They were very busy, but did not have to wait at all for seating or our food... which was outstanding! Will definitely be visiting again.

If I had the ability to give this place zero stars, then I absolutely would. The service was completely awful, and it took them forever to even take our order just to get some drinks on our table. Moreover, the food was not good whatsoever and it had very little - to - no flavoring. Someone with I was with found a gnat in her drink smh. Lastly, they weren’t even trying to collect the check and this resulted in me having to stay longer. Absolutely terrible.

I eat Mexican restaurants all the time and this is hands down not fit for a dog. Have no clue what kind of meat was on my taco but it smelled just like dog food. I now feel sick. On the good side, service was excellent. Just need new chefs.

I've been coming here for years and the service has never failed me. The food is great too, and at such a reasonable price! The beer always comes in a frosty mug, and you can tell it's fresh. The food is always hot, and the chips are endless upon request. The people are kind and considerate: I often come with my wife and we share a combo dish - I've never had to ask, and the staff always comes with 2 plates, understanding the situation. The restaurant is always clean to the "T". I am a happy repeat customer.

Very good Mexican restaurant! MY FAVORITE IN SALISBURY! Had another good lunch today service was little slow ut the waiter was working very hard to keep up with multiple tables at once. Tamal was little dry but everything else was awesome as usual!

Outstanding! Food was delicious, service was great and portions were amazing. With a pinch of salt the table side guac was on point. We had plenty of leftovers! If you go, ask for the waiter Celso! Service was top notch. Best I have had!!!

Been loving La Tolteca since the 90's. Other Mexican restaurants have come and gone, but they've had consistently great food and service for 25 years.

Reasonable prices, fresh food. We prefer going here for Mexican food. Sometimes the wait staff have a hard time understanding what you mean if you make a special request, but overall, orders are correct and the food is served quickly.

Everything we had here came out hot and fresh. Lettuce was very cold and crispy. My wife had a steak fajita taco salad that had great flavor and I had shrimp enchiladas. They were made with corn and tasted very authentic. The options of hot sauces were hot enough for me as well. I'll definitely be back here!

The drinks are a little pricey but the food was great. We had the mixed fajitas for 2 and it was a lot. The strawberry margarita was too sweet. Would recommend the lime margarita instead. Overall the restaurant was really good and they do have great service.

Best Mexican food I found around! You have to try the fresh at the table made guacamole, it is amazing!!! The chili rellano is also really delicious, the pepper is perfect.

Apparently, the people who have reviewed this as 4 or 5 stars have never had authentic Mexican Food. The food was horrible. The waiter was very pleasant but unfortunately, the food is what I review. The "beef" tacos were horrible and possibly weren't beef. The Chicken Quesadilla was very bland. Shame on them for having such an authentic name and not backing it up with their food.

Their fresh guacamole is the best! Their rice was good... Wasnt crazy about the beef...had a funny bitter kind of taste to it...so I would recommend getting chicken for your meat instead.
