Wonderful food. But don’t dare order the guacamole salad as an appetizer. . Horrible. Comes out on one of this @edible ” tortilla bowls which taste like rat leavings. Been stored on a shelf for a month and microwaved a minute . You can’t even eat the guacamole out of it because the bowl is so old and stale.

I have never written a bad review, however they are extremely important for the public to see. I’ve always enjoyed eating at Fajita Grande until now. They’re service has REALLY dropped. It’s sad to see another restaurant go into the pit holes. I’m sorry but last night while eating there I found a piece of plastic mixed into my salad. THIS IS NOT OKAY!!! That is food contamination and keep in mind is illegal. If it were a sharp piece of glass and not just plastic I could have quite literally died, not to be dramatic but it’s true. I couldn’t tell that there was plastic in my salad until I was finishing it up and in one of my bites I found something very hard clunking between my teeth. Finding there to be pain I immediately spit out my food. Finding that there is a piece of curved plastic about the size of a middle-finger-finger nail. That’s disgusting. I’m sorry but due to this I can no longer provide good reviews, suggestions, or time on Fajita Grande UNLESS they can pull themselves back together! Good luck guys!

By far our favorite restaurant in Hagerstown! Went there again last night to see our favorite waiter in Washington county, Malik. We were actually on our way to grab a quicker meal, when my son asked if we could go so Malik instead. The combination of Malik’s excellent service, coupled with the incredible food and margaritas make Fajita Grande a weekly stop for us.

Not satisfied with the service. Waiting 10 to 15 minutes for the check and to get initial service, isn't appropriate. The food was good overall. Big portions for the prize. They need to hire more servers than the two working.

Average Mexican at a good price. Server was super. Followed me out of the restaurant to catch me and give me my pocket knife which had fallen out of my pocket. He could have ignored it or kept it and I likely would have not even realized where I lost it. Thankful for his excellent service and standup character!

Usually have had a great experience here, today was absolutely horrible. No refills, empty cups left on the table when we FINALLY received our refills, server stopped by only to drop off the check. The host was rude to deaf patrons when another patron mentioned that the deaf patrons we're attempting to get his attention. He said "oh yeah, they deaf but you know they being extra" Overall, unpleasant experience.

When traveling to Hagerstown I like to go to fajita grande Mexican restaurant. They're very clean operation. What I would suggest they improve upon is making the salsa a little bit more like a typical salsa with more garlic. I think your chips are okay but they're a little thick. However the fajitas are excellent. I'd recommend getting an extra cooked well done. The prices are very fair. I recommend it to anyone.

Last Satutday night i had dinner at Fajita Grande and it was great. The food had flavor and tastes awesome. The menu has a wide range of choices to choose from. The atmosphere seemed to be a fun place if you're sitting at the bar. Service was a lil slow. Too many employees standing around but it was a Saturday night. All in all... a great place. I'll be back.

One of the best family restaurants for Mexican food that I have visited. If you are used to basic restaurants of this type, this one will stand out immediately. The menu is large and diverse. The food is fresh, and the staff is very helpful and nice. My chicken and spinach burrito was excellent, with nice black beans. My daughter had the mole sauce, which has a chocolate flavor, and is relatively unique to this particular restaurant. 4 adults and 2 kids had meals for under $80 and everyone enjoyed their meal. Small store means crowded conditions at dinner time. We didn't wait and service was prompt.

Great food tonight. Stays hot during entire dining. The chips and salsa are outstanding....the desert with the fried chips with powedered sugar, chocolate syrup, ice cream and whipped cream just made my night...and the price is right! It's a 2 min drive for me in winter and a nice 10min walk n warm weather....if you live in Hagerstown, don't miss out! Awesome Mexican food and great service!....NO I DON'T WORK HERE OR KNOW ANYONE THAT DOES.

Typical mexican food. Would of given 4, but the manager explained to me that he doesnt believe in introducing himself unless the customer asks. If your waiting tables and someone needs your assistance hearing your name instead of, "hey waiter," would sound more pleasant. Doesnt matter if your a manager, waiter, in the hospitality industry, food, or sales you should connect with your customers and greet with your name! Drinks were made decent.

Excellent food. I don't eat beans in any form and the server was very patient with my questions about whether or not beans were part of certain dishes I was considering. They even offered to bring me a different item in place of one I didn't like. It was not necessary and I politely declined but their willingness to offer was a pleasant surprise. Absolutely love this place! The food is always fresh, the portions a large so you can share it and their daily specials keep you coming back. I would give them a 5 but the lines are extremely long even though they work rather quickly so if you have a limited lunch break it's hard to get on and out quickly and still have time to enjoy it.

Good food bad service. I called to place an order, I’m not sure if I was asking questions that seemed stupid to the employee or if they just get prank calls often but in the middle of my order I’m asked if it’s a prank call. And told that they hear giggling in the background, mind you I’m sitting in a car with just me and my boyfriend and there is no noise at all. Then after arriving to pick up my order I said “I’m here for a call in” and the employee replies oh the prank caller. Not the best way to approach your paying customer but okay. I sign the receipt and leave a tip, a tip I would not have given if I had known that they didn’t prepare my order! Thankfully my order was small so they could get it ready in less than 10 minutes but I shouldn’t have had to wait. That’s the point of a call ahead. I could literally see the employee looking through the window from the back room. Very unprofessional.

Wanted to like this place, I was excited to give it a try. Chips and salsa were great. My husband ordered 2 enchiladas and was delivered a platter. I ordered a ground beef enchilada as part of my combo and was delivered chicken. We had to wait for our server to get to us to explain it wasn't right and she kind of politely argued about it. We kindly asked for the check rather than having it remade and the receipt was delivered to us with take home boxes and charges for the meals. Had to ask for meal charges to be removed, as it wasn't what we ordered. Server was nice enough, but she didn't handle this the correct way. No manager offered to come talk to us either. Disappointed.
