Im very upset that I came here on June 10 & they charged my card twice. My order was $20.62 I asked for my receipt and they asked for my card back & they charged me again. I told the cashier it processed twice & she assured me that one would go back to my acct Monday. I called twice to follow up and I was put on hold for over 10 mins waiting to speak to the manager. I need my refund back of 20.52

It's the same concept as Mod Pizza. Great price for all you want toppings. The dough is pretty good bit would be much tastier if it was made on a real brick oven instead of the stainless steel bottom they have. You can actually taste the metal :-/

Love their pizza! You can build your own with fresh toppings of all kinds and it's brick oven baked in a few minutes. I can't eat red sauce so they have a delicious pesto garlic sauce that's everything to me cause I can have pizza again. I wish there were more around.

What makes Blaze pizza a five-star worthy? Its price, customization, and quality. The prices roughly range from a $6 plain pizza to a $10 custom pizza, a rather competitive price for what you get. And for this price you can get a multitude of toppings ranging from your run-of-the-mill pepperoni to a number of distinct cheeses the likes of which I can't say I've ever heard of. However, what really wraps the bow to this trifecta of goodness is the quality. Whatever you get, at whatever price, you know it's going to be good... without question. Blaze is the place to eat.

My mom and I went here after visiting the University of Maryland. We came in and were greeted by amazing and friendly staff. After ordering our first pizzas we ended up ordering another to-go. The pizza is delicious and the staff is amazing definitely will be back

Create-your-own pizza places are popping up all over the place but this is the best I've had. The standout is the crust but the cheeses, sauces, and toppings are all great too. They even have fresh seasonal toppings. The atmosphere is Chipotle-ish with minimal decor and a lot of metal and concrete. Who cares? Go for good pizza.

Blaze Pizza is one of those no brainers. A pizza place in a college town? Easy decision. The pizza is delicious but sometimes the lines do get long but it's worth it. So yeah Blaze is always a good choice if you're ever in the area. Riddle me this though, there used to be a five guys next door, but now it's a bank. How badly do you have to screw up the formula of delicious fast-casual food in a college town to go out of business doing it? Boggles the mind.

Mobile order! I went here on a Tuesday night around 8pm with a group of friends. It was packed. My friends got in line and it took them about 25 minutes to get through the line and get there pizza. So I downloaded the app and made a mobile order. By the time I downloaded the app and signed up then ordered my pizza my friends had ordered theirs and we got our pizza about the same time. There is plenty of seating here. They serve fountain drinks and also varied bottled drinks. Also they have restrooms.

I was pleasantly surprised with my Blaze experience. This was my first time trying Blaze pizza and I absolutely loved it. The toppings offered are great, and the combinations you can put together are endless. The service was the best part. One of the employees, Morgan, was absolutely fantastic. She was so sweet and really went the extra mile to make sure I got everything I wanted on my pizza. I will definitely be coming back!

Not as quick as &Pizza, but just as tasty. They could work on making the dough more stable. I got a signature pizza and it wasn't as crispy in the center of the pizza as I prefer. Not a bad late night option, but we did wait a while because a huge crowd of UMD kids showed up just before us.

I come here often to eat for lunch, great place to eat. One of the workers, Giselle, is extremely cute and nice, like jaw dropping cute. Definitely one of the main reasons I come here along with how great the pizza is!! She's always super helpful and makes ordering my pizza fast. If you want excellent pizza, and eye candy to look at while eating, I definitely recommend coming here!

I keep returning, so I signed up for the rewards app. The pizzas are fresh, fast, and delicious---made your way for a low price any toppings you choose. Soft drinks are really good, unusual appealing selection, and not overly sweet. Manager and staff are attentive, accurate and pleasant, and low key. I can always find a table to seat a small group. The restroom is clean.

While it's not New York Pizza, it is very good. More importantly this restaurant has a really great feel. All of the staff was very friendly and had great energy, not something you see everywhere. I like the Chipotle-esque concept.

Really nice atmosphere first and foremost. This restaurant is kind of like Subway, just for pizza. The staff are very nice and accommodating. In terms of food, there is a large variety. They have salads, vegetarian and vegan options, as well as a gluten free option I believe. Definitely a good place to catch up with friends after a long day of classes or work.

If you love fresh pizza, you can't go wrong with Blaze. A delicious build your own pizza for under $10. The only problem I have with this location is that they are very slow compared to others I have been to. They were filling in online orders while there were five people waiting in line! Other than that, Blaze is one of the best pizza places I have been to.

Simple, fast, and really good Pizza. Have very good suggested topping combinations, or you can just put whatever your heart desires. My favorite is the traditional Roma pizza for which they have buffalo mozzarella. Vitamin water in the soda fountain is very nice. I just wish they stayed open later

The location is really nice (right next to campus) and the pizza is good, but in my opinion its a bit over-hyped. It's definitely the best option for a sit down pizza place by campus, but I don't think the pizza is too amazing.

This place was fast and wonderful. As a person that can't eat dairy, missing out on pizza is always a bummer. This place lets you make your own personal pizza, and has dairy free cheese options, as well as goat cheese etc. With the build your own you can add all the toppings you want, and it's about $10. Definitely going to be a regular.

Total time in line and waiting for our pizza to cook was ~1.5 hours, which is rediculous for a pizza place that emphasizes quick service. Employees were slow and distracted. No apologies were given for our long wait and the pizza turned out slightly burnt, but we were not willing to wait for a new pie to be made. In a city with many options for pizza, Blaze is underperforming.

I have no idea how this has decent reviews. Our pizzas arrived late, burned at the crust, cold and without the additional toppings we paid for. We tried calling 4 times with no answer. There is no other contact to get reimbursed or a new pizza. I rarely give bad reviews to a company, but this is terrible.

We had a great time! The prices are under $10 per pizza with tons of toppings! They have cream soda! Anyways, two pizzas was too much for three of us. They don’t charge for extra toppings! There are so many options not normally offered at pizza places, like: ricotta, sea salt, pesto, Parmesan cheese, spinach, etc. They offer drizzles on top, too. I like that they have gluten free crusts and coliflor crust. I can’t eat red pizza sauce. That’s ok because they have white sauce! The root beer is fantastic with cane sugar. Yum. Staff is efficient, patient, and really nice. I think that’s all. Thanks guys!

i order exclusively online for pickup. the pizza readiness time is routinely late when i go to pick up. customers who are physically in the store get priority. there is no way to get the attention of a manager short of approaching the cash register the opposite direction. i like that the online ordering process is suspended during busy periods. this allows customers to have proper expectations. at the time i ordered it was not suspended, and i was told a completion time. there is no direct line for complaints. my pizza was never made today, even after checking at both 30 minutes and one hour and one hour and a half later. i went in at that time and since my pizza was still not ready requested a refund. i was told it was processed but as of the same day, i do not have a chargeback. rude/non existent management. the food has been good, other than undercooked for my tastes. i would like to continue going here, but i need better accountability for online orders and straightforward customer service.

Above all else, good pizza. Management is very nice, too -- upon learning that it was my birthday, the manager on duty gave me a free brownie. Great food, better people. If you're looking for fresh-cooked personalized pizza, this is the place to go. As a college student, it also doesn't hurt that this location is open late.
