Per a recommendation we came here for the 1st day of the nfl season. At first it seemed great. Multiple TVs, ravens fans but not too crowded, bar and great affordable menu options. But customer service made it a disaster. It took over 15 minutes before the bartended came to take our drink order. Then they passed out slips for 50cent 1st quarter wings, then backtracked and said they wouldn't accept the orders until the 2nd quarter. They took our orders the beginning of the 2nd quarter. No biggie but After 2 hours of waiting from when we placed our food order my husband received his burger, the gentleman next to us who placed his order after me got his wings. I had nothing. So I just canceled it. Not once did any one check in nor give us an update to what took so long. Unacceptable. Communication is key. Thought we possibly found a new spot but will not be back

Can't beat the location for Ravens games. Decent drink prices too. I don't recommend the food, the chips on our nachos were stale, not much of a selection at all. It seems to be more of a club that just happens to be open for games. Also while they have a ton of TVs they were all tuned to the Ravens game. So this is less a 'sports bar' rather a 'Ravens bar'

Cool place for gamers and nerds to chill and hangout... Some of the females who are not into games were a lil stck up and got the gaming area confused with a nightclub. Its an area in this place for all types of party goers even if you're not into games. The dance floor was LIT. Aside from the dude and 2 girls i saw sharing cocaine from his personal stach the place is great...

I went to game for the first time. The good - Safe laid back environent, made two new friends playing pool had a great time. -Drinks are very reasonable. - Food was better than expected. -Clean restrooms. The bad - incident 1# There was a huge NBA game on Golden State vs Boston Celtics, which was the reason I actually came. 2/3rds of the TVS (The ones in my vicinity) did not have the game on. I asked the bartender to turn on the game and her response was “the remotes are broke and they couldn’t turn the game on.” I observed no less than a dozen customers request the game be turned on. There was absolutely no sense of urgency to fix the remote issue. You do operate under the moniker of a sports bar correct? I would feel as the manager that this was a big problem. Never resolved, ended up going to casino to watch game. Incident #2 We left the casino after game and returned to play pool. At this point the DJ was here and the club morphed into more of a night life establishment. It was crowded. In the midst of playing pool I decided to get a round for my friends. While waiting for my drinks there were about a dozen patrons waiting around the bar for drinks, i scooted over in front of the entrance to behind the bar and this brunette with a shoulder length cut came to take the trash out, by her demeanor she seemed like she may have been a manager, snapped on me and in a snooty tone says “This isn’t a good place to stand”. Well clearly, but I’m waiting on drinks and we are literally shoulder to shoulder in this small corner so would you prefer I stand on top the bar? Obviously that’s not a good place to stand, but it was her tone that bothered me, it was not said in a friendly way to say the least. Other than that, a great establishment, perhaps just a slight bit more customer service would be appreciated. I would go back.

This was a horrible experience of booking a party from the beginning to the end..first i came to pay for the reservation it took almost 40 minutes for someone to take my payment then the night of my party my area was giving away none of the staff new of my party so there for my guest was no together not to mention to rude staff starting with security..my guest come in u away from the door but comes back in pulls them out not one but 3 Times this happens because you were not on your post...then the bartenders was very rude ..lets just say i use to love this place but never again with these over price drinks..one shot of Ciroc is 15 dollars..ill never patronize this business ever again

Came thru to have a few drinks with friends and to shoot pool. It's a cool spot, but most of the pool tables were out of order so we had to wait to play. Eventually, we played partners against some other patrons just to get some play time before they closed.

Well they have a platter called the hookup it was terrible it looks like fried old food and cheese. The description promises a assortment of cheese nachos crab balls and onion rings. What I got was nachos saturated with cheese , Fried onions, and four crab balls small enough to not see in the mess of it all . It was a disgrace to any ultimate nacho or sampler platter. Music was above average all night! Drinks on point but trying to get a bartender when their where 3 was a fools errand.

