This place is great! The atmosphere is ideal for dates, work lunches or just a night out for drinks. The food is delicious and the servers are super awesome at what they do. Both times we have been here we have had Steven as a server and he is phenomenal! Refills drinks without being asked or prompted and he checks in on how our meal is going multiple times throughout but not too many to annoy someone! Definitely will be back again!

Not very impressed with the quality or quantity of food for the price. Mixed drinks were decent and large size. I requested a gluten free menu and was provided with a book of allergens and nutritional information. For someone with Celiac disease, that wasn't a very reassuring start and I was quite hesitant to get anything. I ended up ordering a pizza on gluten free crust. The toppings were scare and the crust wasn't all the way cooked. My son had a burger and requested no tomato or pickle and it was brought out completely plain. He had to ask for lettuce, onions and mayo, which in the menu were included. I do not think I would go again.

A fun atmosphere and seating areas with decent drink specials, but the service is always slow, if they even remember your order at all. They always tell you the kitchen is swamped (ever hear of hiring more kitchen staff?), but when they finally bring you your food, it is usually cold, especially the pizza. I've never once had pizza here that wasn't undercooked and room temperature, so I don't order it anymore. Which begs the question is the kitchen really swamped and they undercook your food to get it out faster, or did the waitress really just not pay attention your order was ready and it's been sitting there getting cold. You can easily go half an hour or more without seeing your waitress. So the place is manageable if you're there when it's not busy for drinks, but if it's over half full or if you want to order food, forget about it.

Im pretty sure our servers name was Cam and he was pretty great at his job! The food was absolutely delicious. I got the wild rice soup and baked spaghetti and meatballs and this chocolate cake. It was all amazing :)

First time I've been here and I know it's been at the mall for sometime but Red Robin was so busy I decided to check Boston's out. The wings where great and staff was incredible but my french dip wasn't all that great. I'll be back to try a pizza sometime.

Clean, comfortable, very friendly service. Good was very good. I had what amounted to as spaghetti with marinara and meatballs under a fancy name. My wife had the Mac n cheese which was crazy good and a big serving. I would go back when passing through town again.

I’ve been to Boston’s several times. The food is very tasty but the staff needs some training on acknowledging customers. When my boyfriend and I walked in the host at the front was on the phone with another customer. She never even acknowledged us. They managers really need to train staff on multitasking.

Very clean restaurant, friendly staff. Dined here on a full Friday night and got in quickly, less than 5 minutes. Our waitress had a busy section but stayed on top of things and kept the drinks coming. The chips trio appetizer was plenty for 4. The kids meals were also good and plentiful, neither was finished. The ultimate pepperoni large pizza was pricey, but quite good, and deceptively hearty. The biggest downside was the double order of wings. Tiniest wings ever. Huge disappointment at $20. Overall the pros outweighed the cons and made for a nice dinner. The pizza made sure everyone went home full. Great service made this a good visit.

Weve been going here for awhile. We have difficult orders (allergies and preferences) and the managers, cooks and waitresses have always taken great care of us. We had veggie burger (he loved this), Spinach and cranberry salad (she loved this, Mama Meata pizza (he loved this choice), he even says this beats Domino's meat lovers!, I was even able to eat pizza!! I built my own; leaving off my allergens, it was amazing. We will definitely come back soon. Loved the atmosphere, there were many people here, as we came around 4pm on a Friday and I didnt have a panic attack as I normally do in crowded places.

Nice place to grab a beer and a pizza. The bar is a good place to sit and watch a game on the TVs. It is never overly crowded and usually does not require a wait to get in. The beer is cold and the pizza options are plentiful. Overall this is a nice quiet and clean place to grab a beer and eat some pretty good food. It is definitely worth a visit if you have not tried it yet.

Tonight the place was very busy for Pasta Tuesday, we were seated immediately but waited and waited and waited...almost left because no waitress had come by to even bring waters, but Randy the manager was awesome and took excellent care of us and made or visit memorable. I do not think I will be returning to eat here . I went for date night with my husband and the service was horrible. We were never greeted, we never received silverware, we had horrible customer service, and if it were not for me liking the pizza Twisted bread appetizer I would have only given one star. The lasagna was bad and I sent it back in my steak flatbread was bad and I just left it on the table.

