Just a great neighborhood bar

First time there. Food was really good. I ordered wings and Jack N cokes. Wings were really good and J & C was perfect. Service was great and Shawn introduced himself and shook my hand immediately!!! Everyone was friendly. Definitely a local bar and I love that. Will be going there a lot in the future. Great bar. If there hit me up haha Alex

I love this place. It's old school, down to earth, blue collar, not expensive, not fancy, pretty small. No problem with parking is a huge benefit. I love the frosted mugs and selection of beers on tap. If you're looking for a young sexy crowd, not the place to go. If you're looking to unwind, relax, and don't care about how you look or what you are wearing, this is the place to be. I hear they have great food but I haven't ordered any recently so I can't provide feedback.

This bar is more like a modern version of CHEERS. Most of the visitors are regulars, so it's a place where everyone knows your name, & you know theirs. All of the bartender's are incredibly cool, funny and polite, Kyle, Kim, Sean & Sharon & Veronica are the reason why the BF & I keep going back. Food is pretty good, prices are fantastic, and don't get me started on the size/strength of ANY drink that you order (get a DD, walk home, or call Uber). If the bar isn't your scene.. No worries, just ask to be seated in their vintage & quiet dining room in the back. Love this place... It's our 2nd home!

This is everyone i know "Neighborhood spot." The atmosphere feels like home. Service is exceptional and kind. I always suggest to a new comer to grab a sandwich, their food is yum yum yummy! If you're looking for an easy smile and good company of locals, go here.

The most perfect dive bar you can go to. Rustic, cozy, and full of history. Food is great for the price and drink prices are even better. If your a regular you feel like your in an episode of "Cheers" where everybody knows your name. A must try in Rockville if you like this type of establishment

Nice and easy beer selection at this tiny spot (Budweiser, Miller Lite, Dogfish Head Snakedog, Killian's, Yuengling) Delicious food. (Great burgers, fries, mozzarella sticks) For such a small bar, they have a big menu. Staff was funny and inviting. Will definitely be back.

You can't find a better "hole in the wall" bar/restaurant that is cheap, good, and just plain fun. I've been going to Jonathan's for years and it's still my go-to bar when I'm in the area. It's a locals only sort of bar but everyone is friendly so don't let that deter you from stopping in.

Good selection of drinks and menu items. Food is good, service is good. It's more of a sports pub than a family place, although there is a separate dining area that would be fine for kids. Seems to be a locals pub with an older clientele. Food prices are reasonable acholic beverages are average for the area. Kind of an Irish sports pub. I would recommend it.

Not too fancy, not too divey. Great prices, nice atmosphere. Great place for a relaxed bite. The storefront of the bar needs a little renovation. From the outside it looks like a drug den. Braving the trip in is worthwhile though!