It was a good time but they were expecting a party of 25 and didn't have enough bar staff. They had 1 bartender for the entire bar. Although the party enjoyed themselves eventually, it took a while for most people to be served. Despite the delay, people enjoyed the pool tables and various games.

Service was adequate but me and my guests were less than pleased with the food. The crab dip pretzel was basically a large soft pretzel with some kind of sauce lacking crab meat or crab flavor. Definitely not worth $10. Cole slaw too tart. Hot buffalo wings were not hot or tasty. Bleu cheese dressing bland and celery not crisp.

I went to the Game room on 9/13 to watch the Ravens game. The atmosphere was great but the food and drinks were not good at all. My date had wings and fries that were both greasy and we had to pay $1.50 for ranch sauce. I thought that was weird. I had fish tacos which were not good at all. I ordered a drink and they put so much ice in it that I could barely taste the drink. Smh a waste of money and time

So honestly the food and the ambiance of this bar was nice. I had the Chesapeake Burger which was delicious and the funnel cake fries. What I do have an issue with is the overall service. Our server Tiffany while nice as a person was a horrible waitress for this evening. We were four first time visitors and she provided no explanation, got annoyed when we weren't ready to order and proceeded to ignore our table from 40minutes. We were at the establishment from 9pm-1:00am. During that time she table touched about 4 times. We were a table full of people who had worked as servers in the past and we try not to be difficult to wait staff because of it but the customer service was horrible. She was also a little cold to some of our table and you can't chat it up with some and not with others(she was actually pleasant to me but others at my table were affected negatively). It only made it worse because she was stellar with the tables around us. I will potentially give the establishment another opportunity as well as the server but these business do need to know that customer service is important and can affect people potential to want to return. Also, they gave my friend a queso burger with shredded cheese and refused to mention the mistake. Again a not so serious thing that with the overall experience took away from the night and a venue we were excited to visit.

First time here, stopped by because they we're hosting a fund raiser for Ellicott City. Outside area had vendors and bars that we're displaced by the flood. Food was really good. Inside had several bars with food availability and lots of items on silent auction. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very convenient location as it's next to the casino and Ravens stadium.

Game is awesome. Bella took care of me for the evening and she was wonderful. Attentive but not over doing it and she's all smiles and very sweet. I ordered the Chesapeake burger and, it took a minute to prepare so while I waited, she gave me a shot of Bulleit on the house. The food was good and the dancing with Salsa Now Fridays was fantastic. I'll definitely go back again soon

Game is amazing! I was there for the Maryland School for the Deaf's Prom last May and it was one of the most fun, memorable experiences of my life! The staff was so accommodating and made it easy to communicate. The event was booked through Tara, she was very kind, always quick to respond, easy to coordinate details with. I called a month or so ahead to make sure I didnt need reservations to play games for a bachelor party of about 10 people. They said no, it would be open. They texted me a few days prior to confirm I was still attending, and upon arrival, told us about a private party, and that we couldn't use the games. They set us up in a private area, and gave us beer pong to play, and no discounts. Decent service, poor communication.

I’ve been invited to this place a dozen times. However, I finally show up on the first game of the football season and it’s mediocre. It’s not overly crowded but they still took 40 minutes plus to bring out wings for everyone after offering a promotional deal before halftime. I ordered before halftime and the bartender told me they ran out. But then I went to another bartender and she places the order and now everyone else flips out about the lie of it not being ANY wings available. The wings were ok but the hassle was a promise.

One of the worst bars I've ever been to. Not sure how this bar gets over 4 stars. Service is horrible. You come in and they attend to you for your first order. After that, good luck. It can be a while. Bartenders are more concerned with complaining about everything and anything to the other staff than they are with the guests. Been here before and it happens each time. This is going to be my last time here.