Had a Mediterranean salad w/grilled chicken. Husband had penne pasta alfredo with grilled chicken. I had 4 chicken chunks on my salad. Husband had tiny, little bite sized pieces of chicken mixed in with the pasta. Dinner wasn't what I expected for the prices and the time it took to get to our table. Took about 20 minutes or so. Spent a total of $32.00 not including the tip. Some salad greens were already wilted before I put the dressing on. Ordered Bleu cheese dressing and got a lemon vinaigrette. Server was kind enough to get the right dressing. First visit. I'll go elsewhere next time because of the portion sizes compared to the price, quality of the food and presentation.

Met up at this place for something different. We're so glad we did. My in laws said this was the best pizza they'd ever had! The menu had a wide variety of options for everyone. Pizza for vegetarians, cauliflower crust for the low carb life, wings, salads. Everything was delicious.

My family and I have been going to Bostons for the last 7 years. WE absolutely love the food! The service is wonderful every time. Both KC and Hiya have served us many times. They both remember my kids names and are very kind and personable. I also have used their Catering services many times over the years for events and they are top notch! Bob the Manager is professional and has yet to miss even the smallest detail. The two owners Shawna and Leann are very easy to work with and have a high standard for their employees. Fast and curtious wait staff. Clean booth. Appetizer was great. Pepperoni pizza was good. Salad had too much dressing on it. I should have asked for it on the side. I ordered Grilled chicken with Cajun seasoning and rice. The rice was cold. The chicken had zero grill marks and zero seasoning. They took it back and dumped cajun powder on top of the chicken and brought it straight back to me. I mean 2 seconds. I asked for it to be removed from my bill. This is the first time I have not been happy with the food here.

Bostons is a good place to go if you want some good ole' bar food or a place to bring people who want variety. I can't say there is anything exceptional about the food here, but they do what they do well. I have had their pizza and their nachos, both of which were good in their unique way. Tortilla chips were made of flour and corn giving it a unique texture and crunch - overall, very tasty. Visitors I brought with me ordered a calzone which they said was good, but was mostly bread - like a lot of bread... Place has a large open atmosphere with a separate bar area away from the restaurant. Service has been helpful and friendly for the most part each time I've been here. Has a nice patio seating area w heat lamps if dining outdoors is your thing. Overall, I'll say that dining here is a pleasure and I'll certainly be back to try more of their food.

Good lunch on a lazy Saturday. We started with the nachos, which we don't recommend. They lacked in flavor, toppings included, and the flour "tortillas" we're too thick - almost like pita bread. Horrible, slow service was served cold wings. Asked them for new ones they just took my old cold ones back into the oven to burn the sauce on them. When the manager brought them out said they burned them but we washed the sauce off and re sauced them hope they don't taste bad. Will not be going back here again. They don't care about food quality only looking to make a buck. Service needs help, they don't know beer list or types of craft beers.

Boston's is one of my favorite places to eat in Marysville. Today I had the pizza flight. It's from the appetizer menu - you choose three pizzas from the five listed. It's a great way to try a pizza that you may not normally have. The menu at Boston's is so large that most people can find something that they will like. The service is always attentive. Our server refilled our drinks without us having to ask. Boston's also has a great breakfast menu during breakfast hours. I highly recommend Boston's.

We have had great experience sitting in the bar area. In the dining room not so much. The waiter seemed annoyed to serve us (we have a 2 year old and a 7 month old) even though both our kids are well behaved. The Male manager had the same attitude and we actually felt uncomfortable being there so we got an appetizer and left. Food is good though, some is a bit over priced for what you get.

Great Service but just mediocre food. Our food was ok but had NO flavor. I had to ask for hot sauce just to add some flavor to my Santa Fe Salad. The chicken wasn't even seasoned it was plain. My husband ordered twisted mac and cheese and he had to do the same. My son didn't like his spaghetti with bolognese either. They really need to up their flavoring. Probably won't go back at least not for awhile. Our waitress was Great however.

This was my second time at Boston's Pizza. I was in a group of 6 ordering food and drinks for a networking meeting. All of our food came out in a timely manner, all orders were correct and the meals were mouthwatering! The calzone my tablemate ordered looked phenomenal and he said it tasted fantastic as did the two other pepperoni personal pizzas ordered. My own french dip sandwich arrived on beautiful crusty bread with tasty au jus. I prefer a more gravy-like thickness but this was quite good. I also highly recommend the blue margarita! The price wasn't listed and was much higher than I would have liked but the flavor was delicious!

