If you care about customer service, quality, and you do not carry cash around, PLEASE find somewhere else to go. They only accept cash which is not a good business idea in the 21th century. I'm new to the area. I've only been to this place twice and the second time was my last time going. The first time it was fine. The second time I got the wrong order with horrible customer service. On both days I was friendly and even had small friendly talk with the lady who works there, the same one that answered the phone. I called them and said that I had received the wrong order. The immature lady immediately yells, you should have said the right order. I told her I ordered the same thing yesterday with no problem and plus I do not eat meat so I know I did not ask for chicken. Then she says bring back the order and HUNG up the phone before I could say ok. I was livid! 15 minutes later she called me back and said you can pick up your order. I told her "I don't want the food because you were very disrespectful by hanging up the phone during mid conversation, I want my money back." I advise everyone to not go there. I was going to order my department lunch from there after the first time going and now they have missed out on a lot of money because of horrible customer service.

The best Chinese food in town. The fried rice is not hard like other places I have tried out. My orders are always perfect, and you can call ahead of time and pick up within 15 minutes of your call.

The food was the same thing at every other Chinese takeout spot in America, and their cash only stance annoyed me. Not great. Not terrible. Not too happy about having to use the ATM in the half abandoned strip mall.
