as I sit on the bar but the guys was all time pending asking if I need something, bring the bread (delicious), water with the food, offer dessert all the thinks that I can expect from a professional waitress!! The food was so good pasta with personality. I read previos reviews and I was not disappointed as those are almost excellent because for me it was !!

I love Maggiano’s because not only do you get the meal you ordered, but you also get a pasta to take home and reheat that tastes just like the restaurant! Pictured here is the chef’s specially created carbonara that was so, so delicious. It’s also a really convenient location, with it being next to the AMC/mall and all!

Salads are fresh and generous portions. The bread keeps coming! Free additions to salads include shrimp, salmon, etc. Service is consistently top notch.

Loved the ambience and hospitality of the staff.. They have a good selection of seafood items on the menu, the calamari, salmon and crab cakes are highly recommended. Definitely visiting again. This would be my go to place for fine dining. Prices are high, but definitely pays off for their exemplary service and food.

First visit and it gets the 5 star. Why? Because there wasn’t one thing I’d change. Im in the city showing the kid the ropes. Just turned 13 and my wife and I are constantly introducing him to new experiences and culture. Boston has a little bit of everything and it’s always a treat to visit. We’re dressed casually and fitting in just fine. He already appreciates fine dining and great food. We also know the difference and understand the struggles and artistry of choreography within the restaurant industry. It takes a lot to satisfy so many variations of taste, preference, likes, dislikes, etc. and even the oddities in requests that only the veteran servers know how to field. Now the breakdown; the staff was warm and inviting. The service was excellent. The food was fantastic and the pricing was fair; scaled accordingly for that overall easy dining experience. The place is very spacious but whether it’s a party of 2 or 22, you can just feel the confidence in the staff that tells you they can handle it and the kitchen clearly has an all-star team as anchor. Parking is easy at the 200 Stuart Street Garage and the Spot Hero app gets it done for just $16. Location is clutch with a lot available within walking distance to marry up activities and events. I hope this review helps those looking for a nod of approval. It got ours and we’ll absolutely be back! Thank you Maggiano’s!

I find it hard to believe anyone who has posted a negative review about the service here. We stayed for 3 hours drinks appetizers and a wonderful dinner and the service was outstanding. We were made to feel comfortable and fully serviced. I'd give the service 5 stars for sure. This is a must for dinner.

So good! I had the shrimp scampi with crab. The bread and olive oil was good too! All of the desserts were delicious and our waitress was so nice. Sorry I forgot get name.

An amazing fine dining experience. Even during peak hours, service is fast and our waiter remembered everything down to my food allergies. Food is pricey but the taste is incredible, their pastas are all delicious and I tried the veal, which was tender and juicy. The dessert menu is full of treats, and although I wasn't a big fan of the sides here, the main entrees are well worth it.

We celebrated a bridal shower there. The service was great. And the portions very large. However I'm giving only 3 stars because the food was just average, nothing that would really convince me to eat there frequently. I would only recommend this place to host gatherings and parties because they offer food packages with unlimited refills and also you can pack all the left overs to take home. The interior is pretty nice as well.

I am very fond of Maggiano's "buy one take one home" promotion (dine-in only). You can order one meal and dine-in, then they will package up a separate dish for you to take home and have for lunch/dinner the next day, all for a reasonable price. Their bread and olive oil are absolutely delicious, and the service is top notch.

Always good food for decent prices. Can do a two for one meal and have food for the next day. Servers are always polite and helpful. They try to make each visit special. Better than many smaller Italian chains. Also a good place to celebrate little anniversaries or events as they always ask. We got a champagne toast for our wedding anniversary!

I wanted to expose my daughter to a good restaurant experience. I had to convince her that it would be good. She would rather have McDonald's but she wanted to try something new. We had a good meal and now she wants to go another time. Overall good experience. Will go again soon.

Had taken very good friends from Canada last night.....we shared family style....great service, amazing food, awesome atmosphere, and delicious sangria. Our waiter shared the dinner specials with the tables beside ours but failed to share them with my group. I tried the Salmon Oscar and the dish was served with a large piece of salmon. It was a great dish but not served fresh and the chef used too much olive oil.

The lunch special was delicious, and received one to take home. I had the cheese ravioli and took home lasagna. A great deal for an amazing price. The atmosphere was quiet which allows you to have conversations. It's a must if your in the mood for Italian food.

We've never been disappointed with our meals. Though there's a large menu, I've rarely gotten beyond the awesome lasagna! Chocolate zuccotto cake is great. Not a light meal, but so tasty.

Super expensive!!! Meal for 15 people came to almost $600 plus tax and tips. We would have been better off picking different dishes from the menu. Did the same thing at Olive garden last year and spent waaay less.

This is a nice restaurant with above average food. My most recent time I went there it took a very long time to get the bread for our table and the fryer was out of commission so there were several options unavailable to us. The food is good but doesn't stand out. What does stand out is their fantastic deals where you can order food and receive another order to go for free. This really sets Maggiano's apart from the rest.

I had the lobster carbonara linguini. It was okay, but for the price it has too less lobster. Cesar salad was good. Frozen peach Bellini can be improved. Service was great. Dinner rolls were not out of the ordinary. No repeating!

This is a wonderful restaurant located in a beautiful shopping area surrounded by many other places to eat. The service was excellent and the staff was very kind and professional. I ordered the lasagna, which I believed needed a hint of sweetness to balance out the flavors. The chopped salad was delicious and my wife thought the strawberry cheesecake was AMAZING and worth the ridiculously high price! I was not impressed by the bread, but the service, staff, atmosphere and cheesecake is definitely reason enough for us to return here in the future. I would recommend this restaurant to friends, family and couples in the dating phase. If you enjoy a slight sweetness to your lasagna, I would not order this dish here. If you enjoy a savory lasagna, go for it! Thanks.

The staff here did an excellent job accommodating us on a thursday night, 10 minute wait with no reservation. I have celiacs disease, and finding safe places to eat out while travelling can be a challenge, but there was no issue here. Right off the bat we were asked if we wanted drinks, then if there were any food allergies at the table. Such a simple, effective way of making sure everyone would have an enjoyable experience. That being said, the food was amazing and I will definitely keep this restaurant in mind as an option when I travel in the future.

Italian PF Chang's, not authentic at all. Veal Marsala was too sour and lack of cream and sauce. Lobster pasta was dry and bland, and lobster is bad quality with the cheapest part. Their pasta just like the dollar kind from grocery store. Though, service was good. They should focus on food quality then the interior design.

This restaurant is just AMAZING!! They offer a deal for 2 people for $45 which is the best deal I have ever seen a restaurant offer. The food is exquisite, the portions are HUGE. The service is very good, friendly staff, attentive and kind. I felt like I was in a high end restaurant. Highly recommended!

Amazing atmosphere! Amazing food! The lemon berry tiramisu was delicious and so was the food. The bonus take home deal is a great deal, and for the price, you still get large servings. Our waiter Spencer was the bomb! He made great recommendations, including the pomegranate martinis. Everything he suggested did not disappoint. He was so nice and attentive. I shall return!