I recently visited on 11/17/2018 around 9:00 and i expierced the best service from a waiter name Austin. Usually love Boston's, good food and good drinks, but apparently they JUST discontinued their service industry night on Tuesdays. Our server said nothing about it so we were met with an unhappy surprise when it was time to pay. Tuesday was the only night we went to Boston's so probably won't be back.

A fun atmosphere and seating areas with decent drink specials, but the service is always slow, if they even remember your order at all. They always tell you the kitchen is swamped (ever hear of hiring more kitchen staff?), but when they finally bring you your food, it is usually cold, especially the pizza. I've never once had pizza here that wasn't undercooked and room temperature, so I don't order it anymore. Which begs the question is the kitchen really swamped and they undercook your food to get it out faster, or did the waitress really just not pay attention your order was ready and it's been sitting there getting cold. You can easily go half an hour or more without seeing your waitress. So the place is manageable if you're there when it's not busy for drinks, but if it's over half full or if you want to order food, forget about it.

Great food, not outrageous prices. I love their pepperoni twists. Great appetizer with plenty to share. West Fargo needed this laid back option between the upscale Spitfire and the quick bite options of Hardee's, KFC, and Taco John's. Dining side is very nice and quiet for a nice quiet bite, or the spacious bar side to get together with friends for a drink.

Met my fiancé for lunch on her break that was a bad idea and we sat at the bar hoping for somewhat quick service but the bartender gave better service to her tables and we didn't get to enjoy our lunch together. Appetizer took 20 minutes and the bartender didn't come back to take or lunch order for over ten minutes. I used to love Boston's first visited in California but the one in Washington I visited changed my perception of the chain not worth the money or time sad day!

The restaurants entry area smelled horrible upon opening the first set of doors. Once we were fully inside, the smell was even stronger. Maybe dirty rugs but it was over powering. When we walked in at around 4 pm yesterday the host didn’t smile when she greeted us. It looked slow in there and there were about 6 booths that were dirty so the host had to clean one for us in order to be sat. Now our server was real nice and checked up on us during the meal. The food, however, was overpriced. A 10 inch pepperoni pizza for $15? And the mushroom pizza I got did not have much of a taste, if any at all, unless you add salt pepper and crushed rep pepper flakes. I guess that’s what happens when the whole pizza is just a bunch of dairy. Both of our pizzas were real greasy and the (spicy) cauliflower buffalo wings were real good though. Overall, eh atmosphere and overpriced food that’s okay but if you care about saving money for real good food don’t come here.

Hostess was clueless about allergies but found a book labled 2015 Allergy and Nutrition Guide. Inside was the 2017 Guide. Watch out for Gluten Free items. Fries are not GF even though it says they are. They are fried with other breaded items. Server was slow and had no clue what was on the menu. Walked away after asking to take the order and went to another table. She came back 10 minutes later and then it took 40 minutes for two personal pizzas and a small wings. Restaurant was 1/3 full. Tables were sticky. Dishwasher wiped her nose on her apron. Hoping I don't get ill. First time here and last!!!

Never a good trip I've been to Boston's 3 times in the 15 years I've lived here. The first tril was many years back and resulted in me having to order my 4th choice - the other 3 options were "out." My second one, this past winter, was with a dinner party and our waitress could not pay attention to anyone other than a single guy in our entire business dinner. Reluctant, but at the request of my wife we returned a third time today. Now I understand it's Friday, Summer, whathaveyou but after 25 minutes of waiting, watching people (who arrived after us) get seated, drinks, food, and a check with only ever seeing our waitress once we left. Poor customer service leaves a lasting impression, and after 3 strikes I will gladly shy anyone I know away from dining here. Assuming they would get service to begin with.

Flatbread was burnt on top and extremely salty. Ended up sending it back and getting different pizza. Got the slider plate - fries were super salty. Sliders were dry - no sauce on them and whole plate was lukewarm. A shame because it would have been really good hot. Ended up having to get ketchup and togo box on my own. Waters were refilled once. Had to flag down waitress to get help with the food and never saw her again until we flagged her down and asked for the check. Never had salad plate removed from table during the entire time we were there. Not planning to go back.

