There drive threw girl was the roodest ever.i didn't get anything from that checkers.didnt trust the workers.hopefully this will bring awareness that you really need a professional crew to work with the public and not a thug girl with a attitude and the supervised was apparently ok with this,wow.very disapointing

I wasn't sure about their menus, and the gentlemen seems so awkwardly judgmental towards me, not everyone knows all the menu items of all the restaurant. If you explain someone who is not checkers goer that will help and he/she might go back again versus show attitude and might not return to your place.

About what you'd expect from a fast food place. Half the time, my order has been incorrect, but given that most of their food is tasty, i typically don't complain. They could be a bit more personable with the customers though.

Fast and friendly service with great food. The manager always makes sure you are satisfied and goes the extra mile. If you are craving good quality fast food, this is the place.

Drive through or walk up only. No indoors seating area but outdoors shaded tables available. Always fast and friendly. Sign up for the text coupons to get weekly deals. Also watch coupons in the mail. Can save you a bunch. Love the seasoned fries and the big Buford. Also the smoothies are great.

There are there are a lot to be said about going to Checkers when it's on one of the only places that are open late night and they always have some type of special that's like two for $5 or two for $6 that allows you to try some of their new brand new Burgers without paying an arm and a leg. Having said that because they have I guess quote illegal immigrants or you know students that really just need the job for a few extra dollars pocket, could care less about whether or not your order is correct and I have missed items many many times over the years. The one last important thing is that when you go through the drive-through at like say 10:30 or later you will not just grab your food at the drive-thru window like most other fast food restaurants a Wendy's or Mcdonalds or Burger King might have you thinking. Many times they have having sent out in the parking lot after a long-ass day of work and it has taken an additional like 20 or more minutes for them to come bring out the the order to my vehicle and sometimes it's still wrong... FML. Don't let that get you down though Checkers is a place to be when you have no other options.

Very poor customer service they don’t greet you upon arrival yes I get it they dont speak a lot of English but thats no excuse to not greet your customers I was telling the manger something about my order and he shut the window before i couldn’t finish talking .My fries were very oily and they definitely don’t work with a sense of urgency They definitely need to look for a better and stronger team

The guy on the speaker at the drive thru talked really fast and gave me the impression that he was annoyed that I was ordering more than one combo. I didn't even order everything I wanted because he was so pushy. They gave me the wrong size fry with my order. I know it's fast food, and I don't expect amazong customer service, but I felt like such an inconvience to them.

not to happy at all with my experience. first I had to wait 10 minutes for a hot dog and I asked the guy who brought it out if the rest if my food was in there. he repeated it back. when I got home I was missing half of my meal. I should of double checked. but come on people. Needless to say I won't be going back there.

I wish there were more in Maryland. It’s always a tradition that when my sister comes home to visit, we go to checkers! Even when we’re fighting, the memories of eating these fries and the rest of the menu together for years. Great food, great service every time. You guys should be on door dash. The location is sometimes very easy to pass and it can be obnoxious like any place on this road.

The people are usually decent, but this might be that famous Checkers that made it on YouTube. It's either this one or the other one down the street ... I forget, and the food is the lowest kind of greasy, but if you eat it once a year, it's probably OK.

Today was yet another time they got our order completely wrong. They're was one item missing, but the sauce for it was there, and the other one in the order were made wrong or were incorrect items. The only thing the got correct was sauces and the large fries. While they did remake the order, this had happened multiple times.

The service at this location is great the food is amazing drive through. The drive-thru moves very quickly and swiftly. For most of the time they always greet you kindly. All in all probably one of the best locations

Workers saw us waiting (as in, we made eye contact) to order for minutes on end, but did not acknowledge us or take our order. Ended up going to Burger King instead, which was a much nicer experience. Don't know how Checkers is still in business lol

Simple fast food restaurant with good fries and fine burgers. If they have them, the popcorn chicken boxes are good. The place is hard to get to and leave though and is accessible only from one side of Route 40.

Preparation is very speedy and food is prepared as requested. Menu board is out of date. Some items are priced higher on the receipt than on the menu board. I've brought this up to the staff but nothing gets done about it.