A some what good hidden bar. Giving it 3 stars, because I feel it could of been better. Yes Friday nights are suppose to be busy, but this was ehhh. Free parking, if your lucky enough to find a spot. Be careful of the side driveway you use, has some holes in it that your car could sink in and vanish if it's small enough. Try to drive on the right side if possible less holes. Service... the front was slammed due to salsa dancing. But that doesn't excuse the waiting time for a bartender. There were 4... at least 3 were high as hell. My friend having to repeat herself alot to get a order in and drinks. Hell we got more answer's from the waitresses running around and the line cook then them. Little tiny plastic cups, oh please those were pathetic... took our appetizer to the sports bar in the back. Soo much better. Don't understand why the salsa dancing wasn't done back there. Way more room then in the front (in a L formation where they were). The bartenders back there were awesome and on the ball with orders. Music was great. Food was awesome. TVs everywhere. Bathrooms were somewhat clean (but that's to be expected it is busy). They have multiple pool tables, a air hockey table, and a couple little games, and one heck of a big dance floor in the back.

Davi is absolutely the best bar tender I've ever had. They have plenty of games to play enough though skee-ball wasn't working. I didn't know what I wanted so she made me her own drinks which were absolutely amazing I totally recommend her as your bar tender for the night. She totally made the day a 5 out of 5. Excellent place for late-night fun! They have a arcade, bar, and dance floor environment and highly recommend for a group hangout with friends. Great Tuesday night karaoke with superior audio system and song selection! Cool staff, $1 shots at Midnight, and drink and event specials. *Be mindful, some nights they charge a cover on special holidays and events.

I came there last Wednesday for a tekken 7 event hosted by Hi score and sincerely enjoyed myself, I wasn't able to get past the second guy and received a rectal readjustment however there was no shortage of entertainment even afterwards, the food pricing was through the roof forcing me to take my broke self to the nearest seven eleven but it was still an extremely enjoyable experience overall and I will be returning

Very disappointed with my visit to Game. I used to visit this place often, however I havent been in a while and tonight's service was absolutely horrible. I sat at the bar for 20 mins before even getting acknowledged. I ordered my first drink and waited another 15 mins. I went to place my order to only be told they were out of shrimp and crabmeat. This time last year, I posted a 5 star review. This is unfortunate. Please bring back the friendly knowledgeable staff.

Nice concept for a sports bar but not prepared for large crowds they were 4 hours behind on food orders during game time and with 2 minutes to go it went down to 2 hours wait for an order. That is unacceptable and they need to expand their kitchen and/or increase staff, they lost a lot of money on drink sales because they were short staffed

This is a nice place with several rooms inside. There are multiple bars, a kitchen with decent food, a stage, plenty of TVs for sports We actually came here for a music event rather than a sports game and it was definitely a good place for that I would certainly come back for music or a game next time

Uniquely located next to MD. Live Casino off Russell St. great place for viewing sports while dining. Not a bad seat in the house! Spacious booths, friendly staff. Great food at reasonable prices. I recommend anything fried! Good variety of commercial, craft, and local beer. It's a diamond in the rough.

The venue is really great, but the service was terrible. We went there with a large group to watch the champions league final, which we arranged before hand. First they took a while to agree to put it on, then didn't play it with sound. They said that because of a birthday party on the other side they couldn't play the sound, but every person in that party was watching the game, and said we could play the sound. Even after they left the bartender kept saying "i'll check" but never did anything. The food service also took very long - 40mins for wings?? Considering the place was really empty the service was unacceptable. The venue, food, and location are great itself, I just hope the service improves because it could be a great game day/weekend chill spot.

Every Wednesday night is an event called Highscore. It's a gamers paradise. Call of duty, Kirby air ride, Mario, dragon Ball Z, and sometimes they'll play movies and TV shows in the back at 9. It's 16+. Nothing but retro games and a bunch of people having fun playing video games. So if you have nothing to do or are just bored stop by Game and play an old Game.

It's my second time here on a Friday night, Salsa and Bachata night it's really good. Nice crowd friendly instructors, and the atmosphere is really pleasant. One thing that I did notice their Sangria is not that tasty and they do need more than 2 bartenders for the size crowd they get on Friday waiting a long time for a drink and then for the drink not to be tasty it sucks.