First time here. It wasn't busy when we got there. Our server was nice and informative of the menu. The atmosphere was nice and matched the style. The food was great. I had the Louisiana Pasta. The proportions were just right. Not too much, but not too little. $2.99 for a pop is ridiculous. Other than that, everything else was nice. I would recommend this place to friends.

I sat outside the waitress was polite but look like she had alot on her mind. She left me outside and did not come back to check on me at all. I could have walked out with out paying. I had no napkins. I had to walk inside and asked for my bill to the bartender and some napkins. The bartender went looking for the waitress and the bartender come with my bill. No waitress. I never seen this type of service anywhere. I'm very disappointed with the costumer service. Even McDonald's have better service.

We placed our order for a salad and a burger and it literally took an hour and 5 minutes to get our food the server was apologetic but my burger was cold and I think it could have been a really tasty burger if it was hot and fresh the fries were also stale tasting I'm sure it was just a bad day or something cause they were pretty packed but it kinda sucked cause this was my first time there. I might try it again someday but I hope they are on their game next time I go...

When we walked in at around 4 pm yesterday the host didn’t smile when she greeted us. It looked slow in there and there were about 6 booths that were dirty so the host had to clean one for us in order to be sat. Now our server was real nice and checked up on us during the meal. The food, however, was overpriced. A 10 inch pepperoni pizza for $15? And the mushroom pizza I got did not have much of a taste, if any at all, unless you add salt pepper and crushed rep pepper flakes. I guess that’s what happens when the whole pizza is just a bunch of dairy. Both of our pizzas were real greasy and the (spicy) cauliflower buffalo wings were real good though. Overall, eh atmosphere and overpriced food that’s okay but if you care about saving money for real good food don’t come here.

We had a horrible experience. We came to the restaurant looking forward to a great experience. I understood the restaurant is new so there might be a wait to be sat and the food might be slow. We we promptly sat by the hostess. The restaurant was not full by a stretch. We were greeted by our waitress who seemed dazed and disinterested. We ordered our drinks. After bringing the drinks were brought to our table, the waitress inquired about an appetizer. Being a new restaurant, I wanted to try a little of everything so we ordered an appetizer. We continued to look at the menu to determine what our main courses would be. A different waitress brought out our appetizer. We thought the waitress would come shortly after to take our order. We waited over 10 minutes for the original waitress to take our order. At this point, we are upset and ready to leave. We went to the host counter and asked for our check. I explained the situation host and he asked if I would like to speak to the manager. I told the host yes. The original waitress comes out while waiting for the manager. The waitress babbled something I could not hear. She provided the check and we paid. I explained the the manager the situation. His best excuse was that everyone is new. I understand opening a restaurant and being new to waiting tables. This entire experience is inexcusable. One of the basic skill taught to wait staff is to check on your tables to ensure they are enjoying their food. This never happened. The manager did not offer any sort of compensation for our lousy experience. This restaurant is going to bomb quick if something isn't done. I will never go back!

Slooow... Came in for a late lunch. Bar moderately busy, but dining room was clearing out except for a party of 12. Got that tables server - super nice woman, but whatever was going in in the kitchen want keeping up. Not even kidding - 45 minutes from order to getting food for a French dip and chicken Ceasar salad. Dip wasn't very good and salad dressing wasn't mixed throughout (easy enough to remedy myself). IDK, probably wouldn't return...

Stopped in on our way through town because it had good reviews. I ordered the veggie quinoa burger because I wanted something that was different and wasn't too heavy. The patty looked like it came from the frozen food section and it wasn't very warm. The cheese on it was melted on but it looked and felt like they had just stuck the patty in the microwave before sending it out. The fries were pretty good though. The service was also terrible. We had two different waiters come for a drink order but it took a very long time for either of them to come back so there seemed to be some miscommunication. We were never asked for drink refills and our waiter didn't seem to be waiting many other tables so the service shouldn't have been that slow. Overall just a poor experience.

It's a good bar/restaurant combo. They have a decent menu with many different food categories. The emphasis is pizza, and the pizza is good -their cooks definitely know how to bake properly! It's not crazy amazing pizza though, it's strange that they advertise it so heavily. Personally I think Green Mill is much better pizza wise. The rest of their menu is actually really good! They were very accommodating to my friends who have dietary restrictions.

The food here is great! The drink prices are set corporately so they're quite a bit higher than most in the area. I'd still recommend this place. I've been to Ruby Tuesdays and Applebee's and they don't compare to this corporate restaurant. I like them too BDubs or TGI Fridays.

The low rating comes from a few factors. The service was quite slow. Food came out about 45 minutes after ordering and appetizers came out at the same time our pizza did. Staff looked like they were trying to handle too many tables at once. The atmosphere, while seemingly very new and clean, had fruit flies flying around all over the place and I actually found three in my first beer and one in my second. That was pretty gross. Overall, although the pizza was pretty tasty and had a nice crunch to it and the atmosphere was appealing, the poor staff and lack of cleanliness negated the positives and resulted in an unsatisfying experience.

Here's the thing about Boston's... I don't actually care for the food. It's a chain though and you're gonna get exactly what you expect... If you haven't been, it's somewhere between an Applebee's, a Baker's Square, and a slightly shittier Old Chicago. This one has a great patio, seems super clean and has the best service. We go Wednesdays for trivia and Jordan is honestly one of the best servers anywhere. She's quick, friendly, funny, and accurate. The food is adequate the service is wonderful. That's more than enough reason to give 5 stars in my book!

Great atmosphere. 4/5 stars because the bar side gets extremely loud and it is impossible to have a conversation at all. The diner side is usually quiet but it is impossible to get waited on, on that side. Otherwise great place for food after 10pm.

Sister in law's food had hair in it. I ordered a grilled chicken salad and the chicken was cold. Kids didn't like their food either. We didn't ask for a box and the server and bus boy got an attitude that we left so much food. Not our fault your foods gross. We won't be back.

Deluxe pizza had white sauce on it and the veggies on top were raw! We had to flag down the waitress, to tell her and she never asked if we wanted another beer or something else to drink, after having only 1 beer each and we waited 30 minutes on a not busy night! 1st and last time ever here!

This is a night saloon, not a restaurant. They served us wilted soggy salad from probably the night before. My husband works really hard long days and we came here to make him feel special and and he him a great meal, instead he was served old food. We were irate to say the least.

Empty restuarant, took awhile for a server to come up to the front to seat us. Once we were seated she took our beverage order, and left us while we looked over the menu. The server must have been busy because the manager had to come take our order. The food was very delicious, the prices are on the higher side, and soda is $3 each for a 16 oz glass.

The food is good and the manager is nice. They messed up my order a couple of times but fixed the issue each time and apologized. It's quite busy so I didn't make a big deal out of it.

Baby roach in the bathroom. Service wasn't good. Restaurant was pretty empty but my party didn't get tended to much. Needed refills and buffalo chicken calzone was horrible. I liked the chicken wings and the pizza was alright.

Our waiter was so funny it made the trip worth it. He just joked about someone ordering ice in the ice water and was giving the person a hard time all might and she loved it. He got a better tip then I usually give. Food was good also French dip really good on the baguette bun. The ones that had the pizza said it was good also. First time we all had been there. ;) fun evening.

Has great food! Menu has a great selection of options and good kids menu! Wait usually isn't ever that long and food isn't that long of a wait. I go there many times with the family and they enjoy it as well. Definitely recommend it to anyone.

Service is always slow. Last night it took 20 minutes to get our drinks and then another 45 minutes to get our food. There was only one server helping 10 or more tables. Other staff was just standing around not really doing much only when asked. Food was not good and it’s over priced. The concept of the restaurant is cool but not doing very well as a business.

Front desk was accomodating but the server, she needs to smile and be friendly if she wants her tip. There was a long wait because there's a misunderstanding between her and the cook. Food was good though and prices were reasonable. A huge and clean space.

Tried twice. Probably won’t again. Over cooked meatballs, gross garlic or whatever those triangle crusts were. Cold spaghetti and sauce, no dressing for salad. On a good note delivery was kinda on time.

Very disappointed, we have gone to Boston's several times before and enjoyed everything. This visit was different, waited for 20 minutes after we sat before someone came to our table, only because my hubby waved someone over. Then his order was wrong and my order was not hot, it was on the verge of being cold. It will be a while before we ever go back.

The spinach artichoke dip was DEVINE! We also sampled the pulled pork sandwich and the spicy chicken sandwich which were delicious. The staff was very friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend this restaurant.
